Abstract

A portable fastening device (20) for extended cylindrical threads, comprising: a frame (13); a pinion (1); a cylindrical ring gear (2) which receives the rotational movement of the pinion and converts the horizontal rotation of the pinion into a vertical rotation of the chuck, wherein the chuck securely holds the screw / nut for tightening / loosening; a motor (5) operatively connected to the pinion to generate the rotary motion, the motor drawing power from the battery; a speed controller (8) that controls the speed of the motor to prevent damage to the nut / screw due to excessive torque; a digital meter (14) that displays speed, battery status, forward and reverse gears, number of operations, etc.; A double hammer mechanism (15) is connected to the hollow chuck and regulates the rotational pressure after tightening the screw / nut. TECHNICAL FIELD
