Abstract
Description
Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to an elevator door device, in particular an elevator door device designed to detect an OFF failure of a detection strip, which is a mechanical safety shoe. State of the art
[0002] Examples of such a device, designed to detect an OFF failure of a sensing bar referred to as a "safety shoe," which serves as a mechanical means for detecting car door jamming (hereafter simply referred to as a "safety sensing bar" or "sensing bar"), include: a door safety device for an elevator car having two types of switches with different operating points, designed so that when a safety sensing bar is pressed, it determines a failure of the sensing bar based on the operating results of the two switches (see, e.g., JP 2013-35677A); a failure detection device with a failure detection protrusion arranged on a door stop section (see, e.g., JP 4770277B2 and JP 4802713B2); an elevator door device that is forcibly switched ON / OFF during door opening (see, e.g.,JP H03 - 79 582 A); and an operational verification device for an elevator door safety device designed to forcibly bring about a sensor detection state at a suitable time using a drive component, such as a magnet (see e.g. JP S61 - 277 584 A).
[0003] Furthermore, CN 1 05 984 792 A1 relates to a safety device for elevator doors, in which the opening status is detected and monitored by contact-based protective devices. It is also assessed whether the protective devices or electrical components are faulty, and if so, the movement of the elevator doors is slowed down. Description of the invention: Technical problem
[0004] However, in the patent literature described above, there is a problem that at the time of determining the occurrence of a failure, it cannot be precisely determined whether the safety detection bar is pressed or not.
[0005] The present invention was made to solve the problem described above and has the objective of providing an elevator door device that is able to accurately determine whether a safety detection strip is in a pressed state or not. Solution to the problem
[0006] According to one embodiment of the present invention, an elevator door device is provided comprising: a mechanical safety sensing bar with a protrusion that can be pressed according to an open / closed position of the cabin door relative to the cabin door; a first switch unit configured to generate a sensing signal when the cabin door is in a first position in which the safety sensing bar is in its normal position and not pressed; a second switch unit configured to generate a sensing signal when the cabin door is in a second position in which the safety sensing bar is in its normal position and not pressed; a door position sensing unit configured to output a signal indicating the first or the second position; and a control unit.which is configured to determine that if the first position detected by the door position detection unit and a position for which the first switch generates the detection signal do not coincide, the first switch unit is in a failure state, and to determine that if the second position detected by the door position detection unit and a position for which the second switch generates the detection signal do not coincide, the second switch unit is in a failure state, wherein, when the cabin door is in the first position and the second switch unit is in a normal state and in a switch state to generate the detection signal, when the cabin door is in the second position and the first switch unit is in a normal state and in a switch state to generate the detection signal,or if the cabin door is in a position other than the first and second positions to be detected by the door position detection unit, and both the first and second switch units are in the normal state and in the switch state to generate the detection signals, the control unit determines that the safety detection bar is in a pressed state. Advantageous effects of the invention
[0007] According to one embodiment of the present invention, if the first position or second position detected by the door position detection unit and the position for which the first switch unit or the second switch unit generates the detection signal do not coincide, it is determined that the first switch unit or the second switch unit is in a failure state. If the cabin door is in the first position and the second switch unit is normal and in the (OFF) state to generate the detection signal; if the cabin door is in the second position and the first switch unit is normal and in the (OFF) state to generate the detection signal; or if the cabin door is in a position detected by the door position sensing unit that is different from the first and second positions, and both the first and second switch units are normal and in the (OFF) state to generate the detection signal, then it is determined that the safety sensing strip is in the pressed state. Thus, without a special device or component, it can be easily and accurately determined whether or not there is an OFF failure of the safety sensing strip. Description of the embodiment
[0008] An elevator door device according to an embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts and sections are identified by the same reference numerals. Overlapping descriptions of such parts and sections are simplified or, where appropriate, omitted. First embodiment
[0009] In Fig.Figure 1 illustrates the configuration of a first embodiment. A shaft (not shown) is provided in a building (not shown). The shaft runs through the floors of the building. A landing point (not shown) is provided on each floor of the building. Each landing point is located opposite the shaft. A pair of landing point shaft doors, serving as elevator car doors, is provided at a door opening of each landing point.
