Specific embodiments

[0018] Fig. Figure 1 shows a partial exploded view of a portable device provided by an embodiment of the present application. Referring to Fig. 1. The portable device can have a first direction A, a second direction B, and a third direction C, which intersect in pairs. Furthermore, the portable device provided by the embodiment of the present application can comprise a device body 100 and a device mounting strap 400. Fig. Figure 1 shows the portable device using the example of a watch. The device body 100 can be a display part, such as a watch face, and the device fastening strap 400 can be a binding part, such as a watch strap. Of course, the portable device provided by the embodiment of the present application can also be a device with two detachable parts, such as a bracelet, eyeglasses, etc. Fig. 1 is just an example and does not represent a specific limit.

[0019] To facilitate quick installation of the device body 100 and the device mounting strap 400, the portable device can also include a first counterpart 200 arranged on the device body 100 and a second counterpart 500 arranged on the device mounting strap 400. That is, the device body 100 and the device mounting strap 400 can be detachably connected by the first counterpart 200 and the device mounting strap 400 to facilitate the replacement of the device body 100 or the device mounting strap 400.

[0020] Referring to Fig. 2. The device body 100 can have a receiving space 110. Referring to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The device body 100 can also have a through-hole 131. This through-hole 131 can be located at one end of the device body 100 in the second direction B and can be connected to the receiving space 110. The first counterpart 200 can be arranged through the through-hole 131 into the receiving space 110. At least a part of the first counterpart 200 can be arranged to slide within an interior of the through-hole 131, so that the first counterpart 200 located in the housing cavity 110 can move in the receiving space 110 along an axis (second direction B) of the through-hole 131, thereby allowing the first counterpart 200 to move within the receiving space 110. Fig. Position 2 shown and the second one in Fig. can assume the position shown in section 4.

[0021] Further referring to Fig. 1. The device body 100 can have a mounting opening 121 in the third direction C. Fig. Figure 3 shows a longitudinal section view of the first counterpart 200 of the in Fig. 1. Portable device shown in the first position. Referring to Fig. 3. The mounting opening 121 is connected to the receiving space 110 and can be passed through the second counterpart 500 arranged on the device mounting strap 400. That is, the second counterpart 500 can be guided from the mounting opening 121 into the receiving space 110.

[0022] If the first counterpart 200 is in the first in Fig. 2 and Fig. When the first counterpart 200 is in the position shown in Figure 3, it is also connected to the second counterpart 500 by snapping, in order to attach the device body 100 to the device mounting strap 400. When the first counterpart 200 is in the second position in the Fig. 4 and Fig. In the position shown in Figure 5, the first counterpart 200 and the second counterpart 500 are of course disengaged, so that the device body 100 can be removed from the device mounting strap 400.

[0023] Fig. Figure 6 shows a front view of the first counterpart 200 of the in Fig. 1 portable device shown, and Fig. Figure 7 shows a side view of the device mounting strap 400 of the in Fig. 1 portable device shown. Possible ways in which the first counterpart 200 and the second counterpart 500 lock together are described below with reference to the Fig. 1 - Fig. 7 described. Optionally, the first counterpart 200 can comprise a crossbeam part 250, a body part 240, and a base 280 along the positive direction of the second direction B, which are connected sequentially. The body part 240 is provided with an opening at one end in the opposite direction to the second direction B. The crossbeam part 250 can extend along the first direction A and be arranged in the opening of the body part 240, forming a through-groove 260 with the body part 240 that penetrates the first counterpart 200.

[0024] Furthermore, the second counterpart 500 can be a first part 510 and a second part 520. The second part 520 can extend along the third direction C and have a first end and a second end in the third direction C, wherein the first end of the second part 520 can be connected to the device mounting strap 400 and the second end of the second part 520 can be connected to the first part 510. The first part 510 can extend along the second direction B.

[0025] Referring to Fig. 3, the second counterpart 500 is positioned through and in the through-groove 260 along the positive direction of the third direction C (the direction indicated by arrow C) when the second counterpart 500 is interlocked with the first counterpart 200. The first part 510 of the second counterpart 500 can be passed through the through-groove 260, and the end face of the first part 510, in the opposite direction to the third direction C (opposite to the direction indicated by arrow C), rests against the end face of the crossbeam part 250 in the positive direction of the third direction C. The end face of the second part 520 of the second counterpart 500, in the opposite direction to the second direction B, rests against the end face of the crossbeam part 250 in the positive direction of the second direction B. That is, the crossbeam part 250 is in the limiting groove 530 (in Fig. 7 shown) limited, which is formed by the first part 510 and the second part 520 of the second counterpart 500.

