Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a spring force clamping connection having a busbar and a clamping spring which has a clamping limb having a clamping edge for clamping an electrical conductor to the busbar, a contact limb and a spring bend which connects the contact limb to the clamping limb. The invention further relates to a conductor connection terminal having an insulating material housing and such a spring force terminal connection in the insulating material housing.Spring force clamping connections serve for clamping an electrical conductor to a clamping point which is formed between the clamping limb of a clamping spring and a busbar. For clamping the electrical conductor, the clamping spring can be pressed away from the busbar by the electrical conductor against the force of the clamping spring during direct connection. This is possible for rigid conductors, but not for multi-wire conductors or stranded conductors. There is a need for clamping electrical conductors to provide a spring force clamping connection in a self-holding manner in an open position. It is often desired that conductor connection terminals with open spring force clamping connection are delivered at the factory.EP 2 768 079 B1 discloses a spring force clamp having a busbar for contacting an electrical conductor and a clamping spring for fixing the electrical conductor in the spring force clamp. A holding means, which is mounted on the insulating material housing or connected to the contact limb of the clamping spring, is provided for latching the clamping spring in a holding-open position, and a displaceable restoring means is provided for pivoting the clamping limb back into the latching state.DE 10 2019 109 975 A1 discloses a connection terminal for connecting an electrical conductor comprising a housing with a conductor insertion opening, a busbar, a clamping spring and an actuating element which is arranged in the housing so as to be movable along an actuating direction. The actuation direction of the actuation element is formed transversely to the insertion direction of the conductor. The conductor connection region of the housing is equipped with a holding element on which the clamping leg of the clamping spring is held in the open position and from which the clamping leg is released in the clamping position. The holding element has a pressing surface arranged transversely to the insertion direction of the conductor, which can be actuated to release the clamping by the conductor to be connected in order to transfer the clamping limb from the open position into the clamping position. It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved spring force terminal and an improved conductor terminal. In this way, in particular a compact hold-open element with optimized mounting is to be provided. The object is achieved with the spring force terminal having the features of claim 1 and by the conductor terminal having the features of claim 14. Advantageous embodiments are described in the dependent claims. It is proposed that the spring force clamping connection has an hold-open element which is fixed to the busbar by a fastening section and has a latching arm adjoining the fastening section and a release section, wherein the latching arm has a latching contour which forms a stop for latching the clamping arm deflected towards the bearing arm counter to the spring force of the clamping spring in the hold-open position, and wherein the release section is designed to be deflected by an electrical conductor inserted to the busbar for clamping and thereby to displace the elastically resilient latching arm and to unlock the clamping arm latched to the latching contour in the hold-open position. The hold-open element, which is designed as a part separate from the clamping spring and the busbar, enables additional degrees of freedom in the design in order to adapt the latching contour and the release section to the specific clamping spring and the installation space. The fixing on the busbar ensures a connection of the hold-open element to the busbar. This connection can be designed as a fixed, non-detachable connection. However, a removable connection is also conceivable, for example by sliding on and clamping the hold-open element on the busbar.A locking in the sense of the present invention comprises a positive locking by a stop provided with the locking contour. The locking of the clamping leg on the locking contour takes place in that the locking contour forms a stop for the clamping leg, which is pressed against the locking contour by the spring force due to the spring force and is prevented from further displacement by the locking contour in the hold-open position. The latching contour of the latching arm can form, for example, a stop for the outward-running free clamping end of the clamping leg. However, it is also conceivable for the clamping leg to have a latching opening and for the latching contour of the latching arm to be designed for immersion in the latching opening and for forming a stop for a latching edge of the clamping leg delimiting the latching opening. The busbar can have a conductor plug-through opening, wherein the clamping spring is inserted into the conductor plug-through opening from an upper side of the busbar with its contact limb and clamping limb. The latching arm can extend from the fastening section fixed to the busbar past an underside of the busbar opposite the upper side under the contact limb and clamping limb. A latching tab forming the latching contour can be bent from the latching arm facing the busbar and the clamping limb. The electrical conductor is thus inserted through the busbar and the latching arm of the hold-open element is fixed to the busbar with its fastening section, viewed in the conductor insertion direction, behind the clamping spring. The latching arm then extends below the clamping spring, so that the conductor collecting space which is already present below the conductor plug-through opening is used for the