Abstract

Pipe connector screw system for the detachable connection of a central round tube with two diagonally arranged rectangular tubes, comprising: • a round tube mounting piece (1), • two laterally arranged rectangular tube mounts (2, 3), • a through connecting screw (4), • at least one fixing screw (5) arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the round tube, wherein the connecting screw (4) pulls the rectangular tube receptacles (2, 3) against each other and thereby clamps the round tube in the round tube receptacle (1) in a force-fit manner and the fixing screw (5) secures the round tube against torsion.

Description

Technical field

[0001] The invention relates to a connection system for pipes, in particular a detachable plug-and-screw system for connecting a central round tube to two laterally arranged rectangular tubes. The system is particularly suitable for modular constructions in scaffolding, mechanical engineering, furniture making, exhibition stand construction, as well as for temporary and mobile structures. State of the art

[0002] Numerous pipe connection systems are known from the prior art, for example, clamp connections with U-bolts, pipe clamps with half-shells, or welded connections. However, these systems have the following disadvantages: • High assembly effort or welding work is required, which makes on-site use more difficult. • No simultaneous connection of different pipe profiles (e.g. round pipe with rectangular pipe) in a compact unit. • Lack of torsion protection in purely clamping connections, so that the round tube can twist under load. • Multi-part assemblies with many small parts that complicate assembly. Object of the invention

[0003] The object of the invention is therefore to provide a compact, easy-to-assemble pipe push-fit screw system that • does not require welding, • securely connects different pipe profiles, • offers high stability and torsional rigidity, • and can be quickly assembled and disassembled repeatedly. Solution to the task

[0004] The task is solved by a pipe push-fit screw system which has the following features: 1. Round tube mounting piece (1) for receiving a central round tube. 2. Two laterally diagonally arranged rectangular tube mounts (2, 3) which are rigidly or articulatedly connected to the round tube mount. 3. Connecting screw (4) which passes through both rectangular tube receptacles and pulls them against each other, creating a clamping pressure in the round tube receptacle. 4. Fixing screw (5) which is inserted transversely to the longitudinal axis of the round tube to ensure a rotationally secure fixation. 5. Form-fitting internal contours of the rectangular tube holders, which are precisely adapted to the profile of the tubes to be inserted.

[0005] Tightening the connecting screw (4) simultaneously creates a combined clamping load on both the round tube and the two rectangular tubes. The additional fixing screw (5) acts as a torsional restraint for the round tube.

[0006] This combination of clamping force, positive locking and transverse fixing is not known in the prior art. Advantages of the invention • Easy to assemble: no welding required, only standard tools needed. • Universal: connects round and rectangular tubes of different dimensions in one compact unit. • Torsionally resistant thanks to an additional fixing screw. • Robust and reusable thanks to metal or reinforced plastic construction. • Compact design with few components reduces weight and production costs.
