When inserted into the human body, the first end 101 serves as an entry end which first comes into contact with and enters the body. The second end 102 acts as a handle end that allows the user to hold and manipulate the device. The second end 102 is provided with operating features that allow the user to control the massager, including, but not limited to:Start and stop of the massage element 4: The user can activate or deactivate the massage element 4 by pressing a button, operating a switch or by means of a touch surface.Adjustment of Massage Frequency: By operating the control unit at the second end 102, the user can select different massage frequencies to meet different massage requirements.Adjustment of massage intensity: The user can configure, via the control unit, the intensity parameters of the massage element 4 in order to control the massage intensity, for example soft massage, medium massage or high-intensity massage. The control unit may include physical buttons or switches that allow simple and direct operation by depression; rotary or slider controls for precise adjustment of frequency and intensity; electronic display surfaces for displaying real-time operating status and massage parameters.According to some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the massager includes a massager body 1 that can be fully inserted into the human body. In particular, the massage device body 1 is a spherical or quasi-spherical body, the structural design of which allows the entire spherical or quasi-spherical body to be fully positioned in the body to achieve deeper and more precise massage stimulation. The massage device body 1 is connected to an operating handle 3 via a guide hose 2. The design of the guide tube 2 performs several functions: the guide tube 2 provides a practical retracting mechanism for the massager body 1, thereby ensuring that the device can be smoothly pulled out of the body after use, which enhances the operational safety. The guide tube 2 facilitates transmission and protection of internal wiring such as power cables and signal lines to ensure proper cable routing while avoiding damage from external influences. The guide tube 2 is made of highly flexible materials which allow natural bending or extension in different positions of use to meet different user requirements. The operation handle 3 integrates a control unit that allows the user to fully operate the device, including starting and stopping the massage element 4, adjusting the frequency, and modifying the intensity. The control unit is designed ergonomically, so that users can operate the device easily and intuitively. As shown in FIG. 3, the massager body 1 is comprised of an inner shell 103 and an outer layer 104 that provide an optimal combination of structural stability and user comfort. The inner shell 103 consists of two symmetrically structured rigid housings which can be precisely joined together to form a complete main body structure. Depending on the requirement, the shape of the inner shell 103 may be configured as a rod-shaped body, a spherical body, or a quasi-spherical body. The rigid material and the symmetrical structure of the inner shell 103 ensure that the massage device body 1 retains sufficient rigidity and strength during use to prevent deformation or damage. The symmetrical latch design simplifies assembly, improves production efficiency, and facilitates maintenance. The outer layer 104 is made of a high-performance elastic material and uniformly covers the outer surface of the inner shell 103. The outer resilient layer 104 provides a soft surface that allows the massager body 1 to better conform to the skin or tissue, thereby significantly improving user comfort during use. In addition, the outer layer 104 acts as a cushion and effectively reduces the direct pressure between the rigid housing and the human body, thereby avoiding discomfort during use and protecting skin tissue. Moreover, depending on specific requirements, the outer layer 104 can consist of different elastic materials such as silicone or medical polymers in order to meet different application cases and safety standards. Additionally, the outer layer 104 may be provided with non-slip textures or special surface treatments to further improve its performance under complex operating conditions. As shown in FIG. 3, the massage element 4 is attached to the peripheral wall of the massager body 1 and structured in an opposing arrangement. The term "oppositely disposed" refers to the placement of two massage elements 4 symmetrically disposed on both sides of the axis of the massager body 1, the axis serving as a parting line.Specifically, one massage element 4 moves in one direction along the axial direction of the massage device body 1, while the other massage element 4 moves in the opposite direction along the axial direction. This synchronous, but opposite, oscillation allows the two massage elements 4 to exert dynamic pressure stimulation on the target massage area, thereby achieving a uniform and rhythmically coordinated massage effect. The movement of the two massage elements 4 is strictly synchronized along the axial direction of the massage device body 1, whereby the unalordinated