Description
[0001] The invention relates to a connection element for connecting at least one toilet to at least one disposal line, wherein the connection element has a body, wherein several connection spigots for connecting at least one toilet and for connecting to at least one disposal line are arranged on the body, and to a method for its manufacture.
[0002] In the prior art, such connection elements for a toilet are also known as ball branch fittings, whereby such connection elements are designed exclusively for connecting a single outlet pipe leading from the toilet, since today's toilets do not separate fecal wastewater and urine, but discharge them through the same outlet pipe into the same disposal line.
[0003] Future toilets will have two outlets that direct urine and fecal waste into separate drainage lines. This offers the advantage of separate collection and treatment of urine and fecal waste, allowing for their reuse. The body has a spherical shape, or rather a shape formed by two intersecting spheres. This shape facilitates optimal transverse flow of urine and fecal wastewater through the transverse toilet connection spigots, despite the media flowing vertically through the connection element from above, which have already been flushed into the drainage pipes. Claims
1. Connecting element (1) for connecting at least one toilet to at least one disposal line, wherein the connecting element (1) comprises a spherical body (2), wherein a plurality of connection nozzles (3, 4) for connecting at least one toilet and for connecting to at least one disposal line is arranged on the body (2), wherein the body (2) has at least two hollow bodies (5, 6) separated from one another, arranged next to one another, in order to prevent mixing of the urine and faecal wastewater flowing through the hollow bodies (5, 6) during use, and wherein the connecting element (1) comprises at least four disposal-line connection nozzles (3) and at least two toilet connection nozzles (4).
2. Connecting element (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the connecting element (1) comprises at least four toilet connection nozzles (4) for connecting a plurality of toilets.
3. Connecting element (1) according to one of Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the body (2) has two hollow bodies (5, 6), wherein the two hollow bodies (5, 6) have a common intermediate wall (7).
4. Connecting element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that in each case two disposal-line connection nozzles (3) are arranged on each of the hollow bodies (5, 6).
5. Connecting element (1) according to Claim 4, characterized in that in each case the two disposal-line connection nozzles (3) on the same hollow body (5, 6) lie opposite one another and extend concentrically with respect to one another.
6. Connecting element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the toilet connection nozzles (4) for urine and faecal wastewater in each case lie in the same sectional plane as the disposal-line connection nozzles (3) of the corresponding medium.

Connecting element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the toilet connection nozzles (4) are each aligned at an angle (α) between 45° and 90° relative to the upper disposal-line connection nozzle (3), preferably at an angle (α) of 88.5° relative to the upper disposal-line connection nozzle (3).
8. Connecting element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the toilet connection nozzles (4) which are directed to the same side extend parallel to one another.
9. Method for producing a connecting element (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the connecting element (1) is produced by additive manufacturing.
