Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a working platform suspended in front of a facade. In particular, the rehabilitation in front of facades, for example in the case of chirch towers, is relatively expensive when using frameworks, but has the advantage that large-surface rehabilitations are possible without problems. In small area repairs, the use of a riser is appropriate. A disadvantage here is that the working platform of a riser offers only little space for workers, material and tools. In addition, in the case of larger surfaces to be rehabilitated, the working platform must be frequently moved, so that a greater rehabilitation, for example during cleaning operations, cannot be carried out in one operation.Against this background, the invention makes it the object to provide a cost-effective working platform which has a significantly enlarged working range compared to a working platform of a riser and which can be used in a significantly more flexible manner compared to a framework. This technical problem is solved by the totality of the features of claim 1.The weight of the working platform, which can move entirely about a barrel, is suspended on two supporting cables. These ropes are at the end sides centrally above the working platform for a first time deflected around rollers or eyes and, deflected for further times, are each guided to a winch which is fixed to a cross member. The working platform according to the invention can thus be adjusted in height at the facade by synchronous actuation of the two winch, for example electrically or by hand cranking. This arrangement of the load-bearing ropes is independent of the length of the working platform, which can be economically reasonable between 4 meters and 18 meters, but also significantly more.Independent of the load-bearing ropes, safety ropes are provided. Advantageously, these are attached to the working platform at the location of the first deflection, so that in the event of a failure of a load-bearing cable, the introduction of the holding force into the working platform takes place without a change in location. For stabilizing the suspended working platform, it has proven to be expedient if the rollers or eyes are fixed at the top on a respective carrier and are spaced apart from one another by a rod.As a further stabilizing measure for the location of the deflection, it is provided that the rod and / or the carrier is clamped and / or supported at the top side against the working platform. This is preferably effected in particular in the manner of a three-point support. The traverse acting as a kind of the backbone of the working platform is preferably a 4-point traverse which is captured between two side cheeks.Such a cross member offers bearing possibilities both on the upper and on the lower lattice structure. In particular, it is contemplated to provide the cross member with a support at least in sections on the top side, so that, for example, small-part tool or material can be deposited thereon. In addition, such a support can also function as a comfortable seating. The work on a facade takes place in particular from a front of the cross member towards the facade and a support surface is arranged lying lower.Expediently, this standing surface extends over the entire length of the working platform between the side walls. In a further embodiment of the working platforms according to the invention, it is provided that an operating platform is arranged on the side of the cross member facing away from the facade and lying at a lower level. This is comparatively short relative to the standing surface and is preferably arranged approximately centrally of the working platform.Such an operating platform is expediently attached to the cross member via a linkage. Usually, two linkages will be sufficient. In the case of longer platforms, further linkages can also be provided without problems. As the name states, the operating platform serves to operate the winch arranged above it, which winch are fixed to the cross member.A further measure provides that a rod caught between the side cheeks extends above the cross member on the side facing away from the facade.Such a rod serves as a backrest for persons sitting on the cross member. In particular, it also serves for fixing securing parts of the persons working on the platform and for the attachment of tools, reserves or troughs.Furthermore, the support is secured at the end of the rod, which support has at its upper end the rollers or eyes for the first deflection of the cable.Compared to fixing a carrier on the cross member, for example, this measure has the advantage that the base of the three-point support of the first deflection is enlarged.Furthermore, the upper end of the support is clamped or supported against the side of the operating platform facing away from the facades. As a third component of the three-point support, it is provided that the upper end of the support is clamped or supported against a region of the side cheek facing the facade. From a certain length of the working platform according to the invention, ribs can be provided which further stabilize, in particular, rods extending along the working platform. In a further embodiment of the working platform according to the invention, provision is made for adjustable rollers to be provided on the side cheeks towards the facade.By adjusting the rollers supported on the facade, the distance of the working platform in front of the facade can be adjusted.A further measure provides that a rod is arranged in front of the narrow side of the standing surface facing the facade. After the adjustable rollers, this rod is the element of the working platform closest to the facade and protects it, for example, by sliding on edges or the like.A further advantage of the working platform according to the invention is that it can be displaced horizontally at