Description
[0001] The invention relates to a control cabinet arrangement with at least two control cabinet frame frames and at least one multi-pole touch protection module mounted on a mounting plate inside the control cabinet frame frame, in which several busbars are housed in a touch-proof manner and are accessible via contact openings for device adapters. Such a control cabinet arrangement is described in the catalog "185 Power - Welcome to the new system world, Wöhner catalog, March 1, 2014". A similar arrangement is also described in WO 2017 / 198484 A1, EP 3 258 558 B1 and WO 2016 / 019410 A1.
[0002] The control cabinet arrangements known from the prior art have the disadvantage that the touch protection modules allow only inefficient use of the clear installation width of the control cabinet interior for mounting device adapters on the touch protection modules. This inefficiency is particularly evident in the case of several control cabinet frame units connected in series, whereby the interiors of the control cabinet frame units are often interconnected, but due to the design of the known touch protection modules, effective use of the resulting continuous control cabinet interior is not possible.
[0003] The object of the invention is therefore to further develop a control cabinet arrangement of the type described above in such a way that effective utilization of the control cabinet interior is created for the mounting of device adapters on the touch protection module.
[0004] This problem is solved by a control cabinet arrangement with the features of claim 1. The dependent claims each relate to advantageous embodiments of the invention.
[0005] Accordingly, it is provided that the end module with its vertical end face is aligned with or extends beyond the vertical outer edge of the mounting plate, with several of the control cabinet frame frames being arranged in a row, and with the touch protection module extending uninterrupted between the arranged control cabinet frame frames.
[0006] The described modular design of the touch protection module allows the length of the touch protection module to be adapted to the respective horizontal width of a given mounting plate. For example, given a specific width of the end modules, the width of the at least one central module can be determined such that the buildable width of a mounting plate corresponds precisely to an integer multiple of the width of the central modules plus twice the width of the end modules, provided that an end module is arranged at each of the opposite horizontal longitudinal ends of the at least one central module or several interconnected central modules.
[0007] Similarly, in a bayed configuration of several control cabinets, the sum of the available width of the multiple mounting plates, plus the spacing between the mounting plates, can be an integer multiple of the width of the central modules, plus twice the width of the end modules. For example, in a bayed configuration of two interconnected control cabinet frames, five central modules, each 20 cm wide, can be connected and terminated at their opposite longitudinal ends by an end module, each 5.2 cm wide. In this embodiment, the width of the mounting plate can be between 109.0 and 110.4 cm.
[0008] The enclosure can be aligned with opposing vertical end faces of respective end modules with each vertical outer edge of the same mounting plate of a single cabinet frame or with each vertical outer edge of different mounting plates of a series of at least two cabinet frames.
[0009] The end module can be designed in two parts and can have both a central module extension adjacent to the central module and an end cap adjacent to the central module extension at the end and closing the central module extension on the vertical end face.
[0010] The central module extension and the end cap can be connected to each other via a detachable connection, preferably via a snap-fit connection. The detachable connection can be identical to a detachable connection between any two of the multiple central modules.
[0011] It is provided that several control cabinet frame frames are arranged in a row, with the contact module extending continuously between the arranged control cabinet frame frames. According to the invention, the busbars also extend in one piece, that is, as a continuous, uninterrupted rail across the entire width of the arranged frame frames.
[0012] The touch protection module can be mounted on a mounting plate in each of the control cabinet frame frames and, in a transition area between the interconnected control cabinet frame frames, can have an extension module. This extension module spans two vertical struts of the interconnected control cabinet frame frames that abut each other via their sealing webs. The extension module can be connected to one of the central modules on opposite sides. The busbars are continuous along their entire length, particularly between the interconnected control cabinet frame frames.
[0013] The baying module can be another central module that is identical to the central modules already described and that is connected to one of the central modules at each of its opposite end faces, so that a row of at least three interconnected central modules extends from a first of the bayed control cabinet frame frames to a second of the bayed control cabinet frame frames.