[0010] A cabin (not shown) is provided in the shaft. A pair of cabin doors, 1a and 1b, are provided at one of the cabin's door openings. Cabin door 1a is located on one side of the door opening, opening horizontally. Cabin door 1b is located on the other side of the door opening, also opening horizontally. Fig. 1 is the pair of cabin doors 1a and 1b completely closed.
[0011] The lower end of a door hanger 2a is coupled to the upper end of the cabin door 1a. A front roller 3a and a rear roller 4a are provided at the upper end of the door hanger 2a. The front roller 3a is located at the front end of the door hanger 2a in the closing direction of the cabin door 1a. The rear roller 4a is located at the rear end of the door hanger 2a in the closing direction of the cabin door 1a. The lower end of a connecting device 5a is coupled to the upper end of the door hanger 2a. The connecting device 5a is located between the front roller 3a and the rear roller 4a.
[0012] Similarly, a lower end of a door hanger 2b is coupled to an upper end of the cabin door 1b. A front roller 3b and a rear roller 4b are provided at the upper end of the door hanger 2b. The front roller 3b is located at the front end of the door hanger 2b in the closing direction of the cabin door 1a. The rear roller 4b is located at the rear end of the door hanger 2b in the closing direction of the cabin door 1a. A lower end of a connecting device 5b is coupled to an upper end of the door hanger 2b. The connecting device 5b is located between the front roller 3b and the rear roller 4b.
[0013] A guide rail 6 is provided at the upper section of the door opening. One longitudinal direction of the guide rail 6 is set as a horizontal direction. The guide rail 6 supports the front roller 3a, the rear roller 4a, the front roller 3b, and the rear roller 4b from below.
[0014] A motor 7 is located at the top of the door opening. The motor 7 is positioned above one end of the guide rail 6. A first pulley 8 is mounted on a drive shaft of the motor 7. A second pulley 9 is located at the top of the door opening. A second pulley 9 is positioned above the other end of the guide rail 6. The height of the second pulley 9 is set approximately the same as the height of the first pulley 8. An encoder (not shown) is mounted on the motor 7.
[0015] A belt 10 is wound around the first pulley 8 and the second pulley 9. An upper end of the connecting device 5a is coupled to a lower part of the belt 10. An upper end of the connecting device 5b is coupled to an upper part of the belt 10.
[0016] A control unit 11 is provided at the upper section of the cabin door opening. The control unit 11 is located near the motor 7. The control unit 11 is connected to the motor 7, the encoder (not shown), a switch 18a, and a switch 18b.
[0017] Control unit 11 controls the drive of motor 7. At the moment of control, torque from motor 7 is transmitted to the first pulley 8. This torque rotates the first pulley 8. The belt 10 follows the rotation, thus moving it. The pair of connecting devices 5a and 5b follows the movement, thus moving it. The cabin door 1a follows the movement of connecting device 5a, thus moving it. The cabin door 1b follows the movement of connecting device 5b, thus moving it.
[0018] A vertically extending safety detection strip 12 is provided at a front end of the cabin door 1b. One end of a first segment 13 is rotatably attached to an upper part of the detection strip 12 via a pivot point 40. Another end of the first segment 13 is rotatably attached to the cabin door 1b via a pivot point 42.
[0019] A similar structure connected to the safety detection strip 12 is provided at cabin door 1a. However, a description of this is omitted here for the sake of simplicity.
[0020] One end of a second link 14 is rotatably attached to a lower part of the detection bar 12 via a pivot point 41. The second link 14 is rotatably attached to the cabin door 1b via a pivot point 43. A system section 44 is formed at the other end of the second link 14.