massage rhythm problem, which frequently occurs in conventional designs, is prevented by asynchronous movement. The symmetrical arrangement of the two massage elements 4 ensures a uniform force distribution during operation and prevents imbalance arising from one-sided action.Overall, the axial oscillatory movement of the massage elements 4 generates a pressing-pulling or knocking dynamic stimulation, whereby it is particularly suitable for deep muscle relaxation. The relative oscillation of the massage elements 4 enables coverage on both sides of the target massage area and effectively prevents uneven local pressure from one-sided action. The synchronized but opposite oscillation reduces discomfort associated with asynchronous stimulation and provides users with a more natural and pleasing massage experience. As shown in FIG. 3, the massage element 4 further comprises a central structural portion 401 and lateral structural portions 402 which act together on the outer or inner target massage region of the human body. Controlled by the oscillating movement, these structures generate a multi-layered massage sensing within a specific region of the target massage zone. Each of the central structure portion 401 and the side structure portions 402 is a structure member that extends in a certain direction and leads away from the massage device body 1. The outer edges of both the central structure portion 401 and the lateral structure portions 402 are located along the same circular arc portion. Here, the outer edge denotes the structural boundary of the central structural portion 401 and the lateral structural portions 402 that is the farthest from the massage device body 1.According to some embodiments, as illustrated in FIGS. 4-5, there are two lateral structure portions 402 located on both sides of the central structure portion 401 along the axial direction of the massager body 1. Alternatively, as illustrated in FIG. 6, there is only one lateral structure portion 402 located on one side of the central structure portion 401 along the axial direction of the massager body 1.This design, which integrates the combination of the central structure portion 401 and the lateral structure portions 402 in the massage element 4, overcomes the problem of the prior art in which the oscillation of a single massage head deviates from a position perpendicular to the target massage area, resulting in attenuation of the massage force. In this embodiment, the lateral structure portions 402, by their synchronous oscillation with the central structure portion 401, compensate for the massage force loss caused by the deviation. Specifically, regardless of whether they are on both sides or only on one side of the central structure portion 401, the lateral structure portions 402 may assume the original vertical position of the central structure portion 401 during oscillation, thereby ensuring that a continuous and strong massage force is applied to the target massage area. Moreover, the integration of the central structure portion 401 and the side structure portions 402 in the massage element 4 not only overcomes the problem of reduced massage force due to changes in the oscillation angle, but also greatly expands the massage cover area. When the lateral structure portions 402 oscillate synchronously, they compensate for areas that the central structure portion 401 may not fully reach, thereby further improving the breadth and adaptability of the massage. This design is particularly effective for complex curved surfaces or larger target massage areas because it provides more uniform coverage and reduces blind spots in the massage process. As shown in FIG. 8, in a specific embodiment, the side structure portion 402 includes a curved structure that extends from a side of the central structure portion 401, curves outward in a direction away from the central structure portion 401, and gradually extends to an arcuate contour. Specifically, the lateral structure portion 402 includes a first root portion 4021 and a first end portion 4022. The first root portion 4021 is connected to the peripheral wall of the massager body 1 to ensure structural stability and ensure that the lateral structural portion 402 remains fixedly positioned during the movement without sliding or loosening. The first end portion 4022 is located at the end farthest from the massage device body 1 and is configured to contact the target massage area to perform the massage function. It is predictable that the arcuate bending shape of the lateral structural portion 402 allows it to maintain uniform contact with the target massage area, particularly on complex curved surfaces. Moreover, its reverse elastic expansion can absorb and release a certain amount of kinetic energy, thereby improving the oscillation efficiency and ensuring that the lateral structure portion 402 maintains a stable and uniform massage force throughout the oscillation process. Due to the reversed elastic expansion, the lateral structure portion 402 may generate an additional elastic restoring force while exerting pressure on the target area.It should be noted that the first root portion 4021 and the first end portion 4022 are to be understood as locally