Description

The present invention relates to a restoring device for a push-button set for doorshaving a first component which has elements or structures for direct or indirect rotationally fixed attachment to a door leaf of a door,a second component having a first structure for at least indirectly receiving an end of a door handle or for at least indirectly connecting to said end of the door handle, having at least one restoring spring for restoring an actuated door handle into a rest position, wherein the first component has a first receptacle in which the second component is mounted rotatably about a first axis, wherein the first component and the second component each have at least one first stop and each a second stop, with which a rotational movement of the second component about the first axis relative to the first component can be limited,• wherein the first stop of the first component and the first stop of the second component abut each other in a first rotational sense to limit rotational movement of the second component about the first axis relative to the first component; and• wherein the second stop of the first component and the second stop of the second component abut each other in a second rotational sense to limit rotational movement of the second component about the first axis relative to the first component; andwherein the restoring spring is arranged between the first component and the second component and the spring exerts a force on the second component in the direction of the first direction of rotation.Such a reset device can be used in a trigger assembly for doors to hold the door handles in a usually horizontal rest position. To withdraw a latch of the door lock, one of the door handles can be pivoted by pressing on the door handles. The door handle is then deflected out of the rest position. If the door handle is released, it is pivoted back into its rest position by means of the reset device of the trigger assembly. From the document EP 1 793 067 B1 a trigger assembly is known which comprises a reset device integrated in a rose of the trigger assembly. The reset device shown in the document has the features mentioned at the beginning. It is very complicated. It has, in particular, a rolling bearing which is inserted between the first component and the second component. The first part simultaneously forms a base of the trigger clothing. This base is fastened to the door leaf and the second component is inserted into the base with the rolling bearing being interposed. The direction of movement of the door handles between the rest position of the deflected position is predefined by the restoring device, since the restoring springs of the restoring device press the second component only in one direction with respect to the base.Since the direction of movement of the door handles is predetermined by the restoring device and the direction of movement of the door handles on the inside and the outside is opposite from the viewing direction of the door leaf, if restoring devices are to be provided both on the inside and on the outside, one must have restoring devices which act in different directions. The same is necessary if, in the case of doors that are hinged to the left and doors that are hinged to the right, the restoring devices are always to be provided on the inside or always on the outside of the door leaf or always on both sides of the door leaf. The provision of restoring devices necessitates complicated production, storage, purchase and assembly of the trigger sets. This is where the present invention starts. The object of the present invention is to propose a restoring device for door pressers, with which it is possible to move the door handles of a presser set in both directions from a deflected position into a rest position. This object is achieved according to the invention by a restoring device having the features of claim 1. Accordingly, the particular feature of the reset device according to the invention is thatthe second component has a second structure for at least indirectly receiving an end of a door handle or for at least indirectly connecting to this end of the door handle, andthe second structure is provided on a side of the restoring device opposite the first structure with respect to a plane perpendicular to the first axis.Because the second component has two structures for receiving one end of a door handle, the orientation of the reset device according to the invention can be changed relative to the door handle, wherein depending on the orientation either the first structure or the second structure of the second component is then provided for receiving the end of the door handle. It is thus possible to change the direction of rotation in which the restoring device moves the door pressers of a presser set equipped with the restoring device according to the invention into their rest position. In the simplest case, the reset device can be rotated by 180° with respect to the rest of the trigger assembly. In the first orientation of the resetting device, the resetting device can then move the door handle of a trigger assembly equipped with the resetting device clockwise into a rest position in the