[0021] The first link 13 and the second link 14 form a parallel-joint mechanism in which the distance between pivot point 40 and pivot point 41 and the distance between pivot point 42 and pivot point 43 are equal, and in which parallelism between the first link 13 and the second link 14 is ensured. The detection bar 12 can project horizontally with respect to the cabin door 1b, thereby ensuring a vertical position.
[0022] One end of a driven link 15a is rotatably mounted on the pivot point 43 of the second link 14. A stop 16a, projecting towards the lower end of the second link 14, is provided on an intermediate section of the lower edge of the driven link 15a. The second link 14, which is rotated clockwise around the pivot point 43 by the weight of the detection strip 12 applied when the cabin door 1b is closed, is held in contact with the stop 16a.
[0023] The first switch 18a is mounted at a lower end of the driven link 15a. A lever 18aa for the switch 18a is held in contact with the mounting section 44, which is formed at the distal end of the second link 14, which is rotated clockwise around the pivot point 43 by the weight of the detection bar 12, which is applied when the cabin door 1b is closed.
[0024] One end of a first spring 17a and a roller 19a are provided at an intermediate section on an upper edge of the driven link 15a. Another end of the first spring 17a is mounted at a pivot point 45 of a first cam 20a. The driven link 15a, which has rotated clockwise around the pivot point 43, is held in surface contact with a circumferential surface of the first cam 20a by the spring force of the first spring 17a.
[0025] In addition to the driven link 15a, one end of a further driven link 15b is rotatably mounted on the pivot point 43 of the second link 14. A stop 16b, projecting towards the lower end of the second link 14, is provided on an intermediate section of a lower edge of the driven link 15b. In the aforementioned state, the second link 14, which is configured to rotate about the pivot point 43, is held in contact with the stop 16a. Therefore, the stop 16b and the second link 14 are not in contact with each other.
[0026] A second switch 18b is mounted at a lower end of the driven link 15b. The second link 14, which is configured to rotate about the pivot point 43, is held in contact with the stop 16a, more precisely in abutment against the stop 16a. Therefore, a lever 18ba for the switch 18b is not in contact with the contact section 44, which is formed at the distal end of the second link 14.
[0027] One end of a second spring 17b and a roller 19b are provided at an intermediate section on an upper edge of the driven link 15b. Another end of the second spring 17b is mounted at a pivot point 45 of a second cam 20b. The driven link 15b, which has rotated clockwise around the pivot point 43, is held in surface contact with a circumferential surface of the second cam 20b by the spring force of the second spring 17b.
[0028] The first cam 20a and the second cam 20b are rotatably mounted on the cabin door 1b via the pivot point 45 provided at an intermediate section. A double link 21 is provided at a pivot point 46 of the first cam 20a and the second cam 20b. A double link 22 is provided at a pivot point 47 of the double link 21. The double link 22 is attached to a cabin sill 23 on one side of the door pocket. The first cam 20a and the second cam 20b are each rotated about the pivot point 45 via the double links 21 and 22 according to the movement of a position of the cabin door 1b.
[0029] One form of the first cam 20a and one form of the second cam 20b are designed such that the protrusion amount of the detection bar 12 does not change over the entire opening and closing range of the cabin door 1b.
[0030] Although not shown, the shape of the first cam 20a and the shape of the second cam 20b can be designed such that the projection of the sensing bar 12 in relation to the cabin door 1b is small when the cabin door 1b is in a fully closed position or near a fully closed position or in a fully open position or near a fully open position, and the projection of the sensing bar 12 in relation to the cabin door 1b is large when the cabin door 1b is in the opening and closing range that is not among the positions mentioned above (see, for example, JP 2013 - 35 677 A).
[0031] The following is a description of a business associated with the recording bar 12, with reference to Fig. 2A to Fig. 2C described in more detail.
[0032] Firstly, if cabin door 1b is in the fully closed position or close to the fully closed position (second position), as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 2A, the stop 16a and the second member 14 are in a contact state, the stop 16b and the second member 14 are in a non-contact state, the lever 18aa for the switch 18a and the contact section 44 formed at the distal end of the second member 14 are in a contact state, and the lever 18ba for the switch 18b and the contact section 44 formed at the distal end of the second member 14 are in a non-contact state.
