Description

The invention relates to a hip bag according to the preamble of claim 1.The invention further relates to a hip bag according to the preamble of claim 12.Hip bags of this type make it possible to dispense with a hand bag, so that both hands are free. The document DE 10 2005 042 366 A1 describes a hip pocket which can be fastened both to the belt of a pants and to the thigh of the user. The documents DE 202 08 750 U1, DE 20 2017 104 455 U1 and DE 20 2017 106 871 U1 describe hip bags which are bound around the torso in a belt-like manner for wear.Another hip pocket is known which has two loops which are arranged such that they cannot be lost on the pocket body and project laterally and each carry a carabiner and can be fastened to two belt loops, for example those of a pants. The same also applies to a further pocket, in which, however, the loops are directed upward.Depending on the height of the body, pants, for example, are designed differently. While one is intended for slender persons, there are still other pants for more full persons with the result that the spacings of the belt loops located on the pants are of different sizes. This finding applies in principle to all pants of different brands, regardless of whether these are now provided for slender or less slender persons.Proceeding from the above-described prior art, the object of the invention is to further develop a first hip pocket of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that it can be adapted in a simple and convenient manner both to the different sizes of the hip pocket users and to the different spacings of the belt loops of articles of clothing, in particular pants. In the case of the hip pocket mentioned at the second point, the object of the invention is to find a possible simplification in the sense of a cost reduction. The solution of the first-mentioned object consists in that each fastening device is either designed to be variable in length per se or variable in length by adding at least one spacer. The solution to the object mentioned at the second point can be seen in the fact that when a zipper is used, its two free ends are each bounded by one of the two fastening devices. The great advantage of the first solution is that it allows a user of the novel hip bag to set or choose the most comfortable wearing position of his hip bag for him. Thus, it is now possible in the simplest way to overcome different spacings of the belt loops, because in the two last-mentioned hip pockets belonging to the prior art it can certainly occur that, given certain unfavourable spacings of the belt loops of a piece of clothing, the two fastening devices must be pulled apart with all force, so that they can still be fastened at all to the belt loops. The reason for this is fastening devices on hip bags which have only a specific length. It is also now clear for a user of the proposed hip pocket whether he wishes to wear the hip pocket either very close to the belt or arranged somewhat lower. The user can also set or select fastening devices of different lengths, provided that he feels expedient on his own, for example for physical reasons. In a first embodiment, the length changeability is achieved with the aid of the carrying device. In a second embodiment, this effect is achieved with the aid of the suspension device. In a third example, the length changeability can be achieved jointly by the carrying device and by the suspension device. Finally, a change in length can be achieved even if at least one spacer means is arranged on the carrying device, which spacer means can fulfil its extension purpose located between the carrying device and the suspension device.Independently of this, it is of course also possible to dispense with the length of the fastening devices. If the hip pocket has a customary covering section for closing the pocket body and, for this purpose, the covering section and the pocket body are connected to a zipper, it is advantageous if the two free ends of the zipper are each bounded by one of the two fastening devices in such a way that, when the fastener of the zipper is moved, the fastener abuts one of the two fastening devices at the end of its respective movement path. In this way, it is possible in an expedient manner to cut the two slide fastener stringers to length quasi "from the rod", without the need for the customary end elements located on the slide fastener stringers, which otherwise limit the movement path of the fastener. This contributes to reducing the manufacturing cost of the hip bag. This solution can of course also be used on hip bags with length-adjustable fastening devices. The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments. It shows FIG. 1 shows a hip pocket in which the fastening device shown on the left in the drawing is shorter than the one shown on the right; FIGS. 2 to 5 also show a hip pocket in each case, in which fastening devices of different lengths are likewise shown in comparison, and FIG. 6 shows a further detail of a hip pocket, which is illustrated in detail. The hip pockets 1 shown in front view in FIG. 1 and in the further exemplary embodiments have a preferably closable pocket body 2. The closeability is achieved, for example, by a cover section 3 which extends from the pocket body 2 and is connected to the remaining part of the pocket body 2 with the aid of a zipper 4. It is also conceivable to have non-closable bag bodies 2, i.e. those which can be at least partially open at the top. Instead of a zipper 4, other known closing means are also possible. On both sides of the hip bag 1 and fastened to the bag body 2, a fastening device 6 is arranged in each case, wherein the hip bag 1 can be detachably fastened with its two fastening devices 6 to a known belt loop of a piece of clothing, in particular a