Description
[0001] The invention is based on a connecting arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a connecting arrangement is known, for example, from EP 0 668 009 A1. Similar arrangements are also described in DE 10 2014 101 401 A1, DE 101 10 689 B4, EP 1 601 074 A1, DE 19 737 668 A1, DE 10 2008 034 775 A1, EP 0872 930 A2, DE 101 57 979 C1, and WO 99 / 37004 A1.
[0002] The following two requirements in particular are placed on such connection arrangements: firstly, the series connector used should be installed on the profile frames to be connected in such a way that it takes up as little installation space as possible and thus does not prevent efficient internal construction of the control cabinet housing, and secondly, the connection arrangement should be easy to handle, which requires that the series connector can always be fixed to the profile frames to be connected with manageable effort when the profile frames are more or less precisely aligned with one another.
[0003] In the connection arrangement known from DE 101 10 689 B4, the baying connector is installed in a space-saving manner by being housed in a receptacle formed between the adjacent profile frames. However, since the baying connector is secured by two profile sides aligned perpendicular to a sealing plane formed between the profile frames, the assembly of the baying connector to the adjacent profile frames always requires that these are precisely aligned with each other before the baying connector is installed, so that the corresponding bolt openings of the baying connector and both profile frames are aligned.
[0004] It is therefore the object of the invention to further develop a connecting arrangement of the type described at the outset in such a way that it is, on the one hand, space-saving and, on the other hand, easy to handle and has a high level of stability.
[0005] This object is achieved by a connecting arrangement having the features of claim 1. The dependent claims each relate to advantageous embodiments of the invention.
[0006] Accordingly, it is provided that the fastening flange and the further profile side spaced therefrom each have at least one opening for the fastening means, and wherein at least one of the openings in the fastening flange is aligned with at least one of the openings in the further profile side. This ensures that the baying connector can be secured to the fastening flange from the further profile side via the aligned openings. For this purpose, for example, a threaded bolt can be inserted through the further profile side into the profile frame until it leaves the profile frame again at the fastening flange, where it enters the fastening side of the baying connector, in particular into a threaded receptacle on the fastening side, in order to thus secure the fastening side to the fastening flange. The fastening means extends from the outer side facing away from the sealing edge through the aligned openings into the receptacle.
[0007] Because the opposing mounting flanges, to which the baying connector is attached, are aligned parallel to the sealing plane formed between the sealing edges, it is possible for the profile frames to be loosely connected to one another via the baying connector even when the profile frames are roughly aligned in advance. This allows the profile frames to align with one another when the profile frames are attached to the baying connector. For this purpose, it is conceivable, for example, for the mounting flanges to be secured to the respective mounting sides of the baying connector via screw connections. For this purpose, the mounting sides of the baying connector can, for example, have threaded receptacles.
[0008] One of the outer sealing edges can be formed by a bevel of more than 180°, so that the sealing ridge tapers from the sealing edge toward the mounting flange and / or has an undercut. This embodiment particularly enables the secure seating of a push-on seal on the sealing ridge. Accordingly, it can be provided that a push-on seal is pushed onto the sealing ridge via the sealing edge of at least one of the sealing ridges, said seal having a groove tapering toward its opening.
[0009] The groove can be defined by two conically tapered side walls of the push-on seal, with at least one of the side walls having a projection that further narrows the groove. This projection, especially in combination with the undercut geometry of the sealing edge, ensures a particularly secure fit of the push-on seal on the sealing web.
[0010] The groove can be defined by two side walls, between whose free ends the opening of the groove is formed. The groove is further defined by a rear wall connecting the side walls via their ends opposite the free ends, which has an adhesion promoter, in particular an adhesive layer, on its inner side facing the groove. This measure also contributes to further improving the secure fit of the push-on seal on the sealing web.
[0011] At least one of the mounting flanges can transition into the respective sealing web via a 90° bend. The profile frame can be formed, in particular, from profile struts with a cross-sectional geometry as described in the subsequently published DE 10 2015 121 192 A1. A similar geometry is also shown in DE 10 2014 101 404 A1.
[0012] The fastening means can therefore in particular be a fastening bolt, for example a threaded bolt or a screw.
