"And / or" describes the relationship between connected objects and means that three relationships can exist, e.g., A and / or B, which can mean three cases: A exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, B exists alone. The symbol " / " generally means that the preceding and subsequent connected objects are in an "or" relationship.
[0031] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used in this document have the meaning commonly given to them by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application pertains. The terms used in this specification are for the purpose of describing specific embodiments only and are not intended to limit this application. The term "and / or" as used in this document includes any and all combinations of one or more of the listed elements.
[0032] Lanterns are a traditional type of decorative light. In the current state of the art, a light fixture and a lantern body are arranged separately. Before use, the light fixture must first be attached to the lantern body, which requires complex assembly.
[0033] To solve the above problem, with reference to Fig. 1 to 3, the first aspect of the present application presents a lantern-shaped decorative lamp 10 comprising a frame 100, a lighting element 200, and a flexible lantern cover 300. The frame 100 can be opened and folded longitudinally. The lighting element 200 is attached to the frame 100, and the flexible lantern cover 300 rests against an outer side of the frame 100. See Fig. 1: When unfolded, the interaction of the frame 100 and the flexible lantern cover 300 creates a three-dimensional lampshade shape. See Fig. 2: In a folded state, a reduction in vertical volume is achieved by vertically contracting the frame 100 and the flexible lantern cover 300.
[0034] In the present application, the frame 100 and the flexible lantern cover 300 can be connected to each other by gluing, sewing, or other means, wherein the frame 100 is unfolded and folded vertically, thereby unfolding and folding the flexible lantern cover 300. The lighting element 200 is directly attached to the frame 100. When decorative lighting is needed, the user simply needs to unfold the frame 100, after which the lighting element 200 moves into the correct position. Compared to prior art solutions that require the lighting element 200 to be installed, the present application is easy to use and saves installation time. The flexible lantern cover 300 wraps around the frame 100 and ensures even light distribution, creating a soft, cozy atmosphere. When the frame 100 is unfolded, the frame 100 and the flexible lantern cover 300 together form a three-dimensional support structure that takes on the shape of a lantern. When not in use, the frame 100 can be quickly folded, saving considerable storage space. For retailers, this means reduced storage space and therefore lower storage costs. For home users, storing the decorative lights when not in use is easier, as they take up less space in the home. The compact size of the folded decorative lights allows more products to be stored in limited transport space, increasing transport efficiency and reducing transport costs.
[0035] With reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, in some embodiments, the lighting element 200 may be a light strip 210 that extends along the extension direction of the frame 100 and is attached to the frame 100. In this example, the light strip 210 is attached to the frame 100 along the extension direction of the frame 100 without requiring complicated wiring or positioning procedures, making installation relatively simple. The light strip 210 may be attached to the frame 100 by gluing, wrapping, or snapping, although the present application does not impose any limitations in this regard.
[0036] With reference to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, in some embodiments, the frame 100 includes a plurality of support rings 110 coaxially distributed from top to bottom and abutting the inner wall of the flexible lantern cover 300. The diameter of the support rings 110 is adjusted from top to bottom according to the inner diameter of the flexible lantern cover 300 to match the outer contour of the flexible lantern cover 300. For example, if the flexible lantern cover 300 is spherical, the diameter of the plurality of support rings 110 initially gradually increases from top to bottom and then gradually decreases. If the flexible lantern cover 300 is cylindrical, the diameter of the plurality of support rings 110 may remain the same.In this example, the light strip 210 is firmly connected around the support rings 110. The light strip 210 does not need to be attached to each support ring 110. Instead, the user can select the support rings 110 at specific intervals (e.g., every second support ring 110) to attach the light strip 210 according to actual requirements. This ensures the luminous function of the light strip 210 and reduces material consumption and assembly effort.
