The invention discloses high-magnetic-induction oriented
silicon steel rolling oil which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of synthetic ester, 5-15 parts of
white oil, 5-10 parts of a lubricating additive, 2-5 parts of an emulsifier, 0.5-2 parts of an
antioxidant and 1-3 parts of an anti-
rust additive. The synthetic ester is selected from any one of
trimethylolpropane coconut oleate,
butyl stearate,
trimethylolpropane oleate or
trimethylolpropane triisostearate, and the emulsifier is composed of a cationic surfactant and a
nonionic surfactant in a
mass ratio of (1-1.5): 1. Compared with traditional rolling oil, the rolling oil provided by the invention adopts a brand new combination of the emulsifier and the dispersant, the stability and dispersion performance of the rolling oil during emulsification use are improved, the obtained rolling
oil emulsion is stable and wide in applicable
pH range, and the rolling oil also has excellent lubricating and anti-
rust performance, is low in cost and is suitable for large-scale popularization.