[0013] Furthermore, the fastening means can be fixed at its free end, via which the fastening means projects into the receptacle, in a fastening receptacle in a fastening side of the series connector, via which the series connector rests on one of the fastening flanges.
[0014] The baying connector has two opposite fastening sides, via which it is fixed to one of the opposite fastening flanges.
[0015] The fastening sides of the series connector can be connected to one another via a connecting side, wherein in a respective transition area between the connecting side and one of the two fastening sides, the series connector rests against one of the two sealing webs, and wherein the connecting side projects beyond a joint area, in which the sealing webs adjoin one another via a sealing element arranged between them, at a distance from the sealing webs, so that a free space is formed between the sealing webs and the connecting side, into which the sealing element projects. This creates a particularly space-saving connection arrangement.
[0016] The connecting side can have at least one arrow punch. The arrow punch can serve, in particular, in conjunction with another marking on the profile strut of the profile frame to which the baying connector is to be attached, to enable a desired positioning of the baying connector with respect to the profile strut, for example, the arrangement of the baying connector at a specific vertical height. Furthermore, it can be provided that a threaded bolt, via which the baying connector is attached to one of the mounting flanges, protrudes into the arrow punch, wherein at least one clamping tooth on an edge of the arrow punch engages under preload in a thread of the threaded bolt and thus secures the threaded bolt.
[0017] The threaded bolt can further have a conical tip which merges into the thread of the threaded bolt, so that when the series connector is secured to one of the fastening flanges, the at least one clamping tooth is pre-tensioned along the conical tip which widens in the longitudinal direction of the bolt.
[0018] The baying connector can be constructed in one piece or in multiple parts. If the baying connector is constructed in one piece, it is particularly possible for it to be formed as a stamped and folded sheet metal part. The fastening sides of the baying connector can have a suitable fastening element for securing the baying connector to the mounting flanges of the profile struts. These fastening elements can, for example, be in the form of a threaded hole or a welded or otherwise fixed threaded nut.
[0019] Further details of the invention are explained with reference to the following figures. Figure 1 shows a horizontal cross-section of a first embodiment of a connecting arrangement; Figure 2 shows a variant of the series connector of the embodiment according to Figure 1 ; Figure 3 a side view of the connection arrangement according to Figure 1 ; Figure 4 shows a first connector part of a further embodiment of a series connector which is not part of the invention; Figure 5 shows a second connector part of a series connector according to the embodiment according to Figure 4 ; Figure 6 the connector part according to Figure 4 fixed to a vertical profile; Figure 7 shows a connection arrangement using the connector parts according to the Figures 4 and 5 ; Figure 8 shows a cross-sectional view of a sealing element according to an embodiment of the invention; Figure 9 shows a sealing element according to Figure 8in perspective view; Figure 10 shows a further embodiment of a connection arrangement which is not part of the invention and in which the series connector is designed as an interior chassis; and Figure 11 shows a detailed view of the series connector according to Figure 10 .
[0020] The Figure 1shows a first embodiment of a connecting arrangement in which a first and a second switch cabinet frame 1 are secured to one another via a series connector 9. The switch cabinet frame 1 each has a profile frame 2, via which they adjoin one another. The profile frame 2 itself is in turn formed from two vertical struts 3 and two horizontal struts 4, of which only one vertical strut 3 and one horizontal strut 4 is shown for each profile frame 2. The profile frames 2 adjoin one another via sealing edges 5 formed at the end of sealing struts 6 or a sealing element 10 arranged therebetween, so that a sealing plane extending perpendicular to the sealing webs 6 is formed.
[0021] The baying connector 9 is designed as a stamped and folded sheet metal part that is secured to fastening flanges 7 of the profile frames 2 via fastening sides 22. The fastening flanges 7 extend from their respective sealing edge 5, set back parallel to the described sealing plane, and are accordingly spaced parallel from one another, so that they form a receiving space 8 between them, in which the baying connector can be accommodated in a space-saving manner and is thus accommodated exclusively in the clear dimension between the adjacent profile frames 2, except for the support flanges 21. One of the support flanges 41 has a hook 40, via which the baying connector 9 engages in a system hole in the profile frame 2, so that the baying connector 9 is pre-aligned with respect to the respective profile frame.
