MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0008] Embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are merely examples, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the present disclosure. First embodiment

[0009] Fig. 1 is a diagram showing an information providing system in a first embodiment. The information providing system includes an information processing device 100, a camera 200, and a display device 300. The information processing device 100, the camera 200, and the display device 300 communicate via a network. The network is a wired network or a wireless network.

[0010] Information processing device 100 is a device that executes a control process. Information processing device 100 is, for example, a server.

[0011] In addition, the information processing device 100 can perform communication with communication devices installed in the facilities. For example, the information processing device 100 can perform communication with communication devices installed in facilities A, B, C, and D. Fig. 1, four devices are shown. Furthermore, the information processing device 100 can communicate with communication devices installed in four or more devices. The information processing device 100 can receive a device congestion level from the communication device installed in the device.

[0012] The camera 200 photographs a plurality of users located in the vicinity of the display device 300. The display device 300 is, for example, a guidance system or signage.

[0013] Next, hardware included in the information processing apparatus 100 will be described below.

[0014] Fig. Figure 2 is a diagram showing the hardware included in the information processing device in the first embodiment. The information processing device 100 includes a processor 101, a volatile storage device 102, and a non-volatile storage device 103.

[0015] The processor 101 controls the information processing device 100 as a whole. The processor 101 is, for example, a central processing unit (CPU), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), or the like. The processor 101 may also be a multiprocessor. The information processing device 100 may further include processing circuitry.

[0016] The volatile storage device 102 is a main memory of the information processing device 100. The volatile storage device 102 is, for example, a random access memory (RAM). The non-volatile storage device 103 is an auxiliary memory of the information processing device 100. The non-volatile storage device 103 is, for example, a hard disk drive (HDD) or a solid state drive (SSD).

[0017] Next, functions included in the information processing apparatus 100 will be described below.

[0018] Fig. Figure 3 is a block diagram showing the functions of the information processing device in the first embodiment. The information processing device 100 includes a storage unit 110, an acquisition unit 120, an inference calculation unit 130, an identification unit 140, and a control unit 150.

[0019] The storage unit 110 may be implemented as a memory area reserved in the volatile storage device 102 or in the non-volatile storage device 103.

[0020] The acquisition unit 120, the inference calculation unit 130, the identification unit 140, and the control unit 150 may be partially or entirely implemented by a processing circuit. Part or all of the acquisition unit 120, the inference calculation unit 130, the identification unit 140, and the control unit 150 may also be implemented as modules of a program executed by the processor 101. The program executed by the processor 101 is also referred to, for example, as a control program. The control program is recorded, for example, on a recording medium.

[0021] The storage unit 110 can store a setup table. The setup table will be described later.

[0022] The acquisition unit 120 may acquire an image obtained by the camera 200 by photographing a plurality of users.

[0023] The inference calculation unit 130 derives an attribute of the plurality of users based on the image. The attribute may be, for example, gender, age, group, or the like. The inference calculation unit 130 derives the attribute of the plurality of users using image recognition technology, for example.

[0024] For example, when inferring a group, the inference calculation unit 130 infers that a set of users where the distance between users is small is a group. When inferring a group, the inference calculation unit 130 may infer that a set of users wearing the same uniforms is a group.

[0025] The inference calculation unit 130 derives the number of the plurality of users based on the image. For example, the inference calculation unit 130 derives the number of users (ie, a total number of people) using image recognition technology.

[0026] The inference calculation unit 130 calculates a ratio of each attribute using the number of people who have the derived attribute and the total number of people. For example, the inference calculation unit 130 calculates the male ratio based on the number of men and the total number of people. The ratio of each attribute is calculated as described above. The ratio of each attribute can be, for example, the male ratio, the female ratio, the 20-year-old ratio, the 30-year-old ratio, the family ratio, etc.

[0027] The acquisition unit 120 acquires the quota information indicating the quota of each attribute. For example, the acquisition unit 120 acquires the quota information calculated by the inference calculation unit 130. Alternatively, the acquisition unit 120 acquires the quota information from an external device. The external device is a device with the same function as the inference calculation unit 130. An illustration of the external device is omitted.

[0028] The identification unit 140 identifies a single attribute based on ordinal ranks corresponding to the ratio of each attribute. For example, the identification unit 140 identifies an attribute whose ordinal rank is No. 1. That is, the identification unit 140 identifies an attribute whose ratio is the highest. Alternatively, the identification unit 140 identifies, for example, an attribute whose ordinal rank is No. 2. It is desirable for the identification unit 140 to identify an attribute whose ordinal rank is high.

