Abstract

Compression pants, in particular for the compressive treatment of edema or other diseases or injuries in the genital or pelvic area of ​​a patient, comprising a waistband (1) with first fastening means (2), a trouser part (3), and a compression element (5) equipped with second fastening means (4) for exerting compression on the genital area of ​​the patient, wherein the waistband (1) can be adjusted by means of fastening elements (6) in the region of the waist or in the upper hip area of ​​the patient, wherein the first fastening means (2) are located at least in or below the abdominal area of ​​the patient, and the trouser part (3), when worn, completely encloses at least the pelvic area of ​​the patient, and the compression element (5) can be fastened to the waistband (1) by means of a detachable coupling of the first fastening means (2) and the second fastening means (4), characterized in thatthat the waistband (1) and the trouser part (3) are separate or separable parts of the compression trousers and that the compression element (5) is designed as a one-piece bag or as a one-piece apron made of an elastic textile material and is attached to the trouser part (3).
