Abstract
A disaster relief device with real-time location and health monitoring, consisting of: one or more multi-LED photodiode array sensors configured to continuously measure physiological parameters such as heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and heart rate variability; a temperature sensor configured to measure body and ambient temperature; an inertial measurement unit consisting of an accelerometer and a gyroscope configured to detect movement, falls, and the user's orientation; a multi-constellation global navigation satellite system module configured to receive signals from the GPS, Galileo, and BeiDou satellite constellations to determine the user's precise geospatial position;a processing unit connected to one or more multi-LED photodiode array sensors, the temperature sensor, the inertial measurement unit, and the receiver module of the global navigation satellite system, wherein the processing unit comprises an AI-capable microcontroller with dedicated memory configured for processing on-board machine learning operations, wherein the microcontroller is further configured to execute on-device machine learning algorithms to analyze sensor data in real time and detect anomalous conditions such as falls, abnormal physiological patterns, and environmental hazards, and wherein the microcontroller is further configured to calculate a triage priority assessment based on detected anomalies and assign an alert level that does not include warning, monitoring and acknowledgment, or immediate emergency alert;a communication module connected to the processing unit and configured to automatically send emergency alerts, including the user's location, vital signs, and a triage priority rating, to predefined emergency contacts and emergency services upon detection of a critical event; a power management system in conjunction with the aforementioned AI-enabled microcontroller, configured to control power distribution from multiple power sources; and a command dashboard connected to the processing unit and the communication module to receive and display real-time situational data such as user location, vital signs, and triage status for emergency responders.
