Description

[0001] The invention relates to a lighting device for use on textile devices according to the preamble of claim 1, as well as textile devices equipped therewith. Textile devices within the meaning of the invention are, in particular: Spinning preparation machines such as bale openers, cleaners, mixers, cards, draw frames, tape winders, and combers; spinning machines such as roving frames, air-jet spinning machines, ring spinning machines, and rotor spinning machines; auxiliary equipment such as creels (driven / non-driven), transport pipes, fans, extraction systems, and waste collection containers; nonwoven machines such as web winders, needling machines, carding machines, crosslappers, and filament and carpet machines.

[0002] Such devices are known in themselves. They are used to produce yarns, fleeces, or carpet-like fabrics from fiber materials such as cotton and synthetic fibers, or to support devices designed for this purpose.

[0003] In order to enable an operator to optically monitor the processing of several spinning preparation machines even from a distance, a lighting device with a plurality of lighting elements is known from DE 10 2015 118 762 A1.

[0004] The lighting elements are controlled in such a way that they represent at least one operating parameter and / or one operating process of the spinning preparation machine itself and / or of another spinning preparation machine located in a processing chain with this machine.

[0005] The lighting elements are mounted on an outer wall of the spinning preparation machine, preferably perpendicular to the floor on which the respective spinning preparation machine is installed. This has the disadvantage that the lighting elements are not visible from the rear of the wall. Accordingly, at least two lighting devices must be provided to ensure that the spinning preparation machine can be monitored from all sides. Furthermore, the lighting elements must be specially protected against mechanical influences, or the lighting device must be installed in locations that are hardly or not at all exposed to such influences. This greatly reduces the flexibility of use.

[0006] With other machines, such as a powered sash, such walls are difficult to equip with lighting devices and / or are associated with high costs. In particular, with two-row sashes, up to four lighting devices must be provided to enable the detection of both rows of sashes from both long sides of the sash. However, the lighting devices are barely visible or not visible from the front ends.

[0007] Signal lights are also known whose light-emitting elements emit their light toward the tip of a cone facing them. The circumferential side surface of the cone reflects this light to the sides. This has the disadvantage of a complex structure; the reflector must somehow be fixed in position with respect to the light element. This is generally achieved by encasing the entire device, which entails costs. Secondly, the light is only visible at an angle of 90° to the light exit side of the light element. Viewed perpendicular to the light exit side, the light may not be visible or may be difficult to detect.

[0008] DE 202 15 834 U1 discloses an LED lighting device with a housing comprising a lower housing part and an upper housing part made of a translucent plastic material, which is attached thereto. An LED module is mounted on a table-like mounting surface in the space formed between the lower and upper housing parts.

[0009] US 2008 / 0285264 A1 discloses an elongated light-carrying body with a plurality of light-emitting diodes and a translucent tubular cover body in which the light-carrying body is removably and displaceably arranged. Inwardly projecting projections are formed in the interior of the cover body, between which the light-carrying body can be arranged at desired angles for its alignment.

[0010] The object of the invention is to counteract the aforementioned disadvantages.

[0011] This problem is solved by the subject matter of the independent claims. Advantageous further developments are specified in the subclaims.

[0012] According to the invention, a lighting device is provided which is designed to be attached to a textile device or integrated into the textile device. The lighting device has at least one luminous section with at least one luminous part and a transparent profile element. The luminous part comprises an arrangement with at least one luminous element. Transparent in the context of the invention means that light rays can pass through the profile element. This means that the profile element does not have to be crystal clear or colorless. The profile element is designed and arranged with a light incidence side on a light-emitting side of the luminous section to deflect light emitted by the luminous section towards at least one outer surface of the profile element facing away from the luminous section. The deflection occurs in such a way that the deflected light is visible from different viewing angles on at least one outer surface from the outside in relation to the lighting device. This has the advantage that the emitted light is visible to the outside solely due to the design of the profile element. Additional fixing of the profile element is unnecessary, as this is achieved via the luminous section, which according to the invention is only intended for the emission of light and the electrical wiring. Furthermore, the profile section simultaneously enables mechanical protection of the luminous part simply by placing the profile element onto the luminous part or by slipping the luminous part over it using the profile element. This thus results in a very simple and cost-effective structure. Furthermore, this structure allows the design of geometric arrangements with a plurality of luminous elements. In addition, the lighting element arrangement can be conveniently attached to an element of the textile device and safely wired.

