Enables precise and safe anchoring of devices on metal formwork, including internal columns and pillars, while allowing concrete flow and maintaining structural integrity, at low cost and with minimal effort.
Description
[0001] The subject matter of the invention is an arrangement comprising an anchoring device and a mounting system according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and a method for mounting an arrangement with an anchoring device and a mounting system on a formwork for the construction of a reinforced concrete wall.
[0002] Anchoring devices are inserted into concrete walls to secure threaded rods and brackets for scaffolding boards and railings after the wall has been removed. With wooden formwork, the anchoring devices are nailed to the formwork panels before concreting. This ensures precise positioning and prevents them from shifting or even being separated from the formwork when the liquid concrete is poured, provided the anchoring devices are secured with appropriate fasteners. With metal formwork, especially large-area formwork, there is no way to securely connect the anchoring devices to the formwork. If the anchoring devices are attached to the metal formwork with magnets, there is a latent risk that, despite the strong magnetic forces, the anchoring devices will be displaced along the surface of the formwork by the flowing liquid concrete during pouring. Even a displacement of a few millimeters means that a bracket can no longer be attached to the concrete wall at its intended location. If the anchoring device is even slightly rotated around its own axis during the displacement, it will no longer be possible to attach an anchor hook.
[0003] Even if the anchoring device is pushed into the wall, a hook can no longer be inserted. If the anchoring device is tilted, an anchor, such as a threaded rod, protrudes diagonally from the wall and can no longer be used.
[0004] When constructing pillars with a round or square cross-section, internal formwork, or single-sided walls, it is not possible to attach anchoring devices to the formwork, as this is no longer possible on the inside once the reinforcements have been installed outside. However, anchoring devices are also necessary on internal formwork, column formwork, and single-sided formwork, for suspending brackets or other elements that must be supported by the wall or pillar being constructed.
[0005] CH 696 403 A5 shows an anchoring box for anchoring a bracket in a concrete wall.
[0006] EP 3 190 244 A1 describes a threaded sleeve for anchoring threaded rods in a concrete structure.
[0007] The known anchoring devices cannot be used for internal, column and single-sided formwork, or can only be used with great difficulty and imprecision.
[0008] An object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement which enables the positioning of the anchoring devices on metal formwork, on column and pillar inner formwork and on single-sided formwork at the calculated location and, in particular, holds the anchoring device precisely and securely in the intended location even during the pouring of the liquid concrete and during the vibration of the concrete.
[0009] A further object of the invention is that, on the one hand, the system can be produced cost-effectively and, on the other hand, the method for connecting it to reinforcing iron enables it to be carried out with little effort.
[0010] This object is achieved by an arrangement according to the features of patent claim 1 and a method according to the features of patent claim 7. Advantageous embodiments of the device are described in the dependent claims.
[0011] Due to the wing-like design of the mounting system, the latter can be attached to an anchoring device without tools, so that after its connection to reinforcing iron, the anchoring device is held tightly against the formwork with its opening closed by a cover.
[0012] The contact pressure is created by the elasticity of the two holding and mounting areas when they are attached to the reinforcement with iron ties.
[0013] The rod-shaped or grid-like mounting areas comprise a grid frame and a plurality of rungs or a number of bars arranged within the grid frame. These allow the passage of liquid concrete and do not negatively affect the homogeneity and strength of the wall. The mounting system can be attached to the grid frame and / or the rungs or bars with reinforcing bars, for example, with iron ties such as those used for laying reinforcing bars.
[0014] The central section of the mounting system encompasses the back of the anchoring box and features retaining elements that hook onto the anchoring device, thus forming a tight connection to the anchoring device. The contact forces on the back of the anchoring device are absorbed by the central section and are independent of the forces of the retaining elements. The latter provide a positive or frictional connection to the anchoring device until it is mounted on the reinforcing bars.
[0015] The two wings, formed by bars or grids, connected by their roots to the central area of the mounting system, can lie in a single plane or be arranged in a slight V-shape to increase the contact pressure against the formwork by bracing them against the reinforcement. Preferably, the frame and the rungs, as well as the elements forming the central area of a grid, run perpendicular to the plane formed by the frame of the wings. This enables high stability orthogonal to the wing surfaces with a minimum of plastic material for the device. Naturally, the mounting system can be made of sheet metal, milled, stamped, or even as a deep-drawn part, or from a metal die-cast.
[0016] The mounting system can be used on anchoring devices made of metal or plastic and those with a round or rectangular cross-section.
[0017] The mounting system may also be part of the anchoring device, although this does not constitute part of the invention.
[0018] The invention is described in more detail using illustrated embodiments. They show: Figure 1a shows a first embodiment of the mounting system in perspective view, Figure 1b shows a mounting system with supports formed from rods, Figure 2 shows a further embodiment of the mounting system, Figure 3 shows in perspective an arrangement according to the invention with an anchoring device with the mounted mounting system for fastening the anchoring device, Figure 4a shows a rear view of the arrangement according to the invention with the mounting system above the anchoring device, Figure 4b shows a rear view of the arrangement according to the invention according to Figure 3 , Figure 5 is a schematic representation of an arrangement according to the invention arranged on a formwork and connected to the reinforcement.
[0019] Reference numeral 1 depicts a perspective view of a mounting system for the temporary installation of an anchoring device 3 in the figures. The mounting system 1 comprises two fastening elements, referred to as wings 5 for short, projecting laterally from a central holding area 15. These fastening elements enclose a substantially rectangular lattice frame 7. This frame can be divided into regular or irregular surface sections 11 by a plurality of rungs 9. The two wings 5 are connected to the central holding area 15 by their roots 13. The central holding area 15 has the approximate shape of an upside-down V. The legs 16 forming the central holding area 15—there may be two, three, or more—are connected at their upper ends by substantially horizontally or arcuately extending base frames 17. The base frames 17 thus form the backbone of the holding area 15.