latching arm.It is advantageous that the fastening section of the hold-open element is fixed to the busbar and the fastening section is adjoined by an elastically resilient latching arm bent in a loop-like manner. The latching arm can extend with its free end, starting from the fastening section fixed to the busbar, between the contact limb and the clamping limb through the conductor plug-through opening. From the latching arm, a latching tab forming the latching contour can be bent over facing the clamping leg.The stop of the latching contour for latching the clamping leg can be positioned either in the central region of the clamping leg or else at the end of the clamping leg.The elastically resilient release portion may be integrally formed with the elastically resilient latch arm. The latching contour can protrude from the surface spanned by the latching arm in its longitudinal extension. The support surface can form, in the conductor plug-through direction, a support surface for the free end of an inserted conductor to be clamped below the stop formed by the latching contour. The free end of the clamping leg is the terminating end at which the clamping leg terminates and to which no further portion is connected. The free end of the clamping leg can be used as a clamping edge for clamping the electrical conductor. The busbar can have a conductor plug-through opening and the clamping spring can be inserted into the conductor plug-through opening from an upper side of the busbar with its bearing leg and clamping leg at a first edge region of the conductor plug-through opening. The clamping spring can spring out with its clamping leg in the direction of the opposite second edge region of the conductor plug-through opening in order to form a clamping point with the second edge region and a clamping edge of the clamping leg for clamping an electrical conductor. The fastening portion of the hold-open element can be fixed on the side of the busbar forming the second edge region. The latching arm can extend from the fastening portion fixed to the busbar towards the clamping spring at a distance from the plane spanned by the conductor plug-through opening in the conductor plug-through direction below the conductor plug-through opening, in order to form with its latching contour a stop for the clamping leg deflected in the direction of the contact leg in the hold-open position. The locking arm can be adjoined by the triggering section which, in the conductor plug-through direction, forms a bearing surface for the free end of an inserted conductor to be clamped below the stop formed by the locking contour. The latching arm can thus form a latching plane and the bearing surface of the release section can form a plane lying below the latching plane in the conductor insertion direction. For actuation, the electrical conductor can be inserted through the latching arm or can be guided laterally past the latching arm until it meets the contact surface. The busbar can have a conductor plug-through opening and the clamping spring can project with the clamping leg and the contact leg into the conductor plug-through opening, wherein the holding-open element has a fastening portion which is fixed to the busbar. The fastening section can be adjoined by a spring-elastic latching arm, the trailing free end of which extends toward the clamping spring and forms a stop for the clamping leg deflected in the direction of the contact leg in the hold-open position. The trailing free end of the latching arm can form the latching contour and the release section. The latching contour and the release section are thus two functional regions which can coincide. They can be realized, for example, at the free end of the latching arm.The conductor plug-through opening can have a collar which extends away from the plane of the busbar spanned by the conductor plug-through opening in a conductor plug-through direction and partially or completely delimits the conductor plug-through opening and has two collar end walls which are spaced apart from one another and lie opposite one another. The contact leg can abut a first collar end wall. The clamping leg can form together with the second collar end wall, which is opposite the first collar end wall, a clamping point for clamping an electrical conductor. The hold-open element can be fixed on the upper side of the busbar and can be passed through the conductor plug-through opening. This achieves a space-saving, stable, positive mounting of the hold-open element on the busbar. For this purpose, the holding-open element can rest with its fastening section, for example, on the upper side of the busbar without being further connected to the busbar there, and can be pressed with the contact limb against the busbar in the region of the feedthrough through the conductor plug-through opening. The hold-open element is thus connected to the busbar in a form-fit and force-fit manner. The fastening section of the hold-open element can be fixed to the busbar by clamping (i.e. force-locking), by form-locking or by material-locking.The contact leg can abut on the busbar and support the clamping spring on the busbar. The conductor connection terminal has an insulating material housing and at least one spring force terminal connection described above. The insulating housing has a conductor insertion opening for inserting an electric conductor to a terminal formed between a bus bar clamping portion of the bus bar and the clamping edge of the clamping leg to clamp the inserted electric conductor between the bus bar clamping portion and the clamping edge. The conductor insertion opening leads out toward the clamping point and is oriented such that an electrical conductor inserted into the conductor insertion opening comes into contact with the release section and displaces the elastically resilient latching arm by displacing the release section in order to unlatch the clamping leg latched on the latching contour in the hold-open position. The insulating material housing can