[0022] To fasten the two profile frames 2 to one another via the baying connector 9, it is conceivable, for example, for the baying connector 9 to be hooked into a first of the two profile frames 2, here the profile frame 2 on the right in the illustration, via its hook 40, so that bolt openings in the fastening flange 7 and the profile side 18 of the relevant vertical strut 3 are aligned and thus pre-aligned for the passage of a bolt 20. The fastening side 22 has a fastening receptacle 21 in the form of a threaded passage, so that by screwing the bolt 20 through the aligned openings in the profile sides 7 and 18, the baying connector 9 can be secured to the profile frame 2 on the right in the illustration, in particular to its vertical strut 3.
[0023] In a second step, a slip-on seal 10 can be slipped onto at least one of the two sealing webs 6 arranged in the sealing plane.
[0024] The baying connector 9 clearly has a contour which, with its sides 41, 22, 24, maps an outer contour of the vertical strut 3, so that by approaching the vertical strut 3 on the left in the illustration, forming a positive connection with the baying connector 9, a pre-alignment of the profile frame 2 on the left in the illustration with respect to the baying connector 9 and thus with respect to the further profile frame 2 can be produced.
[0025] In Figure 2 is a detailed view of a variant of the baying connector 9 according to the Figure 1 This has a support flange 41 at opposite ends, over which the series connector 9, as described in relation to Figure 1described, can be brought into contact with another profile side 41, which extends at a 90° angle to the fastening flange 7. At a 90° angle to the support flanges, a fastening side 22 with a threaded passage 21 extends, which accordingly Figure 1 are designed to rest on the fastening flange 7 of the profile struts to be connected to one another.
[0026] The fastening sides 22 each transition into the connecting side 23 via a transition area 25. The transition area 24 is designed to rest on the sealing web 6 on the side of the sealing web 6 facing the receptacle 8 (cf. Figure 1). Adjacent to the threaded aperture 21, the baying connector 29 has an arrow punch 26, which can be used to position the baying connector 9 with respect to the profile, for example, by aligning the arrow punch 26 with a corresponding marking on one of the profiles to be connected. The arrow punch 26 also has two clamping teeth 29 on its edge 30, which are aligned with the threaded apertures 21, so that a bolt screwed through the threaded apertures 21 strikes the clamping teeth 29 when it is fully screwed in, for example, so that the bolt is fixed with respect to the baying connector 9.
[0027] The connecting side 23 further has a central section which is raised relative to the transition areas 24, whereby, as shown in Figure 1 As shown, a receptacle 25 for a sealing element 10 is created between the transition region 24 and the sealing webs 6.
[0028] Two hooks 40 are formed on the support flange 41 on the right in the illustration, over which the series connector 9, as already described with reference to Figure 1 has been described, can be suspended via a system hole or the like in one of the profile struts to be connected to one another and is thus pre-aligned for screwing to a first profile of the profiles to be connected to one another.
[0029] After the series connector 9 has been assembled as shown in Figure 1 has been pre-positioned via the hooks 40 opposite a first of the profile struts and has been connected to this profile strut via the bolt 20, the second profile strut (in the illustration according to Figure 1the left profile strut 3), the arrangement of the first profile strut 3 and the baying connector 9 connected to it, if necessary after a slip-on seal 10 has been slipped onto at least one of the two mutually aligned sealing webs 6 of the two profile struts 3. When the further profile strut 3 has been brought into positive engagement with the baying connector 9 by the support flange 41 resting on the further profile side 42, the fastening side 22 resting on the fastening flange 7 and the transition area 24 resting on the sealing web 6, the further profile strut 3 thus pre-aligned with respect to the arrangement of the first profile strut 2 and baying connector 9 still has a degree of freedom of movement in the direction perpendicular to the fastening flanges 7 or the fastening sides 22. Thus, according to the illustration according to Figure 1right profile strut 3, a further connecting bolt (not shown) is inserted through the left profile strut 3 in the illustration, over the profile side 18, through the interior of the profile strut 3 and through the fastening flange 7, until the bolt extends into the threaded passage 21 in the fastening side 22, then by further screwing the bolt into the fastening receptacle 21, the left profile strut 3 in the illustration can be brought closer to the right profile strut 3 in the illustration, in such a way that the sealing element arranged between the sealing webs 6 is compressed and thus a sealing effect is produced.
