The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent color changing devices, and discloses a thermochromic
camouflage device and a preparation method and application thereof. The
thermochromism camouflage device comprises a substrate, a reflection spacing layer and a
thermochromism layer which are sequentially arranged in a composite mode in the thickness direction. The reflection spacing layer is an intrinsic black heat-conducting
polyimide film; and the thermochromic layer is a
polymer dispersed
cholesteric liquid crystal film. The composite black heat-conducting
polyimide film is synthesized through a two-
step method to serve as a reflection spacing layer for replacement, a transparent
polyimide protection layer and a black ink reflection layer of a traditional color-changing
camouflage device are combined into a whole, the device structure is reduced from three
layers to two
layers, the device thickness is remarkably reduced, the interface layering defect is eliminated, and the device performance is improved. The flexibility and the interlayer
adhesive force are improved. The intrinsic black heat-conducting polyimide film has the functions of substrate supporting, shading and
heat conducting, black ink does not need to be additionally coated, the device preparation process is simplified, the production cost is reduced, and heat accumulation is reduced.
