Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a device for the spaced arrangement of concrete element ceiling parts with a lattice girder comprising a top chord, having the features of patent claim 1, a concrete element ceiling part having the features of patent claim 9, the use of the device for spaced arrangement having the features of patent claim 11, and a method for spaced arrangement having the features of patent claim 12.

[0002] Concrete precast slabs are known in a variety of designs from the prior art and are typically constructed as semi-precast slabs according to DIN 1045. Concrete precast slabs consist of an approximately 5 cm thick reinforced concrete slab prefabricated in a precast plant, comprising a first side section and a second side section with static and metallic reinforcement. In the prior art, the reinforcement is commonly formed by one or more lattice girders, with each lattice girder consisting of a top chord, two bottom chords cast into the reinforced concrete slab, and diagonal braces connecting the bottom chords and the top chord.

[0003] The concrete slab elements are prefabricated in the precast plant and then transported to a construction site for assembly and, if necessary, pouring in-situ concrete overlay to form a slab. In the first side area, the reinforced concrete slab forms a visible side, while the second side area is poured with the in-situ concrete overlay.

[0004] For the production of concrete parts with a structural steel mesh, DE 84 05 032 A1 teaches concrete spacers for spacing a structural steel mesh from the underlying formwork with a block-shaped spacer made of concrete and a fastening part.

[0005] Further prior art is provided by document DE 42 41 355 A1.

[0006] For storage and transport, the concrete slab elements are typically stacked or placed side by side. To ensure improved handling of the concrete slab elements later, the concrete slab elements are positioned with the reinforcement facing upwards so that they can be lifted onto the lattice girder using a lifting device.

[0007] Concrete precast slabs have proven to be effective in the past, but it has proven to be a disadvantage that the visible sides of the concrete precast slabs are affected during storage and transport, particularly due to vibrations.

[0008] This is where the present invention comes in.

[0009] The present task is dedicated to proposing an improved device for arranging precast concrete floor slabs, improved precast concrete floor slabs, and an improved method for stacking precast concrete floor slabs. The proposals are intended to expediently eliminate the disadvantages known from the prior art. The proposed device is intended to be cost-effective to manufacture and reliable in use, thus enabling the provision of improved precast concrete floor slabs with a lower defect or reject rate on the construction site.

[0010] These objects are achieved by a device having the features of patent claim 1, a concrete element ceiling part having the features of patent claim 9, the use of the device according to claim 1 with the features of patent claim 11 and a method for spaced stacking of concrete element ceiling parts having the features of patent claim 12.

[0011] Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

[0012] The device according to the invention for the spaced arrangement of concrete precast slab components with a lattice girder comprising a top chord, with the features of patent claim 1, comprises a spacer element with a first side and a second side, and two holding arms. According to the invention, each holding arm is U-shaped with a first leg and a second leg, wherein the first legs of the two holding arms are each connected to the spacer element on the first side, and wherein the second legs are arranged between the first legs and form a clamping section on mutually facing sides for the non-positive and / or positive reception of the top chord.

[0013] The present invention is based on the idea of proposing a device that can be clipped on using retaining arms, which securely positions a spacer element on the side facing away from the concrete precast slab or reinforced concrete slab. This allows another concrete precast slab to be placed, cushioned by the device, on the concrete precast slab provided with the device. When clipping on the device, the retaining arms are preferably bent apart elastically, and the respective upper chord is secured between the two retaining arms in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner.

[0014] According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second limbs of the retaining arms have a freestanding end. The freestanding end is preferably arranged at a distance from the first side of the spacer element and can preferably perform a pivoting movement in the direction of the first limb of the respective retaining arm freely and preferably resiliently, whereby a receiving area for the upper chord formed between the retaining arms can be expanded in order to accommodate the upper chord with different dimensions, in particular with a thickness or diameter between 6 mm and 16 mm.

[0015] A further development of the present invention provides that the second leg of the respective holding arm points in the direction of the spacer element and is arranged at a distance from the respective other second leg. In particular, it is further preferred if the two holding arms are mirror-symmetrical, wherein furthermore the distance between the second legs can preferably be selected to be as small as desired. It is essential that the two second legs are decoupled from one another, in other words that they are freely movable between one another. In an undeformed state, i.e. before clipping onto the upper chord, the second legs can be arranged at a third distance A3 from one another, wherein the third distance A3 significantly determines the pretensioning of the clamping of the upper chord. The following preferably applies to the third distance A3: 1 mm ≤ A3 ≤ 5 mm, more preferably 2 mm ≤ A3 ≤ 4 mm and even more preferably A3 ≈ 3 mm ± 0.5 mm.

[0016] According to a preferred development, an arcuate section is formed between the first leg and the second leg, wherein the arcuate section forms a V-shaped taper between the two retaining arms. The V-shaped taper widens on the side facing away from the spacer element, whereby the retaining arms are spread apart by a wedge effect when the device is clipped onto the upper chord. A transition between the arcuate section and the second leg is provided with a transition radius, wherein the transition forms a type of trap when the second legs are clipped on and bent apart. In the clipped-on state, the distance between the opposite transitions of the two retaining arms is at its smallest.