[0029] The acquisition unit 120 acquires the facility table. The acquisition unit 120 acquires the facility table, for example, from the storage unit 110. Alternatively, the acquisition unit 120 acquires the facility table, for example, from the external device. Here, the facility table is shown below.

[0030] Fig. 4 is a diagram showing an example of the device table in the first embodiment. The device table 111 is stored, for example, in the storage unit 110. The device table 111 is also referred to as device information.

[0031] The facility table 111 specifies the correspondence between a facility, content, an attribute, a number of users, and a congestion level of a facility. Specifically, the facility table 111 contains information such as the facility name, content, attribute, number of users, and congestion level. The facility name is entered under "Facility Name." Content is entered under "Content." An attribute is entered under "Attribute." The number of users is entered under "Number of Users." The congestion level received by the communication device installed in the facility is entered under "Congestion Level."

[0032] The identification unit 140 identifies content corresponding to the identified attribute based on the facility table 111. For example, if the identified attribute is male, the identification unit 140 identifies content A1, C1, and D.

[0033] The control unit 150 executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content. Specifically, the control unit 150 transmits the identified content and a display command for the content to the display device 300. Accordingly, the display device 300 displays the content. In cases where the display device 300 has stored the identified content, the control unit 150 further transmits the display command for the content to the display device 300. Accordingly, the display device 300 displays the content.

[0034] Next, a process executed by the information processing apparatus 100 will be described using a flowchart.

[0035] Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing an example of the process executed by the information processing apparatus in the first embodiment.

[0036] (Step S11) The acquisition unit 120 acquires an image having a plurality of users.

[0037] (Step S12) The inference calculation unit 130 derives an attribute of the plurality of users based on the image.

[0038] (Step S13) The inference calculation unit 130 derives the total number of people based on the image.

[0039] (Step S14) The inference calculation unit 130 calculates the rate of each attribute using the number of people having the derived attribute and the total number of people.

[0040] (Step S15) The identification unit 140 identifies a single attribute based on the ordinal ranks corresponding to the rate of each attribute.

[0041] (Step S16) The identification unit 140 identifies content corresponding to the identified attribute based on the facility table 111.

[0042] (Step S17) The control unit 150 executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content.

[0043] According to the first embodiment, the information processing device 100 identifies an attribute with a high rate among a plurality of attributes corresponding to a plurality of users and provides content corresponding to the identified attribute. Therefore, the provided content arouses interest among many users. Accordingly, the information processing device 100 is capable of providing content that arouses interest.

[0044] Furthermore, the identification unit 140 may identify two or more upper attributes in the ordinal ranks corresponding to the ratio of each attribute. For example, the identification unit 140 identifies the attribute "male" and the attribute "30s," which are the two upper attributes. Then, the identification unit 140 identifies content corresponding to the identified attributes based on the setup table 111. By doing so, the identification unit 140 identifies, for example, content C1. As described above, the information processing device 100 can cause the display device 300 to display more appropriate content by narrowing down the attributes to be identified.

[0045] The identification unit 140 can identify the congestion level corresponding to the identified content based on the facility table 111. For example, if content A1 has been identified, the identification unit 140 identifies the congestion level A of facility A. The control unit 150 executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content and the identified congestion level. Accordingly, the display device 300 displays the content and the congestion level. For example, the display device 300 displays the content A1 and the congestion level A. By displaying the congestion level through the display device 300, the information processing device 100 is able to provide useful information to users.

[0046] When a plurality of pieces of content have been identified, the identification unit 140 can identify the congestion level corresponding to each of a plurality of facilities in the plurality of pieces of content based on the facility table 111. The control unit 150 executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the plurality of pieces of content in ascending order of congestion level. Accordingly, the display device 300 displays the content in ascending order of congestion level. Users can easily identify facilities with low congestion levels.

[0047] The identification unit 140 can identify the congestion level corresponding to the identified content based on the facility table 111. For example, if content A1 has been identified, the identification unit 140 identifies the congestion level A of facility A. If the congestion level is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold, the control unit 150 executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content. Accordingly, the display device 300 displays content of a facility with a low congestion level. The information processing device 100 is thus able to guide users to a facility with a low congestion level. If the congestion level is higher than the threshold, the control unit 150 does not execute the content display control.Accordingly, the likelihood that users will visit a facility with a high level of congestion decreases.