direction of viewing the door handle and hold it there, and in the second orientation of the resetting device, the resetting device can move the door handle of a trigger assembly equipped with the resetting device counterclockwise into a rest position in the direction of viewing the door handle and hold it there. Thus, the trigger assembly equipped with the reset device according to the invention is suitable for doors that stop on the left and stop on the right. The first and second structures for receiving the end of the door handle may protrude entirely or partially beyond the first component on mutually opposite sides. The parts of the second component protruding beyond the first component, in which the first and the second structure are provided, can have the same external dimensions or dimensions which differ by up to 10%. Thus, in particular, the length which the parts of the second component which project beyond the first component and in which the first and the second structure are provided can be the same or differ by up to approximately 10%. The outer cross section of the parts with the first or second structure protruding beyond the first component can differ by up to 10%.The parts with the first or the second structure protruding beyond the first component can have an outer contour which corresponds to a straight circular cylinder. The first structure and the second structure can each be formed by a cylindrical, in particular straight, circular-cylindrical recess. The end of the door handle can be inserted into these cylindrical recesses.Preferably, the cylindrical recesses forming the first structure and the second structure are aligned and coaxial with the first axis. The cylindrical recesses forming the first structure and the second structure may be separated from each other by a wall. In this wall, a hole may be provided which has a square cross-section and which connects the cylindrical recesses forming the first structure and the second structure. A square pin can pass through this hole. Such a square pin is usually provided in trigger fittings in order to connect the door handles to one another and to transmit the movement of the door handles to the lock and the resetting device and, conversely, to transmit the force of the resetting device to the door handles. The cylindrical recesses of the second component of a resetting device according to the invention, which recesses form the first structure and the second structure, can be bounded by an annular wall. The second component may comprise at least one ring forming the two annular walls delimiting the two cylindrical recesses forming the first and second structures. The second component of a device according to the invention can have at least one wing which has surfaces which form the first and the second stop of the second component. Preferably, two wings are provided. The vane may be formed by a ring sector. The wing can have a receptacle and an abutment surface for the restoring spring. The receptacle can guide the restoring spring during compression and release, and the restoring spring can be supported on the contact surface. The return spring may be a helical compression spring. The first component of a resetting device according to the invention can have a recess coaxial to the first axis, through which a section of the second component protrudes. The portion protruding through the recess may be a portion of the annular wall that delimits the first structure or the second structure. The first receptacle of the first component can have at least one first ring sector-like region which is bounded by the first stop and the second stop of the first component. In the first ring sector-like region, a receptacle for the restoring spring can be arranged. The first component may have at least one second ring sector-like region having surfaces forming the first stop and the second stop. Likewise, on or in this second ring sector-like region, a contact surface for the restoring spring can be provided, on which the restoring spring is supported. The wing of the second component can be arranged in the first ring sector-like region of the first receptacle.A resetting device according to the invention can be provided in a trigger assembly according to the invention. Such a trigger assembly may also include a first door handle, a second door handle, a square mandrel connecting the door handles together, a first base associated with the first door handle, and a second base associated with the second door handle. At least one of the two bases has a receptacle and the at least one restoring device is arranged in this receptacle of the base. The resetting device is connected on the one hand at least indirectly in a rotationally fixed manner to the square mandrel or the two door handles and on the other hand in a rotationally fixed manner to the base in the receptacle of which it is arranged. One end of the door handle, which is assigned to the base, in the receptacle of which the reset arrangement according to the invention is arranged, is• at least indirectly held in the first structure or the second structure of the second component of the restoring device in a rotationally fixed manner, or• Connected