[0037] When unfolded, the frame 100 and the flexible lantern cover 300 form a mechanical coupling system that forms a three-dimensional lamp shape through the radial support force of the frame 100 and the circumferential expansion force of the flexible lantern cover 300. Because the individual support rings 110 are spaced apart and not connected to each other, and the flexible lantern cover 300 is flexible, the individual support rings 110 can be close to each other when folded, and the flexible lantern cover 300 deforms and stacks as the support rings 110 approach each other. In this example, the structure of the frame 100 is simple and can be easily unfolded and folded.
[0038] In some embodiments, the frame 100 may further include a counterweight member 120 attached to a central lower position of the flexible lantern cover 300 so that the flexible lantern cover 300, when suspended, has a tensile force that automatically expands it downward. Optionally, the counterweight member 120 may be attached to the underside of the flexible lantern cover 300. Specifically, the top of the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 is relatively rigid in the suspended state, while the counterweight member 120 is attached to the central lower position of the flexible lantern cover 300 and, under its own weight, generates a downward tensile force that expands the lower part of the flexible lantern cover 300 downward. When installing the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 described in the present application, the installer only needs to hang the lantern-shaped decorative light 10, after which the balance weight member 120 automatically pulls down the flexible lantern cover 300 by its own weight and opens it, without the user having to manually align and stretch the flexible lantern cover 300, which simplifies the installation process and increases the installation efficiency.
[0039] In addition, the counterweight element 120 can keep the center of gravity of the lantern-shaped decorative lamp 10 relatively low, so that in the event of external influences such as wind or air currents during suspension, the lantern-shaped decorative lamp 10 fluctuates less and remains stable due to the dead weight of the counterweight element 120.
[0040] In the prior art, the lantern cover is typically suspended using support rods. This solution requires the user to attach the support rods to fixed locations on the frame 100, and the length of the support rods is typically adjusted to the height of the lantern cover. If the height of the lantern cover needs to be changed, the support rods must be redesigned, which is laborious and costly. In the present application, only the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 needs to be hung, after which the flexible lantern cover 300 automatically unfolds under the action of the counterweight element 120, eliminating the need for complicated assembly steps, significantly improving assembly efficiency.
[0041] With reference to Fig. 3, in some embodiments, the counterweight element 120 takes the form of a counterweight ring 121 arranged coaxially with the support ring 110 and abutting the inner wall of the flexible lantern cover 300. The counterweight ring 121 is connected to the underside of the flexible lantern cover 300, and the weight of the counterweight ring 121 may be greater than the weight of the support ring 110. In this example, the counterweight ring 121 may further serve as a support for the bottom of the flexible lantern cover 300, and the dead weight of the counterweight ring 121 may naturally pull the lantern cover downward. When the decorative lamp is unfolded, the balance weight ring 121 ensures that the lantern cover is evenly loaded from the top to the bottom, so that the lantern cover can fully unfold and maintain a full, uniform lampshade shape, thereby avoiding local wrinkles or indentations and improving the aesthetics of the decorative lamp.
[0042] In some embodiments, the cross-sectional diameter of the counterweight ring 121 is larger than the cross-sectional diameter of the support ring 110. In this example, the counterweight ring 121 and the support ring 110 may be made of the same material, and adjusting the cross-sectional diameter of the counterweight ring 121 may result in the weight of the counterweight ring 121 being greater than the weight of the support ring 110. In other examples, the counterweight ring 121 and the support ring 110 may be made of different materials to increase the weight of the counterweight ring 121.
[0043] With reference to Fig. 4, in some embodiments, the counterweight element 120 may be configured as a counterweight block 122, wherein the counterweight block 122 is connected to the lower support ring 110. The counterweight block 122 may be connected to the lowermost support ring 110, and the counterweight block 122 may be detachably connected to the support ring 110. In this example, the volume, weight, and number of counterweight blocks 122 may be adjusted according to actual requirements. Optionally, multiple counterweight blocks 122 may be arranged at equal intervals on the support ring 110 so that the tensile force of the counterweight blocks 122 on the lower part of the flexible lantern cover 300 is relatively uniform.
[0044] With reference to Fig. 5 to 7, in further embodiments, the frame 100 includes a frame body 130 made of spirally wound metal wire that rests against the inner wall of the flexible lantern cover 300. As a result, the frame body 130 has good flexibility and formability and can adapt to natural stress upon expansion, so that the flexible lantern cover 300 forms a flowing curve.
