42 results about "Monofluorophosphate" patented technology

Monofluorophosphate is an anion with the formula PO₃F²⁻, which is a phosphate group with one oxygen atom substituted with a fluoride atom. The charge of the ion is −2. The ion resembles sulfate in size, shape and charge, and can thus form compounds with the same structure as sulfates. These include Tutton's salts and langbeinites. The most well-known compound of monofluorophosphate is sodium monofluorophosphate, commonly used in toothpaste.

The invention discloses a composite reinforced concrete corrosion-inhibiting agent and a preparation method thereof. The corrosion-inhibiting agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 3-12% of potassium monofluorophosphate, 15-35% of acid, 3-9% of zinc gluconate, 20-40% of low-molecular-weight alcohol amine and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly mixing acid, zinc gluconate, low-molecular-weight alcohol amine and water; then stirring until the solution is clear; cooling to room temperature, and then adding potassium monofluorophosphate; and stirring until potassium monofluorophosphate is fully dissolved to obtain the composite reinforced concrete corrosion-inhibiting agent. The preparation method of the corrosion-inhibiting agent has easily available raw materials and is simple; by using the corrosion-inhibiting agent to prepare sea sand reinforced concrete, the obtained reinforced concrete has good corrosion resistance and certain enhancing effect on delayed coagulation; and aiming at the circumstances of the gradual increase of sea sand use amount and severe corrosion of concrete reinforcement bars, the composite corrosion-inhibiting agent has excellent application prospects.

Preparation method of reinforced concrete corrosion inhibitor

The invention provides a preparation method of a reinforced concrete corrosion inhibitor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 2,4,6-tri(4-carboxyl phenyl)-1,3,5-triazine, 1-(chloromethyl) adamantane and diethyl ether, stirring to react, distilling, conducting suction filtration, washing and drying in vacuum to obtain an ionic liquid, dissolving in deionized water, adding magnesium hydrate, filtering after stirring, distilling at the reduced pressure, and conducting suction filtration to obtain a magnesium salt compound, soaking the magnesium salt compound in an aqueoussolution of sodium monofluorophosphate, stirring, and drying in vacuum to obtain the reinforced concrete corrosion inhibitor. The magnesium ion in the prepared corrosion inhibitor improves the chloride penetration resistance of the concrete; the triazine substance corrosion inhibitor is adsorbed on the surface of a rebar to play a role in inhibiting the corrosion of the rebar; the carboxylate radical and the chloride ion form an adsorption film on the surface of the rebar so as to protect the rebar; and the monofluorophosphate forms a unimolecule protection film on the surface of the rebar, so that the corrosion speed of the rebar is slowed down. In addition, the used materials are nontoxic and harmless, are green, protect the environment, and are environmentally friendly.