[0033] If cabin door 1b is in the fully open position or near the fully open position (first position), as shown in Fig.As shown in Figure 2C, the stop 16a and the second member 14 are in a non-contact state, the stop 16b and the second member 14 are in a contact state, the lever 18aa for the switch 18a and the contact section 44 formed at the distal end of the second member 14 are in a non-contact state, and the lever 18ba for the switch 18b and the contact section 44 formed at the distal end of the second member 14 are in a contact state.
[0034] The control unit 11 is connected to a door position sensing unit 50, which is configured to detect whether the cabin door 1b is in the fully open position or near the fully open position, or in the fully closed position or near the fully closed position. The door position sensing unit 50 is provided on a cabin door device 24 and has a known configuration including a switch (not shown) configured to detect whether the cabin door is in the fully open position, and a switch (not shown) configured to detect whether the cabin door is in the fully closed position.
[0035] In the opening and closing range (intermediate position) of cabin door 1b, which differs from the fully closed position or near the fully closed position of cabin door 1b or the fully open position or near the fully open position of cabin door 1b, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 2B, the stop 16a and the second member 14 are in a contact state, the stop 16b and the second member 14 are in a contact state, the lever 18aa for the switch 18a and the contact section 44 formed at the distal end of the second member 14 are in a contact state, and the lever 18ba for the switch 18b and the contact section 44 formed at the distal end of the second member 14 are in a contact state.
[0036] In a case where the second link 14 and the stop 16a for the driven link 15a are held in contact with each other, when the sensing bar 12 is pressed with respect to the cabin door 1b, the second link 14 is rotated counterclockwise about the pivot point 43, so that it is disconnected from the stop 16a for the driven link 15a and disconnects the connecting section 44 of the second link 14 from the lever 18aa for the switch 18a. In this way, it is detected whether the sensing bar 12 is in a pressed state with respect to the cabin door 1b or not.
[0037] Pressing the detection bar 12 is an action that occurs, for example, when an obstacle, including a person, is detected, or when the cabin door is inspected.
[0038] In a case where the second link 14 and the stop 16b for the driven link 15b are held in contact with each other, when the sensing bar 12 is pressed with respect to the cabin door 1b, the second link 14 is rotated counterclockwise about the pivot point 43, so that it is separated from the stop 16b for the driven link 15b and disconnects the connecting section 44 of the second link 14 from the lever 18ba for the switch 18b. In this way, it is indirectly detected whether the sensing bar 12 is in a pressed state with respect to the cabin door 1b or not.
[0039] A detection mechanism designed to directly detect whether the detection bar 12 is actually in a pressed state can be provided separately.
[0040] An operation of switch 18a and an operation of switch 18b, as described above, are in Fig. 3 shown. Fig.3 is a state in which the corresponding lever of lever 18aa and lever 18ba is pressed by the system section 44, represented as “ON”, and a state in which the corresponding lever of lever 18aa and lever 18ba is not pressed is represented as “OFF”.
[0041] Thus, the control unit 11 can indirectly determine, based on various combinations of both the operation of switch 18a and the operation of switch 18b, whether the detection bar 12 is in a pressed state or not.
[0042] Especially if the cabin door is located at the Fig.When switch 18a and switch 18b are in the intermediate position shown in Figure 2B, both switch 18a and switch 18b generate detection signals (ON signals). If the detection signals of both switch 18a and switch 18b change under the aforementioned condition, it can be determined that the detection bar 12 is being pressed. Even if either switch 18a or 18b generates a detection signal (OFF signal), it can still be determined that the detection bar 12 is being pressed.
[0043] If the cabin door is in the fully closed position or near the fully closed position, as in Fig.2a is shown, and the stop 16a and the second link 14 are held in contact with each other, in particular when the cabin door 1b is in the fully closed position or near the fully closed position and the lever 18aa for the switch 18a and the system section 44 formed at the distal end of the second link 14 are held in contact with each other, the control 11 can determine whether the detection bar 12 is in a pressed state or not, based solely on an ON / OFF operation of the switch 18a.