[0013] The profile element has a first surface. Starting at an outer edge of the arrangement, the first surface forms an acute angle with the light incidence side of the profile element and is inclined toward a center point of the light incidence side. The transparency of the profile element and this inclination of the first surface result in the light emitted by the luminous part striking the first surface at an acute angle and being redirected by optical deflections on this transparent surface, as explained above. This further simplifies the construction of the lighting device. In addition, the surprising effect has been achieved that the luminous element(s) appear to be "standing in mid-air" when viewed from the outside, optically centered in relation to the profile element. This creates the impression that the luminous element arrangement is not located behind the light incidence side, but rather in the center of the profile element. This has the advantage that the lighting element arrangement is essentially invisible from the outside when the lighting element arrangement is switched off. The result is a very elegant lighting device.

[0014] The profile element also has a second surface. The second surface is arranged like the first surface. Furthermore, it is opposite the first surface. This has the surprising effect that the light emitted by the lighting element arrangement is visible from the outside around the entire lighting device, even in a viewing direction essentially perpendicular to the light incidence side of the profile element, toward the lighting element arrangement.

[0015] The inner and / or outer contours of the profile element facing the lighting element arrangement are pyramid-shaped or truncated pyramid-shaped. This is a particularly simple design option that, combined with the transparency of the lighting device, creates a very elegant appearance. Furthermore, this shape allows for the use of only a single lighting element, yet it is still visible from all viewing angles. This also creates a "floating in the air" light when illuminated.

[0016] The base of the pyramid or truncated pyramid is preferably shaped like a circle, an ellipse, or a polygon with straight and / or curved sides. This promotes the redirection of the emitted light to all outer sides of the profile element and is also very aesthetically pleasing.

[0017] Each of the aforementioned profile elements can be designed to diffuse light on at least one of its at least one outer surface. This creates a virtual, diffusely illuminated arrangement of lighting elements within the profile element. Furthermore, various lighting impressions, such as vertical, diffuse, and blending light stripes, can be created on the profile element.

[0018] Preferably, in each of the aforementioned variants, at least one of the at least one outer surface is flat. This allows for particularly cost-effective production. The profile element can be manufactured from a flat, transparent film element by simple bending.

[0019] Each of the aforementioned lighting devices can have a further luminous section, which is designed like the aforementioned one luminous section. The one luminous section is designed and arranged on the further luminous section such that the arrangements of the luminous elements of both luminous sections emit their light essentially in one direction, and the light from the further luminous section is prevented from penetrating the profile element of the one luminous section. This makes it possible to also form the "multi-level" signal lights mentioned above.

[0020] Preferably, the luminous sections are arranged one behind the other, as seen in the direction of a main emission direction of the luminous element arrangements of the luminous sections. Furthermore, the additional luminous section has cabling designed to electrically contact the one attached luminous section. This makes the production of the signal light particularly simple.

[0021] In the latter two variants, the profile element of the additional lighting section and the one lighting section are preferably attached to each other. This creates a multi-part lighting device that is easy to install.

[0022] In each of the aforementioned lighting devices, the arrangement can comprise several lighting elements arranged in a row. The profile element of the same lighting part extends along the row of lighting elements. Thus, the invention makes it possible to realize very long lighting devices with, for example, a row of LEDs as the lighting element arrangement, while still maintaining the aforementioned advantages.