defined structural portions of the lateral structural portion 402 having a certain length or a certain volume in order to define their morphological features and functional characteristics. However, there is no clear boundary between them, since the transition region is continuously connected to each other. The region between the first root portion 4021 and the first end portion 4022 has an arcuate bending contour which gradually extends in a direction away from the central structure portion 401 and forms a dynamic and smooth curved profile. During the oscillation, the first end portion 4022 of the lateral structure portion 402 continuously remains in contact with the target massage area.In some embodiments, the lateral structural portion 402 may take a sheet-like shape, the shape of which is identical or similar to a human tongue. This specific configuration is designed to adapt optimally to specific massage regions and to achieve a more targeted and more effective massage effect. Moreover, the lateral structural portion 402 may have various shapes, including pillar-shaped, spherical, or other curved surface shapes to accommodate different user requirements, cover different target massage areas, and provide multi-point contact as well as multi-layer massage stimulation. In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3-6, the lateral structural portion 402 includes an arcuate bending shape having shape memory characteristics. In particular, when the lateral structural portion 402 encounters resistance by the target massage area, it undergoes elastic bending in the opposite direction of its current arcuate contour. Once the resistance disappears or decreases, the shape memory characteristics allow return to the original arcuate bending state.According to some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, the lateral structure portion 402 has a non-uniform thickness distribution. In particular, the lateral structural section 402 extends away from the massage device body 1 from the first root section 4021 to the first end section 4022 and thereby comprises a first structural section and a second structural section, which each have different dimensional-related properties. The first structural portion has a first dimensional range in which its thickness remains uniform or nearly uniform throughout its length to ensure structural stability and uniform force distribution. The second structure portion has a second dimension range in which its thickness gradually increases toward the first root portion 4021, reaches a maximum thickness, and then gradually decreases again. The maximum thickness of the second structural portion is significantly greater than the thickness or the average thickness of the first structural portion, thereby achieving additional structural strength and improved contact efficiency. Thus, the uniform thickness of the first structural portion ensures a stable connection between the lateral structural portion 402 and the massager body 1, while the variable thickness of the second structural portion is adapted to different massage force requirements. The maximum thickness portion enables a stronger massaging force, while the gradual reduction of the thickness ensures a smooth transition effect. The first dimensional range is 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, preferably 1 mm. The second dimensional range is 2 mm to 4 mm, preferably 4 mm.According to some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8, the central structure portion 401 is a linearly extending structural member extending along the axis of the massage element 4. Specifically, the central structure portion 401 is straight and its second root portion 4011 is firmly connected to the circumferential wall of the massager body 1. The central structure portion 401 extends along the axis of the massage element 4 to a predetermined length and terminates at its second end portion 4012.The relationship between the axis of the massage element 4 and the axis of the massage device body 1 varies depending on the shape of the massage device body 1. when the massage device body 1 is a straight rod-shaped body, the axis of the massage element 4 is approximately or entirely perpendicular to the axis of the massage device body 1. If the massage device body 1 is a curved rod-shaped body, the two axes may form a certain angle with respect to each other, but usually maintain an almost perpendicular relationship. When the massager body 1 is a spherical or quasi-spherical body, the axis of the massage element 4 is aligned with the center of the spherical or quasi-spherical body and configured according to the geometric characteristics of the center to ensure effective function of the massage element 4.According to some embodiments, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the central structure portion 401 has a variable thickness distribution. Specifically, the central structure portion 401 extends in the direction away from the massage device body 1 from the second root portion 4011 to the second end portion 4012, and includes a third structure portion and a fourth structure portion having different dimensional ranges, respectively, one after another. The