have an actuating opening which is open toward the clamping limb in order to displace the clamping limb in the direction of the contact limb into the hold-open position counter to the spring force of the clamping spring by means of an actuating tool which is inserted into the actuating opening or an actuating element which is installed movably into the actuating opening. In the context of this application, the words "a / an", unless expressly defined otherwise, are not to be understood as a numerical word, but rather as an indeterminate article having the word sense of "at least one / one".The invention permits various embodiments and is explained below by way of example with the accompanying drawings on the basis of exemplary embodiments. The spring force clamping connection 3 is in the hold-open position. The spring force clamping terminal 3 has a bus bar 4 and a clamping spring 5. The clamping spring 5 is designed as a U-shaped bent loop spring with a contact leg 6, a clamping leg 7 and a spring bow 8 connecting the contact leg 6 to the clamping leg 7.The busbar 4 has a conductor through-opening 9 in the busbar plane. The contact leg 6 abuts a first end wall 10 delimiting the conductor plug-through opening 9. On the second end wall 11 of the conductor plug-through opening 9, which is opposite the first end wall 10, a clamping tab 12 on the underside of the busbar 4 is bent into a conductor collecting pocket 13 of the insulating material housing 2. The underside of the busbar 4 is the side of the busbar 4 facing away from the spring bow 8. the clamping tab 12 has a contact edge 14 which is introduced toward the clamping limb 7 and which together with a clamping edge 15 of the clamping limb 7, which may be present at the free end of the clamping limb 7, for example, as illustrated, forms a clamping point for clamping an electrical conductor. The insulating material housing 2 has a conductor insertion opening 16 which extends in the conductor insertion direction L toward the conductor through-opening 9 and opens out there. In addition to the conductor insertion opening 16, the insulating material housing 2 has an actuating opening 17 which opens out towards the clamping limb 7. The conductor insertion hole 16 and the operation hole 17 may be separated from each other by a partition wall 18.As illustrated, an actuating element 19 can be movably installed in the actuating opening 17, which actuating element, in the illustrated displaced state, acts on the clamping limb 7 and displaces the clamping limb 7 toward the contact limb 6 into the open position by an actuating force transmitted via the actuating element 19. It is conceivable to use a displaceable, pivotable or rotatable actuating element 19. Alternatively, the actuating opening 17 can also remain free and be used to receive a separate actuating tool, for example a screwdriver, which is introduced into the actuating opening 17 for actuation and then removed again. The conductor plug-through opening 9 is bounded laterally by edge webs 20. The free end bearing section 21 of the contact limb 6 is narrower than the section which extends therefrom to the spring bend 8 and can bear on the busbar 4. The narrower free end bearing section 21 is inserted into the conductor insertion opening 9 delimited by the edge webs 20 and can be bent back somewhat by the clamping limb 7.The end section of the clamping leg 7 projecting into the conductor plug-through opening 9 is likewise narrower than the section adjoining it merging into the spring arch 8, in order to project into the conductor plug-through opening 9 bounded by the edge webs 20.In the conductor collecting pocket 13 there is arranged an hold-open element 22, which rests with a fastening section 23 adjacent to the first end wall 10 and the contact limb 6 on the underside of the busbar 4. This horizontal fastening section 23 is adjoined by a latching arm 24 which is bent away from the busbar 4 and has a latching contour 25. The latching contour 25 is cut free from the material of the latching arm 24 and bent in the form of a latching tab toward the busbar 4. The latching arm 24 merges into a release section 26 which is positioned below the conductor plug-through opening 9 in the alignment F of the conductor insertion opening 16.In the illustrated hold-open position, the latching contour 25 forms a stop for the clamping leg 7 lying between the latching contour 25 and the latching arm 24 or the alignment of the contact leg 6 in the open position of the clamping spring 4. Thus, the clamping spring 4 is held in the hold-open position.Optionally, the insulating material housing can also have a bridge insertion opening 27 which leads to a bridge opening 28 in the busbar 4, wherein a bridge spring 29 for making electrical contact with a bridge or other electrically conductive plug element on the busbar 4 can be inserted into the bridge opening 28.FIG. 2 shows a side view of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 1.It can be seen that the holding-open element 22 is arranged with its fastening section 23 on the underside of the busbar 4. The fastening portion 23 merges with a bend at the free end of the end bearing portion 21 of the contact limb 6 into the latching arm 24, which extends away from the busbar 4 and the clamping spring 5 into the conductor receiving pocket 13. The free end bearing section 21 is bent over facing the latching arm 24 and supports the latching arm 24.In the illustrated hold-open position, the free end of the clamping leg 7 projects into the free space formed between the latching contour 25 bent over toward the busbar 4 and the latching arm 24. The free end of the clamping leg 7, which has the clamping edge 15, abuts the upper end of the latching contour 25 and is latched in the hold-open position by this stop. The latching arm 24 extending away from the busbar 4 merges after bending into the release section 26 which projects into the conductor collection pocket 13 at a distance below the conductor plug-through opening 9. The release