CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202421106656.7, filed on May 21, 2024, which is hereby incorporated by reference. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Technical field of the invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a finger portion insert strip of a glove, in particular to a finger portion insert strip of a glove that protects interphalangeal joints or finger joints to prevent tearing of bones or ligaments due to bending of the fingers. 2. Description of the known state of the art.

[0003] In soccer, the speed of a soccer ball often exceeds 100 km / h, and the impact is so powerful that goalkeepers who catch the ball with their bare hands suffer serious finger injuries. Therefore, goalkeepers wear protective gloves on both hands for protection.

[0004] The goalkeeper glove comprises a glove body and a plurality of insertion strips for finger portions. The glove body comprises a palm portion and a plurality of finger portions, the palm portion being hollow and having an opening at one end thereof. The finger portions are arranged at another end of the palm portion, and each of the finger portions has a finger channel and an insertion strip channel, the finger channel being located near the bottom of the finger portion and the insertion strip channel being located near the top of the finger portion. The insertion strip of the finger portion is inserted into the insertion strip channel of the finger portion and comprises a insertion strip body and a plurality of blocks, the insertion strip body being curved and the blocks adhering to the top of the insertion strip body.

[0005] When the wearer puts on the goalkeeper glove, their hand passes through the opening to enter the glove body, placing the fingers in the finger grooves and the palm in the palm section. The glove body is typically made of soft and durable materials that provide sufficient elasticity and flexibility, protecting the hands from injury caused by external forces. When the finger section insertion strips are subjected to a frontal impact, the blocks collide to provide better resistance to bending. At this time, the shape of the finger section insertion strips is fixed, which prevents the finger section insertion strips from bending backward, which also prevents the fingers of a user wearing the glove from bending backward to prevent bone or ligament tearing due to backward bending of the fingers.

[0006] However, the underside of the insertion strip body is quite hard, which causes pain in the interphalangeal joints or finger joints when the fingers are bent in this way.

[0007] In addition, the blocks are fixed on the slide-in strip body by adhesive and there is a peeling problem during long-term use, which causes the blocks to detach from the slide-in strip body.

[0008] In addition, the fingertip inserts move within the insert channel, reducing protection and causing discomfort to the fingers.

[0009] In addition, the friction between these blocks is significant and these blocks wear out easily.

[0010] In addition, the insert strip body is a solid construction, so the manufacturing costs are relatively high. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Fig. 3 is a sectional view of the finger portion insertion strip 20 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the present invention provides a finger joint insert strip 20 for protecting the interphalangeal joints, the finger joint insert strip 20 comprising a finger joint insert strip body 21, a plurality of catching portions 22, and a shock-absorbing structure 23. The finger joint insert strip body 21 has a curved state, and the finger joint insert strip body 21 is provided with a plurality of catching slots 211 on its upper surface, a shock absorber 212 formed between every two adjacent catching slots 211, and an engaging portion 213 protruding from a bottom wall of each of the catching slots 211. Each of the catching portions 22 is formed on one side with a positioning slot 221, each of the catching portions 22 being inserted into each of the catching slots 211 in one direction, and the respective engaging portion 213 and the respective positioning slot 221 being engaged with each other. The shock-absorbing structure 23 is formed on a bottom surface of the insert strip body 21.

[0032] Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a goalkeeper glove 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a sectional view along the line VV in Fig. 4. As in the Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the present invention provides a goalkeeper glove 1 comprising a glove body 10 and a plurality of finger portion insertion strips 20. The glove body 10 has a palm portion 11 and a plurality of finger portions 12. The palm portion 11 is hollow and provided with an opening (not shown) at one end, and the finger portions 12 are arranged at the other end of the palm portion 11. Each of the finger portions 12 has a finger channel 121 and a insertion strip channel 122. The finger channel 121 is located near the lower end or a bottom portion of the finger portion 12, and the insertion strip channel 122 is located near the upper end or a back portion of the finger portion 12. One finger portion insertion strip 20 is inserted into each of the insertion strip channels 122.

[0033] When the user wears the goalkeeper glove 1 of the present invention, their hand passes through the opening to enter the glove body 10, so that the fingers are located in the finger grooves 121 and the palm is located in the palm portion 11. The glove body 10 is typically made of soft and durable materials that provide sufficient elasticity and flexibility and protect the hands from injury caused by external forces. Because the shock-absorbing structure 23 is located near the fingers and the material is softer, the interphalangeal joints or finger joints do not feel uncomfortable when bending the fingers, and no pain is caused.

[0034] When the finger portion insertion strips 20 according to the present invention are subjected to a force from a frontal impact, the catching portions 22 and the inner walls of the catching slots 211 abut each other, thus providing resistance to bending of the finger portion insertion strips 20. At this time, the shape of the finger portion insertion strips 20 according to the present invention is fixed, thereby preventing the finger portion insertion strips 20 according to the present invention from being excessively bent backward, thereby preventing a user's fingers from being excessively bent backward toward the back of the hand, thus preventing bone or ligament tearing due to the backward bending of the fingers or excessive bending of the fingers toward the back of the hand.

[0035] It is noted that the catching portions 22 are unidirectionally inserted into the catching slots 211, thereby providing an excellent advantage that the catching portions 22 are not easily detached from the insertion strip body 21.