[0023] The profile element, viewed along its longitudinal extent, preferably has a triangular or trapezoidal cross-section. One side of this triangle or trapezoid borders the light-emitting side of the luminous section. This means that a very simple geometric and manufacturable shape of the profile element is sufficient to achieve the light deflection according to the invention.

[0024] According to the invention, a textile device is further provided. The textile device comprises one of the aforementioned lighting devices. The lighting element arrangement of a lighting section is arranged to emit its light outwards with respect to the textile device. The associated profile element is attached to the textile device. This allows the lighting element arrangement and the associated profile element to be attached to one another one after the other but independently with respect to their fastening. Alternatively or additionally, the profile element is attached to a holding element that holds the at least one lighting element arrangement. The holding part can be a circuit board, for example. This enables the use of existing elements of the lighting device. Furthermore, the lighting device can be provided as a module that only needs to be attached to the textile device, either by means of the holding part or by means of the profile element.

[0025] Preferably, one light output side of the latter lighting element arrangement is directed towards a floor on which the textile device is installed. This variant is suitable, for example, for a can storage device, whereby the lighting device extends into the already dangerous can movement area and thus signals the danger point to passing persons, for example by means of a yellow flashing light. Alternatively, the light output side is directed away from the floor. This variant is suitable, for example, for a gate, on the top of which the respective lighting device is arranged in a tamper-proof manner and without the risk of injury to a passing person. Alternatively, the light output side is directed parallel to the floor. This is suitable for walls of textile devices that primarily run perpendicular to the floor. The protrusion of the profile element enables all-round detection, even parallel to the light output side.

[0026] Both textile devices can have a controller or be coupled to such a controller. The controller is configured to control the lighting device such that its lighting element arrangement reflects the presence of a predetermined state, an operating parameter, and / or an operating process of the textile device itself and / or another textile device located in a processing chain with the textile device.

[0027] Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of preferred embodiments. They show: Figure 1 shows an arrangement with several lighting devices, each according to an embodiment of the invention, Figure 2 shows the drafting system hood of Figure 1in greater detail in three views, Figure 3 the lamp of the drafting system hood of Figure 2 in different views, Figure 4 a modification of the deflection section of Figure 3 , Figures 5a, 5bLights according to other embodiments of the invention Figure 5c is an example of a possible light which is not part of the present invention, Figure 6 a modification of the arrangement of Figure 2 in enlarged partial exploded view in section, Figure 7a to Figure 6 modified sealing section, Figure 8 shows a deflection section according to another embodiment of the invention, Figure 9 shows modifications of the deflection section of Figure 5a , Figure 10 different deflection sections according to other embodiments of the invention, Figure 11 an arrangement with deflection section and seal according to an embodiment of the invention, Figure 12 a by means of the arrangement of Figure 11 realized luminaire according to an embodiment of the invention, Figure 13 the signal light of Figure 1 in an exploded view, according to an embodiment of the invention and Figure 14 a cover element according to another embodiment of the invention for the signal light of Figure 13 .

[0028] Figure 1 shows an arrangement 1 with a gate 200 and a downstream path 100 in a conventional arrangement.

[0029] The creel 200 comprises, in a known manner, a frame having a longitudinal beam 202 mounted on two supports 203. Here, four can storage locations are located on either side of the longitudinal sides of the beam 202. Above each can 201 is a deflection roller 205, which in the illustrated case is driven in rotation by a drive motor 204. A light 210, explained in more detail later, is connected to the respective deflection roller 205 at its end. Furthermore, a bearing pin 206 is provided, on which a pressure roller 207 is mounted via a lever, either freely rotatable or non-rotatably. The pressure roller 207 presses against the circumferential surface of the associated deflection roller 205. During operation, the fiber sliver from the respective can 201 runs between the pressure roller 207 and the deflection roller 205. In the fiber sliver transport direction behind the respective deflection roller 205, a respective sensor 208 is also arranged. At the exit of the creel 200 there is also a fiber sliver guide 209 so that the fiber slivers can enter the draw frame 100 at a distance from one another.

