Description

[0001] A portable, compact back muscle training device that can be used at home and in the office

[0002] People who spend years at a computer, at home, or at work eventually experience spinal problems. The long back muscles form what's known as a muscular corset. If the long back muscles aren't trained, prolonged sitting increases pressure on the intervertebral discs. As a result, people who have worked in an office for decades can develop herniated discs and a condition called scoliosis, which can cause other musculoskeletal disorders such as hip arthritis. It's difficult to train a muscular corset and stretch the spine at home. As a result, some people without a muscular corset must wear a special artificial corset.

[0003] Training the long back muscles can be done in gyms that have special training equipment for training the back muscles. Such stationary training equipment is expensive and cumbersome enough to be used at home and at work. One of these training devices is in Fig. 1 shown.

[0004] Not everyone has enough time to visit the gym regularly. Therefore, a lightweight, portable back trainer is proposed that can be used at work and at home and mimics the functionality of a stationary exercise machine.

[0005] The training device consists of two flat supports and two tall vertical bars. The bars are hollow tubes. Two types of bars are used. A bar that consists of sections connected by screws. This is Fig. 5. An alternative are the telescopic poles, which are available in Fig. 6. The length of the rod is adjusted according to the size of the person as well as the size of a chair or office chair.

[0006] The poles are attached to flat supports (rectangular, round, or cross-shaped) using low, hollow tubes. The diameter of these tubes is slightly larger than the diameter of the pole. Therefore, the poles can be easily inserted into these tubes. Various tips can be attached to the top of the pole.

[0007] There are several ways to use the training device with different types of tips. In the first type, a ring is attached to the tip, as is the case in Fig. 7. An example of using this type with a rod is Fig. 8. With this ring at the top, elastic rubber tubes or bands can be used to train the back muscles. The use of such a training device with the first type of tips while sitting on a chair is in Fig. 2 shown.

[0008] The second type of tip is T-shaped. This type of tip is Fig. 9. Its use is shown in Fig. 10. With this tip, one can use a horizontal bar to train back muscles. A pair of tips on the vertical bars are used to attach the horizontal bar. The use of such a training device with a T-shaped tip type while sitting on a chair is in Fig. 3 shown.

[0009] The third type of spikes allows the use of weights during training. It is in Fig. 11. This tip contains a block through which the rope passes. The weights are attached to one end of the rope. The other end is pulled through the block, for example, by a person sitting on a chair. The person strives to lift weights through the block. An example of this tip with a bar is shown in Fig. 12. The weight of the load can be changed depending on the load for each person. Dumbbells can be used as weights. The use of such tips while sitting on a chair is in Fig. 4 shown.

[0010] The proposed exercise device has a modular design. It is assembled from its components and can be easily disassembled at home in just a few minutes. It can be used on an office chair, on a chair, or while sitting on the floor.

[0011] The bars can be manufactured to be used for Nordic walking. Furthermore, the elastic rubber tubes used in the proposed back muscle training device can be used separately for regular training. This allows different parts of the training device to be used for various alternative training sessions.

[0012] The described simulator is implemented by the means specified in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 of the requirements of the invention. List of reference symbols 1 A section of the hollow rod with inserts at the ends for connecting to other sections 2 screws for connecting sections 3 telescopic pole 4 hollow tubes 5 Flat support 6 First type with a ring on top 7 Elastic rubber hoses or bands 8 Chair / Office Chair 9 Second T-shaped type of tip 10 Horizontal bar 11 Point with a block through which the rope runs 12 Weight load
