Description

[0001] The invention relates to a two-part mounting anchor for the installation of fastening screws or pins on a wall for the dimensionally accurate or positionally accurate installation of the fastening elements.

[0002] Devices for two-part mounting anchors are already known from the state of the art.

[0003] DE 20 2007 015 716 U1 describes an impulse anchor whose task is to enable the interaction between the drill bit of the impact impulse-generating drilling unit and the receiving device in the expansion element head to enable effective and gentle force transmission when setting the fastening element. For this purpose, a fastening element has an expansion element with an expansion element shaft and an expansion element head, as well as a plastic expansion sleeve with a sleeve head and sleeve shaft with expansion zones. The expansion element head has a centering recess, which allows radial guidance of the drill bit with play. At its lower end, the centering recess also has a centering angle, which, together with the centering recess, enables dancing play of the drill bit during the axial impact impulse of the drilling unit within the receiving device of the expansion element head, thereby reliably preventing blunting of the drill bit.

[0004] This solution also shows a two-part mounting anchor, but with a central receptacle for the drill bit for the realization of a task that does not even come close to the solution shown here.

[0005] The objective of the technical solution presented here is to create a mounting anchor for the precise installation of fastening screws or pins on a wall. This should allow for quick and easy subsequent, precise alignment of the screw or pin tip after inserting the anchor into the wall hole before the final installation of the fastening element.

[0006] According to the invention, this is achieved by the features of claim 1, wherein the advantageous embodiments are solved by the subclaims.

[0007] According to this, a two-part assembly anchor for the precise installation of fastening screws or pins on a wall consists firstly of an expansion sleeve with an expansion sleeve head with an upper edge area and a cylindrical expansion sleeve shaft with expansion slots and a downwardly extending conical expansion sleeve shaft end and an expansion element which can be accommodated by the expansion sleeve with dimensional tolerances and has an expansion element head and expansion element shaft with expansion slots arranged in the longitudinal direction.

[0008] According to the invention, the cylindrically extending and form-fitting expansion sleeve shaft has at least the length of the expansion element to be accommodated, with the cylindrically extending hollow space of the expansion sleeve shaft having the diameter of the expansion element shaft to be accommodated plus a dimensional tolerance allowing the mobility of the expansion element shaft. This desired guidance and mobility of the expansion element shaft during accommodation in the expansion sleeve shaft is supported by a radial guide groove arranged on the inner wall of the hollow and cylindrical expansion sleeve shaft.Since the expansion element has a bead in the outer contour area of the expansion element shaft that matches the position and shape of the radial guide groove of the expansion sleeve shaft, the guide groove and the guide bead engage with each other in a form-fitting manner, thus supporting the guidance of the expansion element in the expansion sleeve both radially and longitudinally, thus securing the seat of the expansion sleeve while still retaining its rotatability. Although the expansion element slots arranged in the outer wall of the expansion element interrupt the expansion element guide groove, this does not affect the form fit between the guide groove and the bead of the expansion element, nor does it affect the necessary rotatability of the expansion element in the expansion sleeve, but rather acts as a support.

[0009] The form-fitting expansion sleeve head also features a form-fitting and spatially snug receptacle for the expansion element head. A tight dimensional tolerance ensures the expansion element's secure fit in the expansion sleeve and supports its mobility.

[0010] For the placement of a screw or pin, a bore extending through to the expansion element shaft is provided on the expansion element head, but according to the invention, this bore is arranged off-center. The eccentricity of this bore is coordinated with the inner diameter of the expansion element shaft such that the inner diameter of the cavity of the expansion element shaft, viewed axially, corresponds at least to the radial dimension that encloses the eccentric bore with its outer edge point during a rotational movement of the expansion element head, thus determining the diameter of the cavity of the expansion element shaft.

[0011] Advantageously, a receptacle for the expansion element head is arranged on the expansion sleeve head which fits spatially but is equipped with a dimensional tolerance allowing mobility.

[0012] In order to support the rotation of the expansion element and to be able to carry out an exact positioning of the off-center hole in the expansion element head before arranging the screw, the expansion element head has an off-center tool engagement receptacle on its accessible surface.

[0013] With these inventive features of a technical solution of a wall anchor for the precise arrangement of a screw or a pin on a wall, it is possible, after arranging a wall hole and a anchor arranged therein, to subsequently finely adjust the position of the screw or the pin to be inserted.

[0014] As is often seen in practice, this prevents further drilling into the wall and enables quick installation of the wall elements to be mounted.

[0015] The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.