[0048] Further, the information processing device 100 may perform the following process. The identification unit 140 identifies a single attribute based on the ordinal ranks corresponding to the ratio of each attribute. For example, the identification unit 140 identifies an attribute whose ordinal rank is No. 1. The identification unit 140 identifies facilities corresponding to the identified attribute based on the facility table 111. The identification unit 140 identifies a facility with the largest number of users among the identified facilities. The identification unit 140 identifies content corresponding to the identified attribute from content corresponding to the identified facility (ie, the facility with the largest number of users) based on the facility table 111.The control unit 150 executes a control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content. Accordingly, the display device 300 displays content of a device most frequently used by users with the identified attribute. The information processing device 100 is thus able to provide content that arouses the interest of users with the identified attribute. Second embodiment

[0049] A second embodiment is described below. In the second embodiment, the features that differ from those of the first embodiment are primarily described. In the second embodiment, the description of features that are the same as those of the first embodiment is omitted.

[0050] Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an information providing system in the second embodiment. The information providing system includes an information processing device 100a, a display device 300, and a beacon 400. The information processing device 100a, the display device 300, and the beacon 400 communicate via a network. The network is a wired network or a wireless network. Furthermore, the information processing device 100a communicates with a terminal device 500 via a network.

[0051] The beacon 400 may be located in the vicinity of the display device 300.

[0052] A user has the terminal device 500. The terminal device 500 stores a user identification (ID) of the user. The user ID is also referred to as identification information, which can be used to identify the user. The identification information may be the user's name. The user ID in the following description may be replaced by the user's name.

[0053] The functions of the information processing device 100a are described below.

[0054] Fig. Figure 7 is a block diagram showing the functions of the information processing device in the second embodiment. The information processing device 100a includes an acquisition unit 120a, an identification unit 140a, and a control unit 150a.

[0055] The acquisition unit 120a may acquire the user ID stored in the terminal device 500 via the beacon 400. User attribute information indicating an attribute of the user may be stored in the storage unit 110. The attribute may be, for example, gender, age, or the like. The acquisition unit 120a may acquire the user attribute information from the storage unit 110 based on the user ID.

[0056] Furthermore, the acquisition unit 120a may acquire the user ID and user attribute information from an external device. For example, the external device stores the user attribute information. The external device acquires the user ID stored in the terminal device 500 via the beacon 400. The external device acquires the user attribute information based on the user ID. The external device transmits the user ID and user attribute information to the information processing device 100a. Through this process, the acquisition unit 120a may acquire the user ID and user attribute information.

[0057] A usage history table can be stored in the storage unit 110. The usage history table is shown below.

[0058] Fig. Figure 8 is a diagram showing an example of the usage history table in the second embodiment. The usage history table 112 is stored, for example, in the storage unit 110. The usage history table 112 is also referred to as usage history information. The usage history table 112 includes information such as user ID, usage date, and device name.

[0059] The user ID is registered under the "User ID" field. The date of use is entered under the "Date of Use" field. In other words, the date of the visit is entered under the "Date of Use" field. The name of a facility used by the user is entered under the "Facility Name" field.

[0060] The acquisition unit 120a acquires the usage history table 112 from the storage unit 110 or an external device.

[0061] The identification unit 140a identifies the facilities corresponding to the user ID based on the usage history table 112 and the user ID. In short, the identification unit 140a identifies facilities used by the user with the user ID. For example, if the user ID is "U1," the identification unit 140a identifies facilities A, B, and D. The identified facilities are also referred to as second facilities.

[0062] The identification unit 140a identifies facilities corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information based on the facility table 111. For example, if the attribute specified by the user attribute information is male, the identification unit 140a identifies facilities A, C, and D corresponding to males. The identified facilities are also referred to as first facilities.

[0063] The identification unit 140a compares the facilities identified based on the facility table 111 with the facilities identified based on the usage history table 112, and identifies, among the facilities identified based on the facility table 111, a facility to which the user of the user ID has never been. For example, the identification unit 140a compares facilities A, C, and D with facilities A, B, and D, and identifies, among the facilities A, C, and D, facility C to which the user with the user ID "U1" has never been.

[0064] Based on the facility table 111, the identification unit 140a identifies content corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information from among the content corresponding to the identified facility. For example, if the identified facility is facility C and the attribute specified by the user attribute information is male, the identification unit 140a identifies content C1.

