Description

TECHNICAL FIELDThe invention relates to the field of electronic oil pump technology, and more particularly to a two-in-one electronic oil pump.BACKGROUNDElectronic oil pumps mainly supply energy for lubricating and / or cooling systems of vehicles. Currently, electronic oil pumps usually correspond to a three-in-one configuration, consisting of pump, engine and control unit. The controller of the pump receives signals from the vehicle or from an electrically operated device to control the electronic oil pump to achieve a corresponding speed to meet the cooling and lubrication requirements of the vehicle or electrically operated device. In this type of electronic oil pump with control device, electronic components of different quality classes must be selected and must be equipped with correspondingly developed software in order to meet the requirements of the vehicle for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electronic and electrical testing (EE).The present electronic oil pump has some technical disadvantages: First, the three-in-one electronic oil pump requires forming a sealing layer between the controller and the engine to separate the dry chamber and the wet chamber from each other and prevent oil from entering the controller chamber from the engine side. This embodiment increases the construction cost of the electronic oil pump and poses a potential risk of oil leakage. Second, the control device of the three-in-one electronic oil pump must be coated with a heat-dissipating adhesive in order to prevent a reduction in performance under high load conditions, which may result in the service conditions on the part of the customer not being fulfilled. The use of a heat-dissipating adhesive, while capable of dissipating heat from the controller, increases design and production costs. Third, most electronic three-in-one oil pumps have breathing valves to reduce the risk of condensation in the circuit board chamber. The use of breathing valves is also reflected in construction and production costs. To eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a two-in-one electronic oil pump, the advantages of which are lower construction and production costs. The present invention proposes the following technical solution: a two-in-one electronic oil pump comprising a first housing, the top side of which is provided with an end cap assembly and the bottom side of which is fixedly connected to a second housing; the inside of the first housing is fixedly connected to a mounting sleeve, the inside of the mounting sleeve is fixedly connected to a circuit board, a motor is fixedly installed inside the second housing, and the circuit board is electrically connected to the motor; a pump body is fixedly installed in the bottom side of the second housing, and the output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected to the gear of the pump body.As a preferred technical solution according to the present invention, the motor is a three-phase motor, wherein the motor is connected to the circuit via a connector after being inserted into the circuit board. As a preferred technical solution according to the present invention, the end cap includes a cover plate, and the outside of the cover plate is fixedly connected to a plurality of first mounting seats distributed at equal angles around the cover plate; the outside of the first housing is fixedly connected to the plurality of second mounting seats in a one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of first mounting seats, and each second mounting seat is fixedly connected to the corresponding first mounting seat by a bolt.As a preferred technical solution according to the present invention, one end of the cover plate for connection to an external circuit is fixedly connected to a wiring member, and the output end of the wiring member is electrically connected to the circuit board. As a preferred technical solution according to the present invention, the outer extension of the cover plate is provided with a plurality of air holes, and the air holes serve for heat dissipation from the motor. As a preferred technical solution according to the present invention, the motor (8) or the circuit board (7) is grounded via a wire.Compared with the prior art, the present invention has advantages of: 1. the electronic oil pump adopts a two-in-one configuration that combines pump bodies and motor, dispenses with the control apparatus, and connects the circuit via the circuit board and the motor port, thereby not only reducing the construction cost of the electronic oil pump significantly, but also reducing the risk of quality caused by the electronic oil pump. 2. by eliminating the control device, there is no need to separate the dry chamber and the wet chamber, so that a seal configuration can be reduced. The cost of the electronic oil pump is thereby reduced, as is a potential risk of oil leakage. At the same time, the weight of the electronic oil pump can also be reduced. 3. by eliminating the control device, the heat-dissipating adhesive for the control device can also be omitted. This contributes to a further saving of the construction and production costs, while simultaneously reducing the weight of the electronic oil pump. 4. the air holes on the cover plate are formed for heat dissipation, thereby obviating the use of breathing valves. Accordingly, design and manufacturing costs are reduced while reducing the overall weight of the electronic oil pump.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which only some embodiments of the present invention are illustrated. Further, the terms used in the present specification are merely for describing specific embodiments and do not constitute a limitation of the invention. The term "and / or" in the present specification includes all combinations of one or more of the listed items.Reference is made to Figures 1-5. The present invention provides a two-in-one electronic oil pump comprising a first housing 1, the top side of which is provided with an end cap arrangement 2 and the bottom side of which is fixedly connected to a second housing 4. The inside of the first housing 1 is fixedly connected to a mounting sleeve 6, the inside of the mounting sleeve 6 is fixedly connected to a circuit board 7, a motor 8 is fixedly installed on the inside of the second housing 4, and the circuit board 7 is electrically connected to the motor 8. The motor 8 can be a three-phase motor and is connected to the circuit via a connector after being inserted into the printed circuit board 7. A pump body 5 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the second housing 4, and the output shaft of the motor 8 is fixedly connected to the gear of the pump body 5. The electronic oil pump adopts a two-in-one configuration that combines the pump body 5 and the motor 8, eliminates the controller, and connects the circuit via the circuit board 7 and the motor terminal, thereby not only reducing the design and production costs but also reducing the risk of quality caused by the controller. In addition, the elimination of the controller eliminates the need for separation of the dry chamber and the wet chamber, whereby a sealing structure can be reduced. The cost of the electronic oil pump is thereby further reduced as well as the potential risk of oil leakage. At the same time, the weight of the electronic oil pump is reduced. It should be noted that the circuit board 7 has two embodiments, namely one with position sensor and the other without position sensor. As a further embodiment, a jumper may be used for connection instead of the circuit board.Due to the omission of the control unit, the heat-dissipating adhesive for the control unit can also be omitted. This further reduces the construction and production costs. At the same time, the weight of the oil pump is also reduced. The end cap assembly 2 includes a cover plate 21, and the outside of the cover plate 21 is fixedly connected to a plurality of first mounting seats 22 distributed at equal angles around the cover plate 21; the outside of the first housing 1 is fixedly connected to a plurality of second mounting seats 3 in a one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of first mounting seats 22, and each second mounting seat 3 is fixedly connected to the corresponding first mounting seat 22 by a bolt. The second mounting seat 3 and the first mounting seat 22 are fastened with a bolt, so that the cover plate 21 is easily detachable and maintenance of the circuit board is facilitated. One end of the cover plate 21 is fixedly connected to a wiring member 32 for connection to an external circuit, and the output end of the wiring member 23 is electrically connected to the circuit board 7. The outer extension of the cover plate 21 is provided with a plurality of air holes 24, which air holes 24 serve to dissipate heat from the motor 8. By providing the air holes 24 for heat dissipation, the use of breathing valves is superfluous. This reduces the construction and production costs and at the same time the overall weight of the electronic oil pump. The motor 8 or the circuit board 7 is grounded via a wire, which is advantageous for reducing electromagnetic radiation by the stator components and the circuit board in the motor 8.It should be noted that terms such as "first / r / s" and "second / r / s" in the present specification are used alone to distinguish one unit or operation from another unit or operation without having to have an actual relationship or order between these units or operations.
