The manufacturing method for the roller sleeve for large forged alloy steel carrying roller comprises four steps, including refining steel ingot, forging roller sleeve base, pre-heating and machining and final heat treatment. The product of the invention is excellent in anti-contact fatigue performance, abrasion performance and roller shape retention, so that a complex carrying roller can satisfy rolling requirements of high-accuracy plates. According to the invention, the complex carrying roller obviously precedes conventional carrying rollers in contact-fatigue performance, roller shape retention and anti-mechanical and anti-thermal impact performances, and has especially excellent performance when being used as a sleeve for a convexity-changeable complex carrying roller.

The invention provides a novel FPC composite electromagnetic shielding film and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing coating materials of a first insulation paint layer, a second insulation paint layer, an electromagnetic wave reflection coating layer and an electromagnetic wave absorbing coating layer; and 2) carrying out coating, wherein the firstinsulation paint layer is a wear-resisting coating, wear resistance being larger than 1000 times; the second insulation paint layer is a high-filling and high-toughness coating, bending resistance times being larger than 80000; the coating material of the electromagnetic wave reflection coating layer comprises reflection layer matrix resin and metal fillers, the metal fillers being flake silver-clad glass or flake silver-clad copper powders or leaf-like silver-clad copper powders or dendritic silver-clad copper powders; the ratio of the matrix resin and the metal fillers of the electromagneticwave reflection coating layer is 1:1.5-1:5; the electromagnetic wave absorbing coating layer comprises absorbing layer matrix resin and wave absorbing materials; the carrier film is a matte release film. The novel FPC composite electromagnetic shielding film has better flexibility, bending resistance, product flatness and shielding effect.