[0045] With reference to Fig. 5 to 7, the frame 100 further includes a first fastening ring 140 and a second fastening ring 150, wherein the first fastening ring 140 is connected to the upper end of the frame body 130 and the second fastening ring 150 is connected to the lower end of the frame body 130. The frame body 130 can be firmly connected to the first fastening ring 140 and the second fastening ring 150 by welding, snapping, binding, or other means. The first fastening ring 140 and the second fastening ring 150 enable the frame body 130 to better maintain its overall frame structure and prevent deformation. When unfolded, the frame body 130 provides radial support and expands longitudinally to spread the flexible lantern cover 300 longitudinally, thus forming a three-dimensional lampshade structure.
[0046] In some embodiments, the weight of the second attachment ring 150 is greater than the weight of the first attachment ring 140. In this example, the second attachment ring 150 corresponds to the counterweight ring 121 and can simultaneously support the frame body 130 and the flexible lantern cover 300 and provide the pulling force for automatically deploying the flexible lantern cover 300.
[0047] With reference to Fig. 7, the second fastening ring 150 is provided with a counterweight block 122 in further embodiments, this example referring to the above-described arrangement of the counterweight block 122 on the lower support ring 110.
[0048] With reference to Fig. 1, in some embodiments, the flexible lantern cover 300 is arranged in a spherical shape when unfolded, with both the top and bottom of the flexible lantern cover 300 being provided with an opening that connects the interior to the exterior. The openings on the top and bottom connect the interior of the flexible lantern cover 300 to the exterior, allowing light to diffuse outward through the openings and allowing air to circulate between the interior and exterior of the flexible lantern cover 300, thereby preventing the flexible lantern cover 300 from overheating due to heat from the lamp and extending its service life.
[0049] With reference to Fig. 1 and Fig. 8, in some embodiments, the flexible lantern cover 300 includes an inner cover 310 and a decorative outer cover 320, wherein the inner cover 310 includes a plurality of first connecting plates 311 sequentially connected to form a spherical shape along the periphery of the lamp-shaped decorative light 10. The inner cover 310 is connected to the frame 100; the decorative outer cover 320 includes a plurality of second connecting plates 321, wherein the plurality of second connecting plates 321 are sequentially connected to each other and removably attached to the outer surface of the inner cover 310.
[0050] Specifically, the inner cover 310 is comprised of a plurality of first connecting plates 311 connected sequentially along the circumference to form a spherical shape. The plurality of first connecting plates 311 may be connected to each other by gluing, sewing, stapling, or similar means. The inner cover 310 is connected to the frame 100 and forms the main supporting structure of the flexible lantern cover 300. The inner cover 310 may be made of a woven base material, such as polyester fabric, that has good tensile strength. In a construction in which the frame 100 includes a plurality of support rings 110, the inner cover 310 can support the weight of the plurality of support rings 110, prevent excessive deformation of the flexible lantern cover 300 in the longitudinal direction, and maintain the overall shape of the flexible lantern cover 300 stable.
[0051] The decorative outer cover 320 includes a plurality of second connecting plates 321 that are removably attached to the outer surface of the inner cover 310 and primarily serve a decorative purpose. Depending on the holiday, occasion, or personal preference, the user can replace the decorative outer cover 320 with a cover of a different color, pattern, or material to vary the decorative style. The plurality of second connecting plates 321 can be connected to one another by magnetic fasteners, snap fasteners, or similar means and can also be attached to the outside of the inner cover 310 by magnetic fasteners, snap fasteners, or similar means. Snap fasteners or magnetic fasteners can be arranged on the sides of the second connecting plates 321 to attach them to adjacent second connecting plates 321 and the inner cover 310.