[0014] The touch protection module can have equidistant contact openings along its entire length, except for end caps that may be arranged at the ends, without interruption, so that in the case of a touch protection module extending over several control cabinet frame frames, a continuous grid of contact openings for contacting device adapters is created across the control cabinets.
[0015] The baying module can have at least two central module extensions, each connected to a central module of a different control cabinet frame and linked to each other via a one-piece, non-penetrating cover. The central module extensions of the baying module can be identical to the central module extensions described above.
[0016] The busbars can extend over the entire horizontal width of the mounting plate, with the busbars being aligned with a vertical outer edge of the at least one mounting plate at least at one of their two ends, or being positioned less than 10 mm in front of or behind it.
[0017] The end caps can conceal the busbars at their ends and along their length, so that the free ends of the busbars are easily accessible when the end cap is removed. For example, the end caps can cover the busbars by approximately 5 to 15 cm horizontally, corresponding to the width of the mounting plate, so that the busbar ends are exposed to this extent when the end cap is removed.
[0018] The mounting plate can be arranged within the clear opening dimension of a vertical profile frame of the control cabinet frame, which is bounded on the inside by two opposing, parallel, and vertical profile sides of the frame. The end module can project beyond the vertical outer edge of the mounting plate with its vertical end face and extend to one of the vertical profile sides of the frame, or it can be positioned in front of the frame by a maximum of 10 mm, and preferably by a maximum of 5 mm.
[0019] Further details of the invention are explained with reference to the figures below. These show: Figure 1 shows an exemplary embodiment of a touch protection module according to the invention in a partially exploded view in perspective; Figure 2 shows a top view of the front of the touch protection module according to the invention. Figure 1 Figure 3 shows an exemplary control cabinet arrangement consisting of two frame racks connected in a row, in front view; Figure 4 shows a detailed view of the embodiment according to Figure 3 ; and Figure 5 shows a further detailed view of the embodiment according to Figure 3 .
[0020] The in the Figure 1 and 2The touch protection module 4 shown essentially consists of two central modules 8, which are connected to each other via a snap-fit connection 14 and terminated at opposite longitudinal ends by an end module 10. The end modules 10 and the two central modules 8 together form the housing 7 of the touch protection module 4, which, in a manner known from the prior art, can be made, for example, of an electrically non-conductive plastic material. Three busbars 5 are mounted in the housing 7 in a touch-proof manner and are accessible to electrical devices and adapters only via contact openings 6 from the front of the housing 7. Corresponding device adapters and contact terminals are described, for example, in EP 3 258 558 B1.
[0021] The end modules 10 are in turn composed of an end cap 13 and a central module extension 12. All of the connections 14 are designed as identical snap-fit connections, so that any combination is possible, in particular between the central modules 8 and the extension modules 12. For an adjustment of the in the Figure 1 and 2 The shown touch protection module 4 can be attached to a given horizontal mounting plate width. For example, the extension modules 12 can be removed and the end caps 13 snapped directly onto the central modules 8. It is also possible to insert one or more additional central modules 8 between the two shown in the Figure 1 and 2 to connect the central modules 8 shown.
[0022] Exemplary combinations of the individual modules of the touch protection module 4 are shown in the Figures 3 to 5 shown. The Figures 3 to 5Figure 1 shows a configuration of two adjoining frame frames 2, each featuring a horizontal profile frame 19 consisting of two parallel vertical struts and two parallel horizontal struts, within the clear opening of which a mounting plate 3 is installed. The profile frames 19 are aligned and sealed against each other by means of sealing strips 16 at their facing vertical struts 17. This ensures a defined alignment of the frame frames 2 relative to each other.
[0023] In the representation according to Figure 3Six touch protection modules 4 are shown. The upper touch protection module 4 in the illustration is provided with contact openings 6 across its entire horizontal width, except for the end caps 13, thus maximizing the utilization of the combined interior space of the two adjacent control cabinet frames. Optionally, alternative end caps 13 can be provided in left and right versions, each with two or three additional rows of contact openings 6 to further increase the utilization of the cabinet interior space. However, this would reduce flexibility, as the alternative end cap cannot be removed to expose the busbar ends when the additional contact openings 6 are fitted with devices or adapters.