[0026] In this case, an end face of the crossbeam part 250 facing away from the through groove 260 can optionally be used, with reference to the Fig. 3, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, provided with a reinforcing rib 270 to increase the strength of the crossbeam part 250 to withstand the tensile force along the third direction C, wherein the reinforcing rib 270 extends along the first direction A to facilitate the increase in strength of the crossbeam part 250 by local thickening.

[0027] To enable the first counterpart 200 to be in the first in Fig. 2 and Fig. The position shown in Figure 3 remains when the first counterpart 200 is connected to the second counterpart 500 by latching. Referring to Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the first counterpart 200 can be restricted in the first direction A and the third direction C by the perforated wall of the through-hole 131. Referring to the Fig. 1 - Fig. 3. The device body 100 can comprise a middle frame 120 and a bottom cover 130. Referring to the Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The lower cover 130 can be connected to the central frame 120 in the positive direction of the second direction B (in the direction indicated by arrow B) and can enclose a receiving space 110 with the central frame 120. The lower cover 130 can be provided with a through-hole 131 connected to the receiving space 110, wherein the through-hole 131 can be stepped, and a large-diameter section of the through-hole 131 can be arranged close to the central frame 120, and a small-diameter section of the through-hole 130 can be arranged away from the central frame 120.

[0028] Furthermore, with reference to the Fig. 2, the base 280 of the first counterpart 200 is slidably arranged in the small-diameter section of the through-hole 131, and the position of the first counterpart 200 in the first direction A and the third direction C is limited by the small-diameter section of the through-hole 131. The body part 240 of the first counterpart 200 may be provided with a projection 290, and the projection 290 may abut an inner base wall of the large-diameter section of the through-hole 131 when the first counterpart 200 is in the first position, in order to limit the position of the first counterpart 200 in the positive direction of the second direction B in the first position.

[0029] Furthermore, an elastic element (in the Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 6 elastic tabs shown, 300, in Fig. 8 spring 700) is arranged between the first counterpart 200 and the receiving space 110, which can provide a force along the positive direction of the second direction B, so that when the first counterpart 200 is in the first in Fig. 2 in the position shown, the projection 290 of the first counterpart 200 can bear against the inner bottom wall of the large-diameter section of the through-hole 131, and provide a restraining force for the movement of the first counterpart 200 when the user pushes the first counterpart 200 in the opposite direction to the second direction B (opposite to arrow B), and provide a restoring force for the first counterpart 200 to move from the second direction B. Fig. 4 shown position in the first in Fig. 2 to return to the position shown, after the user moves the first counterpart 200 into the second in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The position shown was pushed and released.

[0030] Referring to Fig. 2. It is to be explained that the first counterpart 200 has an upper end face 220 and a lower end face 230, which are arranged opposite each other in the second direction B, and the first counterpart 200 has a lateral end face 210 in the first direction A. The receiving space 110 has an inner top surface 112 in the direction of the second direction B, and the receiving space 110 has an inner side surface 111 in the second direction B.

[0031] Fig. Figure 8 shows a schematic representation of a portable device from the related technology. Referring to Fig. In the prior art, the elastic elements 700 are arranged between the upper surface 220 of the first counterpart 200 and the inner surface 112 of the receiving space 110. The spring 700 extends telescopically along the second direction B. To generate sufficient restoring force, the spring 700 is longer in the second direction B, requiring the receiving space 110 to have a larger volume in the second direction B, resulting in a thicker device body 100.

[0032] In order to shorten the space of the receiving chamber 110 in the second direction B, the portable device provided by embodiments of the present application shortens the space of the portable device in the second direction B by arranging an elastic tab 300 between the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200 and the inner side surface 111 of the receiving chamber 110, wherein the elastic tab 300 can provide a dispersed restoring force along the second direction B in order to make rational use of the space of the portable device in the first direction A.

[0033] It is understandable that the first counterpart 200 moves relative to the receiving space 110, and in order to prevent the elastic tab 300 from detaching, the elastic tab 300 can be fixed to the first counterpart 200 or the receiving space 110, i.e., the elastic tab 300 has a fastening end 310 and a free end 320 along the first direction A, one of which is fastened to the fastening end 310 of the elastic tab 300 by the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200 and the inner side surface 111 of the receiving space 110, and the other of which rests against the free end 320 of the elastic tab 300 by the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200 and the inner side surface 111 of the receiving space 110.

[0034] In Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. Figure 6 shows, for example, the attachment of the fastening end 310 of the elastic tab 300 to the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200. By way of example, at least a part of the inner side surface 111 of the receiving space 110 rests against the free end 320 of the elastic tab 300 and is inclined in the direction of the positive direction of the second direction and the outside of the receiving space 110 when the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200 is attached to the fastening end 310 of the elastic tab 300.

