Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a piece of equipment having a base and having a rotor for a vehicle which can be moved relative to the base, in particular for the interior of a vehicle. For the purposes of the invention, a vehicle is, for example, a land vehicle, aerial vehicle or watercraft. From an evident prior use, for example, vehicle consoles with a storage compartment and a cover, with which an opening of the storage compartment can be closed, are known. Such covers are displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, for example, for adaptation to the position of an adjacent seat occupant or for access to the storage compartment. Electrical or electronic elements are contained in the cover. In order to supply the cover or the electrical components with current, a cable with an excess length was installed in the cover, the cable guide of which cable guide formed a disordered cable store in a first end position of the cover and assumed a stretched shape in a second end position of the cover. The cable storage device therefore suffered relative movements which, due to bends which can cause cable breakage, reduced the service life. Moreover, the cable with the free excess length caused a low-quality impression.EP 1 783 874 A1 describes a power supply device for a long slide. A carriage 6 is movably guided on a housing 2. The carriage 6 is connected to a first cable end. A second cable end is connected to a power supply. The cable is accommodated in an energy chain 4 which is provided with a toothing. The energy chain 4 comprises an extended upper region, a bending region and an extended lower region. A gear 7 is rotatably and slidably guided in a slot 17 of the housing 2 in a longitudinal direction parallel to the carriage 6. The gearwheel 7 is in engagement with the upper region and with the lower region of the energy chain 4. The energy chain in which the cable is accommodated is expensive. This construction thus represents a complex solution.DE 10 2020 205 565 B4 describes a machine tool with a cable guiding device. The machine comprises a machining device which accommodates the tool and machine axes for positioning the machining device. The cable guiding device comprises a first cable guiding device and a slide guided therein. Furthermore, a first deflecting roller is provided, which is rotatably connected to the carriage. A cable pull device connects a first tension weight to the first carriage. The connecting cable runs over the first deflection pulley and is connected to a connection of the machine tool. The cable is thus held in tension by the weight in an ordered loop.EP 0 282 389 B1 relates to a device for electrically connecting wires. The device comprises a bundle of conductive wires with end connectors which is held on a holder. A first connector is fixedly connected to the holder, while a second connector movably protrudes from the holder. A loop of the bundle having a wire supply is connected to a spring which is stretched by extending the second connector. An additionally required cable length can thus be taken from a controlled loop, a spring being tensioned. It was the object of the invention to provide a fitting with a rotor movable relative to a base and a power device for supplying power and / or data, which conducts at least one cable, for example a power supply cable, in a defined manner, so that the cable cannot be damaged by other elements or by excessively bending and by repeated damaging loads. It was furthermore an object of the invention to provide a fitting with an energy device, wherein the cable is not loaded by tensile weights or springs, but is essentially free of load. It is a further object of the invention to provide a previously mentioned piece of equipment which involves a low production cost. The equipment part is intended for the interior of a vehicle. It comprises a base and a runner, which is movable relative to the base on a movement path between a first position and a second position, with a runner guide, with first guide means of the base and second guide means of the runner. The path of movement is e.g. straight or also formed by a curved path. The runner may be, for example, an armrest or an armrest pad or another movable part. The base is formed, for example, merely by guide means interacting with guide means of the runner or, for example, by an armrest base or a console, a storage compartment, etc.The fitting further has an energy device with a wheel and with a wheel guide comprising a first toothed rail of the base and a second toothed rail of the rotor and a toothed region of the wheel which is in engagement with the first toothed rail and the second toothed rail and can be rolled relative to the first toothed rail and the second toothed rail. If the wheel travels a path Q on the tooth rail fixed to the base, a cover movement takes place with the path 2Q.Furthermore, the wheel comprises a cable guide region, which is surrounded by a partial