This application discloses a
phosphorus fixation composition for incinerating
phosphorus-containing organic waste liquid and its preparation method, belonging to the field of
radioactive waste treatment technology. The
phosphorus fixation composition for incinerating phosphorus-containing organic waste liquid includes organic waste liquid, a phosphorus-fixing agent, a
phase transfer catalyst, and deionized water. The phosphorus-fixing agent has a
mass fraction of 8%–15%, the deionized water has a
mass fraction of 10%–20%, and the
phase transfer catalyst accounts for 0.5%–2% of the organic waste liquid
mass. This application achieves a highly efficient reaction between
tributyl phosphate and the phosphorus-fixing agent at a low temperature of 90℃, directly converting
tributyl phosphate into stable
sodium phosphate, thus eliminating the formation of corrosive
phosphorus pentoxide at its source. Furthermore, it solves the problems of
high energy consumption, severe equipment
corrosion, poor phosphorus fixation effect, and difficult transportation in existing processes. It has advantages such as a phosphorus fixation rate greater than 99%, low formulation
viscosity, good stability, and no phase separation
precipitation. It is suitable for the industrial-scale harmless treatment of phosphorus-containing organic waste liquid in spent
fuel reprocessing and chemical extraction fields, with significant environmental and
economic benefits.