[0016] The attached drawings show Fig. 1: the schematic view of the expansion sleeve 2, Fig. 2: 2the schematic view of the expansion element 3 Fig. 3: the schematic side view of the expansion sleeve

[0017] According to the Fig. 1 to 3 show the elements of a two-part mounting anchor 1, which is suitable for the precise and dimensionally accurate mounting of fastening screws or pins on a wall.

[0018] For this purpose, the two-part mounting anchor 1 consists of an expansion sleeve 2 for accommodating an expansion element 3. The expansion sleeve has an expansion sleeve head 2.1 with a wider upper edge area 2.1.1 that serves as a stop when inserting the expansion sleeve into the pre-drilled hole in the wall. The uncomplicated insertion is supported by the cylindrical expansion sleeve shaft 2.2 with its expansion slots 2.3 running in the direction of insertion and the downwardly tapered expansion sleeve shaft end 2.5.

[0019] The expansion element 3 to be used and the expansion sleeve 2 are matched to one another in their dimensions so that the expansion element 3 can be pushed safely and easily into the expansion sleeve 2 until the expansion element head 3.1 is flush with the upper edge of the upper rim 2.1.1 of the expansion sleeve.

[0020] For this purpose, a spatially fitting receptacle for the expansion element head 3.1 is arranged on the form-fitting expansion sleeve head 2.1, and the cylindrically extending and form-fitting expansion sleeve shaft 2.2 has at least the length of the expansion element 3 to be accommodated. The cylindrically extending hollow space of the expansion sleeve shaft 2.2 has the diameter of the expansion element shaft 3.2 to be accommodated, plus a dimensional tolerance allowing the mobility of the expansion element shaft 3.2. To ensure the form-fitting seat of the expansion element 3 in the expansion sleeve 2, a radial guide groove 2.4 is arranged on the inner wall of the hollow and cylindrical expansion sleeve shaft 2.2, which guide groove 2.4 is designed to fit positively with the expansion element bead 3.4 arranged on the outer contour of the expansion element shaft 3.2. For this purpose, both the position and the shape of the radial guide groove 2.4 of the expansion sleeve shaft 2 are correct.2 corresponds to the fitting expansion element bead (3.4). A further function of the bead 3.4 and the groove 2.4 is that both are arranged in the area of the slots 2.3, 3.3 arranged longitudinally on both the expansion sleeve shaft and the expansion element shaft and are interrupted by the expansion element slots 3.3. When the assembly anchor is installed, the expansion element 3 expands when the screw or pin is screwed in. The force thus exerted on the groove 2.4 in the area of the bead 3.4 leads to a press fit between the expansion sleeve 2 and the expansion element 3 and the expansion sleeve is pressed against the inner wall of the drilled hole in the wall, which leads to a secure fit of the assembly anchor 1.

[0021] To enable subsequent readjustment of the screw or pin to be inserted, an off-center, decentralized bore 3.5 is arranged on the expansion element head 3.1, extending all the way to the expansion element shaft 3.2. The inner diameter of the cavity of the expansion element shaft 3.2, viewed in the axial direction, corresponds at least to the radial dimension encompassed by the off-center bore 3.5 with its outer edge point during a rotational movement of the expansion element head 3.1.

[0022] This allows the expansion element to be rotated within the expansion sleeve 2 and the screw to be positioned exactly where it is needed for the assembly of an element.

[0023] This is supported by the receptacle for the expansion element head 3, which is arranged on the expansion sleeve head 2.1 and fits spatially but has a dimensional tolerance that allows for mobility. To support the rotation of the expansion element, an eccentrically arranged tool engagement receptacle 2.7 is arranged on the expansion element head 3.1. Here, the position of the decentralized hole can be directly adjusted by using a screwdriver and rotating the expansion element 3 by 360°. By positioning the eccentrically arranged hole in the expansion element head 3.1, the screwed-in screw can be positioned precisely after the installation anchor has been inserted. This process can be carried out in any direction until the position exactly required for installing the wall element is reached. After alignment, the slots 3.3 in the inner part of the expansion element shaft 3.2 ensure that the expansion element shaft 3.2 and consequently also the expansion sleeve shaft 2.2, ensuring both the secure fit of the expansion sleeve 2 in the wall and the secure fit of the expansion element 3 in the expansion sleeve 2. Likewise, thanks to the slots 2.3 and 3.3 and the clamping of the expansion element shaft 3.2 and the expansion sleeve shaft 2.2, the expansion element 3 can no longer be adjusted after the screw has been screwed in, so that the two-part mounting anchor 1 remains in the previously set position and is fixed. Once the screw is loosened, the eccentric drill hole can be turned again to readjust it if the first setting was not correct.
