Description

The present invention relates to e-commerce platforms, and more particularly to systems for facilitating cross-seller transactions that enable seamless integration of transactions between different sellers within a single online marketplace.E-commerce platforms have evolved as a dominant method for purchase of products because they offer a wide range of goods from numerous vendors in a single market place. However, one of the constant challenges for these platforms is facilitating transactions between multiple vendors on one and the same purchase. Consumers often have difficulty purchasing products from different vendors because each vendor typically handles its own inventory, payments, and shipment, resulting in a fragmented shopping experience. When a consumer sells multiple sellers, it must currently perform separate transactions, pay for each order individually, and maintain different shipping times. This process is inefficient and often results in an inconvenient user experience where the consumers are faced with multiple POSs, payments, and tracking numbers, which can prevent them from purchases from other providers. In addition, vendors on these platforms typically operate independently of each other without a coordinated shared transaction management system. This lack of integration results in a high administrative expense for vendors who must deal with separate payments, shipping logistics, and order tracking, increasing their operational complexity and cost. Interworking with joint advertisements or packages is also difficult for the sellers, which limits their opportunities for effective cross-selfing to the consumers.Current systems also lack effective coordination of logistics. If products from different vendors are included in a single order, consumers may be delayed or confused in shipping, particularly if the vendors use different carriers or shipping methods. This results in inconsistent delivery, which may compromise customer satisfaction. As e-commerce landscape continues to develop, there is a growing need for a system that enables smooth, consistent transactions between multiple vendors. A platform that coordinates payments, inventory and shipping in real time could greatly improve the consumer shopping experience while reducing sales logistics and administrative expenses. The present invention aims to close these gaps by offering a seamless solution for cross-sales transactions. An object of the present disclosure is to facilitate single transactions across multiple vendors, thereby improving customer experience.Another object of the present disclosure is to automatically divide payments between vendors based on their product contributions.Another object of the present disclosure is to provide accurate inventory information and thus prevent the item from being not available on purchase.Another object of the present disclosure is to allow consumers to buy items from different vendors at a single cash register, which saves time.Another object of the present disclosure is to consolidate or coordinate shipments to reduce shipping costs and improve delivery efficiency.Another object of the present disclosure is to enable vendors to independently manage their inventory and orders, and still participate in cross-vendor transactions.Another object of the present disclosure is to rationalize payment and logistics processes, thereby reducing manual salespersons.Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a more comfortable shopping experience with integrated tracking and consolidated deliveries.Other objects and advantages of the present disclosure will become apparent from the following description, which is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. The present invention relates to enabling seamless transactions between multiple vendors on a single e-commerce platform so that consumers from different vendors can buy in a uniform cash register. This increases the comfort for both buyers and sellers.Another embodiment of the present invention is that the central system manages orders comprising products from different vendors, thereby coordinating payment, inventory and shipping processes. This ensures smooth application processing and transparency.Another embodiment of the present invention is that each seller's inventory is updated in real time, thereby ensuring that only stored products are offered for purchase, thereby minimizing the risk of errors and improving ordering accuracy.Another embodiment of the present invention is that the system securely handles payments and automatically splits the funds between the sellers based on the value of their products, which simplifies financial transactions and ensures fitness.Another embodiment of the present invention is that the system optimizes shipping by either combining items in a single shipping or managing separate deliveries, which provides flexibility in delivery methods and lowers logistic costs.Another embodiment of the present invention is that consumers interact with a uniform interface on which they can review and buy products from multiple vendors, thereby enabling a simpler and faster shopping experience.Another embodiment of the present invention is to provide sellers with a user friendly interface to manage their inventory, track orders, and monitor payment status, thus rationalizing their business processes.Another embodiment of the present invention is that the system keeps track of and updates the order progress in real time and informs both consumers and sellers of payment status, shipping and delivery, thus ensuring a transparent and efficient process. The present invention relates to a system for facilitating cross-seller transactions within an e-commerce platform that streamlines the process of purchasing products from multiple sellers in a single transaction. The multi-cell transaction engine manages the coordination of orders across sellers, while the payment gateway integration module ensures a secure and accurate payment distribution. The seller inventory management module provides inventory updates in real time and the shipping and logistics module optimizes the shipping of items, whether together or individually. The consumer interface module provides consistent purchase handling, and the seller interaction module allows sellers to efficiently manage orders and inventory. The ordering status management module eventually keeps track of the progress of each ordering and ensures that all participants remain informed throughout the process. This system increases efficiency, simplifies transactions, and improves customer and seller experiences. The invention is explained again below with reference to the figure. The following shows: FIG. 1 shows a system ( 100) for facilitating cross-celler transactions within an e-commerce platform.FIG. 1 illustrates a system for facilitating cross-sales-related transactions within an e-commerce platform. The system for facilitating cross-sales-related transactions within an e-commerce platform functions by seamless coordination of multiple integrated modules, thereby ensuring that transactions with products from multiple sales-related vendors are efficiently handled. When a consumer surfs the platform, the consumer interface module allows it to place items from different vendors into a single shopping cart and walk to the cash register. Once the order has been abandoned, the multi-cell transaction engine coordinates the entire process by coordinating the ordering details of different vendors and ensuring that the payments are correctly divided among them. The payment gateway integration module manages the payment transaction, processes the payment securely and distributes the funds to the sellers according to their respective shares. At the same time, the Stack Inventory Management Module ensures that the product availability is checked in real time and only available items are processed. If there are inventory problems, the system immediately updates the order and notifies the consumer and seller. After payment confirmation, the shipping and logistics module takes over the creation of consolidated shipping labels and optimization of logistics by either combining the shipments from different sellers or managing separate deliveries. Throughout the process, the ordering status management module tracks and updates the progress of the ordering and notifies both the consumer and the seller of important milestones such as payment receipt, shipping and delivery status. The Stack Interaction Interface Module allows vendors to track orders, manage their inventory, and meet shipping requirements. This coherent system not only rationalizes cross-seller transactions through the integration of inventory, payment and shipping logistics, but also ensures that both consumers and sellers have smooth and consistent experience, increasing operational efficiency and satisfaction.
