Abstract

Pilates training device, characterized in that it comprises a base (1), a training gliding bed (2), a pull rope (3), a foot pedal assembly, a tower bar (4) and a trapezoidal container (5), wherein brackets (6) are installed on all sides of the base (1), wherein the four brackets (6) are connected to each other at the top by a reinforcing frame (7), wherein the training gliding bed (2) is installed sliding on the base (1) and wherein both ends of the training gliding bed (2) are each elastically connected to both ends of the base (1) via elastic elements (8), wherein the pull rope (3) is arranged around the training gliding bed (2) and wherein both ends of the pull rope (3) are each connected to the two brackets (6) on one side of the base (1) via first pulleys (9), wherein the foot pedal assembly comprises a first foot pedal bar (10) and a second foot pedal bar (11),wherein the first foot pedal rod (10) is connected to the base on one side of the bracket (6) on which the first roller (9) is provided, wherein the second foot pedal rod (11) is hinged to the base on another side, wherein the tower rod (4) is installed on the bracket (6) on one side of the first foot pedal rod (10), wherein the trapezoidal container (5) is installed on the bracket (6) on one side of the second foot pedal rod (11) and can interact with the second foot pedal rod (11).