[0017] According to a further development of the device, a ribbing is formed on the mutually facing sides of the clamping sections, wherein the ribbing is preferably formed by one or more teeth whose tooth tips and / or tooth flanks are parallel to the spacer element. The ribbing serves to increase frictional resistance between the clamping area and the upper chord when clipped on.

[0018] Furthermore, it may be advantageous if the respective holding arm has a length L, wherein the first legs are arranged with the spacer element at a first distance A1, the second leg is arranged at a second distance A2 from the first leg of a holding arm, and the two second legs are arranged at a third distance A3; preferably, the following applies: A1 ≥ L ≥ A2 ≥ A3.

[0019] The invention provides that the spacer element and the holding arms are integrally formed, or the device is formed in one piece. In particular, it is preferred if the device is manufactured using an injection molding process from a plastic that preferably has a low creep tendency. The plastic can be a high-molecular-weight thermoplastic, such as POM. Alternatively, a biodegradable plastic can be used to take environmental considerations into account.

[0020] Furthermore, it can be advantageous if the spacer element is cross-shaped. The cross-shaped form can be formed by a pile and a beam, which preferably cross each other vertically, wherein in a preferred embodiment the pile is longer than the beam. One of the holding arms can preferably be arranged on the pile at opposite end regions, wherein the beam lies in the plane of symmetry. The pile essentially serves to space the holding arms apart and the beams to form a support for the upper chord. When stacking concrete precast floor slab parts, the beam is clamped between the upper chord of a concrete precast floor slab part and a visible side of the concrete precast floor slab part placed on it.At this point, it should be noted that the spacer element may also have any other shape, such as circular, ellipsoidal, polygonal or combinations thereof, whereby the cross-shaped design enables material savings and thus particularly cost-effective production.

[0021] The present invention provides for at least one clamping attachment, which can be attached to the second side of the spacer element. The clamping attachment can be adapted to the shape of the spacer element and serves to provide additional spacing between two concrete precast slab elements.

[0022] It has also proven advantageous to provide fastening means by which the clamping attachment can be attached to the spacer element. The fastening means can, for example, comprise clamping jaws that can contact the spacer element on opposite sides to establish a connection. The clamping jaws are preferably configured on the clamping attachment in such a way that multiple clamping jaws can also be arranged one above the other to increase the distance between two concrete precast slab sections as desired.

[0023] A further aspect of the present invention relates to a concrete precast slab part with a lattice girder comprising an upper chord and at least one device according to the invention described above. The concrete precast slab part preferably has a first side region with the visible side and a second side region. In the first side region, a reinforced concrete slab forming the visible side is arranged, which has reinforcement. The reinforcement is formed from at least one lattice girder, wherein the lattice girder is formed from an upper chord, at least one lower chord arranged in the reinforced concrete slab and a diagonal connecting the lower chord and the upper chord, and wherein in the second side region the upper chord is arranged at a distance from the reinforced concrete slab.

[0024] According to a further development, the upper chord has a chord thickness D, and the length L of the support arms is adapted to the chord thickness. Preferably, the chord thickness D corresponds to the distance between the diametrical sides of the upper chord. The upper chord is typically a bar, approximately a round profile, with the chord thickness D corresponding to a diameter in this case. The chord thickness is preferably 6 mm < D < 16 mm.

[0025] The length L of the respective holding arm is preferably 1.5D ≤ L ≤ 4D, wherein the length L is preferably approximately 30mm ± 5mm and indicates how far the respective holding arm protrudes from the first side of the spacer element.

[0026] A further aspect of the present invention relates to the use of the previously described device according to the invention for spaced stacking for transporting and / or storing concrete element floor slab parts, wherein the respective concrete element floor slab part is formed with a lattice girder comprising an upper chord.

[0027] A final aspect of the present invention relates to a method for the spaced stacking of concrete element floor slab parts with a lattice girder comprising a top chord, comprising the method steps: A) Providing a concrete precast slab part, B) Clipping at least one device according to the invention for spaced stacking onto the upper chord of the concrete precast slab part such that the device is fastened to the upper chord by means of a force-fitting and / or form-fitting connection and the second side of the spacer element is arranged on the side facing away from the concrete precast slab part, and C) Positioning a further concrete precast slab part on the second side of the spacer element to form a stack of concrete precast slab parts.

[0028] Process steps B) and C) can be repeated as often as required until the desired number of precast concrete floor elements has been accumulated or stacked. When positioning the additional precast concrete floor element on the second side of the spacer element, the spacer element is clamped between the top chord of one precast concrete floor element and the visible side of another precast concrete floor element, cushioning the visible side against the top chord. The material of the device 1 is preferably softer than the material of the visible side of the additional precast concrete floor element.