[0044] If the cabin door is in the fully open position or near the fully open position, as in Fig.2C is shown, and the stop 16b and the second link 14 are held in contact with each other, particularly when the cabin door 1b is in the fully open position or near the fully open position, and the lever 18ba for the switch 18b and the system section 44 formed at the distal end of the second link 14 are held in contact with each other, the control 11 can determine whether the detection bar 12 is in a pressed state or not, based solely on an ON / OFF operation of the switch 18b.
[0045] When the cabin door 1b is in or near the fully closed position, the lever 18ba for the switch 18b and the connecting section 44 formed at the distal end of the second link 14 are in a non-contact state. Thus, the control unit 11 detects that the switch 18b is OFF. However, if the switch 18b has failed or is defective and it cannot detect whether the sensing bar 12 is in a pressed state or not, the control unit 11 detects that the switch 18b is not functioning and is in an OFF state. In this case, an OFF failure of the sensing bar 12 is determined.
[0046] When the cabin door 1b is in or near the fully open position, the lever 18aa for the switch 18a and the connecting section 44 formed at the distal end of the second link 14 are in a non-contact state. Thus, the control unit 11 detects the OFF operation of the switch 18a. However, if the switch 18a has failed and it cannot be detected whether the sensing bar 12 is in a pressed state or not, the control unit 11 detects that the switch 18a is not functioning and is in the OFF state. In this case, an OFF failure of the sensing bar 12 is determined.
[0047] The position (first position) in which the stop 16a and the second member 14 are not held in contact with each other, more precisely, the lever 18aa for the switch 18a and the contact section 44 formed at the distal end of the second member 14 are not held in contact with each other, was described as the fully open position or the near-fully open position of the cabin door 1b with the shape of the first cam 20a (see Fig. 2C), and the position (second position) in which the stop 16b and the second member 14 are not held in contact with each other, more precisely, the lever 18ba for the switch 18b and the contact section 44 formed at the distal end of the second member 14 are not held in contact with each other, was described as the fully closed position or the near-fully closed position of the cabin door 1b with the shape of the second cam 20b (see Fig.2A). However, the positional relationship of the two positions with respect to the cabin door can be set to a different positional relationship than the one described above, as long as the two positions differ from each other.
[0048] The driven element 15a and the driven element 15b, as well as the first cam 20a and the second cam 20b, were described with reference to the drawings, in which the driven element 15a and the driven element 15b, and the first cam 20a and the second cam 20b are arranged longitudinally with respect to one direction of the elevator door opening. However, the driven element 15a and the driven element 15b, as well as the first cam 20a and the second cam 20b, can be arranged such that they are separated from each other in the vertical direction.
[0049] It was described that the driven link 15a and the first cam 20a, and the driven link 15b and the second cam 20b, are actuated by the second link 14. However, one or both of these can be arranged such that it / they are actuated by the first link 13.
[0050] It was described that the double links 21 and 22, designed to actuate the first cam 20a and the second cam 20b, are attached to the cabin sill 23. However, one or both of them can be arranged to be attached to the cabin door device 24.
[0051] Furthermore, switches 18a and 18b were described as contact switches. However, non-contact switches, e.g., infrared switches, can also be used.
[0052] As described above, according to the first embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to detect a failure that cannot be detected even when the detection bar 12 is in operation, namely an OFF failure when the cabin door is in two different positions.
