DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0021] In order to better understand the technical features, objects and effects of the present disclosure, the specific embodiments of the present disclosure will now be explained with reference to the drawings.
[0022] According to the presentation in Fig. 1 to 8, one aspect of the present disclosure is to provide an anti-collision box for electronic shelf labels, which includes a rectangular box body 1 provided with a light-transmitting surface 101 and an accommodating space 103 formed in the box body 1 for accommodating an electronic shelf label body 2, and allows an anti-collision gap 3 to be maintained between the light-transmitting surface 101 and a display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2 in the accommodating space 103.
[0023] In the present embodiment, the electronic shelf label body 2 can be arranged in the receiving space 103 of the box body 1. When the box body 1 and the electronic shelf label body 2 are in an assembled state, the collision prevention gap 3 is maintained in the receiving space 103 between the light-transmitting surface 101 of the box body 1 and the display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2.The collision prevention gap 3 is spatially a part of the receiving space 103, so that when the box body 1 collides with the translucent surface 101 or other position of the box body 1, the collision prevention gap 3 can provide a certain space for the translucent surface 101 of the box body 1, so that an impact or deformation can be absorbed to prevent the display of the body of the electronic shelf label from being directly damaged by the impact or deformation of the box body 1, thereby protecting the electronic shelf label.
[0024] The collision protection box for electronic shelf labels of the present disclosure can effectively prevent damage to the electronic shelf label due to collision without affecting the normal display function of commodity information by the electronic shelf label and improve the protection performance of the electronic shelf label.
[0025] In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, a height h of the collision prevention gap 3 is 1.1 mm to 1.3 mm (ie, 1.1 mm≤h≤1.3 mm). The height h is a distance between an inner side wall surface of the light-transmitting surface 101 of the box body 1 and the display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2 when the electronic shelf label body 2 is installed with the box body 1.
[0026] In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure as shown in Fig. 1 to 8, the box body 1 is further provided with a flange 102 formed by folding along an edge of the translucent surface 101, one end of the flange 102 being connected to the edge of the translucent surface 101, and the other end of the flange 102 forming a mounting opening opposite the translucent surface 101. The receiving space 103 is formed by being enclosed by the translucent surface 101 and the flange 102, and the mounting opening communicates with the receiving space 103.
[0027] The flange 102 and the translucent surface 101 may be integrally formed, but are not limited thereto.
[0028] The flange 102 may be perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to a plane in which the translucent surface 101 is located, and there is no limitation on the specific angle between the flange 102 and the translucent surface 101.
[0029] Furthermore, according to the presentation in Fig. 2, Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, an inner wall of the flange 102 is provided with a raised step 104 protruding into the receiving space 103, and at least a part of the electronic shelf label body 2 is fixed in the receiving space 103 via the mounting hole and abuts against the raised step 104, so that a fixing position of the electronic shelf label body 2 in the receiving space 103 can be defined by the raised step 104, thereby allowing the anti-collision gap 3 to be formed between the light-transmitting surface 101 of the box body 1 and the display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2, and preventing the electronic shelf label body 2 from being easily damaged by a collision.
[0030] In this embodiment as shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the raised step 104 is a convex ring arranged in a length direction of the flange 102 and is positioned at a position where the inner wall of the flange 102 is connected to the edge of the translucent surface 101. This specific position of the raised step 104 ensures that, when the electronic shelf label body 2 is installed with the box body 1, the display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2 can be closer to the translucent surface 101 of the box body 1. This is convenient for a customer because they can clearly see the product information displayed on the display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2 through the translucent surface 101, thereby improving the customer experience.