[0035] Specifically, it shows Fig. 9 a force decomposition diagram of the free end 320 of the first in Fig. 4 depicted counterpart 200. Referring to Fig. 9. At the point where the free end 320 of the elastic tab 300 abuts the inner side surface 111 of the receiving space 110, a pressure F0 is exerted on the elastic tab 300 by the inner side surface 111 of the receiving space 110. Since the inner side surface 111 of the receiving space 110 is inclined with respect to the second direction B, this pressure F0 can be resolved into a force F1 along the first direction A and a force F2 along the positive direction of the second direction B. The force F2 along the positive direction of the second direction B can cause the entire assembly—the elastic tab 300 and its first counterpart 200—to move in the positive direction of the second direction B.Furthermore, the first counterpart can have 200 elastic tabs 300 on both sides of the first direction A, and the two elastic tabs 300 are subjected to forces F1 of equal magnitude and in opposite directions along the first direction A.

[0036] To facilitate the deformation of the elastic tabs 300, the free end 320 of the elastic tabs 300 is also located, with reference to Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 6, optionally, on the side of the fastening end 310 of the elastic tabs 300 in the positive direction of the second direction B. That is, the inclination direction of the elastic tabs 300 is the same as the inclination direction of the inner side surfaces 111 of at least a part of the receiving space 110.

[0037] Furthermore, the elastic tabs 300 and the first counterpart 200 can be a single piece to facilitate processing, manufactured using a one-piece molding process such as injection molding, etc. To increase the bond strength between the elastic tabs 300 and the first counterpart 200, the following can be considered: Fig. 6, the connection points of the fastening end 310 of the elastic tabs 300 and the first counterpart 200 have arcuate surfaces 600, wherein the centers of these arcuate surfaces 600 are arranged towards the positive direction of the second direction, i.e., the elastic tabs 300 and the first counterpart 200 smoothly merge into one another through the arcuate surface 600.

[0038] The above describes the arrangement of the in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. The elastic tabs 300 shown in Figure 6, i.e., the fastening of the fastening ends 310 of the elastic tabs 300 to the lateral end faces 210 of the first counterpart 200, are described. The following refers to Fig. 10 Reference is made to describe the situation when the fastening end 310 of the elastic tabs 300 are attached to the inner side surfaces 111 of the receiving space 110.

[0039] Fig. Figure 10 shows a schematic diagram of part of another portable device provided by an embodiment of the present application, wherein the left half of the Fig. Figure 10 represents a schematic diagram when the first counterpart 200 is in a first position, and the right half of the Fig. Figure 10 represents a schematic diagram when the first counterpart 200 is in a second position. Referring to Fig. 10. The fastening ends 310 of the elastic tabs 300 can be attached, for example, to the inner side surfaces 111 of the receiving space 110. At least a portion of the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200 can bear against the free end 320 of the elastic tab 300 and can be inclined towards the positive direction of the second direction B and the outside of the receiving space 110 to facilitate the provision of a restoring force along the second direction B for the first counterpart 200.

[0040] Fig. Figure 11 shows a force decomposition diagram of the free end 320 of the first in Fig. 10 depicted counterpart 200. Referring to Fig. At point 11, where the free end 320 of the elastic tab 300 abuts the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200, the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200 is subjected to a pressure F0 from the elastic tab 300. Since the lateral end face 210 of the first counterpart 200 is inclined with respect to the second direction B, the pressure F0 can be resolved into a force F1 along the first direction A and a force F2 along the positive direction of the second direction B. The force F2 along the positive direction of the second direction B can cause the first counterpart 200 to move in the positive direction of the second direction B.Furthermore, the elastic tabs 300 can be divided into at least two sets, wherein the at least two sets of elastic tabs 300 can each be arranged on both sides of the first counterpart 200 in the first direction A, so that the forces F1 along the first direction A, with which the first counterpart 200 is acted, can cancel each other out. Each set of elastic tabs 300 can have one or more elastic tabs 300.

[0041] To facilitate the deformation of the elastic tabs 300, with reference to Fig. 10, the free end 320 of the elastic tabs 300 optionally arranged on the side of the fastening end 310 of the elastic tabs 300 in the opposite direction to the second direction B, i.e. the inclination direction of the elastic tabs 300 is the same as the inclination direction of the lateral end face 210 of at least a part of the first counterpart 200.

[0042] Furthermore, to facilitate processing, the elastic tabs 300 and the inner side surfaces 111 of the receiving space 110 (or the central frame 120) can be a single part, processed using a one-piece molding process such as injection molding, etc. To increase the connection strength between the elastic tabs 300 and the inner side surfaces 111 of the receiving space 110, the connection points of the fastening ends 310 of the elastic tabs 300 and the inner side surfaces 111 of the receiving space 110 can have arcuate surfaces 600, the centers of which are oriented in the opposite direction to the second direction, i.e., the elastic tabs 300 and the inner side surfaces 111 of the receiving space 110 transition smoothly into one another through the arcuate surface 600.