working height. For this purpose, four winch are preferably provided adjacent to one panel, in particular centrally of the working platform.Four horizontally offset carrying ropes are connected to the winch, which carry the load of the working platform alternately by lengthening and shortening the lengths of the ropes, in pairs. The working platform according to the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, which merely schematically illustrates an embodiment in a simplified manner within wide ranges. The drawing shows: FIG. 1 shows a detail of a front view, FIG. 2 is a front view of the working platform and is shown in the drawing. FIG. 3 : a horizontal offset of the working platform is explained further. The working platform 1 shown in FIG. 1 is substantially symmetrical with respect to a central plane 2.The weight of the working platform 1 is supported by two ropes 3, shown in dash-dot lines. In the direction of the arrow, the ropes 3 are anchored in a facade-resistant manner. From this anchoring, the ropes 3 are deflected at the end sides of the working platform 1 centrally above the latter for the first time around rollers 4.The ropes 3 are guided via further rollers 5 or eyes 6 on winch 7, which synchronously operate to enable a height position of the working platform 1 in front of a facade. The winch 7 is fastened via a panel 8 to a 4-point cross-member 9.The rollers 4 are each fixed to a carrier 10. A rod 11 extending over the entire length of the working platform 1 holds these spaced apart from one another. The cross-piece 9 is captured between two side cheeks 15. Below the cross-member 9 and looking at a facade. An arrow 14 behind it is provided with a standing surface 16.In the embodiment example, this support surface 16 extends over the entire length of the working platform 1. the support surface 16 is supported on a further rod 17, cf. also FIG. 1, in which the side cheek 15 is not shown.Opposite the base 16, with respect to the cross-member 9, an operating platform 18 is suspended on pipes 19, 20 and is suspended by means of rods 21, 22 on the cross-member 9 and the rod 17. The control platform 18 can easily control the winch 7 arranged above it.Above the cross-member 9, lying in front in the direction of view of a facade according to arrow 14, a further rod 23 is arranged. This rod 23 can be used as a backrest for persons sitting on the cross-piece 9.For a comfortable seating on the cross member 9, the latter is at least in sections also provided with a support 24.Furthermore, securing cables of the height operators can be fixed to the rod 23. The rod 23 also offers the possibility of attaching containers for small parts and / or material. The foot support for the person sitting in the cross-piece 9 is the rod 25, which can also serve the above-mentioned purposes. At the end of the rod 23, the support 10 is fixed with roller 4. The upper end of the support 10 has a bracing or support 30 against the side of the operating platform 18 facing away from the facade.A further bracing or support 31 takes place as far as possible towards the facade on the side cheek 15.For a substantial stabilization of the elements extending along the working platform 1, clamps 35 can still be provided. On the side cheeks 15 there is furthermore provided in each case a roller 36, the distance of which from the facade can be adjusted according to the double arrow. By supporting the roller 36 on the facade, the distance of the working platform 1 from the facade is adjusted.A rod 37 arranged in front of the platform 16 protects the working platform 1 and in particular also the platform 16 from damage when passing over edges or the like, for example. On the basis of the schematic illustration in FIG. 3, the horizontal offset of a working platform 50, which is illustrated merely in a section, is explained further. With a view to a facade not shown further, FIG. 3 shows a panel 51 between two ribs 52, 53 behind an operating platform 54.As explained at the beginning, the weight of the working platform 50 is supported by two cables 55, 56 which are deflected several times and which are here guided, by way of example, on winch 57, 58.With a horizontal offset with respect to the ropes 55, 56 fixed to the facade, indicated by the fixed points 59, 60, a further rope pair 61, 62 is provided at fixed points 63, 64 of the facade. If the cables 61, 62 are deflected several times on the working platform 50, shown symbolically by the right angles in the cable guides, they are fixed to two further winch 65, 66 on the panel 51.With simultaneous shortening of the cables 61, 62 and corresponding lengthening of the cables 55, 56, the working platform 50 will migrate to the right according to the illustration in FIG. 3.The horizontal offset x is achieved if the first deflection points 67, 68 fixed to the working platform are situated perpendicularly below the fixed points 63, 64, and consequently the ropes 61, 62 run vertically from the fixed points 63, 64 to the working platform 50. The weight of the working platform 50 can thus be supported by the two ropes 61, 62 and the ropes 55, 56 can be completely relieved.Consequently, the ropes 55, 56 can be removed and replaced by a further pair of ropes which then again bear the complete weight of the working platform 50, thus relieving the ropes 61, 62.List of reference numbers:1 Working platform 2 Central plane 3 Cable 4 Roller 5 Roller 6 Eyelet 7 Winch 8 Panel 9 Cross member 10 Carrier 11 Rod 14 Arrow 15 Side cheek 16 Standing surface 17 Rod 18 Operating platform 19 Tube 20 Tube 21 Rod 22 Rod 23 Rod 24 Support 25 Rod 30 Support 31 Support 35 Bulkhead 36 Roller 37 Rod 50 Working platform 51 Panel 52 Bulkhead 53 Bulkhead 54 Operating platform 55 Cable 56 Cable 57 Winch 58 Winch 59 Fixed point 60 Fixed point 61 Cable 62 Cable 63 Fixed point 64 Fixed point 65 Winch 66 Winch 67 Deflection point 68 Deflection point