region of the cable and which assigns the cable to an extended rotor-side and an extended base-side cable region. The invention has the advantage that the cable of the energy device is guided in a defined manner. In each position of the rotor, the cable is held in an extended position in the base-side cable region and in the rotor-side cable region, and the base-side cable region and the rotor-side cable region have a defined length in each position of the rotor. The wrapping area of the cable around the wheel has a defined bend which is designed to prevent damage to the cable. These means cannot be used to produce bends which can cause cable breaks. According to the invention, the cable is not subjected to any load by weights or springs, which mechanically stress the cable and can damage it permanently. The orderly guiding of the cable requires less space than a random cable storage, so that less space is required. Moreover, the power supply of the guide causes a low manufacturing cost and low costs. The base-side cable portion extends, for example, from a mounting of the cable to the base to a first contact point with the wheel, and the rotor-side cable portion extends, for example, from a mounting of the cable to the rotor to a second contact point with the wheel. The cable is attached to the base and to the rotor by fasteners and looped around the cable guide area of the wheel. The wheel thus forms a counter bearing to the fastenings and prevents the cable from forming loops. Since the wheel moves as a function of the relative movement between the rotor and the base, the cable is held in an extended position in the base-side cable region and in the rotor-side cable region in this way.The tooth region and the cable guide region of the wheel are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner or are mounted so as to be movable relative to one another, for example. When the tooth portion and the cable guide portion of the wheel are rotationally fixed to each other, both portions rotate at the same speed. If the toothing of the tooth region and the cable guide region of the wheel are designed such that the rotational speed of the wheel corresponds to the length of the cable to be bent over, no slip occurs between the cable and the wheel. If this is not the case, slippage occurs between the cable and the wheel. Both variants can be used according to the invention. If the tooth region and the cable guide region are connected to one another in such a way that a relative movement, i.e. a relative rotation of the cable guide region to the driven tooth region, can take place, the cable guide region is indeed moved along by the tooth region with the tooth region, but the rotation of the cable guide region takes place on account of the friction between the cable and the cable guide region. The cable guide portion can in this case freely rotate to the tooth portion. The tooth region and the cable guide region are arranged, for example, separately from one another or, for example, nested on the wheel. The separate guiding of the cable is less complicated. The cable cannot collide with the wheel guide and damage the cable or impair the opening mechanism. The production of this variant is simple. For example, the tooth region and the cable guide region are arranged on the wheel at an axial distance from one another. If, for example, the cable guide region and the tooth region are arranged axially directly adjacent, the energy device can be of small construction. The toothed region is formed by a toothing which interacts with the toothing of the toothed rails. The cable guiding region is provided for the wrapping of the cable.Nested guiding of the cable requires a very small installation space. The cable is embedded, for example, in at least one groove of the wheel and / or of the toothed rails. The groove is, for example, only let into the toothing of the wheel or only into the toothing of the toothed rails. Alternatively, the groove for the cable is formed partly in the wheel and partly in the toothed rails. The cable does not move, or only insignificantly moves, relative to the wheel, for example. This is the case when the diameter of the tooth portion of the wheel corresponds to the effective diameter of the cable guide portion. If this is not the case, slippage of the cable relative to the wheel occurs. The base is formed, for example, by a storage compartment and the runner by a cover which is movable relative to the storage compartment and by means of which an opening to an interior of the storage compartment can be closed. The cover additionally forms, for example, an armrest for a seat occupant adjacent to the storage compartment. For example, electronic devices requiring a power supply are accommodated in the cover. Objects can be deposited in the storage compartment and the opening to the storage compartment can be closed with the cover. In the event of a strong braking or in the event of an accident, the objects then do