[0030] The draw frame 100 has, among other things, a can depositing device 110 on the output side. In the example shown, the can depositing device 110 comprises a can rail 111 for the full cans and a preferably driven can track 112 that moves empty cans into the actual can changer. The can changer has, for example, a can pusher 113 in a known manner. An operating platform 102 is located to the side of the draw frame 100. Here, at one end of the operating platform 102, there is an operating terminal 101, which has a signal light 120 on the top according to an embodiment of the invention. Furthermore, a drafting system hood 130 can be seen, which covers a drafting section 103 in a known manner. A light 104 according to an embodiment of the invention is located on an upper side of the drafting system hood 130.

[0031] Figure 2ashows the drafting system hood 130 in greater detail. The light 104 is transparent in the area above the drafting system hood 130 and, in the example shown, is preferably crystal-clear. Slots 131 are provided on the front side of the drafting system hood 130, as shown here.

[0032] As in Figure 2b As can be seen, the luminaire 104 (not designated here) has a transparent deflection section 10 in the form of a longitudinal profile, which is preferably crystal-clear. Transparent in the context of the invention means that the deflection section 10 is translucent. The deflection section 10 can therefore also be diffuse, for example. The deflection section 10 has a light incidence side 11 on a lower side, into which light from lighting elements 32a, which will be explained in more detail later, falls. This light is deflected at least horizontally into Figure 2bto the right and left from the deflection section 10. It has surprisingly been found that this shape of the deflection section 10 is also suitable for providing, at least in the horizontal direction, a virtually all-round view of the light emitted by the lighting elements 32a. In the region of the light incidence side 11, the deflection section 10 has a fastening section 13, by means of which the deflection section 10 is fastened, here exemplarily, in a through-opening 132 on an upper side or wall 133 of the drafting system hood 130. The fastening is effected, for example, by means of a latching mechanism.

[0033] Here, an illumination section 30 of the luminaire 104 is located under the through-opening 132. On a side facing the deflection section 10, there is a cover section 31, which preferably mechanically protects a circuit board 32 with mounted lighting elements 32a (not shown here). However, this mechanical protection can also be provided by the deflection section 10, so that the cover section 31 can be omitted.

[0034] Furthermore, there is a sealing section 33, which is preferably formed from two strips that adjoin the long sides of the circuit board 32. Furthermore, there is an insulating section 34 below the circuit board 32, which electrically insulates the circuit board 32 from a preferably metallic holding section 35. The holding section 35 is attached to the drafting system hood 130 by means of two screws 2 shown above the drafting system hood 130. The elements 31-35 are preferably attached to one another, but can also be fixed to the drafting system hood 130 by means of the holding section 35, for example by clamping.

[0035] Preferably, fastening sections 36 adjoin the front side of the holding section 35, into which screws 2 are screwed through through-openings 36a into corresponding screw openings (not designated here) of the holding section 35. The fastening sections 36 serve to hold the holding section 35, or at least the circuit board 32, at a distance from the drafting system hood 130.

[0036] On an underside of the holding section 35 facing away from the circuit board 32, there is preferably a connection section 37, preferably in the form of a power supply, and a cable duct 38, via which the connection lines are guided to the circuit board 32 in a mechanically protected manner.

[0037] Figure 2c shows the drafting system hood 130 in greater detail in a partial exploded view within the scope of the parts 130, 35, 36 relevant for fastening.

[0038] Parts 130, 35, 36 are from the front of the Figure 2bshown arrangement in detail. That is, the arrangement shown in Figure 2b rear fastening section 36 together with associated screws 2 is not shown.

[0039] The upper screw 2 here is screwed from the side of the drafting system hood 130 facing away from the holding section 35 through a through-opening 134 into a corresponding fastening opening 35d of the holding section 35. The screw 2 can also be guided through the opening 35d and screwed, for example, with a nut, to a side of the holding section 35 facing away from the drafting system hood 130.

