Description

[0001] The universal pendulum clamping holder is a universal, simple clamping device for quickly and easily clamping different parts, aligning them in space, and above all, enabling minimal clamping and setup times.

[0002] Horizontal alignment is achieved using only a 4 mm Allen key (4).

[0003] It is important that, apart from the screws, all parts are made of hardened and stainless steel 1.2083 52+2 HRC (wire EDM, risk of rust). For milling and die-sinking EDM, a different steel, e.g. 1.2379 52+2 HRC, can also be used.

[0004] For larger parts, several pendulum clamping holders can be used, positioned on a clamping table and simultaneously used as a stop. • Clamping holder (B) ( Fig. 11 / Fig. 12) and clamping claw (C) ( Fig. 13 / > Fig. 14) are rotatable by 180° to clamp, for example, thin sheets of metal. • Base holder (A) ( Fig. 10) can be customized with various clamping holders (B) and clamping jaws (C).

Claims

[1] Horizontal alignment in 1st axis, clamping and alignment screw. [2] Horizontal alignment in the 2nd axis by cylinder (D). [3] Recess for fixing the M8 setscrew to prevent the clamping jaw from twisting. [4] Three M5 socket head cap screws and one M8 setscrew can only be adjusted with a 4 mm Allen key. [5] Clamping jaw (C) made of hardened stainless steel (1.2083 52+2 HRC) otherwise alignment of the 1st axis is not possible. Base holder (A) and clamping holder (B) made of hardened stainless steel (1.2083 52+2 HRC) for consistent, precise clamping. [6] Clamping jaw (C) in fork shape for better fastening or continuous (better clamping pressure distribution for softer materials)
