Abstract

A gooseneck motion device of an all-electric multi-axis die-casting machine, comprising: a vertically arranged base plate having a through-hole; a lifting unit comprising at least one first drive source, a first transmission module connected to the first drive source, and a first slide arranged vertically on the base plate, wherein the first transmission module is connected to the first slide; a transverse translation unit comprising a second drive source and several second slides, wherein the second slides are spaced apart from the first slide, the second drive source is connected to at least one of the second slides, and a rod is arranged between the second slides;a longitudinal translation unit comprising a third drive source and a second transmission module connected to the third drive source, wherein the third drive source and the second transmission module are arranged on the top of the base plate and the second transmission module is connected to a first actuating element;and an injection device comprising a frame body and a gooseneck unit arranged within the frame body, wherein two sides of the upper region of the frame body are pivotably connected to the first actuating element, a predetermined position of the frame body is connected to the rod, and one end of the gooseneck unit extends to the outside of the frame body and enters the through-hole, wherein the injection device is raised or lowered, moved laterally or longitudinally by means of the lifting unit, the transverse translation unit and the longitudinal translation unit in order to adjust the position of the gooseneck unit within the through-hole.