[0040] The fastening section 36 preferably projects slightly beyond the holding section 35 with a support surface 36b facing the drafting system hood 130. The fastening section 36 is fastened to the holding section 35 by means of the two screws 2 shown on the left. The screws 2 are screwed through the respective through-opening 36a into a corresponding recess 35h in the holding section 35, formed here by a longitudinal groove. The rear side 36c of the fastening section 36, which faces rearward here, comes into contact with a facing, end-face surface 35f of the holding section 35. The holding section 35 can thus be manufactured inexpensively as an extruded profile and only needs to be cut to the appropriate length. The module 35, 36 thus formed rests against the facing wall 133 of the drafting system hood 130, which surrounds the through-opening 132, by means of the support surfaces 36b of two fastening sections 36, of which only the front one is shown. Thus, the holding section 35 and the elements attached thereto, apart from the fastening sections 36 and possibly the sealing section 33, can be mechanically decoupled from the drafting system hood 130 and thus from the rest of the drawing frame 100.

[0041] Alternatively, the holding section 35, within the framework of two longitudinal surfaces 35e facing the drafting system hood, is flush with the support surfaces 36b of both fastening sections 36 or projects beyond the surfaces 36b. In this case, the holding section 35 can be clamped to the drafting system hood 130, particularly when the sealing section 33 is provided, which provides a secure hold.

[0042] In any case, the holding section 35 opens up the possibility of securely attaching the entire lighting section 30 over its entire length, preferably in a sealed manner, to the drafting system hood 130 without the circuit board 32 being subjected to mechanical stresses.

[0043] Figure 3 shows the lamp 104 in simplified form in different perspectives.

[0044] The deflection section 10 or its deflection walls 12, 12 cause or result in the light emitted by the luminous elements 32a into the light incidence side 11 of the deflection section 10 (not designated here) causing light points 5 to be generated in the deflection section 10. The light incidence side 11 extends along the xz-plane in Figure 3. In a crystal-clear design of the deflection section 10, the light points 5 are such that they virtually image or "display" the respective light element 32a, at least in the area of its light exit side, almost 1:1 to the outside. This creates a light 104 that is recognizable in all three coordinate planes along the x, y, and z coordinate axes. In particular, in Figure 3c It can be seen that the light point 5 on the right here can also be seen virtually outside the front deflection wall 12 in the area of a right side wall 21 here, although the associated right lighting element 32a is covered by the fastening section 36 on the right here. Figure 3d shows that the light points 5 are also visible from below, obliquely looking at the luminaire 104. Overall, this results in a virtually all-round luminaire, and this is achieved by means of a simply designed deflection section 10.

[0045] Figure 4shows a modification of the deflection section 10. Compared to the previous embodiments, the deflection section 10 here has a projection-like wall on both sides of the deflection walls 12, which forms a support surface 15 on its underside, for example, for the drafting system hood 130. Furthermore, the fastening sections 13 with locking projections 13a, which point away from each other, are visible. So that the deflection section 10 can be securely positioned in the through-opening 132 of the drafting system hood 130, the deflection section 10 also has projections 14 on the front and rear faces.

[0046] The rear projection 14 has a locking projection 14a on a surface facing the rear end face. The front projection 14, in contrast, has an insertion bevel 14b, which is designed such that the projection 14 tapers toward the locking projection 14a. This makes it possible to securely insert the deflection section 10 into the opening 132 and remove it from it again.