[0065] The control unit 150a executes control to cause the terminal device 500 to display the identified content. For example, the control unit 150 transmits the identified content and a display command for the content to the terminal device 500. Accordingly, the terminal device 500 displays the content.

[0066] The control unit 150 executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content.

[0067] Next, a process executed by the information processing apparatus 100a will be described using a flowchart.

[0068] Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing an example of the process executed by the information processing apparatus in the second embodiment.

[0069] (Step S21) The acquisition unit 120a acquires the user ID and the user attribute information.

[0070] (Step S22) The identification unit 140a identifies the facilities corresponding to the user ID using the usage history table 112.

[0071] (Step S23) The identification unit 140a identifies facilities corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information based on the facility table 111.

[0072] (Step S24) The identification unit 140a compares the facilities identified based on the facility table 111 with the facilities identified based on the usage history table 112, and identifies a facility to which the user of the user ID has never been among the facilities identified based on the facility table 111.

[0073] (Step S25) The identification unit 140a identifies, based on the facility table 111, content corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information from content corresponding to the identified facility.

[0074] (Step S26) The control unit 150a executes control to cause the terminal device 500 to display the identified content.

[0075] According to the second embodiment, the information processing device 100a provides content of a facility the user has never been to. The facility corresponding to the content is a facility the user has never been to. Therefore, it can be determined that the user has an interest in the content when the content is provided. In addition, the content is content identified by the attribute specified by the user attribute information. Thus, it can also be determined that it is content that arouses the interest of users with this attribute. Accordingly, the information processing device 100a is capable of providing content that arouses interest. Modification of the second embodiment

[0076] The acquisition unit 120a acquires the user attribute information. The user attribute information is acquired according to the method described above. The acquisition unit 120a acquires the facility table 111.

[0077] The identification unit 140a identifies facilities corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information based on the facility table 111. For example, if the attribute specified by the user attribute information is male, the identification unit 140a identifies facilities A, C, and D corresponding to male persons.

[0078] The identification unit 140a identifies a facility with the largest number of users among the identified facilities. For example, the identification unit 140a identifies facility A.

[0079] Based on the facility table 111, the identification unit 140a identifies content corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information from the content corresponding to the identified facility (ie, the facility with the largest number of users). For example, if the attribute is male, the identification unit 140a identifies content A1.

[0080] The control unit 150a executes control to cause the terminal device 500 to display the identified content. The control unit 150 executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content.

[0081] Next, a process executed by the information processing apparatus 100a will be described using a flowchart.

[0082] Fig. 10 is a flowchart showing an example of the process executed by the information processing device in the modification of the second embodiment.

[0083] (Step S31) The acquisition unit 120a acquires the user attribute information.

[0084] (Step S32) The identification unit 140a identifies facilities corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information based on the facility table 111.

[0085] (Step S33) The identification unit 140a identifies a facility having a largest number of users among the identified facilities.

[0086] (Step S34) The identification unit 140a identifies, based on the facility table 111, content corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information from content corresponding to the identified facility.

[0087] (Step S35) The control unit 150a executes control to cause the terminal device 500 to display the identified content.

[0088] According to the modification of the second embodiment, the terminal device 500 displays content of a facility most frequently used by users with the attribute specified by the user attribute information. Accordingly, the information processing device 100a is able to provide content that arouses interest. Third embodiment

[0089] Next, a third embodiment will be described below. In the third embodiment, description will be given mainly of features different from those in the first and second embodiments. In the third embodiment, description of features common to the first and second embodiments will be omitted.

[0090] Fig. 11 is a diagram showing an information providing system in the third embodiment. The information providing system includes an information processing device 100b, a camera 200, a display device 300, and a beacon 400. The camera 200 photographs a plurality of users. A plurality of users are located in the vicinity of the display device 300. Each of the plurality of users has a terminal device.

[0091] Fig. Figure 12 is a block diagram showing the functions of the information processing device in the third embodiment. The information processing device 100b includes the storage unit 110, an acquisition unit 120b, the inference calculation unit 130, an identification unit 140b, and a control unit 150b.

[0092] The acquisition unit 120b acquires quota information indicating the quota of each attribute based on an image obtained by photographing a plurality of users. The acquisition unit 120b acquires, for example, the quota information calculated by the inference calculation unit 130. Alternatively, the acquisition unit 120b acquires the quota information from, for example, the external device.