at least indirectly to the first structure or the second structure of the second component of the restoring device in a rotationally fixed manner.By removing the resetting device, inverting the resetting device and replacing it with the inverted resetting device, the direction of rotation of the resetting device can be changed. It is thus possible to use the trigger assembly both for left-hand doors and for right-hand doors.Further features and advantages of an embodiment of the invention are described below with reference to the drawings. It is also possible for this to have only individual features of the exemplary embodiments described below. In FIG. 5, which shows the base 3 to be mounted on the outside of a door and the restoring device 7 assigned to this base, the corresponding elements of the base 4 to be mounted on the inside of a door and the restoring device 8 assigned to this base are shown in brackets, the restoring device 8 being inserted into the base 4 rotated by 180°, which will be explained in more detail below. The trigger clothing according to the invention has the following components:• a first door handle 1, the outer door handle,• a second door handle 2, the inner door handle,• a first base 3 associated with the first door handle 1,• a second base 4 associated with the second door handle 2,• a square spindle 5 which connects the door handles 1, 2 to one another,• two screws 6 connecting the first base 3 and the second base 4 to each other,• a first reset device 7 associated with the first door handle 1,• a second reset device 8 associated with the second door handle 2• a first cover 9, and• a second cover 10.The door handles 1, 2 are configured in a conventional manner. They have a grip part 11, 21 and a mandrel part 12, 22 at right angles thereto. Ends of the square pin 5 are inserted into these square holes. The ends of the square mandrel 5 are fastened to the door handles 1, 2 in a suitable manner. Various possibilities are known to the skilled person for this purpose. The type of fastening is not shown in the figures. At the ends of the mandrel parts 12, 22, these have a shoulder, so that the end is set back somewhat in the direction of a first axis, which corresponds to the central axis of the mandrel parts 12, 22. The door handles 1, 2 can be pivoted about this first axis for actuating the trigger assembly. The first base 3 has a perforated round plate 31 and a wall 32 arranged on one side of the round plate 3 and running on the edge of the round plate 31. At two mutually opposite points 32, the wall 32 is widened to form domes 33. These extend inwardly and away from the round plate 31 beyond the wall. Thus, they are elongated in a direction parallel to the first axis. Threaded holes are provided in the domes parallel to the first axis. The ends of the domes 33 protruding beyond the wall 32 are inserted into holes in a door leaf. As a result, the first base 3 can be arranged in a rotationally fixed manner with respect to a torque about the first axis.On the outer side of the wall 32, four spring hooks 34 are provided, which are offset relative to one another by approximately 90°.The space of the first base 3 delimited by the perforated round plate 31 and the wall 32 forms a receptacle for the first restoring device 7.The second base 4 corresponds substantially to the first base 3, and like the first base 3, has a perforated round plate 41, a wall 42 running around the edge of the round plate 41, domes 43 and spring hooks 44. The second base 4 can likewise be inserted with the domes into holes of the door leaf, as a result of which the second base is fastened to the door leaf in a rotationally fixed manner with respect to a torque about the first axis. They differ only in that the domes 43 do not have threaded holes, but rather through holes. The space of the second base 4 delimited by the perforated round plate 41 and the wall 42 forms a receptacle for the second restoring device 8.The screws 6 are passed through the through holes in the domes 43 of the second base and through the holes in the door leaf when the push set is mounted on a door and are screwed into the threaded holes in the domes 33 of the first base. Neither the first base 3 nor the second base 4 can then be pulled off the door leaf. The first and second covers 9, 10 are the same. They likewise have a perforated round blank 91, 101 and an edge adjoining the edge of the round blank 91, 101. The first cover 9 is fitted over the first base 3 and the second cover 10 is fitted over the second base 4. The covers 9, 10 are held by the spring hooks 34, 44.The first and the second reset device 7, 8 are also the same. However, with respect to the first base 3 or the second base 4, the restoring devices 7, 8 are arranged in the first or second base 7, 8 by 180°. They are oriented identically with respect to the first axis. The restoring devices each have a first component 71, 81, a second component 72, 82, two restoring springs 73, 83 and a snap ring 74, 84.The first component 71, 81 is arranged in each case in a rotationally fixed manner with respect to the first or second base 3, 4 in the receptacle of the base. The first components 71, 81 have an outer