[0047] Figure 5ashows a modification of the light 104. As can be seen, the wall 133 of the drafting system hood 130 has two countersunk hole-like through-openings 134. The deflection section 10 rests against the underside of the wall 133 with walls 17. The walls 17 are connected to the deflection walls 12 via side walls 16, which are arranged parallel to one another here, and have two through-openings 18 for the screws. The side walls 16 ensure that the light from the lighting elements 32a is not deflected in this area. For this purpose, they run perpendicular to the light incidence side 11 (not shown here) or form an obtuse angle with it, so that their distance from one another increases in the direction of the deflection walls 12. On the undersides of the walls 17 there is an intermediate element, here again in the form of a sealing section 33, each with through-opening(s) 33a.On the underside of the intermediate elements 33 is the holding section 35 of the lamp 104 with the through openings 35d for the screws 2. Below the holding element 35 there is a washer 3 and a nut 4 in relation to the fastening screws 2, so that all elements 130, 17, 33, 35 are securely fastened to one another.

[0048] Figure 5b shows a modification of the deflection section 10 of Figure 5a Instead of directly merging into the side walls 16, a horizontally extending wall 23 is located between the side walls 16 and the deflection walls 12. The intermediate elements of the sealing section 33 are L-shaped, so that the side walls 16 are fixed between the sealing section 33 and the wall 133 of the drafting system hood 130 defining the through-opening 132 and the respective vertically extending wall section 33b of the sealing section 33. Otherwise, the fastening of the holding section 35 remains similar to Figure 5a. Only wall sections 33d, 33d of the intermediate elements or of the sealing section 33 are arranged between the wall 133 and the holding section 35 and each comprise a through opening 33c for the screws 2.

[0049] Figure 5c shows a deflection section 10 which has a single, continuously extending deflection wall 12 instead of a triangular cross-section with two deflection walls 12.

[0050] Furthermore, the fastening screws 2 are preferably screwed into the holding section 35. The through openings 35d of the holding section 35 accordingly have an internal thread section.

[0051] The deflection section 10 is, for example, clamped to the wall 133 by means of the walls 17, 17.

[0052] Figure 6 shows a modification of the arrangement of Figure 2 in enlarged partial exploded view in the section.

[0053] The deflection section 10 is not snapped into the through-opening 132 of the drafting system hood 130, but is inserted from the direction of the holding section 35 through the through-opening 132. The deflection section 10, with a surface 15 of the projection formed by the circumferential wall 17 facing away from the holding section 35, comes into contact with an inner side of the wall 133 of the drafting system hood 130 facing the deflection section 10 and the holding section 35, which wall defines the through-opening 132. The screws 2, of which only the front one is shown here, pull the holding section 35 with the sealing section 33 placed thereon and the deflection section 10 arranged above it (if necessary also or alternatively with a sealing section 33 placed thereon) against the underside of the drafting system hood 130 and clamp the holding section 35, preferably to the drafting system hood 130.

[0054] As can also be seen, preferably all edges of the deflection section 10 are rounded. Furthermore, the end-face side walls 21 (only one shown) abutting the deflection walls 12, 12 extend toward each other in the direction away from the light incidence side 11. This shape is particularly well suited for forming the deflection section 10 by deep drawing at low cost and with less stability than the snap-in solution. Suitable materials that have proven particularly inexpensive include polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG), and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), which is particularly light-intense.

[0055] For the passage of the respective screw 2, the deflection section 10 has a recess 232 on its front side. This creates the sealing effect between the drafting system hood 130 and the deflection section 10, or at least between the deflection section 10 and the holding section 35.

[0056] To facilitate the assembly of the respective fastening section 36 on the holding section 35, each fastening section 36 has a respective slot-like through-opening 36d. A corresponding, preferably complementarily shaped projection 35g of the holding section 35 engages into this opening. This pre-positions the fastening section 36 on the holding section 35 so that the screws 2 can be easily screwed in.

[0057] The holding section 35 is covered toward the drafting system hood 130 by a cover section 31, which serves as a light passage section, for example in the form of a through-opening 31b, for the light emitted by the luminous elements 32a (not shown here). Furthermore, the cover section 31 comprises corresponding through-openings 31c for the screws 2 screwed in from the drafting system hood 130.