third structural portion has a third dimensional range in which its thickness remains uniform or nearly uniform throughout its length to ensure structural stability and uniform force distribution. The fourth structure portion has a fourth dimensional range in which its thickness gradually increases toward the second root portion 4011, reaches a maximum thickness, and then gradually decreases again. The maximum thickness of the fourth structural portion is significantly greater than both the thickness or average thickness of the third structural portion and the thickness of the second structural portion, thereby achieving additional structural strength and improved contact efficiency. The third dimensional range is 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, preferably 1 mm. The fourth dimensional range is 2 mm to 6 mm, preferably 5 mm.Note that the second root portion 4011 and the second end portion 4012 do not have a well-defined boundary. Rather, the second root portion 4011 denotes the proximal part of the central structure portion 401 that is located closer to the massage device body 1, while the second end portion 4012 denotes the distal part that is located farther from the massage device body 1.The first structure section and the second structure section differ in terms of their thickness dimensions, wherein the second structure section is responsible for the direct contact with the target massage region. The central structural portion 401 has shape memory characteristics, which means that it has an inherent restoring force that allows it to return to its original position. When the massage element 4 encounters resistance by the target massage area, the central structural portion 401 undergoes elastic deformation and rapidly returns to its original shape after the removal of the external force. This memory effect not only improves the adaptability of the massage element 4, but also allows a finely adjusted adaptation to the shape and requirements of different massage areas, whereby the massage effect is optimized. Moreover, the central structure portion 401 may have various shapes including sheet-shaped, columnar, or spherical. As shown in FIG. 8, in some embodiments, the central structure portion 401 and the lateral structure portion 402 are connected via an elastic wall 5. The height of the connection region does not exceed the height of the third structural section of the central structural section 401 and of the first structural section of the lateral structural section 402. The elastic wall 5 has some elasticity and typically exerts a restoring elastic force that pulls the lateral structural portion 402 towards the central structural portion 401.In some specific implementations, the first root portion 4021 of the side structure portion 402 and the second root portion 4011 of the central structure portion 401 are independently connected to the peripheral wall of the massager body 1. The maximum gap length between the first root portion 4021 and the second root portion 4011 is 1.5 mm.In other specific implementations, the first root portion 4021 of the side structure portion 402 and the second root portion 4011 of the central structure portion 401 are connected to the same connection structure integrally connected to the circumferential wall of the massager body 1. The connecting structure may be a hemispherical protrusion extending at a certain height from the peripheral wall of the massager body 1.As shown in FIG. 9, in some specific embodiments, the massage device body 1 is provided with a groove 6, in which the massage element 4 is located at the lower edge 601 of the groove 6. The longitudinal direction of the groove 6 is along the axial direction of the massager body 1, thereby ensuring a stable movement path for the massage element 4 within the groove 6. The groove 6 includes a first side edge 602 and a second side edge 603, both of which are comb-like projections and extend parallel to the axis of the massager body 1. These side edges 602 and 603 effectively limit the moving space of the massage element 4 to prevent direct contact between the massage element 4 and the internal tissue or skin of the human body, thus preventing unnecessary irritation or skin damage. In particular, when the massage element 4 enters the human body, the first side edge 602 and the second side edge 603 function as stoppers that prevent excessive deviation or impact on the surrounding tissue. This ensures that the massage element 4 oscillates within a relatively fixed range, thereby improving the precision and comfort of the massage. Since the groove 6 limits the range of movement of the massage element 4, it allows a controlled and rhythmic movement, improves the overall massage effect and ensures a uniform and consistent massage experience. The comb-like projections on both sides of the groove 6 also prevent the massage element 4 from deviating excessively or moving unevenly after entering the body, thereby achieving a more balanced and gentle massage. The groove 6 has a first opening 604 and a second opening 605 along the axial direction of the massager body 1. The lower edge 601 of the groove 6 is formed into an arcuate structure extending in