[0036] As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 3, in the first embodiment, the shock-absorbing structural form 23 is formed as a loop-shaped part 231 of a hook-and-loop fastener, and the underside of the loop-shaped part 231 of a hook-and-loop fastener is a loop-shaped surface. Therefore, the loop-shaped part 231 of a hook-and-loop fastener is close to the fingers and the material is softer, so that the interphalangeal joints or finger joints do not feel uncomfortable when bending the fingers, and bending the fingers does not cause pain.

[0037] As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the front end of the loop tape part 231 of a hook and loop fastener extends around the front end of the insertion strip body 21 and is fixed on the upper side of the insertion strip body 21. As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the front end of the insertion strip channel 122 is provided with a hook and loop fastener portion 123, and the loop surface at the front end of the loop and loop fastener portion 231 serves to be fixed to a hook surface of the hook and loop fastener portion 123. Therefore, the insertion strips 20 for finger portions according to the present invention can be completely fixed in the insertion strip channel 122 and do not move therein, thereby improving protection and providing a comfortable or pleasant feeling for the fingers.

[0038] As in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, in the first embodiment, each of the catch slots 211 is provided with two through holes 2111 on its bottom wall, the through holes 2111 being located on both sides of the engaging portion 213. Furthermore, the insert strip 21 is provided with a plurality of hollow portions 214 on its bottom surface, the hollow portions 214 being respectively disposed on opposite sides of the shock absorbers 212, and each of the hollow portions 214 communicating with two adjacent through holes 2111 of two adjacent catch slots 211.When the finger portion insert strip 20 is bent, the through holes 2111 can provide a better shock-absorbing effect for the finger portion insert strip 20 according to the present invention and reduce the friction between the inner wall of the catching slot 211 and the catching portions 22, thereby reducing the wear of the inner wall of the catching slots 211 and the catching portions 22. Due to the design of the hollow portions 214, the volume of the insert strip body 21 can be reduced, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.

[0039] As in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the engaging portion 213 in the first embodiment includes a protruding portion 2131 and a positioning portion 2132. The protruding portion 2131 protrudes from the center of the catching slot 211, has an arrow shape, and has two hook portions. The positioning portion 2132 is disposed on the top of the protruding portion 2131. The positioning portions 2132 each form two guides 215 together with two inner walls of the catching slot 211. The catching portion 22 includes a base 222 and two blocks 223, the base 222 being provided with a positioning slot 221 on one side thereof, the positioning slot 221 having an arrow shape and two hook portions, and the blocks 223 are disposed on both sides of the top of the base 222.

[0040] When each of the catching portions 22 is inserted in one direction into each of the catching slots 211, both sides of the base 222 are slidably disposed in the guides 215 and abut against the bottom of the positioning portion 2132, with both sides of each of the blocks 223 abutting against an inner wall of the catching slot 211 and one side of the positioning portion 2132, the protruding portion 2131 moves along the positioning slot 221 until the hook portions of the protruding portion 2131 are attached to the hook portions of the positioning slot 221, so that the catching portion 22 is firmly fixed in the catching slot 211 and does not detach from the catching slot 211.

[0041] When the finger segment insertion strips 20 according to the present invention are subjected to a frontal force, the blocks 223 and the inner wall of the catching slots 211 abut each other, resulting in better resistance to bending and increased shape rigidity of the insertion strip 20. At this time, the shape of the finger segment insertion strips 20 according to the present invention is fixed, thereby preventing the finger segment insertion strips 20 according to the present invention from being bent backward, thereby preventing the user's fingers from being bent backward, and thus preventing bone or ligament tearing due to the user's fingers being bent backward.

[0042] Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a finger portion insertion strip 20A according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 is an exploded view of the finger portion insertion strip 20A according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. Fig. 8 is a sectional view of the finger portion insertion strip 20A according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figs. Fig. 6, Fig. 7 and Fig. As shown in Fig. 8, the finger portion insert strip 20A according to the second embodiment differs from the finger portion insert strip 20 according to the first embodiment of the present invention in that a shock-absorbing structure 23A in the form of a flexible plate 232 is provided, the front end of which is extended around the front end of the insert strip body 21 and fixed to the upper surface of the insert strip body 21. Therefore, the interphalangeal joints do not feel uncomfortable when the fingers are bent, and no pain is caused because the flexible plate 232 is located near the fingers and its material is softer.

[0043] Fig. 9 is a perspective view of a goalkeeper glove 1A according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 10 is a sectional view taken along the line XX in Fig. 9. As in the Fig. 9 and Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the goalkeeper glove 1A according to the second embodiment differs from the goalkeeper glove 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention in that the insertion strip channel 122 has an adhesive layer 124 at its front end, and the front end of the flexible plate 232 is adhered to the adhesive layer 124. Therefore, the finger portion insertion strip 20A according to the present invention is completely fixed in the insertion strip channel 122 and cannot move therein, thereby improving protection and providing a comfortable feel to the fingers.

[0044] Fig. 11 is a perspective view of a finger portion insertion strip 20B according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 12 is an exploded view of the finger portion insertion strip 20B according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