[0053] A relationship between the position of the cabin door 1b, the operating states of the switches 18a and 18b, a failure state of the same and the state of the detection bar 12 (pressed state / not pressed state) is shown in Table 1. [Table 1] Position of cabin door 1b Definition of position Status of the recording bar 12 First switch 18a Second switch 18b Recording the status of the recording bar 12 Failure detection Failure state Fully closed position Second position Not pressed A A Unpressed state Fail 1) Failure of the second switch or failure of the second switching mechanism Pressed OUT OF Depressed state Not pressed A OUT OF Unpressed state Normal Pressed OUT OF Depressed state Normal Intermediate position Not pressed A A Unpressed state Normal Pressed OUT OF OUT OF Depressed state Normal Not pressed OUT OF A Depressed state 2) Failure of the first switch or failure of the first switching mechanism Pressed OUT OF A Depressed state / reveal first shifting mechanism Not pressed A OUT OF Depressed state Fail 3) Failure of the second switch or failure of the second switching mechanism Pressed A OUT OF Depressed state Fully open position First position Not pressed OUT OF A Unpressed state Normal / Failure 4) Failure of the first switch or failure of the first switching mechanism Pressed OUT OF Depressed state Not pressed A A Unpressed state Pressed OUT OF Depressed state
[0054] In particular, the following states are shown in Table 1.
[0055] (1) If the door position sensing unit 50 detects that the cabin door 1b is in the fully closed position (second position) and the switch 18b is ON, it is determined that the switch 18b has failed or that a switching mechanism connected to the switch 18b has failed, regardless of the state of the switch 18a. With regard to the pressing of the sensing bar 12, if the switch 18a is normal and OFF, the “pressed state” is determined regardless of the state of the switch 18b.
[0056] Even if there is a permissible time difference between the timing of the fully closed position (second position) detected by the door position detection unit 50 and the timing at which the switch 18b changes from the ON state to the OFF state, it is not determined that the switch 18b has failed or that the switching mechanism associated with the switch 18b has failed.
[0057] (2) If the door position sensing unit 50 detects that the cabin door 1b is in the fully open position (first position) and the switch 18a is ON, it is determined that the switch 18a has failed or that a switching mechanism connected to the switch 18a has failed, regardless of the state of the switch 18b. With regard to the pressing of the sensing bar 12, if the switch 18b is normal and OFF, the “pressed state” is determined regardless of the state of the switch 18a.
[0058] Even if there is a permissible time difference between the timing of the fully open position (first position) detected by the door position detection unit 50 and the timing at which the switch 18a changes from the ON state to the OFF state, it is not determined that the switch 18a has failed or that the switching mechanism associated with the switch 18a has failed.
[0059] (3) If the door position sensing unit 50 detects that the cabin door 1b is in an intermediate position other than the fully closed and fully open positions, and switches 18a and 18b are in different operating states, it is determined that either switch 18a or 18b in the OFF state has failed, or that the switching mechanism associated with the switch has failed. With regard to the pressing of the sensing bar 12, if switches 18a and 18b are in their normal state and both switches 18a and 18b are OFF, and the sensing signals are being generated, the 'pressed state' is determined.
[0060] Even in a case where there is a permissible time difference between the timing at which switch 18a is set to the OFF state and the timing at which switch 18b is set to the OFF state when safety detection bar 12 is pressed, it is not determined that the switch or the switching mechanism has failed.
[0061] The first switch 18a and the second switch 18b are each provided on the links 15a and 15b, which are designed to follow the rotating link 14, which is attached to the safety detection bar 12 and is rotated by the safety detection bar 12. The first switch 18a and the switching mechanism, which corresponds to a structure comprising the driven link 15a to which the switch 18a is attached, the stop 16a, the spring 17a, the cam 20a, and the double links 21 and 22, form a “switching unit.” Similarly, the second switch 18b and the switching mechanism, which corresponds to a structure comprising the driven link 15b to which the switch 18b is attached, the stop 16b, the spring 17b, the cam 20b, and the double links 21 and 22, also form a “switching unit.”It is described that each of the switching units can have the same failure state as the switching unit that has the switch or switching mechanism, among the failure states 1) to 4), as shown in Table 1.
[0062] The control unit 11 cannot obtain an operating position of the detection bar 12 and can only detect the movement of the detection bar based on the ON / OFF operations of switch 18a and switch 18b. Reference symbol list