not fly around in an uncontrolled manner in the vehicle interior, so that occupants can be injured.Alternatively, the runner is, for example, an armrest adjustable to different positions, and the base is a guide for the armrest fixed to the vehicle body. In this case, the armrest has, for example, electrical loads which are supplied with the energy device according to the invention.According to the invention, the energy device can be constructed in such a way that it has only small dimensions in two spatial directions at right angles to a direction of movement. The energy device therefore requires a small installation space. The energy device is arranged, for example, on a side region of the storage compartment. It then has, for example, only a small extent into an interior of the storage compartment. The intake volume is therefore only slightly impaired by the energy device. It then only slightly impairs the use of the storage compartment. The movement of the wheel takes place, for example, parallel to a side wall of the storage compartment. With the same aim of limiting the usability of the storage compartment as little as possible, the movement of the wheel takes place parallel to a side wall of the storage compartment. The energy device thus only protrudes slightly in the direction perpendicular to the side wall. The wheel is, for example, only loosely guided between the first toothed rail and the second toothed rail. That is, the wheel does not have a bearing axle. In order to prevent lateral movement of the wheel which could disengage the toothing of the toothed region from the toothing of the toothed rails, for example, cooperating guide means are provided on the wheel and on the toothed rails which prevent lateral movement. The wheel then has only degrees of freedom to move along the toothed rails. These may be, for example, radially extending walls formed on both sides of the tooth region of the wheel, which walls cooperate with surfaces formed on both sides of the toothed rails and prevent lateral movement. The energy device has, for example, at least one cable channel in which the base-side cable region and / or the rotor-side cable region is deposited. The cable then only has the degrees of freedom to move out of the cable duct in the direction of the wheel or from the wheel into the cable duct. The cable channel provides additional protection for the cable. Moreover, it guides the cable so that it is arranged in its desired position. For example, the longitudinal axes of the first toothed rail and of the second toothed rail have a linear or a curved course. The longitudinal axes of the toothed rails do not have to be linear in the energy device according to the invention. They can also be curved, for example, in the longitudinal direction of the toothed rail, which does not impair the function of the energy device.Exemplary embodiments of the invention are described by way of example in the following description of the figures, also with reference to the drawings. The fitting 10 comprises a base in the form of a container 11 and a runner in the form of a lid 12, the lid 12 being movable relative to the container 11 between a first position (see FIG. 1 ) and a second position (see FIG. 2 ). The cover 12 simultaneously forms an arm rest with arm rest surface 37 for a seat occupant. By means of a guide device 13, the lid 12 is movably guided on the container 11. The guiding of the lid 12 on the container 11 can be effected by conventional means. Base-side guide means 14 and lid-side guide means 15 are formed, with which the lid can be moved relative to the container 11 in directions x1 and x2 and only has degrees of freedom in the directions x1 and x2.The equipment part 10 includes loads such as electronic devices, coupling stations for electronic devices, etc., which require an electric power supply. The energy device 16 is provided for this purpose. This comprises a cable 17 which is connected to a power source of the vehicle, not shown, and is fastened to the container 11 with a container fastening 35 and to the cover 12 with a cover fastening 36, in such a way that a defined length L of the cable 17 is formed between the container fastening 35 and the cover fastening 36.In order to prevent a free length of the cable 17 from being uncontrolled in certain positions of the cover 12 and to prevent the risk of buckling or damage, the present equipment part 10 has a cable guide 18 with a wheel 19 and a wheel guide 20. The wheel guide 20 comprises a first toothed rail 21 of the container 11 and a second toothed rail 22 of the cover 12.As can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4 a, the wheel 19 is provided with a tooth region 26 and with a cable guide region 27. In this exemplary embodiment, the tooth region 26 and the cable guide region 27 are spaced apart from one another with respect to a direction y (y1and y2) parallel to a rotational axis a of the wheel 19, in this exemplary embodiment arranged next