Care glove with quick test function

Abstract

Glove (4) for detecting urine contact or blood in urine or stool, characterized in that the glove (4) has at least two functional zones (1, 5) on the outer side facing the patient: a urine-reactive zone (1) containing a substance which causes a visible colour change upon contact with urine; b. a blood-reactive zone (5) containing a substance which, upon contact with blood components, causes a distinguishable, contrasting colour change; c. wherein the functional zones (1, 5) are preferably arranged at the fingertips (2) or the palm (3), but can in principle be provided at any areas of the outer sides of the glove (4), provided that these typically come into contact with body fluids; d. wherein the functional zones (1, 5) can be mixed, combined or swapped in position; e. wherein the glove (4) is ambidextrous and the functional zones (1, 5) are designed to react specifically to contact with different liquids relevant for the application and each cause a visible color change.