pants, in each case. Each fastening device 6 has in the example a carrying device 7 designed as an eyelet, which is arranged on the bag body 2 such that it cannot be lost. Each fastening device 6 is further equipped with a suspension device 10, each suspension device 10 intended for suspension on a belt loop being connected to the supporting device 7 assigned to it. The suspension devices 10, which are illustrated largely schematically, are each formed in the example by a known length-adjustable snap hook 11, so that each fastening device 6 is designed to be length-adjustable. The carabiner 11 of the fastening device 6 shown on the left in the drawing is set, by way of example and in comparison, to its shortest length dimension a, while the carabiner 11 of the fastening device 6 shown on the right assumes its largest length dimension b. Usually, both fastening devices 6 will be chosen to be of the same length, which does not exclude that, depending on the size of the body and / or the distance between two belt loops, different length dimensions of the fastening devices 6 can nevertheless be chosen in order to achieve a comfortable fit of the hip bag 1 located on the body. The change in length of the two fastening devices 6, see the different dimensions a and b, is achieved in this example by the two suspension devices 10 in an independent manner. Belt loops are those known loops on a garment intended to hold a belt.A change in length of the two fastening devices 6 can also be achieved by the two supporting devices 7, as described in FIGS. 2 and 3. In this embodiment, each support 7 is designed as a free-ended band 8 protruding from the bag body 2, which for example has at least two spaced-apart holes 9 located on the same line, so that a first hole 9 is farther from the bag body than the second or a third hole 9'. If each fastening device 6 is to be longest, the respective suspension device 10 is threaded into the first hole 9 and connected to the carrying device 7. If, on the other hand, a short fastening device 6 is selected, only the tape-like carrying device 7 needs to be correspondingly folded over in such a way that the first hole 9 assumes a congruent position with the second hole 9'. The respective suspension device 6 can now be threaded or suspended into both holes 9, 9'. It is also possible, without folding the support device, to thread directly on the second or third hole 9'. The length changeability of each fastening device 6 is achieved independently in this exemplary embodiment by the respective carrying device 7. The dimensions a and b shown show the different lengths of the two fastening devices 6.FIGS. 4 and 5 show an embodiment in which the length-changeability of the fastening devices 6 is achieved by the optional addition of at least one spacer 16 which can be arranged between the carrying device 7 and the suspension device 10 and is connected to these (7, 10) in the position of use, see illustration on the far right. The spacer 16, for example a longitudinally cut, known ring eyelet 17 made for example of spring steel, which can be threaded on the carrying device 7, in the non-use position located on each carrying device 7, hangs unused downward, see the illustration shown on the left. The change in length of the two fastening devices 6 is achieved in this third exemplary embodiment by the addition and use of a respective spacer means 16.FIG. 6 shows in detail a support device 7 arranged on a bag body 2 in the form of a rivet 12 equipped with a known setting head. The rivet shank 13 of this support device 7 configured in this way penetrates the wall 5 of the bag body 2 in a manner leading outwards from the interior of the bag body 2. the closing head 14 visible outwards is compressed in such a way that a free section is formed between it and the wall 5 of the bag body 2, on which a suspension device 10 is mounted so as to be movable around and along the longitudinal axis of the rivet shank 13 and such that it cannot be lost. A change in length of each fastening device 6 configured in this way is possible, for example, if one uses an embodiment as described in FIG. 1.The change in length of the two fastening devices 6 can also be achieved if at least two of the solutions described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 are combined, i.e. used together. The bag body 2 may be made of various known materials. Leather or durable material is particularly suitable. The same also applies to the design of the carrying devices 7 described in FIGS. 1 to 3. This does not exclude that other known length-adjustable suspension devices 10 can be used, which by their construction and design can be threaded or fastened not only on the belt loops of a piece of clothing but also subsequently, i.e. not already during the manufacturing process of the hip pocket, on the carrying devices 7 with the aid of known closure means, for example hard-moving pushbuttons or ring eyes and the like. These options contribute to achieving and enabling the length changeability of the two fastening devices 6 in a wide variety of ways.As already mentioned at the beginning, it is usual to close the interior of the pocket body 2 with a known cover section 3, not shown in detail here, located on the pocket body 2. For this purpose, the bag body 2 and a free edge of the cover portion 3 are connected by a slide fastener 4. It is thus possible to close the interior of the pocket body 2 or to open it for use. The two fastening devices 6 are attached to the bag body 2 in such a way that the zipper 4 ends with its two ends at one of the two fastening devices 6 in each case and is thus delimited by them. The fastening devices 6 are therefore fastened to the pocket body 2 at the level of the longitudinal extent of the zipper.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
