Abstract
Description
The subject matter of the invention is a strap for a door or a window according to the preamble of claim 1.Such a tape is already known from EP 3529440 B1. The band consists of a frame part and a wing part. The wing member and the frame member are separately mounted to the wing and frame. The frame part consists of a fastening section and a coupling piece articulated thereon. The coupling piece has a strip tab which is shaped flat rectangular as a tongue with a conically tapering end and two open-edged retaining recesses lying opposite one another on parallel side edges. Band pockets are fastened to the wing in recesses. In order to attach the wing to the frame, the tape pockets, which can move together with the wing, are placed over the tape flaps and the wing is then lowered. As a result, a retaining projection arranged in the wing part engages in the upper retaining recess of the hinge strap. The holding projection is horizontally displaceable via an adjusting device, so that the strap tab can be adjusted relative to the strap pocket. As long as the wing presses the band pocket with the holding projection into the holding recess by its weight, the wing is secured. In order to prevent the retaining projection from disengaging from the retaining recess, a lift-off safety device is provided. In the case of the public prior use SIEGNIA Axxent of 06 / 2011, a band recording PFVP7000 is used. The lifting-out safety device here consists of a cover plate attached at the front to the lower end of the band pocket, which cover plate protrudes with a portion into the opening of the band pocket and partially closes the latter. As a result, the strip tab can abut the cover plate when the wing is lifted, which prevents further lifting. The cover sheet must be attached manually. Therefore, EP 3529440 B1 provides a clamping part which is mounted in the band pocket movably counter to a spring force in the insertion direction of the band flap. If the wing is pushed over the hinge flaps with hinge pockets, the hinge flap presses the clamping part in the pocket rearward into the hinge pocket. If the wing is lowered, the tape tab releases the clamping part, which is pressed in the direction of the fold as a result of the spring force. The clamping part then engages under the strip tab with a key bit-like projection. The play of movement of the hinge strap in the hinge pocket is thus limited. For this purpose, the clamping part must be guided movably in the band pocket in a guide. The cylindrical section forms the guide of the clamping part and acts on this by the compression spring, which must likewise be accommodated in the guide. The configuration therefore consists at least of the spring and the clamping part. The movable clamping part must be mounted in the guide and requires additional space behind the band pocket. Since the guide and the clamping part are attached to the lower end of the band pocket, soiling and abrasion can impair the movability of the clamping part. In addition, the design involves considerable effort during assembly and has the disadvantage that the clamping part in the embodiment described above supports the hinge strap on a short partial length. To prevent this, EP 3529440 B1 provides additional means, for example in FIG. 4.From DE 20 2017 005 348 U1 a belt corresponding to the public prior use SIEGNIA-Axxent is known, in which an additional adjusting device is proposed.DE 202023102012 U1 shows a lifting safety device which is arranged in the band pocket. The lifting-out safety device consists of a U-shaped spring made of strip material. The spring, due to its shape, allows the strap tab to be inserted into the strap opening. If the strap pocket is moved with the wing downwards, the strap tab exits the clamp upwards and the spring legs spring together under the strap tab. In this case, an adjusting piece engages in a notch of the hinge strap which is open on the edge side. The hinge strap can be adjusted horizontally in the hinge pocket via the adjustment piece. As a result of the compression of the legs, they supported the hinge flap against the hinge flap during an upward movement of the wing and of the hinge pocket. A spreader engages between the legs of the clip and allows for manual spreading of the clip so that, if necessary, the wing with the strap pocket can be raised relative to the strap tab to suspend the wing. The engagement of the adjusting piece in the strap tab is thereby released. In all of the above-mentioned embodiments, there is the problem that the play between the strap tab and the strap pocket must be compensated by suitable adjusting means. The object of the invention is to avoid the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a simple, easily assembled lift-out safety device which is activated without manual intervention and consists of few components. To achieve this, the invention provides that ribs are provided on the inside of the band pocket opening, which ribs reduce the clearance of the band pocket along the ribs to a clearance. This configuration reduces the play of the hinge strap in the hinge pocket opening. The ribs cause the flap of the band to urge against the wall of the band pocket opening opposite the rib. This results in the strip flap being deflected with respect to the perpendicular. Since the hinge axis is formed by the hinge pins and these are accommodated in frame-side bearings, the hinge strap is also held in a vertical position. The hinge strap is tensioned, with the result that the play of the hinge strap in the hinge pocket opening and all component pairings is used up until the storage.A further development provides that the clearance dimension of the strip pocket along the ribs has a dimension which is dimensioned to be smaller than the strip flap in its smallest still tolerable thickness. This ensures contact even when the strip tab assumes its