section 26 is transverse to the alignment F and forms a collecting base for an electrical conductor inserted into the conductor insertion opening 16 and inserted into the conductor collecting pocket 13 through the conductor insertion opening 9 in the conductor insertion direction L.FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the first embodiment of the spring force clamping connection 3 in the hold-open position. It can be seen that the free end of the clamping leg 7 presses by the restoring force of the clamping spring 5 against the latching contour 25 positioned in the pivot path of the clamping leg 7. The latching contour 25 forms a stop which prevents further rebound of the clamping leg 7 away from the contact leg 6 into the clamping position or closed position and thus latches the clamping leg 7 to the hold-open element 22 in a manner of speaking. It is also clear that the latching contour 25 can be designed as a latching tab which is cut free from the sheet metal material of the latching arm 24 and is bent from the plane of the latching arm 24 toward the clamping spring 5 and the conductor plug-through opening 9.It can also be seen that a clamping tab 12 is bent on the second end wall 11 of the conductor plug-through opening 9, which clamping tab is extended obliquely pointing toward the clamping spring 5 or the latching arm 24 and provides a protruding contact edge 14 for clamping an electrical conductor. The clamping tab 12 can be formed integrally from the material of the busbar 4. It can be formed during the production of the conductor plug-through opening 9 by cutting and bending.FIG. 4 shows a perspective view and FIG. 5 shows a side view of the hold-open element 22 of the spring force clamping connection 3 from FIG. 3.The hold-open element 22 is formed as a one-piece element from a sheet metal material. The attachment portion 23 and the release portion 26 are respectively formed at the diametrically opposite ends of the hold-open member 22. The fastening portion 23 and the release portion 26 extend approximately parallel to each other with a height offset in opposite directions. They are connected to one another by the diagonally extending latching arm 24. It can be seen that the latching contour 25 on the side of the release section 26 is bent out of the plane of the latching arm 24, so that a U-shaped latching tab is formed. It can be seen that the fastening section 23 can have optional fastening holes 30. The fastening section 23 can thus be connected to the busbar 4 in a form-fitting, force-fitting and / or materially integral manner by a fastening element 32 being introduced into an associated fastening hole 30 in each case and being connected to the busbar 4. For this purpose, rivets or screws can be guided through the fastening holes 30 and corresponding aligned fastening holes in the busbar 4 for the positive and non-positive connection. However, a cohesive welding with the aid of welding points introduced into the fastening holes 30 is also conceivable.FIG. 6 shows a perspective side view of the section of the conductor connection terminal 1 with the first embodiment of the spring force clamping connection 3 and the inserted electrical conductor 31 in the clamping position. The electric conductor 31 is inserted into the conductor receiving pocket 13 in the conductor insertion direction L through the conductor insertion opening 16 and the conductor insertion opening 9. In this case, it strikes the release section 26 which is in the conductor insertion path of the alignment F and exerts a release force on the hold-open element 22. The release section 26 is displaced downward away from the busbar 4 by the release force acting in the conductor insertion direction L and carries along the latching arm 24 connected thereto. This has the result that the latching contour 25 is displaced downwards away from the free end of the clamping limb 7 and the stop is lifted. The clamping leg 7 is thereby unlatched and can spring out toward the stripped end of the electrical conductor 31 by the restoring force of the clamping spring 5. This stripped end of the electrical conductor 31 is located between the clamping edge 15 and the contact edge 14 and is clamped to the busbar 4 with a clamping force by the clamping spring 5.It becomes clear that the triggering region 26 spans a bottom surface which is positioned approximately parallel to the plane of the conductor through-opening 9 in the insertion path of the electrical conductor 31.FIG. 7 shows a side view of the conductor connection terminal 1 with spring force clamping connection 3 in the clamping position from FIG. 6.It can be seen here that the latching contour 25 is displaced away from the clamping edge 15 of the free end of the clamping limb 7, with the result that the clamping limb 7 springs out towards the contact edge 14 and clamps the electrical conductor 31 to the busbar 4 between the clamping edge 15 and the contact edge 14.The hold-open element 22 is fixed in position on the busbar 4 by the fastening section 23 and the support on the free end bearing section 21. The latching arm 24 forms together with the release section 26 a spring-elastic element which, in the unlocked clamping position, is displaced downwards away from the clamping edge 15 by the electrical conductor 31 striking the release section 26.For removing the electrical conductor 31, the actuating element 19 can be pressed towards the clamping leg 7 in order to release the clamping edge 15 from the electrical conductor 31 and release it. The electrical conductor 31 can then be pulled out, wherein the latching arm 24 and the release section 26 spring back again into the hold-open position towards the busbar 4. As a result of the movement of the clamping leg 7 toward the contact leg 6, the clamping edge 15 of the clamping leg 7 reaches behind the latching contour 25 again, so that the latching contour 25 again forms a stop for the clamping leg 7 and holds the latter in the hold-open position.FIG. 8 shows a perspective view