Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a portable child's toilet. It is known from the prior art to use so-called dry toilets. Dry toilets are portable toilets without chemical additives. In human beings, micturition is also known as urinaryization, urinaryization and bladder emptying, respectively. In addition, there is defecation or also called stool, which is referred to as excretion of fecal matter from the human digestive tract. In social viewing, it is not tolerable to perform one of the two processes in the public, on the one hand because of the social first viewing, on the other hand because of the risk of infection associated therewith and associated unpleasant odors of the excreted excrement. Therefore, the use of portable toilets has become established in the prior art. These are also required or prescribed externally, for example in camping applications or the like. In addition to the hygiene advantages associated therewith, however, a psychic and physiological advantage is also provided that a corresponding person who uses a toilet can carry out a micturition or defecation without stress.Children are increasingly required, since particularly in the case of small children, the urge to urinate or excrete feces often cannot be scheduled and immediately deployed when playing is omitted. In various situations, for example in camping room while still in visits to sightsees or zoos and also partially urbanly, this can put the attendant under corresponding pressure, since a toilet must be searched immediately, provided in particular a corresponding toilet is not approximately in local proximity, it is therefore furthermore known from the prior art to use children's toilets. The present invention has thereby made it the object to provide a corresponding children's toilet which is improved with respect to the state of the art with regard to handling, ergonomy, but also the possibility of closing and storing excrement. The aforementioned object is achieved with a portable children's toilet having the features in claim 1. Advantageous embodiment variants are the subject of the dependent claims. The portable child's toilet is made of a plastic material and has a lower housing for placement on the floor. The lower housing is formed in the shape of a trough. A cover is pivotably arranged on the lower housing. The housing can be closed by the cover. In the housing itself, a fecal container is detachably mounted. The fecal container has the shape of a night pot or is designed as a pot. The fecal material container has an upwardly projecting circumferential flange with which, inserted into the housing, it rests on a recess of the housing for receiving the fecal material container. The container may further include laterally extending arms opposite thereto for locking to the housing.According to the invention, the fecal container is closed by a sealing plate. The sealing plate itself has an externally encircling seal which comes to sealingly bear against an upper inner wall of the fecal material container. The sealing plate is in particular designed as a plate or recessed pot, wherein a plate of the sealing plate then comes to lie in a positive-locking and sealing manner inside the fecal container. This ensures according to the invention that after a person has been relieved into the fecal container, the faeces or urine located therein are stored in a fluid-tight manner, but also in a gas-tight manner, thus odour-tight manner. Thus, the portable children's toilet can be closed after use and a day's discharge can be completed, so that only at the end of the day can the corresponding faeces in the fecal container be emptied.Furthermore, according to the invention, it is provided that a relatively movable backrest is arranged in the housing behind the fecal container. The backrest is mounted in a recessed manner in the housing in a rest position and is arranged protruding with respect to the housing in a position of use. The backrest is in particular designed such that it can be pulled out of the housing. Especially in the case of small children, a corresponding feeling of equilibrium or safety is required in order to concentrate mentally at rest on the performance of the micturition or defecation. The backrest gives a child sitting on the portable child's toilet a feeling of safety, so that the defecation or micturition is significantly facilitated. In particular, the displaceable backrest can be used in the housing independently of the location of the installation. In particular, this offers an advantage over the hinged lid, since this is initially mounted in the area of the steiss leg much further back from the fecal container, but the lid would also require a corresponding abutment because of its size, which entails the backrest which can be displaced in the vertical direction alone.Furthermore, a seat ring is particularly preferably formed on the housing itself. The seat ring does not have to extend in a circular manner. It can be shaped intramuscularly, for example oval in see-through, so that a person can comfortably place in an intramuscularly shaped manner on the seat ring in order to carry out a micturition or defecation on the portable child's toilet. Laterally projecting support surfaces are formed opposite the seat