[0093] The identification unit 140b identifies a single attribute based on the ordinal ranks corresponding to the ratio of each attribute. For example, the identification unit 140b identifies an attribute whose ordinal rank is 1. It is desirable for the identification unit 140b to identify an attribute whose ordinal rank is high.

[0094] The identification unit 140b identifies facilities corresponding to the identified attribute based on the facility table 111. The identified facilities are also referred to as first facilities.

[0095] The acquisition unit 120b acquires a plurality of user IDs from a plurality of terminal devices having a plurality of users via the beacon 400. The plurality of user IDs is also referred to as a plurality of pieces of identification information suitable for identifying the plurality of users.

[0096] The identification unit 140b identifies the facilities corresponding to the plurality of user IDs based on the usage history table 112 and the plurality of user IDs. In short, the identification unit 140b identifies facilities used by the plurality of users. The identified facilities are also referred to as second facilities.

[0097] The identification unit 140b compares the facilities identified based on the facility table 111 with the facilities identified based on the usage history table 112, and identifies a facility least frequently used by the plurality of users, which corresponds to the plurality of user IDs, from the facilities identified based on the facility table 111.

[0098] The identification unit 140b identifies, based on the facility table 111, content corresponding to the identified attribute from content corresponding to the identified facility.

[0099] The control unit 150b executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content.

[0100] Next, a process executed by the information processing apparatus 100b will be described using a flowchart.

[0101] Fig. 13 is a flowchart showing an example of the process executed by the information processing apparatus in the third embodiment.

[0102] (Step S41) The acquisition unit 120b acquires the quota information indicating the quota of each attribute.

[0103] (Step S42) The identification unit 140b identifies a single attribute based on the ordinal ranks corresponding to the rate of each attribute.

[0104] (Step S43) The identification unit 140b identifies facilities corresponding to the identified attribute based on the facility table 111.

[0105] (Step S44) The acquisition unit 120b acquires a plurality of user IDs from a plurality of terminal devices having a plurality of users via the beacon 400.

[0106] (Step S45) The identification unit 140b identifies the facilities corresponding to the plurality of user IDs using the usage history table 112.

[0107] (Step S46) The identification unit 140b compares the facilities identified based on the facility table 111 with the facilities identified based on the usage history table 112, and identifies a facility used least frequently by the plurality of users, which corresponds to the plurality of user IDs, from the facilities identified based on the facility table 111.

[0108] (Step S47) The identification unit 140b identifies, based on the facility table 111, content corresponding to the identified attribute from content corresponding to the identified facility.

[0109] (Step S48) The control unit 150b executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content.

[0110] According to the third embodiment, the information processing device 100b provides content of a device that many users have never used. The device corresponding to the content is a device that many users have never used. Therefore, when the content is provided, it can be determined that many users have an interest in the content. In addition, the content is content identified based on an attribute that corresponds to a plurality of users. Thus, it can also be determined that it is content that arouses the interest of users with this attribute. The information processing device 100b is therefore capable of providing content that arouses interest. Modification of the third embodiment

[0111] In the third embodiment, the case where content is provided to a device that many users have never used was described. In a modification of the third embodiment, a case where content is provided to a device most frequently used by a large number of users is described.

[0112] Fig. Fig. 14 is a flowchart showing an example of a process executed by an information processing device in the modification of the third embodiment. The process of Fig. 14 differs from the process of Fig. 13 by executing step S46a. Thus, step S46a will be described below with reference to Fig. 14. In this case, the description of processing other than step S46a is omitted.

[0113] (Step S46a) The identification unit 140b compares the facilities identified based on the facility table 111 with the facilities identified based on the usage history table 112, and identifies a facility most frequently used by the plurality of users, which corresponds to the plurality of user IDs, from the facilities identified based on the facility table 111.

[0114] According to the modification of the third embodiment, the information processing device 100b provides content of a device used by many users. The content is content of a device used by many users with the identified attribute. Thus, it can also be determined that the content is content that arouses the interest of many users. The information processing device 100b is therefore capable of providing content that arouses interest. Fourth embodiment

[0115] A fourth embodiment will be described below. In the fourth embodiment, features different from those of the first to third embodiments will be mainly described. In the fourth embodiment, features common to the first to third embodiments will be omitted.

[0116] Fig. Figure 15 is a block diagram showing the functions of an information processing device in the fourth embodiment. The information processing device 100 further includes a guidance effect calculation unit 160.

