The invention discloses a green and environment-friendly production method of
triazole pyrimidone. The method comprises the steps of constant-temperature reaction, catalyst and
solvent recovery, product separation and purification and
catalyst regeneration. According to the method, 2-amino-6-methyl-[1, 2, 4]-triazolo [1, 5-a]
pyrimidine-5-
ketone is used as a parent,
sodium bicarbonate, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium
hydrogen sulfate functionalized
ionic liquid and a mesoporous
silicon supported zirconic acid catalyst are matched, a
choline chloride-
ethylene glycol eutectic
solvent is used as a reaction medium, and the
ionic liquid functionalized
ionic liquid functionalized mesoporous
silicon supported zirconic acid catalyst is used as a catalyst to prepare the 2-amino-6-methyl-[1, 2, 4]-triazolo [1, 5-a]
pyrimidine-5-
ketone derivative. And adding a pre-activated n-propyl
alcohol-
dibutyl phosphate alkylation reagent for reaction. After the reaction, the mesoporous
silicon loaded zirconic acid catalyst is recovered through
centrifugation, and a
solvent phase is subjected to reduced pressure
distillation to remove water and can be recycled. The product is obtained by pH adjustment
precipitation, washing and
drying, and has high purity and yield. According to the method, the cost and
pollution are reduced through
reagent recycling, the problems of poor
environmental protection property and resource waste in traditional production are solved, and the method has both economical efficiency and
environmental protection property.