ring. These, in turn, offer two advantages according to the invention. On the one hand, a child sitting on the child's toilet can additionally support the support surfaces with his hands in the vertical direction while the thighs rest on the seat ring, which in turn physically but also psychically facilitates the micturition or defecation.Secondly, carrying handles are preferably arranged on the laterally protruding supporting surfaces. The carrying handles are pivotably mounted. The portable child's toilet can thus be accommodated on the carrying handles and transported in the horizontal state. When the child's toilet is folded, only one carrying handle can be grasped and, in a lateral, vertical position, the child's toilet can be carried along on one hand or a long arm of an adult person or can be brought into position for use.Particularly preferably, a pivotable carrying handle is furthermore arranged on an end face. This is particularly preferably mounted in a recessed manner with respect to the seat ring. Here too, the toilet can be transported via the end face in the folded-together state. At the same time, however, particularly feet arranged on the rear side of the housing, particularly in the form of runners, the child's toilet can be stored in the vertical direction of the housing when not in use. The child's toilet can then easily be gripped and transported by the front-side carrying handle or placed on a subgrade to reach a position of use.Furthermore, the sealing plate is particularly preferably designed as a sealing plate with a circumferential edge. The edge projects in particular with respect to the sealing plate. The sealing plate can also be referred to as a plate of the sealing plate. The sealing plate can thus be stored in a recessed manner in the fecal housing, which in turn increases the sealing function in particular also in the case of different thermal expansions or during use in the form of a wearer. The liquids thus emerging from the fecal container are reliably prevented. A particularly high sealing function is achieved. Furthermore, the sealing plate is particularly preferably formed from at least partially transparent material. These include, for example, a white or matt transparent plastic material or silicone material. The sealing plate can also be made of completely transparent material. It is thus made possible that upon opening the lid, a visual check is carried out without opening the sealing plate whether or not excrement is still located in the fecal container.Furthermore, the pivotable cover particularly preferably has a central push opening on the front side for unlocking the cover relative to the housing. Thus, the child's toilet can be easily and quickly brought into the use position by opening the lid. On the other hand, children can also operate this portable child's toilet itself.Furthermore, particularly preferably, the sealing plate has laterally projecting tabs, so that when the fecal material containers are inserted in the housing, the sealing plate can be inserted and the laterally projecting tabs can be locked by means of a clip connection. Even when the lid is opened, no undesired escape of waste in the fecal container is thus possible, since the sealing plate is securely locked in a positive-locking manner, but in a releasable manner, at first. The laterally projecting tabs have additional clip tabs for this purpose. This makes it possible for the flaps of the sealing plate to rest on the plates in the case of flaps of the fecal material container. When the sealing plate is loosened, however, the sealing plate can then be removed together with the fecal container via the flaps and brought to a disposal location, for example a permanently installed toilet into which the waste can be poured. This facilitates the disposal of the waste located in the fecal container, since the fecal container can be removed from the housing together with the sealing plate, but the sealing function is provided or ensured due to the flaps and manually gripping the flaps between the two components. Only when the disposal site is reached can the sealing plate then be removed from the fecal container.Particularly preferably, the fecal container further comprises an elevation on a front side, in particular in the form of a protruding or rising nose. The nose has a waveform in front view such that when a seated person is in position the nose lies between the thighs. This also makes it possible, again for a partially inexperienced child who has just left behind him the diaper age, for example, to fit correctly on the portable child's toilet and then to enable full and completely psychic but also physical concentration on the micturition or defecation process.Further advantages, features, properties, aspects are explained in the following description. A preferred embodiment variant is shown in schematic figures. These serve to facilitate an understanding of the invention. They show FIG. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of a portable child's toilet, FIGS. 2 ato e show the inventive child's toilet in various views in the closed state, FIG. 3 shows the sealing plate according to the invention in various views, FIG. 4 shows the fecal container according to the invention in various views, and FIGS. 5a to c show different views of the rear wall which has been pulled out.In the figures, the same reference numerals are used for the same or similar components, although repeated description is omitted for the sake of simplicity.FIG. 1 shows a perspective view according to the invention of the portable child's toilet 1 in an exploded view, i.e. with the fecal container 2 partially removed and the sealing plate 3. The housing 4 stands on a base, not shown in detail, with feet 6. These feet 6 can be made of a rubber-like material. A secure stand is thus ensured, so that when using the child's toilet 1, the latter would not slide, for example, on a smooth underlying surface, such as tiles or the like. The housing itself is designed in the manner of a trough. A seat ring 8 is arranged on an upper side 7 of the housing. The seat ring 8 can be shaped intramuscularly and has an oval shape in plan view. A person, not shown in detail, can be seated on the seat ring 8 and correspondingly use the child's toilet 1. On a front side, a nose 9 is formed which protrudes with respect to the seat ring 8. Here, on the left and right sides with respect to the image plane of the nose 9, the thighs would be separated for a person. This nose 9 will also facilitate the anatomical use of the child's toilet 1.A recess is now provided in the housing 4 within the seat ring 8, so that the housing 4 is, as already mentioned above, of trough-like design. The fecal container 2 is introduced into the recess. The fecal container 2 itself has a pot shape. The fecal container 2 has laterally projecting flaps 11 above it. With these tabs 11 and optionally also with an outwardly protruding circumferential flange 12 of the fecal container 2, the fecal container rests on the seat ring 8 or slightly recessed relative to the seat ring 8. A person not shown in detail can thus carry out a misting or defecation into the fecal container 2. Once this has taken place, the fecal material container 2 located in the housing 4 can be closed by the sealing plate 3. For this purpose, as is shown in particular in FIG. 3, the sealing plate 3 also has outwardly protruding tabs 13, with which they come to rest on the fecal container 2. Thus, fecal matter containers 2 and sealing plate 3 can be removed together from the housing 4 and carried to a disposal location, wherein the gripping at the flaps 13, fecal matter containers 2 and sealing plate 3 remain positively and sealingly engaged with one another, so that, for example, a dumping of feces located in the fecal matter container 2 is reliably prevented. The sealing plate 3 also has a base 14 or a plate. This is offset downwards with respect to a circumferential edge 15 of the sealing plate 3 in relation to the vertical direction. Thus, when used in the fecal container 2, the bottom 14 is used recessed therein, which further increases the sealing effect. The sealing plate 3 also has a circumferential seal 16. The seal 16 can be inserted into a groove recessed on the outside of the rim 15. The seal 16 is arranged at the vertical height of the base 14, so that the seal 16 is pressed by the base 14 in a well-fitting manner against the inner wall of the fecal material container 2 and here exhibits a particular sealing effect.Further, clip tabs 17 are formed on the seal plate 3. These clip flaps 17 can be used to the effect that, when the fecal material container 2 is inserted into the housing 4 and the sealing plate 3 is inserted into the fecal material container 2, the sealing plate 3 is locked to the housing 4 in a positively releasable manner, so that, when the cover 5 is unintentionally opened, just fecal material containers 2 and / or sealing plate 3 do not fall out. Thus, collected faeces as well as safe transport and also vertical storage can be carried out properly. A push button 18 is provided on a front side of the cover, which enables locking of the cover 5 and rapid opening in the case of use. Behind the fecal container 2 is a recessed rear wall 19 with respect to the vertical direction. The use of the rear wall 19 is illustrated in particular in FIGS. 5a to c. The rear wall 19 is extended upward with respect to the vertical direction. A person sitting on the seat ring 8 can lean against the rear wall 19 with at least the lower region of the pelvis or steissbone and thus carry out his micturition or defecation into the fecal container.According to FIG. 2, various views of the child's toilet 1 according to the invention are shown in the closed state. It can be clearly seen that runners 20 are arranged on the rear side according to FIGS. 2 band 2 d. The child's toilet 1 can thus be mounted upwards on these runners 20 when not in use, with reference to the vertical direction, as is also shown in FIG. 2 b. Furthermore, pivotable handles 21 are arranged on the outside of the housing on the sides. Furthermore, support surfaces or support surfaces 22 protruding from the side are arranged, on which a person sitting on the seat ring 8 can then be supported.Reference Number:1 Child's toilet 2 fecal container 3 sealing plate 4 housing 5 lid 6 feet 7 top side to 4 8 seat ring 9 nose 10 recess 11 tab to 2 12 flange 13 tab to 3 14 bottom 15 circumferential edge 16 seal 17 clip tab 18 push button 19 rear wall 20 skid 21 handle 22 supporting surface
