The popularity of social media has also fostered the creation of online communities that facilitate communication between people about shared interests, ideas, and connections. Social media communities have become a vital source of support and information for many. There are many different types of social media networks, typically focusing on a particular genre or industry. [1] A computer-based social networking system for connecting multi-party buildings to enable transparent and secure communication between user groups based on a combination of verified roles and ownership and / or company identification, with the aim of reducing risks for property owners and investors and improving cost efficiency and return on investment (ROI), wherein the system includes: • A verification module checks user roles and their affiliation with a property and / or company by requesting documents such as utility bills, tax assessments or company documents, thereby ensuring the security and confidentiality of communication within the respective group; • a categorization module configured to assign each user a category based on a verified property or the identity and affiliation of a society, and to assign a subcategory based on the user's role in the society; • a user interface module configured to display user profiles and interactions, providing complete transparency and openness of communication while maintaining personal privacy by displaying only the first name and a company or property name or other identity, without contact details; • a communication module configured to assign communication rights and restrictions to each user based on their category and subcategory, thus ensuring confidential communication within user groups; • a role-based interaction engine configured to allow users to interact within their own subcategories and, if permitted, across subcategories, either limited to two companies or across all registered ownership companies; • A data aggregation module configured to collect industry data related to condominium owners' problems, including advice from other property owners, data on service providers, the services they provide, customer satisfaction scores based on complaints, provider responses, problem resolutions, and service prices, and stores this data in a database for future analysis and use.