[0024] In particular, in a superstructure area between the two interior spaces, where the two vertical struts 17 abut each other, the upper contact protection module 4 has an adjoining module 15, which is identical to the central modules 8. At the opposite ends, the five interconnected central modules 8 each have an end module 10, which in turn is composed of a central module extension 12 and an end cap 13.
[0025] In the second row from the top, two separate touch protection modules 4 are provided for each control cabinet frame 2, so that no device adapters can be mounted in the overlapping area between the control cabinet frame 2, while at the same time the full horizontal width of the two mounting plates 3 is utilized in this embodiment as well. The central modules 8 and the end modules 10 can have the same dimensions and be identical in construction to the central modules 8 and the end modules 10 of the previously described, illustrated in the figure. Figure 3 uppermost embodiment of the touch protection module.
[0026] At the in Figure 3In the medium embodiment of the touch protection module 4 shown, which is not part of the invention, this module is again formed as a continuous, continuous structure across the entire horizontal width of the two adjacent switchgear frame frames, with a superstructure module 15 provided in a superstructure area between the two switchgear frame frames 2. The superstructure module 15 essentially consists of a tray (not shown) through which the busbars extend, the busbars being protected from the front of the tray by a cover 18 snapped onto the tray and designed to be removable from the tray.
[0027] The contact protection module 4 is concealed in a touch-proof manner. The trough allows, for example, the electrical connection of the busbars of the two contact protection modules 4.
[0028] The central touch protection module 4 can consist of four central modules 8, each terminated at opposite ends of the touch protection module 4 by an end module 10 consisting of a central module extension 12 and an end cap 13. Facing the baying module 15, the two central modules 8 on opposite sides of the baying module 15 are connected to the baying module 15 by a central module extension 12 each.
[0029] The in Figure 3 The fourth embodiment of the touch protection module shown above, which is not part of the invention, differs in that the array module 15, which is again designed as a superstructure module, has a smaller width and instead the central modules 8 on the opposite sides of the array module 15 are connected to the array module 15 via two central module extensions 12 each.
[0030] The lowest embodiment of the touch protection module 4 according to Figure 3 Figure 1, not part of the invention, shows that the individual modules of the touch protection module 4 according to the invention can also be used to form touch protection modules 4 that do not utilize the entire horizontal mounting plate width. The lowest embodiment of the touch protection module 4 shown, not part of the invention, consists of two central modules 8 arranged in a row, which are directly closed at opposite longitudinal ends by an end cap 13. [The text abruptly ends here, so the translation stops as well.] Figure 3 The second embodiment from above thus differs from the last-mentioned embodiment in the absence of the two central module extensions 12 between the end caps 13 and the baying module 15, so that in the lowest embodiment the touch protection module 4 is spaced from the respective outer edge 9 of the mounting plate 3 by a corresponding width of the central module extensions 12.
[0031] Additionally, the Figure 5 the medium embodiment of the touch protection module 4 according to Figure 3 With the cover 18 of the central module 15, designed as a superstructure module, removed, the base tray 22 of the baying module 15 is visible. The busbars 5 extend into this tray over their free ends, thus providing access for connection. The lower and middle busbars are each connected to each other via a busbar connector 21. After the upper pair of busbars has also been connected via a corresponding connector 21, the base tray 22 can again be closed with a cover 18.
[0032] The use of such superstructure modules 15 with a base tray 22 and a cover 18 is particularly advantageous when a subsequent extension of a control cabinet row is desired, or when separate busbars are preferred over continuous ones for easier handling of the individual cabinets. Starting from the situation shown in the second embodiment from above of the touch protection modules 4, when two control cabinet frame structures are joined together, the end caps 13 of the opposing individual touch protection modules 4 can be removed, so that the free ends of the opposing busbars 5 are exposed. In a further step, the base tray 22 can be inserted behind the busbar ends. In a further step, the busbar connectors 21 are mounted to connect the busbars 5 to each other. In a final step, the cover 18 can then be put on to cover the connection points in a touch-proof manner.