[0052] In some embodiments, the second connecting plates 321 are provided with a translucent, openwork pattern area (not shown). The translucent design allows the present application to achieve two decorative effects: When the light strip 210 is illuminated, the light passes directly through the cutouts, forming a bright pattern; the light is shielded by the non-cutout areas of the second connecting tab 321, casting high-contrast pattern contours onto the surface of the flexible lantern cover 300. In some embodiments, the openwork pattern area can be designed as a traditional pattern (e.g., cloud pattern, wave pattern), zodiac signs, or geometric figure arrangement. In other embodiments, the non-openwork area of the second connecting piece 321 can be designed as a complex shape, such as silhouettes of people, animals, or buildings. When the lighting element 200 is illuminated, the light through the perforated parts forms a bright contour image, while the non-perforated area creates a high-contrast silhouette effect due to the shielding. Examples of this include silhouettes of people (shadow play) and silhouettes from nature (e.g., bamboo branches, flying birds, and other motifs with oriental aesthetic characteristics). In this way, the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 can achieve a variety of decorative effects and significantly enhance its visual expressiveness.
[0053] In some embodiments, the light strip 210 comprises a plurality of spaced-apart light beads 220, with the distance between two adjacent light beads 220 being no less than 3 cm and no more than 10 cm. In this way, the light emitted by the light beads 220 is evenly distributed, preventing overconcentration or under-dispersion of the light and providing sufficient space for the light beads 220 to dissipate heat, reducing the risk of damage due to overheating.
[0054] With reference to Fig. 1, in some embodiments, the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 further includes a suspension assembly 400 including a connecting cable 410 and a hook body 420 connected to each other; the frame 100 further includes a connecting ring 160 connected to the top of the flexible lantern cover 300. Both opposite sides of the connecting ring 160 are curved upward and each form a connecting groove 161 with a downward opening. The connecting cable 410 is connected to the connecting ring 160 and is located in the connecting groove 161. When the hook body 420 hooks onto an external component, the frame 100 and the flexible lantern cover 300 can be suspended in the air via the connecting cable 410.Specifically, in an embodiment where the frame 100 includes a plurality of support rings 110, the connecting ring 160 may be the uppermost support ring 110, which has upwardly projecting connecting portions to form a downwardly open connecting groove 161. In an embodiment where the frame 100 is a frame body 130, the connecting ring 160 may be the first fastening ring 140, which has upwardly projecting connecting portions to form a downwardly open connecting groove 161. The connecting groove 161 serves for positioning and prevents the connecting cable 410 from slipping or loosening on the connecting ring 160, thereby ensuring the reliability of the connection. It also facilitates the symmetrical mounting of the connecting cable 410 and prevents the lantern-shaped decorative lamp 10 from tilting during hanging.
[0055] With reference to Fig. 1, a part of the connecting ring 160 that is not connected to the connecting portion is connected to the flexible lantern cover 300, so that the part of the connecting ring 160 provided with the connecting portion, together with the flexible lantern cover 300, defines a connecting opening through which the connecting cable 410 is passed. This prevents the connecting cable 410 from detaching from the connecting groove 161.
[0056] It should be noted that the connecting rope 410 may be in the form of a hemp rope, a chain, etc., and the present application does not impose any restrictions on the specific material and shape of the connecting rope 410.
[0057] With reference to Fig. 1, in some embodiments, the present application further includes a controller 510 and a battery 520. The controller 510 serves to control the color of the light of the light strip 210 and / or the flashing frequency of the light strip 210, while the battery 520 serves to supply power to the light strip 210 and the controller 510. In this way, the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 becomes more dynamic and interesting and can be used as decorative lighting for various occasions and requirements.
[0058] With reference to Fig. 5, in some embodiments, the present application further includes a light sensor 600 signal-connected to the controller 510. The controller 510 is configured to illuminate the light beads 210 of the light strip 210 when the light sensor 600 detects that the ambient light intensity is below a threshold. Specifically, the light sensor 600 can detect the ambient light intensity in real time. When the ambient light intensity falls below the specified threshold, the light sensor 600 sends a signal to the controller 510, which in turn illuminates the light strip 210, thereby automatically turning on the lantern-shaped decorative light 10.For example, when darkness falls in the evening, the light sensor 600 detects the decrease in ambient light intensity and the light strip 210 lights up automatically without manual intervention, which allows the user to operate it conveniently.
