[0014] As in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, the tool sleeve assembly 10 is mounted on a tool holder 70 and serves to hold a tool receptacle 90. A tool 100 is mounted in the tool receptacle 90. The tool sleeve assembly 10 comprises a tool sleeve seat 11, a tool sleeve body 12 inserted into the tool sleeve seat 11, and a fastening cover 13 screwed to the tool sleeve body 12. The tool sleeve body 12 serves to hold the tool 90 and comprises a clamping part 120 which comprises a plurality of pairs of clamping surfaces, wherein each pair of clamping surfaces comprises two clamping surfaces 121 which are arranged parallel to one another and whose surfaces face away from one another. The details of the construction of the tool sleeve assembly 10 are known and will therefore not be explained further here.
[0015] As in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, the positioning element 20 is detachably arranged by means of bolts on the upper part of the tool sleeve seat 11 of the tool sleeve assembly 10. The positioning element 20 comprises a plate 21, two limiting projections 22, and two positioning projections 23. The plate 21 comprises two surfaces arranged facing away from each other, wherein one of the surfaces of the plate 21 is in contact with the upper part of the tool sleeve seat 11, while the two limiting projections 22 and the two positioning projections 23 are formed on the other surface 211 of the plate 21.
[0016] As in Fig. 1 to Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the two limiting projections 22 of the positioning element 20 are arranged opposite one another and have a rectangular profile. Each positioning projection 23 has an arcuate support surface 231 facing the periphery of the plate 21. The two positioning projections 23 are arranged opposite one another, with the surfaces of the two support surfaces 231 of the two positioning projections 23 facing away from each other.
[0017] As in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, the auxiliary key 30 serves to prevent rotation of the tool sleeve body 12. The auxiliary key 30 is plate-shaped and includes a clamping recess 31, two limiting recesses 32, a positioning recess 33, and a through hole 34. The clamping recess 31 and the clamping part 120 of the tool sleeve body 12 are profiled correspondingly to one another so that the clamping part 120 can be inserted into the clamping recess 31 and thus clamped with the edge surface of the clamping recess 31. The clamping recess 31 includes an opening located on the circumference of the auxiliary key 30, a lower surface 311 arranged opposite the opening, and two clamping support surfaces 313 arranged opposite one another and parallel to one another. The clamping support surfaces 313 of the clamping recess 31 can each be supported on the two clamping surfaces 121 of the respective clamping surface pair.
[0018] As in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, the two limiting recesses 32 of the auxiliary key 30 are each located on two opposite sides of the clamping recess 31. The respective limiting recess 32 and the respective limiting projection 22 are profiled correspondingly to one another such that the respective limiting projection 22 can be inserted into the respective limiting recess 32 and thus clamped to the edge surface of the limiting recess 32. The limiting recess 32 comprises an opening located on the circumference of the auxiliary key 30, wherein the opening of the respective limiting recess 32 and the opening of the clamping recess 31 point in the same direction.
[0019] As in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the positioning recess 33 of the auxiliary key 30 is formed on the lower surface 311 of the clamping recess 31 and includes a positioning support surface 331. The positioning recess 33 and the respective positioning projection 23 are profiled correspondingly to one another such that the respective positioning projection 23 can be inserted into the positioning recess 33 and thus clamped to the edge surface of the positioning recess 33. The positioning support surface 331 of the positioning recess 33 corresponds in profile to the arcuate support surface 231 of the respective positioning projection 23 and is therefore also arcuate. Furthermore, the positioning support surface 331 can be supported on the support surface 231 of the respective positioning projection 23. The through hole 34 of the auxiliary key 30 and the clamping recess 31 are each adjacent to the two opposite sides of the auxiliary key 30.
[0020] To replace a tool 100 mounted in the tool holder 90, Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 and Fig. 6. The user mounts the auxiliary key 30 on the positioning element 20 in such a way that the clamping part 120 of the tool sleeve body 12 is inserted into the clamping recess 31 of the auxiliary key 30 and is clamped with the edge surface of the clamping recess 31, that the edges of the two limiting recesses 32 of the auxiliary key 30 are each inserted onto the two limiting projections 22 of the positioning element 20 screwed onto the tool sleeve seat 11 and are clamped with the two limiting projections 22, that the edge surface of the positioning recess 33 of the auxiliary key 30 is inserted onto the one positioning projection 23 of the positioning element 20 and is clamped with the same, and that the positioning support surface 331 of the positioning recess 33 is supported on the support surface 231 of the positioning projection 23.
[0021] As in Fig. 3 to Fig. 5, the two clamping support surfaces 313 of the clamping recess 31 are each supported on both clamping surfaces 121 of one pair of clamping surfaces of the clamping part 120, and the edge surface of the respective limiting recess 32 is placed onto the corresponding limiting projection 22 and clamped thereto in such a way that the tool sleeve body 12 cannot rotate relative to the positioning element 20 and the tool sleeve seat 11. The user can now insert a wrench into the fastening cover 13 of the tool sleeve assembly 10 such that the wrench remains stuck in the fastening cover 13. The fastening cover 13 is loosened with the wrench so that the tool 100 mounted in the tool holder 90 can be replaced.
[0022] As in Fig. 4 and Fig.As shown in Figure 5, the surfaces of the two support surfaces 231 of the two positioning projections 23 of the positioning element 20 are arranged facing away from each other. The user can optionally mount the auxiliary wrench 30 on the provided side of the tool sleeve assembly 10, which side has less space, and handle the auxiliary wrench 30 on the provided side thereof, which side has more space, to loosen or tighten the fastening cover 13 and thus replace the tool 100.
[0023] Compared with the conventional tool sleeve assembly 80, in which the user must hold two wrenches with both hands to loosen and tighten the tool sleeve body 82 and the fastening cover 83, the wrench device according to the present invention is advantageous in that the auxiliary wrench 30 can be mounted on the side of the tool sleeve assembly 10 with less space to prevent the tool sleeve body 12 from rotating. Thus, the user does not have to handle the auxiliary wrench 30 in confined spaces and can handle the auxiliary wrench 30 with one or both hands in sufficient space. In this way, force can be more easily exerted on the auxiliary wrench 30 to rotate the fastening cover 13. Thus, the replacement of the tool 100 is advantageously carried out with reduced labor and effort.
[0024] Furthermore, the two positioning projections 23 on the positioning element 20 are arranged opposite one another, with the surfaces of the two support surfaces 231 facing away from each other. This has the advantage that the positioning support surface 331 of the positioning recess 33 can be brought into contact with the support surface 231 of the corresponding positioning projection 23, regardless of which side of the tool sleeve assembly 10 the auxiliary wrench 30 is mounted. This ensures that the auxiliary wrench 30 is clamped to the positioning element 20 to reliably prevent further rotation of the tool sleeve body 12.
[0025] In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the positioning element 20 is provided with two limiting projections 22 and two positioning projections 23, and the auxiliary key 30 is provided with two limiting recesses 32. As long as rotation of the tool sleeve body 12 can be reliably prevented, it is also conceivable in the embodiment that the positioning element 20 is provided with a single limiting projection 22 and a single positioning projection 23, and the auxiliary key 30 is provided with a single limiting recess 32. According to the invention, the number of limiting projections 22, positioning projections 23, and limiting recesses 32 is not limited to a specific number.
[0026] Although the present invention has been described in detail using an exemplary embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to this exemplary embodiment. Rather, modifications are possible such that individual features can be omitted or different combinations of features can be implemented without exceeding the scope of the appended claims.