[0058] The sealing section 33 rests, for example, on a surface 31a of the cover section 31 facing the drafting system hood 130 in areas that, in turn, rest on the support surfaces 35e of the holding section 35 (not visible here). Therefore, the cover section 31 is not subjected to any forces that could damage the cover section 31, for example, by bending it.

[0059] Alternatively or in addition to the holding section 35, the cover section 31 has projections (not shown) which engage in corresponding through openings formed similarly to the through openings 36d and thus hold the cover section 31 securely in position.

[0060] Figure 7 shows one to Figure 6 modified sealing section 33. As can be seen, the sealing section 33 is designed to be circumferential, similar to a cylinder head gasket.

[0061] Figure 8shows a modification of the deflection section 10. The deflection section 10 is formed in two parts and comprises the fastening section 13, which is plate-shaped and has a through-opening 19. A deflection element 20 is fixedly inserted into the through-opening 19. The deflection element 20 is designed, for example, as a solid body. The deflection walls 12 and the side walls 16 are formed by outer surfaces of the deflection element 20.

[0062] In Figure 9a An exemplary deflection section 10 open at the front is shown.

[0063] It only includes the side walls 16 and deflection walls 12.

[0064] Figure 9b shows a modification of the deflection section 10, wherein the side walls 16 are shorter in relation to the deflection walls 12.

[0065] Figure 10 shows the deflection section 10 for the lamp 210 of Figure 1 .

[0066] The deflection sections 10 according to Figure 10a to 10c are conical in shape. The deflection sections 10 therefore comprise a single, circumferential deflection wall 12. The light incidence side 11 is formed by the base surface of the respective cone.

[0067] Figure 10d shows a modification of the Figure 10c shown deflection section 10. Accordingly, the conical section with the circumferential surface 12 is followed by a section with a cylindrical peripheral wall, which forms the side wall 16. According to Figure 10a the side lines of the cone form an angle of 45°. According to Figure 10b this angle is 60°, and according to Figure 10c 90°. This means that various cone shapes can be used to create the 210 luminaire.

[0068] Furthermore, instead of a tip, a truncated cone-shaped structure or a curved tip can be chosen.

[0069] Figure 11 shows a modification of the deflection section 10 of Figure 10, provided with a sealing section 33. The deflection section 10 is pyramid-shaped, with the pyramid preferably having a square base. The side surfaces of the pyramid thus form the deflection walls 12. On a side facing away from the apex of the pyramid, the deflection section here has four projections 14 with locking heads 14a.

[0070] Figure 12 shows a by means of the deflection section 10 of Figure 11 A feasible light 210. A wall 205a represents the end face of the respective deflection roller 205 of the gate 200. Fastening sections 36 keep the holding section 35 spaced from this wall. Furthermore, the circuit board 32 is visible with, for example, a lighting element 32a arranged thereon. In addition, the light point 5 can be seen as it is generated when the light 210 is operated. Thus, an all-round light is created, although the lighting element 32a is not arranged where its light can be seen from the outside.

[0071] Figure 13 shows an embodiment of the signal light 120 of Figure 1 in exploded view ( Figure 13a ) and in top view ( Figure 13b ).

[0072] The signal light 120 preferably comprises three identically designed lighting elements 121. Each lighting element 121 comprises, for example, two projections 35b on an underside, each of which has an electrically conductive section 35c. These conductive sections 35c are coupled to an internal electrical connection of the circuit board 32 of the respective lighting element 121. The lighting element 32a or lighting elements 32a belonging to the respective lighting element 121 are located on the top side of the circuit board 32.

