Technical FieldThe present application relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to an instrument tray for dentist's chair with integrated laser therapy device, and to the dentist's chair itself.Prior ArtThe dentist's chair is an indispensable large-scale device in dental medicine and in dental clinics, which integrates many functional components necessary for the treatment of patients, such as a chair on which the patient can lie, a sink, an instrument tray for storing various surgical instruments, and various handpiece holders. The dental chair instrument tray comprises: a support platform 1 forming an instrument tray together with a main unit of the laser therapy device 2 disposed at the periphery of the support platform 1, and also comprises a main unit of the laser therapy device 2 disposed below the instrument tray; a touch screen 5 disposed at the upper rear portion of the instrument tray and signal-connected to the main unit of the laser therapy device 2; an emergency-off switch 3 is disposed at the front portion of the instrument tray, which is also signal-connected to the main unit of the laser therapy device 2; a special handpiece holder 10 is disposed at the handpiece holder 4 side of the instrument tray; the special hand piece of the laser therapy device 7 is connected to the laser fiber port 9 of the main unit of the laser therapy device 2 via the laser fiber 8. On the special handpiece holder 10, a foot switch changeover switch 11 is provided. The foot switch switch 11 is connected in series with the foot switch, while the foot switch switch 11, the special purpose laser therapy device handpiece 7 and the controller of the normal handpiece 12 are connected in parallel. When the laser therapy device special handpiece 7 hangs on the special handpiece holder 10, the foot switch changeover switch 11 controls the electrical connection of the foot switch to the normal handpiece 12. When the special hand piece 7 for laser therapy is removed from the special hand piece holder 10, the foot switch changeover switch 11 closes, so that the foot switch is connected to the special hand piece 7 for laser therapy. In this case, the foot switch can control the laser therapy device special handpiece 7.