the direction away from the axis of the massager body 1 and smoothly integrated with the peripheral wall of the massager body 1.The dimension specifications of the groove 6 are as follows: width range: 20 mm to 35 mm; length range: 50 mm to 70 mm; depth range: 3 mm to 6 mm.In some specific implementations, the groove 6 may have a rectangular, circular, or elliptical shape. As shown in FIG. 10, in some specific embodiments, both the central structure portion 401 and the lateral structure portion 402 protrude beyond the opening plane of the groove 6. That is, a part of the second end portion 4012 of the central structure portion 401 and the first end portion 4022 of the side structure portion 402 protrudes beyond the opening of the groove 6, thereby ensuring sufficient contact with the target massage area. During oscillation, this design allows the massage elements to produce effective stimulation. As already mentioned, the depth range of the groove 6 is between 3 mm and 6 mm. The height of the central structural portion 401 and the lateral structural portion 402, measured perpendicular to the lower edge 601 of the groove 6, should be increased by 2 mm to 4 mm beyond the groove depth. For example, at a groove depth of 3 mm, the height of the central structure portion 401 should be 5 mm, while the height of the lateral structure portion 402 should be 4 mm.As shown in FIG. 11, in a specific embodiment, the oscillation of the massage element 4 is driven by a transmission unit 7. In particular, the drive component 701 of the transmission unit 7, for example a motor, is located inside the inner shell 103 of the massage device body 1. The other end of the driving rod 703 is rotatably supported within the inner shell 103. A platform 704 rotating synchronously with the drive rod 703 is placed on the drive rod 703. On the peripheral surface of the rotating platform 704, a slide groove 705 is formed. The slide groove 705 is a fully closed loop and has a periodic wave profile along the axial direction of the rotating platform 704.It is understood that the course of the slide groove 705 follows a wavy pattern, so that when a pivot frame 706 fits inside the slide groove 705 in a sliding manner, a relative movement is generated between the slide groove 705 and the pivot frame 706 by the rotation of the rotating platform 704. The wave-shaped inner wall surface of the slide groove 705 continuously presses the swing frame 706, thereby generating a periodic oscillating motion. On the peripheral wall of the swing frame 706, a swing arm 707 embedded inside the central structure portion 401 is attached. The swing arm 707 drives the central structural portion 401 to oscillate synchronously, which in turn oscillates the lateral structural portion 402 in the same way.The interior of the central structure section 401 forms a cavity in which the pivot arm 707 is embedded. It is understood that the central structural portion 401 is a hollow structure, while the lateral structural portion 402 has a solid structure.By the combination of the drive component 701, the motor, the transmission 702 and the drive rod 703 within the transmission unit 7, an efficient transmission of force is achieved. The drive component 701 is located inside the inner shell 103 of the massage device body 1 and is characterized by a compact construction which minimizes the energy loss during the transmission of force and at the same time improves the overall stability of the device. This ensures that the massage device maintains a constant performance even after prolonged use.The slide groove 705 has a fully closed loop structure and has a periodic wave distribution along the axial direction of the rotating platform 704. This wave-shaped path allows the pivot frame 706 moving within the slide groove 705 to be periodically driven by the inner wall of the slide groove, thereby generating a rhythmic oscillation motion. This design enhances the dynamic effects of the massage element 4 and at the same time ensures that the oscillation movement simulates a natural massage. The pivot arm 707, which is arranged along the circumferential wall of the pivot frame 706, is embedded within the cavity of the central structure portion 401. The movement of the swing arm 707 drives both the central structure portion 401 and the lateral structure portion 402 to perform synchronous oscillation, thereby forming a multi-dimensional oscillation movement that enables deep massage. The central structural portion 401 has a hollow design that improves flexibility and oscillation capability so that it can better conform to body contours and massage requirements. In contrast, the lateral structural portion 402 is a solid structure that increases the overall stiffness of the massage element and ensures that it retains its shape and durability during oscillation. This functional differentiation extends the life of the device and simultaneously ensures an equilibrium between flexibility and stability.By integrating the force transmission of the transmission unit 7 with the oscillatory movement of the massage element 4, the device can adjust the oscillation amplitude and frequency depending on the target area in order to provide precise and intensive