cross section which corresponds to the inner cross section of the first or second base 3, 4 or the cross section of the receptacle of the first or second base 3, 4. The first component 71, 81 is arranged completely in the receptacle of the associated base 3, 4. An outer wall of the first components 71, 81 therefore has indentations into which the domes of the first and second bases 3, 4 project. As a result, the base 3, 4 and the first component 71, 81 inserted into the receptacle of the base 3, 4 are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner with respect to the first axis.In the first component 71, 81, a first receptacle is provided, in which the second component 72, 82 of the respective restoring device 7, 8 is predominantly arranged. The first receptacle has a central region 711, 811, which is circular in cross section and arranged coaxially with respect to the first axis. This central region 711, 811 is basically nothing more than a continuous recess from the front side to the rear side of the first component 71, 81. This central region 711, 811 is adjoined outwards by two mutually opposite annular sector-like regions 712, 812 which extend approximately over an angle of approximately 130°. These two annular sector-like portions 712, 812 are delimited in the circumferential direction by two radial surfaces 713, 813, 714, 814, which form a first and a second stop. In a surface 713, 813 axially delimiting the annular sector-like regions 712, 812 of the first receptacle, a circular-arc-shaped groove 716, 816 is provided in each case, which groove forms a receptacle and guide for the restoring springs 73, 83. Recesses 717, 817, into which ends of the restoring springs 73, 83 are inserted, are provided at least in the radial surfaces 713, 813, 714, 814 forming the second stops of the first component 71, 72, adjacent to the grooves 716, 816.The return springs 73, 83 are helical compression springs. The second component 72, 82 of each return device has a ring 721, 821 which is arranged coaxially with the first axis. The ring delimits a first circular-cylindrical cross-section structure 723, 823 and a second circular-cylindrical cross-section structure 724, 824, which are accessible from the ends of the ring 721, 821 and which are separated from each other in the middle of the ring by a wall 722, 822. In the wall, a hole of square cross section is provided, the cross section of which corresponds to the cross section of the square mandrel 5. The square pin 5 is passed through this hole of the second components 72, 82 of the restoring devices 7, 8.On two opposite sides of the ring 721, 821, the two second members 72, 82 have wings 725, 825 having a sector-shaped configuration. These wings extend over an angle of about 110°. The vanes 725, 825 are arranged in the circular sector-like regions of the first recesses of the first components 71, 81. Radial surfaces 726, 826 of the vanes form a first and a second stop of the second components 72, 82. On one side of the vanes 725, 825, namely the side of the vanes 725, 825 facing the first component 71, 82, a circular-arc-shaped groove 727, 827 and, adjoining this, a circular-arc-shaped bead 728, 828 are provided. The grooves 727, 827 form a receptacle and guide for the restoring springs 73, 83. the bead 728, 828 has a surface adjoining the groove 727, 827, which surface forms a contact surface against which the restoring spring 73, 83 received and guided in the groove can bear.By means of the restoring springs 73, 83, the second stop of the first component 71, 81 and the second stop of the second component 72, 82 are pushed apart. If no force acts against the restoring springs 73, 83, the first stop of the first component 71, 81 and the first stop of the second component 72, 82 are pressed against one another, so that they strike one another. If the first stops are adjacent to one another, none of the door handles 1, 2 of the trigger assembly is actuated. If, on the other hand, the trigger assembly is actuated, the angle through which the door handles 1, 2 can be rotated is limited by the second stops, which strike each other when the maximum pivot angle is reached. In this state, the restoring springs 73, 83 are accommodated in the recesses 717, 817 of the first components 71, 81.The reset means 7, 8 can be inserted into the first and second bases 2, 3, respectively, in such a way that either the portion of the ring 721, 821 with the first structure 723, 823 or the portion of the ring 721, 821 with the second structure 724, 824 passes through the hole in the rounde 41. The shape of the restoring devices 7, 8 is selected such that it can be inserted into the associated base 3, 4 rotated by 180°.The first and second structures 723, 823, 724, 824 form receptacles for the offset end of the mandrel parts 12, 22 of the door handles 1, 2. In the arrangement shown, the pin part 12 of the first door handle 1 is inserted into the first structure 723 of the second component 72 of the first resetting device 7 and the pin part 22 of the second door handle 2 is inserted into the second structure 824 of the second component 82 of the second resetting device 8.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