[0031] Furthermore, according to the presentation in Fig. 9, a cushioning layer 4 is disposed on a side of the raised ledge 104 facing the electronic shelf label body 2. When the electronic shelf label body 2 is assembled with the box body 1, the cushioning layer 4 is hermetically pressed between the raised ledge 104 and the electronic shelf label body 2, thereby providing protective cushioning between the raised ledge 104 and the electronic shelf label body 2 and preventing damage to the electronic shelf label body 2 by local pressure due to concentrated stress between the raised ledge 104 and the electronic shelf label body 2.In addition, the cushioning layer 4 can also provide a sealing effect, ensuring that the collision protection gap 3 between the box body 1 and the electronic shelf label body 2, which are in an installed state, is in a closed environment, thereby preventing the intrusion of water vapor or dust from the outside and extending the service life of the electronic shelf label. The cushioning layer can be made of, but is not limited to, 60-hardness silicone rubber.
[0032] In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure as shown in Fig. 1 and 4 to 8, the flange 102 is provided with at least one notch 1021, and in a state where the electronic shelf label body 2 is assembled with the box body 1, the notch 1021 opposes a two-dimensional code display area 203 on the electronic shelf label body 2, that is, the two-dimensional code display area 203 on the electronic shelf label body 2 is located exactly at the position of the notch 1021, so that a two-dimensional code set in the two-dimensional code display area 203 can be displayed, and the customer or staff can identify the two-dimensional code to obtain the detailed information of a commodity. The two-dimensional code in the two-dimensional code display area 203 can be customized, or the corresponding commodity information can be updated, so that it can be used for various commodities.
[0033] Furthermore, according to the illustration in Fig. 1 and 4 to 8, since the box body 1 is rectangular, the number of notches 1021 is two, and the two notches 1021 can be arranged symmetrically in the center of two opposite flanges 102 on the box body 1. With the above structure, when attaching the electronic shelf label body 2, there is no need to distinguish between its bottom and top sides. Regardless of how it is attached, the two-dimensional code display area 203 of the electronic shelf label body 2 is always aligned with one of the notches 1021. This structure simplifies the attachment process of the electronic shelf label body 2 to the box body 1, thereby eliminating fears that the electronic price label body 2 is attached upside down.In addition, the presence of the notch 1021 also increases the deformability of the flange 102, which is convenient for attaching and detaching the body 2 of the electronic shelf label.
[0034] Further, the area of the notch 1021 is greater than or equal to the area of the two-dimensional code display area 203, so that the two-dimensional code display area 203 can be completely displayed.
[0035] In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure as shown in Fig. 1, 2 and 4 to 8, the flange 102 is provided with a locking part 105, and when the electronic shelf label body 2 is installed with the box body 1, the electronic shelf label body 2 is clamped between the raised step 104 and the locking part 105 so that the electronic shelf label body 2 can be locked to ensure that the electronic shelf label body 2 is stably installed with the box body 1.
[0036] Furthermore, according to the presentation in Fig. 1, 2 and 4 to 8, the locking part 105 is provided with a locking lug 1051 having an arcuate (or semicircular) cross section and faces the locking lug 1051 toward the inside of the box body 1. When the box body 1 and the electronic shelf label body 2 are in an installed state, the raised step 104 and the locking lug 1051 respectively press on two sides of a projection 202 positioned on an edge of the electronic shelf label body 2 to lock the electronic shelf label body 2 in a fixing position in the receiving space 103 through the cooperation of the raised step 104 and the locking lug 1051, thereby ensuring that the electronic shelf label body 2 is stably installed with the box body 1, that is, ensuring the stability of the maintained anti-collision gap 3.The cross section of the locking lug 1051 is arcuate (or semicircular), so that when the electronic shelf label body 2 is attached to or detached from the box body 1 via the mounting hole, the connection between the locking part 105 and the electronic shelf label body 2 is smooth, while the locking part 105 is deformed or slightly deflected under the pressing force of the electronic shelf label body 2, thereby enabling the attachment and detachment of the electronic shelf label body 2.
[0037] In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure as shown in Fig. 1, 2, and 4 to 8, the number of locking parts 105 is at least two, where two of the locking parts 105 are elongated strips arranged in the length direction of the flange 102 and positioned at two symmetrical positions of the box body 1. The two locking parts 105 can lock the two opposite edges of the electronic shelf label body 2, thereby ensuring stable installation between the electronic shelf label body 2 and the box body. Of course, other numbers of locking parts 105 can also be provided; the more locking parts 105 there are, the more stable the installation between the electronic shelf label body 2 and the box body 1.