to one another. The cable guide region 27 is connected to the tooth region 26 in a rotationally fixed manner. The toothing of the tooth region 26 is in engagement with the toothing of a toothed rail 21 of the container 11 and with a toothed rail 22 of the lid 12. When the lid 12 is moved in the directions x1or x2, the wheel 19 is set in rotation by means of the toothed rail 22 and the toothed region 26.According to an alternative embodiment of the energy device 16, which is only shown in FIG. 4b, the tooth region 26' of the wheel 19 and the cable guide region 27' are embodied in a nested fashion. In this case, the toothing 42 of the wheel 19 has a groove 43. The first toothed rail 21' has a groove 44 and the second toothed rail 22' has a groove 45. The cable 17 is guided with one part in the grooves 43 and 44 and with one part in the grooves 43 and 45. It can freely emerge from the grooves 43, 44 and 45 into the cable regions 24 and 25.It can be seen in FIG. 6 that the total length L of the cable 17 is formed by the length I 1 of the wrapping region 23, the length I 2 of the cable region 24 and the length I 3 of the cable region 25. The wrap-around region 23 extends between a contact point 30 of the cable 17 with an outer surface 28 of a wheel core 29 of the wheel 19 and a contact point 31 of the cable 17 with the outer surface 28. According to FIG. 7, the tooth region 26 of the wheel 19 is in engagement with an end region 38 of the toothing of the first toothed rail 21 and with an end region 39 of the toothing of the second toothed rail 22.According to FIG. 7, the energy device 16 is arranged on a side region 32 of the container 11 on a side wall 33. According to FIG. 6, the cable regions 24 and 25 are located in cable ducts 34 and can move out of these merely in the direction z (z1 and z2, respectively). If the cover 12 moves e.g. from the first position according to FIGS. 5 to 7 in the direction x1, the wheel 19 rotates in the direction u1. In this case, the wheel 19 deposits a cable length which is exposed in the cable region 25 on account of the movement of the cover 12, in an ordered manner in the cable region 24.The wheel 19 ensures that the cable is held in an extended position in the cable regions 24 and 25. Only in the wrapping area 23 does the cable 17 lie bent against the outer surface 28 of the wheel core 29. The wrapping area 23 always has the same length I 1 of the cable 17 which abuts the outer surface 28 of the wheel core 29 over an angle of 180°. During the movement of the cover 12 in the directions x1 or x2, the cable 17 is assigned to the cable regions 24 and 25.Referring to Figs. 8 to 11, the lid 12 is disposed at an intermediate position between the second position and the first position. The wheel 19 is disposed in a central portion of both of the racks 21 and 22 (see FIG. 11 ). It can be seen in FIG. 10 that the cable 17 is in an extended position and the length of the cable 17 is arranged approximately in equal parts in the region 24 and in the region 25.Figures 12 to 15 show the lid in the second position. The wheel 19 is located at an end region 40 of the toothing of the toothed rail 21 and at an end region 41 of the toothing of the toothed rail 22, and both cable regions 24 and 25 are arranged in the extended position. When the cover 12 is moved from the second position in the direction x 2, the wheel 19 rotates in the direction u 2. In this case, the length I 2 of the base-side cable portion 24 becomes shorter and the length I 3 of the lid-side cable portion 25 becomes longer. In any position of the cover 12, however, the cable regions 24 and 25 are present in extended form.According to an alternative, the runner 12 could also be guided with the guide means 14 and 15 on a base 11 which is always formed and form, for example, an arm rest or a movable pad. The armrest would in this case carry the electrical loads. The energy device 16 could be designed in the same way, wherein the toothed rail 21 of the wheel guide 20 would be formed on the base 11. 10 equipment part 11 container 12 cover 13 runner guide a, b 14 Guide means base 15 Guide means rotor 16 Energy device 17 Cable 18 Cable guide 19 Wheel 19'20 Wheel guide 21 First toothed rail 21'22 Second toothed rail 22' 23 Wrap-around region 24 Cable region base 25 Cable region rotor 26 Toothed region 26' 27 Cable guide region (19) 27'28 Outer surface (19) 29 Wheel core (19) 30 Contact point (19) 31 Contact point (19) 32 Side region (11) 33 Side wall (11) 34 Cable duct 35 Container attachment (17 / 11) 36 Cover attachment (17 / 12) 37 Arm support surface 38 End region (21) 39 End region (22) 40 End region (21) 41 End region (22) 42 Toothing (19) 2nd Extension 43 Groove (19) 44 Groove (21') 45 Groove (22') 46 47 48 49 50 51 52 53a Axis of rotation (19) l length cable I 1 / 2 / 3 length cable regions (23, 24, 25) x, y, z direction m longitudinal axis (10) and 1 / 2 direction of rotation (19)References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