[0117] Here, information processing device 100 provides content to display device 300, causing display device 300 to display the content. Display device 300 displays the content, thereby achieving a visual recognition rate. Incidentally, the calculation of the visual recognition rate can be performed by a device such as display device 300.

[0118] The acquisition unit 120 acquires the visual recognition rate. The acquisition unit 120 acquires the visual recognition rate, for example, from a device that has calculated the visual recognition rate.

[0119] Further, the acquisition unit 120 acquires a first congestion degree as the congestion degree of a facility corresponding to the content before the content is displayed from a device installed in the facility. The acquisition unit 120 acquires a second congestion degree as the congestion degree of the facility corresponding to the content after the content is displayed from the device installed in the facility.

[0120] The leading effect calculation unit 160 calculates an overload degree increase rate based on the first overload degree and the second overload degree. The leading effect calculation unit 160 calculates a leading effect value using Expression (1). Incidentally, α is a constant. Leadership effect value = overload level − increase rate + α × visual recognition rate

[0121] Here, the content is provided to the terminal device 500, causing the terminal device 500 to display the content. After the content is displayed by the terminal device 500, the user clicks on the content they are interested in. The terminal device 500 calculates a click rate based on the number of pieces of content displayed and the number of pieces of content clicked.

[0122] The acquisition unit 120 may acquire the click rate from the terminal device 500. The lead effect calculation unit 160 may also calculate the lead effect value using Expression (2). Leadership effect value = overload level − increase rate + α × click rate

[0123] Furthermore, when the user visits the facility corresponding to the content, the acquisition unit 120 may acquire a success rate from the terminal device 500. Once the success rate is acquired, the guidance effect calculation unit 160 may calculate the guidance effect value using Expression (3). Incidentally, β is a constant. Leadership effect value = degree of overload − success rate + α × click rate + β × success rate

[0124] The guidance effect value is calculated as described above. Incidentally, it is also permissible even if the calculation of the guidance effect value is performed by a device other than the information processing device 100. The guidance effect value is also referred to as a value indicating a guidance effect of guidance to a facility.

[0125] The storage unit 110 stores, for example, a guidance effect table indicating a correspondence relationship between the guidance effect value and the content. An example of the guidance effect table is shown below.

[0126] Fig. 16 is a diagram showing an example of the guidance effect table in the fourth embodiment. The guidance effect table 113 is stored, for example, in the storage unit 110. The guidance effect table 113 is also referred to as guidance effect information. The guidance effect table 113 indicates the correspondence between the guidance effect value and the content. Incidentally, it is also permissible even if the guidance effect table 113 is stored in a device other than the information processing device 100.

[0127] The acquisition unit 120 acquires the management effect table 113. For example, the acquisition unit 120 acquires the management effect table 113 from the storage unit 110.

[0128] After identifying the content corresponding to the attribute, the identification unit 140 identifies content based on the leadership effect value corresponding to the identified content. For example, the identification unit 140 identifies content whose leadership effect value is the highest. Alternatively, the identification unit 140 identifies, for example, content whose leadership effect value is the second highest. As described above, it is desirable for the identification unit 140 to identify content whose leadership effect value is high.

[0129] The control unit 150 executes control to cause the display device 300 to display the identified content.

[0130] According to the fourth embodiment, the information processing apparatus 100 is capable of providing content with a large guiding effect.

[0131] The above description was given for the case of providing content with a high guiding effect using the case of the first embodiment. Also, in the cases of the second embodiment, the modification of the second embodiment, the third embodiment, and the modification of the third embodiment, the information processing device 100a, 100b is similarly capable of providing content with a high guiding effect.

[0132] Here, the information processing device 100 can perform communication with the terminal device 500. Further, the information processing device 100 can perform the following process. The acquisition unit 120 acquires the user attribute information, the facility table 111, and the guidance effect table 113. The identification unit 140 identifies content corresponding to the attribute specified by the user attribute information based on the facility table 111. The identification unit 140 identifies content based on the guidance effect value corresponding to the identified content. The control unit 150 executes control to cause the terminal device 500 to display the identified content. The information processing device 100 provides content with a high guidance effect, as described above.Accordingly, the information processing device 100 is capable of providing content that arouses interest.

[0133] Features in the embodiments described above can be combined with each other in a suitable manner. LIST OF REFERENCE SYMBOLS