[0038] In another optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the number of locking parts 105 is one, and the one locking part 105 has a circular ring shape arranged in the length direction of the flange 102 and provides locking of the electronic shelf label body 2 as a whole. Although this type of locking part 105 may not be convenient for disassembly, it ensures the highest stability of the installation between the electronic shelf label body 2 and the box body 1.
[0039] In an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the box body 1 may be integrally injection-molded with a transparent material including, but not limited to, a transparent PC (polycarbonate) material that not only meets environmental protection requirements and allows recycling but also is suitable for injection molding, thereby achieving higher production efficiency and lower product costs, and being suitable for distribution and use.
[0040] The electronic shelf label collision protection box of the present disclosure has the following features and advantages: 1. The anti-collision box for electronic shelf labels eliminates the hollowed-out portions of the traditional electronic shelf label mounting box, leaving an anti-collision gap 3 between the translucent surface 101 of the box body 1 and the display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2. The anti-collision gap 3 provides a certain amount of space for the translucent surface 101 of the box body 1 to withstand impacts or deformations, preventing the display of the electronic shelf label body from being directly damaged by impacts or deformations of the box body 1, thereby preventing damage to the electronic shelf label and protecting the electronic shelf label. 2. In the anti-collision box for electronic shelf labels, the electronic shelf label body 2 is fixed by cooperation with the flange 102, and a sealed anti-collision gap 3 is provided between the translucent surface 101 of the box body 1 and the display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2, thereby preventing the electronic shelf label body 2 from laterally shifting due to an external force and ensuring stable attachment between the box body 1 and the electronic shelf label body 2. 3. In the collision protection box for electronic shelf labels, the flange 102 is provided with a notch 1021 to improve the simplicity of attaching and detaching the body 2 of the electronic shelf label and to enable the identification of the two-dimensional code on the body 2 of the electronic shelf label. In addition, the presence of the notch 1021 correspondingly increases the deformability of the box body 1, thereby further facilitating the attachment and detachment of the body 2 of the electronic shelf label. 4. In the collision protection box for electronic shelf labels, the attachment position of the body 2 of the electronic shelf label is ensured by the cooperation between the raised step 104 and the locking nose 1051 to ensure a stable installation between the body 2 of the electronic shelf label and the box body 1. 5. In the anti-collision box for electronic shelf labels, the box body 1 can be integrally injection-molded with a transparent PC material, which not only meets environmental protection requirements and allows recycling, but also can be applied to injection molding processing, thereby achieving higher production efficiency and lower product costs, and is suitable for widespread use.
[0041] As in Fig. 1 to 5, another aspect of the present disclosure is to provide an electronic shelf label with an anti-collision box, comprising: the aforementioned electronic shelf label anti-collision box and an electronic shelf label body 2 in an electronic shelf label anti-collision box accommodating space 103, and an anti-collision gap 3 is maintained between a light-transmitting surface 101 of the electronic shelf label anti-collision box and a display 201 of the electronic shelf label body 2 in the accommodating space 103.
[0042] Furthermore, according to the presentation in Fig.2, a protruding annular projection 202 is arranged circumferentially on an annular edge of the electronic shelf label body 2. When the electronic shelf label body 2 and the electronic shelf label anti-collision box are in an installed state, a raised shoulder 104 and a locking lug 1051 of the electronic shelf label anti-collision box respectively press on two sides of the projection 202, thereby locking the electronic shelf label body 2 in its mounting position and ensuring stable installation between the electronic shelf label body 2 and the electronic shelf label anti-collision box.
[0043] The electronic shelf label with the anti-collision box of the present disclosure has the advantages and features of the aforementioned anti-collision box for electronic shelf labels, which are not repeated here.
[0044] The above-described embodiments are merely schematic embodiments of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Any equivalent change or modification made by a person skilled in the art without departing from the concept and principle of the present disclosure will be within the scope of the present disclosure.