[0059] With reference to Fig. 1, in some embodiments, the present application further includes a control box 500, wherein the control device 510 and the battery 520 are installed on (or in) the control box 500; the battery 520 is a solar battery, and the light sensor 600 is installed on the control box 500 or the frame 100. By installing the control device 510 and the battery 520 on the control box 500, the control box 500 can protect the control device 510 and the battery 520 to prevent interference and damage from external influences, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the system.By using a solar battery as a power source, solar energy can be fully utilized for charging, which is not only environmentally friendly and energy-saving, but also eliminates the need for frequent battery replacement 520, making the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 more convenient and practical, and suitable for use in various outdoor locations or locations with difficult access to a power source. Of course, in other embodiments, the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 may include a plug that connects to an external power source to power the control device 510 and the light strip 210.
[0060] Optionally, the light sensor 600 can be installed on (or in) the control box 500, with the detection area of the light sensor 600 protruding from the control box 500 or exposed to detect ambient light. In this example, direct interference with the light sensor 600 from external influences such as rain, dust, impacts, etc., can be avoided, thus extending the service life of the light sensor 600.
[0061] Optionally, the light sensor 600 can be mounted on the frame 100, allowing the light sensor 600 to more directly detect changes in the ambient light and providing more accurate measurement results. For example, if other objects block the light around the decorative light, the sensor on the frame 100 can detect changes in the ambient light intensity in a timely manner, thus more precisely controlling the switching on and off of the light strip 210. The specific position of the light sensor 600 is not limited in the present application.
[0062] Secondly, with reference to Fig.9, the present application further provides a lighting device 1 comprising at least two lantern-shaped decorative lights 10. The number of lantern-shaped decorative lights 10 comprised by this lighting device 1 may be two, three, four, five, etc., wherein the light band 210, as a one-piece element, extends successively through the frame 100 of each lantern-shaped decorative light 10; wherein every two adjacent lantern-shaped decorative lights 10 are spaced apart from each other; the portion of the light band 210 on the frame 100 of the lantern-shaped decorative light 10 forms a main lighting portion 230, and the portion of the light band 210 between adjacent lantern-shaped decorative lights 10 forms a connecting line portion 240.In this example, the light strip 210 extends from one frame 100 of a lantern-shaped decorative light 10 to another, so that multiple lantern-shaped decorative light 10s visually form a coherent whole, eliminating the impression of individual, independent lanterns. For example, in an outdoor courtyard or commercial district, multiple lantern-shaped decorative light 10s connected in series can be arranged along a path or in a specific area, with the light strip 210 connecting the individual lanterns like a flowing band of light, thus creating a unique landscaping effect that enhances the artistic impression and visual appeal of the space.
[0063] Since the light strip 210 connects multiple lantern-shaped decorative lights 10, the control device 510 can centrally control the entire lighting device 1. The user can simultaneously adjust the light color, flashing frequency, brightness, and other parameters of all lantern-shaped decorative lights 10 via a control device, thus achieving a uniform lighting effect. For example, at large events, the lighting mode of all lantern-shaped decorative lights 10 can be switched at the touch of a button, depending on the course and atmosphere of the event.
[0064] Compared to the separate wiring of each lantern-shaped decorative light 10, linking multiple lantern-shaped decorative light 10 together via the light strip 210 significantly reduces the amount and complexity of wiring. Simply connecting the light strip 210 from one lantern-shaped decorative light 10 to the next electrically connects the entire lighting fixture 1, reducing installation effort and costs. Furthermore, cable clutter is reduced, making the installation site more manageable and aesthetically pleasing. Installers can quickly connect multiple lantern-shaped decorative light 10 via the light strip 210 without having to perform tedious laying and connection work, significantly reducing installation time. This efficient installation method offers significant advantages, especially when the lighting fixture 1 must be set up quickly, for example, at event venues or in temporary structures.