[0030] In Figure 3 is in addition to the representations according to Figure 1 and 2It can also be seen that the arrow punching 26 is particularly suitable for pre-aligning the series connector 9 with respect to the profile struts 3 to be connected. For this purpose, the profile strut 3, in particular the sealing web 6 thereof, can have an arrangement of regularly spaced triangular punchings, as shown in Figure 3 is shown.
[0031] In the Figures 4 to 7 A further embodiment of the connecting arrangement according to the invention is shown. In this case, the series connector 9 is designed in two parts and has a first connector part 9.1 ( Figure 4 ) and a second connector part 9.2 ( Figure 5), one of which is fixed to a first of the profile struts 3 to be connected to one another and a second to the other one, and wherein the two connector parts 9.1, 9.2 with the connected profile struts 3 are subsequently guided towards one another. Centring contours 31, 32 are formed on the contact surfaces of the connector parts 9.1 and 9.2 which meet in the process and are designed to align the profile struts 3 to one another as the two profile struts 3 approach one another, wherein a positive connection between the centring contours 31, 32 is achieved precisely when an exact positioning of the profile struts 3 in the depth direction and in the vertical direction relative to one another is achieved.
[0032] Accordingly, the series connector 9 is thus formed in two parts and has a first connector part 9.1, which is secured to a first of the opposing fastening flanges 9. In a second step, the second connector part 9.2 is then secured to the fastening flange 7 of the opposite profile strut 3. The first connector part 9.1 has a first centering contour 31 on an outer side facing the second connector part 9.2, and the second connector part 9.2 has a second centering contour 32 complementary to the first centering contour 31 on an outer side facing the first connector part 9.1. The first and second centering contours 31, 32 are designed to be in positive engagement only in an assembly position in which the lateral profile frames 2 adjoin one another via their sealing edges 5 and, if appropriate, a sealing element 10 arranged therebetween.
[0033] The first and second centering contours 31, 32 are formed in two parts, each with a first centering contour section 31.1, 32.1 for the alignment of the profile frames 2 in the vertical direction to one another, and each with a second centering contour section 31.2, 32.2 for the alignment of the profile frames 2 in the depth direction to one another.
[0034] An example geometry of a slip-on seal 10 is shown in the Figures 8 and 9 described. The push-on seal 10 has a groove 12 tapering towards its opening 11. For this purpose, the groove 12 is designed such that it is delimited by two conically tapering side walls 13. In order to better fit the push-on seal 10 onto the undercut sealing web 6 (see Figure 1), the push-on seal 10 has a projection 14 on the opposite side walls 13 which further tapers the groove 12. In order to be able to fix the push-on seal even better on the sealing web 6, the groove has a rear wall 15 which connects the side walls 13 via its end opposite the free ends and which has an adhesion promoter 16 in the form of an adhesive layer on its inner side facing the groove 12.
[0035] In the Figures 10 and 11A further embodiment of a connection arrangement is shown, in which the series connector 9 is designed as a mounting chassis for the interior installation of the switch cabinet. Accordingly, the series connector 9 has a connection side 23, from which a fastening side 22 extends at a 90° angle on opposite longitudinal edges, so that the series connector 9 can be brought into contact with opposite fastening flanges 7 of profile struts to be connected to one another via the fastening sides 22 and can be screwed to them, analogous to the Figure 1 shown embodiment.
[0036] The connecting side 23 has a system perforation 39, which can be arranged in a grid dimension corresponding to the grid dimension of the interconnected profile frames, so that a uniform grid dimension is maintained between the further profile sides 42 and the connecting side 23, whereby the interior construction of the adjacent switch cabinet frames 1, as shown in Figure 10 shown, can also be carried out across the entire frame. To create a continuous assembly level, the connecting side 23 of the baying connector 9 and the other profile sides 42 can be arranged in the same level. List of reference symbols