[0073] Above the respective plate 32 there is a deflection section 10, which, for example, according to Figure 11can be designed. The deflection section 10 is preferably completely surrounded on the outside by a holding section 35. The holding section 35 ensures that the circuit board 32 is held in place around the circumference. Furthermore, the holding section 35 electrically guides the guide section 35c from the respective lower projection 35b to a corresponding upper recess 35a of the holding section 35. This makes it possible to transmit electrical signals from the projections 35b to the recesses 35a. This has the result that the two upper elements 121 here are electrically coupled to the lower projections 35b, not designated in more detail here, of the lower element 121 simply by fastening or plugging them together with the respective lower element 121. This eliminates the need for complex connection of the upper elements 121 to a data and / or power supply. This makes it possible to establish a power and data connection for the entire luminaire 120 using only the lower projections 35b of the element 121, which is closest to the control terminal 101. Electrically insulating cover elements 6 are located on top of the uppermost element 121, which, in the example shown, have locking heads 6a. The locking heads 6a engage in a respective recess 35a of the uppermost element 121.

[0074] The circuit boards 32 advantageously prevent light from the element 121 arranged underneath from radiating into the element 121 to which the circuit boards 32 each belong.

[0075] Figure 13b shows the signal light 120 from above in Figure 13a .

[0076] Figure 14 shows a modification of the cover element 6. This cover element 6 connects the locking heads 6a to each other. The cover element 6 can be seen in plan view according to Figure 13b be ring-shaped (see Figure 14b ) or circular (see Figure 14c ).

[0077] The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.

[0078] All embodiments may be applied in whole or in part to the other embodiments.

[0079] The tips of the deflection sections 10 can be designed by means of a horizontal surface, a curved surface or otherwise.

[0080] Diffusely formed deflection walls 12 have the effect that the luminous points 5 become luminous strips running vertically in the figures, which merge into one another.

[0081] The lights 104, 120, 210 can of course be installed on any other textile device, such as spinning machines, bale openers, cables, etc., and are universally applicable.

[0082] The stopping sections 35 according to Figure 13aThe reflector and deflection section 10 can be crystal-clear, so that they appear virtually invisible when the respective light is not in use. However, they can of course also be colored. For example, the color can be matched to the respective textile device.

[0083] Instead of the aforementioned fastenings, all other fastening options are possible. For example, the deflection section 10 can be glued on. This allows for easy retrofitting of existing luminaires without the need for fastening options such as screw holes. The adhesive can be elastic, so that it also functions as a seal. If the seal is elastic, the deflection section 10 can be decoupled to a certain extent from the mechanical influences of the textile device.

[0084] The intermediate elements 33 can be designed to be elastic and thus achieve a mechanical decoupling from the other textile device 100, 200.

[0085] Each deflection section 10 can be hollow inside and / or at least partially formed from a solid body. A hollow space has the advantage of facilitating heat dissipation from the lighting elements 32a.

[0086] The deflection sections 10 can also have only one deflection wall 12 pointing in one direction. This creates a luminaire 104, 120, 210 that deflects the light from the luminous element(s) 32a only to one side into a hemispherical area.

[0087] The deflection surfaces 12 do not have to be flat. They can, for example, be curved outwards in the middle. The lights 120, 104 can also be designed analogously to the Figure 13 The embodiment shown can be designed as a "multi-story" structure.

[0088] The arrangement of the lighting elements 32a or the shape of the deflection section 10 does not have to be straight, as in Figure 2 shown. The lighting elements 32a can, for example, be arranged in a (partial) ring-like manner, with the deflection section 10 preferably extending along this shape of the lighting element arrangement.

[0089] The lights 104, 120, 210 can be arranged at any other location on any type of textile machine. For example, the light 210 is suitable for the spinning stations of a spinning machine. The light 104 can be provided on any frame part, such as a wall of any textile machine, such as the ceiling wall of a carding machine.

[0090] The deflection effect of the lights 104, 120, and 210 allows them to be mounted on virtually any surface, regardless of the direction these surfaces face. For example, the light 210 can be mounted as a signal lamp on the underside of a storage plate of a can changer that has a storage tray.

[0091] As a result, the invention offers a very simple and universally applicable solution for redirecting light in all directions from a textile device in a mechanically protected manner, without the need for a complex structure. Reference sign list