of the first embodiment of the spring force clamping terminal 3 in the clamping position with an electrical conductor 31 clamped. It is clear that the free end of the electrical conductor 31 strikes the triggering section 26 when it is inserted through the conductor insertion opening 9. In this case, the upper marginal edge of the latching contour 25, i.e. the latching tab bent out in a U-shape, is displaced away from the clamping edge 15 of the clamping limb 7 downwards, i.e. away from the busbar 4 in the conductor insertion direction L, so that the clamping edge 15 can spring out past the latching contour 25 towards the contact edge 14.FIG. 9 shows a perspective side view of a section of the conductor terminal 1 with a second embodiment of a spring force terminal 3 in the hold-open position. The insulating material housing 2 is identical to the previously described exemplary embodiment, so that reference is made to the above explanations. The busbar 4 and the clamping spring 5 are also of comparable configuration. In this second embodiment, the hold-open element 22 is configured such that the fastening portion 23 bears on the upper side of the busbar 4. The upper side of the busbar 4 is the side facing the spring bow 8, on which the clamping spring 5 is substantially positioned and to which the conductor insertion opening 16 of the insulating material housing 2 opens. The hold-open element 22 extends in the transition from the fastening section 23 to the release section 26 through the conductor plug-through opening 9 into the conductor collection pocket 13. The release section 26 initially extends past the contact leg 6 and away from the busbar 4 and, after bending, merges into a horizontal region which is aligned approximately parallel to the busbar 4 in alignment with the conductor insertion opening 16.In this exemplary embodiment, at least one latching arm 24 protrudes from a root region of the fastening section 23 on the upper side of the busbar 4. The latching arm 24 extends laterally past the narrower region of the clamping leg 7 and under the wider region of the clamping leg 7 lying above it and is curved in such a way that it points away from the busbar 4 upwards towards the actuating opening 17.In the illustrated hold-open position, the free end of the latching arm 24 forms a stop for the wide region of the clamping limb 7, which in the step adjoins the narrower region of the clamping limb 7 in the transition. Thus, the clamping leg 7 pivoted into the open position toward the contact leg 6 is latched to the latching arm 24.It can be seen that the fastening section 23 has optional fastening holes 30, which serve for fastening the hold-open element 22 to the busbars 4.FIG. 10 shows a side view of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 9.It is clear how the latching arm 24 adjoining the fastening section 23 is bent upwards by a bend from the plane of the busbar 4 and is guided past the narrower regions of the contact limb 6 and of the clamping limb 7. The clamping leg 7 displaced towards the contact leg 6 is positioned with a step transition from the narrower to the wider region between the contact leg 6 and the free end of the latching arm 24 forming the latching contour 25, so that the clamping leg 7 is latched to the latching arm 24. By the restoring force of the clamping spring 5, the clamping leg 7 presses against the latching arm 24 forming a stop.FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the second embodiment of the spring force clamping terminal 3 in the hold-open position. It can be seen that the fastening section 23 rests on the upper side of the busbar 4 and is connected in a form-fitting, force-fitting and / or firmly bonded manner with the aid of the fastening holes 30. It can be welded to the busbar 4, for example, by welding points introduced through the fastening holes 30.It becomes clear that a narrower tab projects in a root region of the fastening section 23, extends through the conductor plug-through opening 9, then widens and merges into a horizontal section which is positioned in alignment with the conductor plug-through opening 9. The release section 26 is thus formed. In the edge regions of the root region of the fastening section 23, latching arms 24 are bent at both sides, which are curved away from the busbar 4 toward the spring bend 8. The free ends of the latching arms 24 form a latching contour 25 which engages under the clamping limb in the region of the step in the transition from the narrower to the wider region and forms a stop for the horizontal step edge of the clamping limb 7.FIG. 12 shows a perspective view and FIG. 13 shows a side view of the hold-open element 22 of the spring force clamping connection 3 from FIG. 11.The hold-open element 22 is in turn formed as a single-piece element from a sheet metal material. The attachment portion 23 and the release portion 26 are respectively formed at the diametrically opposite ends of the hold-open member 22. The fixing portion 23 and the tail end portion of the trip portion 26 extend approximately parallel to each other with a height offset in opposite directions. The fastening section 23 extends after a root region into a centrally bent tab which initially extends diagonally away from the plane of the fastening section 23 and terminates in a horizontal section and forms the release section 26. From the root region of the fastening section 23, latching arms 24 protrude laterally next to the central tab, which latching arms are bent upwards away from the plane of the fastening section 23 and away from the release section 26. They form a locking contour 25 with their free end.It can be seen that the fastening section 23 can have optional fastening holes 30. 