massage effects. The functional differentiation between the central structural portion and the lateral structural portion ensures that the massage device better adapts to specific regions, thereby reducing unpleasant pressure and increasing massage comfort and effectiveness. As shown in FIGS. 11-13, the pivot frame 706 has an annular structure, with the rotating platform 704 having a correspondingly adjusted shape and size. The pivot frame 706 is embedded in the slide groove 705. The pivot frame 706 is a non-closed structure, meaning that its peripheral wall has a fully open gap 708. The gap 708 provides mechanical flexibility to the pivot frame 706, particularly when subjected to forces by the inner wall of the slide groove 705. The gap 708 allows the pivot frame 706 to release a portion of the applied forces by experiencing some axial distortion. This design has two functions: it prevents damage to the swing frame 706 by an excessive force application and reduces an excessive rigidity of the massage element 4, thereby ensuring a more natural massage effect. As shown in Figs. 11-13, both ends of the rotating platform 704 - the end near the driving component 701 and the opposite end - are provided with slots 801. Accordingly, clamping platforms 802 are attached to the inner wall of the restriction component 10 at the respective positions. The clamping platforms 802 and slots 801 form a sliding clamping connection that limits axial movement of the rotating platform 704 while permitting free circumferential rotational movement. In a specific embodiment, the restraining component 10 also serves to prevent circumferential rotation of the pivot frame 706. In particular, the delimiting component 10 consists of two coupled delimiting half shells, which together form a delimiting space. Both the rotating platform 704 and the pivot frame 706 are positioned within this boundary space. For the rotating platform 704, the restriction component 10 limits its axial displacement by the clamping platforms 802, but permits free rotational movement due to the sliding connection between the clamping platforms 802 and the slots 801. For the pivot frame 706, the restriction component 10 is provided with a restriction groove along the axial direction through which the pivot arm 707 passes. The limiting groove enables the oscillation of the pivot arm 707 in the axial direction. The root portion of the swing arm 707 (i.e., the part connected to the swing frame 706) is slidably fitted in the inner edges of the limiting groove, thereby ensuring that the swing arm 707 does not rotate with the rotating platform 704 but oscillates in the axial direction to enable effective massage movement. As shown in FIG. 3, a first massager 901 is installed inside the first end 101 of the massager body 1. The first massage device 901 is configured in such a way that it provides vibration massage stimulation at this point and is designed as a vibration motor. As also shown in FIG. 3, a support arm structure 902 is disposed on the peripheral wall of the massager body 1 in the vicinity of the second end 102. The support arm 902 serves as an additional structure for enhancing the action of the massage element 4. the support arm 902 has a curved design extending outward from one side of the massager body 1, with its free end and / or the entire arm body intended to contact certain outer body areas to provide additional massage stimulation. The support arm 902 is operatively configured to naturally conform to the body contours to provide flexible contact during movement and provide targeted stimulation according to the different massage requirements. In combination with the central structural portion 401 and the lateral structural portion 402, the support arm 902 helps to create a multi-point and multi-layer massage in the target massage area. Moreover, the surface area of the support arm 902 may be optimized for different application scenarios. For example, the free end of the support arm 902 may be coated with a flexible material or provided with a textured surface to improve comfort and friction so that it remains securely positioned during the massage process. The overall structure of the support arm 902 may be optimized through material selection and geometric design to increase elasticity and allow moderate force deformation. This ensures both the operational stability and improved flexibility and flexibility during massage. As shown in FIG. 14, the end portion of the support arm 902 is additionally provided with a plurality of sub-massage resilient arms 9021. These sub massage arms 9021 elastically contact the target massage area and can either respond to the insertion and retraction movements of the massage device body 1 or transmit the vibrations of the second stimulation element 903, thereby improving the entire massage experience. In addition, the support arm 902 may also have active movement functions. For example, a second stimulation element 903 may be installed within the support arm 902 near its free end. The second stimulation element 903 delivers vibration massage stimulation which is directed specifically to specific outer body regions, whereby the overall massage effect is improved.
