Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of the zipper, in particular a fabric tape and a zipper. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] In existing fabric tape zippers, the fastener tape generally consists of a fabric tape woven from warp and weft threads, with locking teeth arranged in rows on one side of the long edge of the fabric tape. The fabric tape is single-sided. When the edge of the fabric tape is exposed, the edge of the fabric tape will come into contact with the skin, causing a certain degree of scratching and discomfort. To solve this problem, a wrap-around edge is woven on the other side of the long edge of the fabric tape. However, the current fabric tape with a wrap-around edge feels hard at the junction between the fabric tape and the wrap-around edge. CONTENT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present application is to improve the connection between the fabric tape and the wrapping edge to improve the feel. To solve the above technical problem, the present application uses the following technical solution: a fabric tape comprising a fabric tape body and a wrapping edge woven on one side of the fabric tape body; wherein the connection point between the fabric tape body and the wrapping edge is a first weave, and wherein the first weave adopts a two-up-two-down weave pattern; and wherein the wrapping edge adopts a three-up-one-down weave pattern and a three-down-one-up weave pattern.
[0004] Furthermore, the fabric band body has a second fabric connected to the first fabric, the second fabric adopting a one-up-one-down weave pattern.
[0005] Furthermore, the ratio of the number of warp threads of the first fabric to the number of warp threads of the second fabric is 4:5.
[0006] Furthermore, the fabric tape body has a third fabric connected to the second fabric, the third fabric adopting a two-up-two-down weave pattern.
[0007] Furthermore, the ratio of the number of warp threads of the first fabric to the number of warp threads of the third fabric is 8:23.
[0008] The wrapping edge is preferably a hollow fabric.
[0009] In addition, the wrapping edge has a cross-sectional length of 1 mm to 6 mm.
[0010] To solve the above technical problem, the present application uses another technical solution: a zipper comprising a closure tooth and a fabric tape, wherein the fabric tape is the fabric tape in the above technical solution, and wherein the closure tooth is connected to a side of the fabric tape body facing away from the wrapping edge.
[0011] The present application has the following advantages: the first weave of the fabric tape body for connecting the wrapping edge uses a two-up-two-down weave pattern, which can reduce the interlacing points between the warp and weft threads of the first weave, so that the texture of the first weave becomes soft, and the connection point between the first weave and the wrapping edge has good elasticity and flatness. In this way, wrinkles are not easy to occur at the connection point. At the same time, the tensile strength of the fabric tape is improved, so that it is not prone to tearing and running; at the same time, by using a three-up-one-down weave pattern and a three-down-one-up weave pattern for the wrapping edge, the wrapping edge can be made thicker and more elastic, ensuring that the wrapping edge feels soft to the skin. [0012] In order to illustrate the technical contents, achieved purposes and effects of the present application in detail, the following will be described in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
[0013] See Fig. 1 to 3, a fabric tape of the present application comprises a fabric tape body 1 and a wrapping edge 2 woven on one side of the fabric tape body 1; wherein the junction between the fabric tape body 1 and the wrapping edge 2 is a first woven fabric 11, and wherein the first woven fabric 11 adopts a two-up-two-down weave pattern; and wherein the wrapping edge 2 adopts a three-up-one-down weave pattern and a three-down-one-up weave pattern.
[0014] Working principle: for the first weave 11 of the fabric tape body 1 for connecting the wrapping edge 2, a two-up-two-down weaving pattern is adopted, which can reduce the interlacing points between the warp threads 4 and the weft threads 5 of the first fabric 11, so that the texture of the first fabric 11 becomes soft and the connection point between the first fabric 11 and the wrapping edge 2 has good elasticity and flatness, in this way, wrinkles do not easily occur at the connection point, at the same time, the tensile strength of the fabric tape is improved, so that it is not prone to tearing and running.
[0015] At the same time, by using a three-up-one-down weaving pattern and a three-down-one-up weaving pattern for the wrapping edge 2, the wrapping edge 2 can be made thicker and more elastic to ensure that the wrapping edge 2 feels soft on the skin.