[0020] In the first version according to Figure 1a The base frames 17 are connected to one another by a transverse beam 19. The beam 19 has at least one end thereof a hook 21 which, as will be described later, is intended to engage a retaining rod 23 on the anchoring device 3.
[0021] In the second embodiment according to Figure 2 Instead of a solid continuous beam 19, a beam 19 constructed from two sections 19' designed to save material is used. This beam can also be hook-shaped at least at one end.
[0022] In the first version according to Figure 1 On the inner sides of the legs 16 of the central holding area 15, locking and holding means 25 are formed, which are intended and suitable to engage or rest on corresponding projections 27 on the lateral walls of the anchoring device 3 ( Fig. 5 ). In the form according to Figure 2Locking and retaining means 25 can be attached to or molded onto the grid frame 7. Of course, in the exemplary embodiments, locking and retaining means 25 can also be formed simultaneously on the legs 16 and on the grid frame 7.
[0023] The two lattice frames 7, which form the two wings 5, can have a rectangular cross-section; alternatively, their wing ends can also be triangular or arched. The wings 5 can lie in a common plane or be constructed with a slight V-shape extending upwards.
[0024] The mounting system 1 can be manufactured from plastic using an injection molding process; alternatively, it can also be made from sheet metal as a stamped / bent part. It is also possible to produce the device from a metal die-cast. If large forces are to be absorbed, a fiber-reinforced plastic can be used.
[0025] Instead of the lattice frame 7, the wings 5 can also be constructed on individual or multiple outwardly projecting bars 9 attached to the holding area 15, which bars do not have any rungs 9 connecting the bars 9 to one another ( Fig. 1b ). At the holding area 15, two or more bars 9 can form the two wings 5. A representation of this embodiment shows Figure 1b .
[0026] The design of the strength of the mounting system 1 for an anchoring device 3 should enable a construction worker to bend the wings 5 to such an extent that, after mounting an anchoring device 3 on a wall reinforcement, the anchoring device 3 is pressed against the formwork panel 29 with such a force that, when the liquid concrete is poured in, an intimate contact of the closure cover 31 on the anchoring device 3, with which the opening of the anchoring device 3 is closed during the pouring process, rests snugly and, in particular, immovably on the formwork panel 29.
[0027] Based on the Figures 3 , 4a and 4bThe arrangement of the mounting system 1 above and on the anchoring device 3 is shown and explained. The anchoring device 3 is one made of metal and described, for example, in EP 3 358 104, and the example in the description is used as the basis. Of course, a plastic anchoring box 3 can be used instead of a metal one, the spatial shape of which can be the same as or different from that shown. Preferably, the shape of the central holding area 15 is adapted to the shape of the respective anchoring device 3 used, which is to be attached to a formwork.
[0028] The mounting system 1 is installed as shown in the Figures 3 to 5shown, is pushed onto the anchoring device 3 from above and engages with the locking and holding means 25 on projections 27 on the side surfaces and / or end surfaces of the anchoring device 3. The hook-shaped end of the carrier 19 engages around the retaining rod 23, if one is present ( Fig. 3 ). In particular from Figure 4b It can be seen that the mounting system 1 fits snugly against the top of the anchoring device 3 or is tightly pulled onto the anchoring device 3 by the locking and holding means 25. For the sake of clarity, the anchoring device 3 is shown in the Figures 3 and 4 not in the operating and use position, ie the closure cover 31 is shown lying vertically, but the anchoring device 3 stands on the closure cover 31.
[0029] As an alternative to the anchoring device 3 and a mounting system 1 connected to it, rods or grids can be attached to the anchoring device 3, for example, by welding, or can be manufactured directly as part of the anchoring device, allowing the anchoring device to be mounted directly on the reinforcement 33 for the wall, independent of the formwork panel 29. However, these alternatives do not constitute part of the invention.
[0030] The operating position of the mounted anchoring device 3 is Figure 5shown in a view from above. However, in most cases, the formwork panel 29 is positioned vertically during the construction of a wall. Reinforcing bars 33 are positioned at a distance from the inner side 29' of the formwork panel 29, which is aligned with the reinforcement. The reinforcing bars 33 are at a minimum distance from the inner wall 29', which prevents rusting through the reinforcing bars and moisture diffusion into the wall. This distance of the reinforcing bars 33 from the inner side 29' of the formwork panel 29 is sufficient to bend the wings 5 in such a way as to press the anchoring device 3 against the inner side 29' with a force F. To achieve this contact force F, the two wings 5 are either bent from an initially V-shaped position into a position parallel to the formwork or, if the formwork initially has wings 5 lying in one plane, the wings 5 are bent towards the formwork panel 29 ( Figure 5The connection between the wings 5 or the anchoring device 1 and the reinforcing bars 33 is made using known binding wires 35, which wrap around the reinforcing bars 33 and / or the bars of the wings 5 and are twisted in a conventional manner. Of course, the mounting system 1 can also be used on formwork for ceilings or on the reinforcement of floors to enable anchoring to floor surfaces.
[0031] After the wall has been poured and the concrete has hardened, the formwork panels 29 can be lifted from the wall in a known manner and the closure cover 31 can be removed from the anchoring device 3. The interior of the anchoring device 3 is then freely accessible for attaching a bracket or other element.