14 shows a perspective side view of the section of the conductor terminal 1 with the second embodiment of the spring force terminal 3 and the inserted electrical conductor 31 in the clamping position. It can be seen that the free end of the electrical conductor 31 impinges on the release section 26 and exerts a release force in the conductor insertion direction L. Thus, the L-shaped bent release portion 26 moves away from the clamping leg 7 and the free end bearing portion 21 and induces a spring stress in the root region. This leads to a reduction in the curvature of the latching arms 24, so that the free ends of the latching arms 24 are displaced away from the latching step of the clamping limb 7 and toward the busbar 4. The stop for the clamping leg 7 is thus canceled and the clamping leg 7 thus disengaged can spring out almost unimpeded by the restoring force of the clamping spring 5 toward the contact edge 14. The electrical conductor 31 is thus clamped between the clamping edge 15 of the clamping leg 7 and the contact edge 14 of the busbar 4.FIG. 15 shows a side view of the conductor connection terminal 1 with spring force clamping connection 3 in the clamping position from FIG. 14.It becomes clear that in the unlocked clamping position the free end of the latching arm 24, which forms the latching contour 25, now lies below the latching edge in the step of the clamping limb 7 in the transition from narrower to wider region of the clamping limb 7. The clamping leg 7 can thus spring out past the latching arm 24.FIG. 16 shows a perspective view of the second embodiment of the spring force clamping terminal 3 in the clamping position with an electrical conductor clamped. It becomes clear that the upper end edge of the latching arm 24 adjoins the lower edge of the step in the transition from the narrower region to the wider region of the clamping limb 7 and therefore no longer stands in the way of the clamping limb 7. The clamping leg 7 is thus unlatched and presses with its clamping edge 15 at the free end of the clamping leg 7 against the electrical conductor 31, which bears on the opposite side against the presented contact edge 14 of the clamping tab 12. The clamping force of the clamping spring 5 is thus concentrated on the contact edge 14 via the clamping edge 15 and the stripped end of the electrical conductor 31.FIG. 17 shows a perspective side view of a section of the conductor terminal 1 with a third embodiment of a spring force terminal 3 in the hold-open position. The construction of the insulating housing 2, the busbar 4 and the clamping spring 5 is comparable to the first exemplary embodiment, so that the statements relating to FIGS. 1 to 8 apply equally to FIGS. 17 to 24.The holding-open element 22 is now connected with the busbar 4 with its fastening section 23 on the other side next to the clamping tab 12 in comparison with the previously described embodiments. It is again connected on the underside of the busbar 4 in a respective fastening hole 30 with the aid of fastening holes 30 in the fastening section 23 and with fastening elements 32, for example in a materially bonded manner to welding points on the busbar 4 in a respective fastening hole 30.A latching arm 24 projects from the horizontal fastening portion 23 which abuts the busbar 4, said latching arm extending past the rear side of the clamping tab 12 and into the conductor collecting pocket 13. The latching arm 24 merges into a once again horizontal release section 26 at a free end of the hold-open element 22, which extends with a height offset in an opposite direction to the fastening section 23. The trip portion 26 is positioned below the conductor insertion hole 9 in alignment F with the conductor insertion hole 16.Between the busbar 4 and the release section 26, latching tabs protrude from the latching arm 24 below the clamping tab 12, said latching tabs forming a latching contour 25 for latching the clamping leg 7 in the open-hold position shown. These latching tabs 25 are formed on the two edge regions of the latching arm 24, so that the latching arm 24 extends downward with a narrower section starting from the root region and merges into the correspondingly narrower release section 26.FIG. 18 shows a side view of the conductor connection terminal from FIG. 17.It can be seen that the free end of the clamping leg 7, which has the clamping edge 15, strikes the end edges of the latching tabs, i.e. the latching contour 25, by the restoring force of the clamping spring 7. The latching contour 25 thus forms a stop for the clamping leg 7, which is latched by the hold-open element 22 in the hold-open position. It can be seen that the busbar 4, the latching tabs 25 and the release section 26 extend approximately parallel to one another and at a distance from one another in three planes offset from one another. The height plane of the latching tabs 25 is matched to the clamping limb 7 in such a way that the end edge of the latching tabs 25 in the open position of the clamping spring 5, in which the clamping limb 7 is deflected towards the contact limb 6, lies at the height of the free end of the clamping limb 7 and forms a stop for the free end of the clamping limb 7.FIG. 19 is a perspective view of the third embodiment of the spring force clamping terminal 3 in the hold-open position. It can be seen that the contact leg 6 projects with its narrower free end bearing section 21 through the conductor plug-through opening 9 and is mounted on the first end wall 10 of the conductor plug-through opening 9.It is also clear that the free end of the clamping leg 7 abuts the front edge of the latching tabs 25 and the clamping leg 7 is latched in this way.The holding-open element 22 is connected with its fastening section 23 to the busbar 4 on the underside of the busbar 4 with the aid of fastening elements 32. For this purpose, screws can be inserted into the fastening holes 30 of the fastening section 23 and screwed into counterbores of the busbar 4 introduced on the underside. However, fastening elements 32 in the form of welding points introduced into the fastening holes 30 can also be used for fixing the hold-open element 22 on the busbar 4. Other types of form-fitting, force-fitting and / or material-fitting fastening, for example by means of clamping engaging under and over the