smallest dimension. For a configuration which is simple to produce, it is advantageous if the ribs are oriented perpendicular to the strip pocket opening edge on the folding rail. As a result, the ribs lie along the demolding direction of the molded part from which the strip pocket is produced. It is advantageous for cost-effective production if the band pocket consists of a molded part. For the design of the strip tab, it is advantageous if it consists of an elastic material. Due to the long construction of the bearing arm, it springs like a spring.Further advantageous embodiments are illustrated in the drawings. It shows: FIG. 1 is an overall view of a belt consisting of a wing belt part and a frame belt part, FIG. 2 is an isometric view of the strap of FIG. 1 with a partially shown vertically cut strap pocket and strap flaps seated therein, FIG. 3 is a representation of the wing part frontally of the fold with the cut removed tape tab in a first tolerance position, FIG. 4 is a view according to FIG. 3 with the tape tab removed in a second tolerance position, FIG. 5 shows a schematic illustration of the band pocket opening in a first constellation, and FIG. 6 shows a representation corresponding to FIG. 5 in a second constellation.FIG. 1 shows a belt 1 consisting of the wing part 2 and a frame part 3. The wing part 2 consists of a folding rail 4 and a band pocket 5 fastened thereto. The folding rail 4 is fixed in a fixed position on the fold of the wing, not shown, by means of fastening screws. The frame part 3 has a hinge axis at the end of an angled cantilever arm 7. The cantilever arm 7 terminates in a strap 8, which strap 8 is adapted to be coupled to the wing portion 2. For this purpose, the belt pocket 5 has a belt pocket opening 9, which is open toward the frame fold. The width of the band pocket opening 9 in the upper part is adapted to the dimension of the band flap 8. The band pocket 5 forms a closed housing for the band flap 8 and clamping parts and adjusting pieces arranged therein, as will be shown below. As is known from DE 202023102012 U1, the band pocket 5 is equipped with a clamp in the lower section. The clamp is supported on a lower horizontal floor 10. The clamp has the effect that the wing lowered by the wing weight, which can be lifted with the strap tab 8 into the strap pocket 5 only deliberately and after removal or spreading of the clamp from the strap pocket opening 9.The mode of operation of the band 1 results from the arrangement as follows: the wing, to which the band pocket 5 is fastened, is brought towards the frame part 3 in the insertion direction E. The wing part 2 is placed over the tape tab 8. The band flap 8 thus penetrates into the band pocket opening 9. In order to be able to pass a retaining projection of an adjusting piece which projects into the band pocket opening 9, the wing is raised to such an extent that the band flap 8 is guided along the lower base 10.When the wing is lowered, the retaining projection engages positively in a retaining recess of the hinge strap 8. The holding projection is adjustable and brings about adjustability of the strip flap 8 perpendicular to the folding rail 4.As can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 6, the band pocket opening 9 is provided on the inside with two oppositely oriented ribs 15, 16. The ribs 15, 16 restrict the clear dimension 17 of the band pocket opening 9 partially to a dimension 18. The ideal thickness dimension 19 of the strip flap 8 in the case of a vertical orientation corresponds to the dimension 20 which corresponds to the spacing of the ribs 15, 16. The dimension 20 represents the smallest thickness dimension 19 of the band flap 8, at which the latter can be accommodated in the band pocket opening 9 in a practically play-free manner (FIG. 6 ).If the thickness dimension 19 of the hinge strap 8 reaches the upper maximum dimension of its tolerance range and / or the dimension 17 reaches its minimum by utilizing the tolerance range of the hinge pocket opening 9, then the hinge strap 8 can be slightly inclined while reducing all clearance fits and elastic deformations in the components of the hinge 1 (FIGS. 4 and 6 ). The ribs 15, 16 are mounted on the two opposite inner sides in a vertically offset manner. The spacing 21 of the ribs 15, 16 is matched to the height 22 of the hinge flap 8.The strip pocket 5 can be produced cost-effectively as a shaped part from metal casting. A flange 23 (FIG. 1 ) is formed along the open edge of the band pocket opening 9, which flange supports the band pocket on the folding rail 4. In order to achieve simple demolding of the molded part, the ribs 15, 16 are oriented perpendicularly to the flange 23. The folding rail 4 is fastened to the fold of the wing and the band pocket 5 can be adjusted relative to the folding rail 4 by adjusting elements. The band pocket 5 can be formed, in contrast, from correspondingly shaped metal plates. For this purpose, the band pocket 5 can be formed from two pocket halves which are shaped in mirror image fashion. The ribs 15, 16 are formed on these pocket halves in this case. The advantage of producing the strip pocket 5 from a casting material lies in the cost-effective production. The strip tab 8 can be produced as a stamped and bent part from an aluminum extrusion process and thereby acquires elastic properties. In order to effect the elastic deformation, the belt pocket 5 contributes to the wing being moved vertically in the belt pocket opening 9 along the vertical by the wing weight during the suspension of the wing.List of reference characters1 Strap 2 Wing part 3 Frame part 4 Folding rail 5 Strap pocket 6 Hinge axis 7 Cantilever 8 Strap tab 9 Strap pocket opening 10 Base 15 Rib 16 Rib 17 Dimension 18 Dimension 19 Thickness dimension 20 Dimension 21 Distance 22 Height 23 Flange E Insertion directionReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