[0016] See Fig. 2, the fabric tape body 1 further comprises a second fabric 12 connected to the first fabric 11, the second fabric 12 adopting a one-up-one-down weave pattern.
[0017] From the above description, it can be seen that the second fabric 12 adopts a one-up-one-down weaving pattern so that the warp threads 4 and the weft threads 5 on the second fabric 12 are interwoven, whereby the second fabric 12 has a harder texture to ensure the strength of the fabric tape body 1.
[0018] See Fig. 2, the ratio of the number of warp threads of the first fabric 11 to the number of warp threads of the second fabric 12 is 4:5.
[0019] From the above description, it is clear that by limiting the ratio between the number of warp threads of the first fabric 11 and the number of warp threads of the second fabric 12, the strength of the fabric band is ensured while at the same time satisfying the elasticity of the fabric band. See Fig. 2, the fabric tape body 1 further comprises a third fabric 13 connected to the second fabric 12, the third fabric 13 adopting a two-up-two-down weave pattern.
[0020] From the above description, it is apparent that the addition of the third fabric 13 having a two-up-two-down weave pattern can further improve the elastic feel of the fabric tape body 1 to mitigate the hard feel caused by the second fabric 12.
[0021] See Fig. 2, the ratio of the number of warp threads of the first fabric 11 to the number of warp threads of the third fabric 13 is 8:23.
[0022] From the above description, it is apparent that the first fabric 11 is immediately joined to the second fabric 12 after passing through a smaller number of warp threads, whereby the strength of the first fabric 11 can be ensured, then the third fabric 13 having a larger number of warp threads is woven in, whereby the overall elastic texture of the fabric tape body 1 can be ensured.
[0023] See Fig. 4, the wrapping edge 2 is also a hollow fabric. The wrapping edge 2 preferably has a cross-sectional length of 1 mm to 6 mm.
[0024] From the above description, it is apparent that in the hollow wrapping edge 3, the inside of the wrapping edge 2 may be filled with flexible filler in the later treatment to further improve the texture of the wrapping edge 2.
[0025] It is worth mentioning that, as in Fig. 4, the wrapping edge 2 comprises warp threads 4 that form the hollow fabric and two weft threads 5 that completely encapsulate the warp threads 4, wherein the two weft threads 5 are shown as solid and dashed lines, respectively. The drawn weft threads 5 are first woven from the first fabric 11 onto the warp threads 4 of the upper half of the hollow fabric and then woven from the warp threads 4 of the upper half of the hollow fabric back onto the first fabric 11, and a threading hole remains on the return path of the drawn weft threads 5; the dashed weft threads 5 are first woven from the first fabric 11 onto the warp threads 4 of the lower half of the hollow fabric and then passed through the threading hole left by the pulled-through weft threads 5, and then woven from the warp threads 4 of the lower half of the hollow fabric back onto the first fabric 11 to complete an all-round wrapping edge 2. Example 1
[0026] A slide fastener comprising a fastener tooth and a fabric tape, wherein the fabric tape comprises a fabric tape body 1 and a wrapping edge 2 woven on one side of the fabric tape body 1; and wherein the junction between the fabric tape body 1 and the wrapping edge 2 is a first woven fabric 11, and wherein the first woven fabric 11 adopts a two-up-two-down weave pattern; and wherein the wrapping edge 2 adopts a three-up-one-down weave pattern and a three-down-one-up weave pattern. The fabric tape body 1 has a second woven fabric 12 joined to the first woven fabric 11 and a third woven fabric 13 joined to the second woven fabric 12, wherein the second woven fabric 12 adopts a one-up-one-down weave pattern, and wherein the third woven fabric 13 adopts a two-up-two-down weave pattern.
[0027] The above content represents only exemplary embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto. Any equivalent variations made with the aid of the description and accompanying drawings of this application, or any direct or indirect application in other related technical fields, should be considered to be covered by the scope of the present application.