busbar, are equally conceivable.FIG. 20 shows a perspective view and FIG. 21 shows a side view of the hold-open element 22 of the spring force clamping connection 3 from FIG. 19.The hold-open element 22 is formed as a one-piece element from a sheet metal material. The attachment portion 23 and the release portion 26 are respectively formed at the diametrically opposite ends of the hold-open member 22. The horizontal fixing portion 23 and the horizontal release portion 26 extend approximately parallel to each other with a height offset in opposite directions. They are connected to one another by the latching arm 24, which extends substantially vertically or to a predominant part vertically. It can be seen that the latching contour 25 in the height plane between the plane of the fastening section 23 and the plane of the release section 26 is designed in the form of latching tabs (also referred to as retaining tabs) which are each bent out of the latching arm 24 at both edge regions. The latching tabs 25 protrude from the plane of the latching arm 24, which is spanned by the connecting plane between the transitions of the latching arm 24 on the one hand to the fastening section 23 and on the other hand to the triggering section 26. The two latching tabs 25 are spaced apart from one another while leaving a free space for plugging through an electrical conductor 31. They can have at their ends noses 33 facing each other, with which the stop surface for the clamping leg 7 is enlarged and the electrical conductor 31 is kept somewhat away from the stop to the clamping leg 7. The latching tabs 25 extend in the same direction as the release section 26.The planes of the fastening section 23, of the latching tabs (i.e. of the latching contour 25) and of the release section 26 are aligned approximately parallel to one another. The latching tabs 25 can optionally also be angled relative to the plane of the fastening section 23, however, provided this is necessary for aligning the stop surface on the clamping limb 7. Likewise, the plane of the trip portion 26 can be angled relative to the plane of the fastening portion 23, in particular in order to adapt the alignment of the trip portion 26 to the alignment F of the conductor insertion opening 16 and to ensure that an inserted electrical conductor strikes the trip portion 26.It can be seen that the fastening section 23 can have optional fastening holes 30. However, a cohesive welding with the aid of welding points introduced into the fastening holes 30 is also conceivable. However, it is also conceivable that in this exemplary embodiment, as well as in the further exemplary embodiments, an adhesive bond is used between fastening portion 23 and busbar 4.FIG. 22 shows a perspective side view of the section of the conductor connection terminal 1 with the third embodiment of the spring force clamping connection 3 and the inserted electrical conductor 31 in the clamping position. The electrical conductor 31 is inserted in the conductor insertion direction L into the conductor insertion opening 16, which opens out in a channel-like manner toward the conductor insertion opening 9. The stripped end of the electrical conductor 31 thus projects through the conductor plug-through opening 9 and is guided into the conductor collection pocket 13. The stripped end of the electrical conductor 31 extends between the mutually spaced latching tabs of the latching contour 25 to the trip section 26, in order to strike there with its free end face. A triggering force in the conductor insertion direction L is thus exerted on the triggering section 26 which pivots the latching arm 24 connected thereto with its latching contour downward away from the plane of the busbar 4 or the plane of the conductor passage opening 9 and away from the clamping edge 15. The stop of the latching contour 25 for the clamping leg 7 is thus canceled and the clamping leg 7 can spring out against the stripped end of the electrical conductor 31 by the restoring force of the clamping spring 5. The electrical conductor 31 is electrically conductively clamped to the busbar between the clamping edge 15 and the contact edge 14.FIG. 23 shows a side view of the conductor connection terminal 1 with spring force clamping connection 3 in the clamping position from FIG. 22.It is clear here that the stop edge of the latching contour 25 is displaced downward away from the clamping edge 15 of the clamping limb 7 in the conductor insertion direction L. This is achieved by the electrical conductor 31, which impinges on the release section 26 and presses it away in the conductor insertion direction L.Since the latching contour 25 latches only the lower edge region of the free end of the clamping leg 7 in the hold-open position, a small displacement of the release section 26 and thus of the latching contour 25 is sufficient to cancel the stop and to unlatch the clamping leg 7.FIG. 24 shows a perspective view of the third embodiment of the spring force clamping terminal 3 in the clamping position with an electrical conductor 31 clamped. It is clear here that the plane of the latching contour 25 lies below the plane of the clamping edge 15, as seen in the direction of extent of the electrical conductor 31 or direction of extent of the clamping limb 7 towards its free end with the clamping edge 15. The latching contour 25 is thus no longer in the way of the clamping limb 7, with the result that the latter can act on the electrical conductor 31 with its clamping edge 15 and press it against the contact edge 14 of the busbar 4. The latching arm 24 is displaced by the displacement of the release section 26 directed away from the busbar 4 and therefore takes along the latching contour 25.FIG. 25 shows a side view of a section of a conductor terminal 1 with a fourth embodiment of a spring force terminal 3 in the hold-open position.Again, the construction of the insulating housing 2 and the clamping spring 5 is in principle comparable to the embodiments described above, so that the above explanations apply equally. The busbar 4 has a collar 34 which bounds the conductor plug-through opening 9 and has a first collar end wall 35 on which the free end bearing section 21 of the contact limb 6 is mounted. The opposite collar end wall forms the clamping tab 12 and has the contact edge 14 presented. The collar end walls 35, 12 opposite each other are connected to each other by collar side walls 36.The hold-open element 22 is designed as a spring-elastic tab which is fixed at its first end by its fastening section 23 to the underside of the busbar 4, for example by fastening elements 32 in the form of rivets or others. The fastening section 23 is adjoined by a latching arm 24 which is bent into the conductor collection pocket 13 and the free end of which forms with its front edge the latching contour 25 for latching the free end of the clamping limb 7. The end section of the latching arm 24 extending into the conductor collection pocket 13 also forms the release section 26, which is placed in alignment with the conductor insertion opening 19.The hold-open element 22 is bent in the form of a loop. The latching arm 24 adjoining the fastening section 23 is initially guided past the free end of the clamping leg 7 and, after bending, is oriented toward the free end of the clamping leg 7 prestressed in the hold-open position. The free end of the latching arm 24 serves as a latching contour 25 which, in the latching state, forms a stop against which the free end of the clamping limb 7 bears and latches there. The section extending from the latching contour 25 at the free end of the latching arm for bending provides a release region 26 on which an inserted electrical conductor 31 to be clamped impinges in order to displace the release region 26 and cancel the stop formed by the latching contour 25.FIG. 26 shows a side view of the detail of the conductor connection terminal 1 from FIG. 25 with the fourth embodiment of the spring force clamping connection 3 in the clamping position. An electric conductor 31 is inserted in the conductor insertion direction L into the conductor insertion opening 16, which leads out to the conductor through-opening 9. As in the other exemplary embodiments, the conductor insertion opening 16 is bounded in a channel-like manner by encircling channel walls and extends conically in the conductor insertion direction L toward the busbar 4. The stripped end of the electrical conductor is led into the conductor collecting pocket 13 past the collar side walls 36 and through-opening 9 delimited by the collar 34. The free end of the electrical conductor 31 strikes the release section 26 of the hold-open element 22 which is in alignment F and presses the latter downward away from the collar 34 by the release force acting in the conductor insertion direction L. The stop of the end edge of the spring-elastic latching arm 24 forming the latching contour 25 for the free end of the clamping leg 7 is thus canceled, so that the latter can spring out toward the contact edge 14 by the restoring force of the clamping spring 5. The electrical conductor 31 is thus electrically conductively clamped to the busbar 4 at the clamping point between the clamping edge 15 and the contact edge 14.FIG. 27 is a front perspective view and FIG. 28 is a rear perspective view of the fourth embodiment of the spring force clamping terminal 3 in the hold-open position. It is clear that the conductor plug-through opening 9 introduced into the busbar plane is bounded on the underside by a collar 34. Due to its collar side walls 36 arranged parallel to each other at a distance and the collar end walls 35, 12 lying opposite each other transversely thereto, this forms an additional guide channel for the electrical conductor and increases the current-carrying cross section of the busbar 4.The loop-shaped bent resilient hold-open element 22 is positively fixed with its fastening portion 23 on the underside of the busbar 4 to the busbar 4 by a fastening element 32 in the form of a rivet bolt. The free end of the hold-open element, which is situated opposite the fastening section 23, is arranged below the collar 34 and thus forms a release section 26. The front edge thus forms a latching contour 25 for latching the clamping limb 7. this latching contour 25 is formed on the latching arm 24 in the sense of the invention, wherein the release section 26 is formed in the region of the latching arm 24 running below the collar 34 as far as the front edge.FIG. 29 shows a perspective front view and FIG. 30 shows a perspective rear view of the fourth embodiment of the spring force clamping connection 3 in the clamping position. The release section 26 is displaced away from the collar 34, which means that the latching contour 25, which is formed by the front edge at the trailing free end of the loop-shaped hold-open element 22, now lies below the plane of the free end of the clamping limb 7 and the clamping edge 15 arranged thereon. The clamping leg 7 is thus unlatched and can spring out beyond the plane of the release section 26 by the restoring force of the clamping spring 5 toward the clamping tab 12, i.e. toward the second collar end wall.List of reference characters1 Conductor connection terminal 2 Insulating material housing 2 3 Spring force clamping connection 4 Busbar 5 Clamping spring 6 Contact limb 7 Clamping limb 8 Spring bend 9 Conductor passage opening 10 First end wall 11 Second end wall 12 Clamping tab 13 Conductor collecting pocket 14 Contact edge 15 Clamping edge 16 Conductor insertion opening 17 Actuating opening 18 Dividing wall 19 Actuating element 20 Edge web 21 Free end bearing section 22 Holding open element 23 Fastening section 24 Latching arm 25 Latching contour / latching tab 26 Release section 27 Bridge insertion opening 28 Bridge opening 29 Bridge spring 30 Fastening holes 31 Electrical conductor 32 Fastening element 33 Tab 34 Collar 35 First collar end wall 36 Collar side wall F Alignment L Conductor insertion directionReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