[0029] Preferably, the device for spaced stacking is arranged in a grid on the at least one upper chord of the concrete element slab part. In particular, it is preferred if at least three devices, preferably four or more devices, are arranged distributed over the surface. An exemplary embodiment is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. They show: Figure 1 shows a highly simplified representation of the device for the spaced stacking of a concrete element ceiling part, which is clipped onto a top chord of a concrete element ceiling part with a lattice girder encompassing the top chord, Figure 2 shows a plan view of the device according to Figure 1 , Figure 3Side view of the device according to the Figures 1-2 , Figure 4 a plan view of the device, Figure 5 the inventive development of the device according to the Figures 1 to 4, wherein a clamping attachment is mounted on the device, Figure 6a a perspective view of the clamping attachment according to Figure 5 , and Figure 6b shows a top view of the clamping attachment according to Figure 6a .

[0030] In the following, identical or functionally equivalent components are identified by the same reference symbols. For the sake of clarity, not all identical or functionally equivalent parts are provided with a reference number in the individual figures.

[0031] Figure 1shows a highly simplified representation of a concrete precast slab part 10, having a first side region 11 and a second side region 12, wherein a reinforced concrete slab 17 is arranged in the first side region 11, which slab has a visible side 13 in the first side region 11. In addition, the concrete precast slab part 10 has reinforcement which is formed from one or more lattice girders 14 with an upper chord 15, two concreted-in lower chords (not shown), and diagonal braces 16 connecting the lower chords and the upper chord 15. The upper chord 15 protrudes from the reinforced concrete slab 17 in the second side region 12 and has a thickness D or a diameter between 6 mm and 16 mm, i.e. 6 mm ≤ D ≤ 16 mm.

[0032] The concrete prefabricated slab component 10 is prefabricated in a precast plant, stored and then, if required, transported to a construction site to form a semi-finished slab, for example according to DIN 1045.

[0033] For storage and transport, the concrete element floor slab parts 10 are typically stacked.

[0034] In order to avoid damage to the visible side 13 of the reinforced concrete slab 17 during storage and transport, a device 1 for spaced apart arrangement of the concrete element floor parts 10 is arranged on the lattice girder 14 on the side facing away from the reinforced concrete slab, by means of which the visible side 13 of the reinforced concrete slab of an adjacent concrete element floor part 10 is protected by the lattice girder 14 during transport and / or storage.

[0035] The device 1, which is described in detail in the Figures 2-4 shown, comprises a spacer element 20 and two holding arms 30.

[0036] The spacer element 20 has a first side 21 and a second side 22 and can, as shown in the Figures 2 and 4As can be seen, it can be formed in a cross shape from a post 26 and a beam 27, which are arranged mirror-symmetrically in a plane of symmetry E. The post 26 has a second length L2 and the beam 27 has a third length L3, whereby, as in the illustrated embodiment, L2 ≥ L3 can be used. It should be noted at this point that the spacer element 20 can have any desired shape, with the preferred configuration being cross-shaped, oval, round, cuboid, or polygonal.

[0037] On the first side 21, two support arms 30 protrude from the spacer element 20. The support arms 30 are U-shaped and have a first leg 31, a second leg 32, and an arcuate section 35 connecting the first leg 31 and the second leg 32. The support arms 30 protrude from the first side 21 of the spacer element 20 at a first distance A1 from opposite end regions of the post 26 and a length L.

[0038] The spacer element 20 and the holding arms 30 are preferably made integrally, i.e., from a single piece, of plastic. Such a device 1 can preferably be manufactured by injection molding, with a high-molecular-weight thermoplastic, e.g., POM (polyoxymethylene), being more preferably used as the injection molding material. To avoid stress peaks, the transitions, particularly between the spacer element 20 and the holding arms 30, can be rounded.

[0039] The first legs 31 of the holding arms 30 are firmly connected to the spacer element 20 at the first distance A1 and, as shown, can protrude at an angle α to each other, wherein the angle α can be ≈ 5°. The second legs 32 are arranged between the two first legs 31 of the two holding arms 30.

[0040] The curved section 25 of the support arm 30 connects the respective first leg 31 to the second leg 32 in an arcuate manner. Furthermore, the curved section 25 forms a V-shaped taper 36 between the two support arms 30. The V-shaped taper 36 can be formed as a flank section in the respective curved section 25, wherein the flank sections are preferably straight and aligned at an angle of 90° ± 30° to one another.

[0041] The second legs 32 can - as in Figure 3 shown - in the relaxed state at a third distance A3 parallel to each other, wherein a clamping section 38 can be formed on the opposite sides of the second legs 32.

[0042] Furthermore, with reference to the Figure 3It can be seen that a respective free end 34 of the holding arm 30 or the second leg 32 is arranged at a distance from the first side 21 of the spacer element 20. This allows the second leg 32 to perform a spring-loaded pivoting movement in the direction of the first leg 31 of the respective holding arm 30.

[0043] The clamping section 38 is formed by a corrugation, wherein the corrugation can be designed in the manner of a toothed rack, wherein the teeth are arranged according to the Figure 3 shown state of the device 1 can be arranged parallel to the first side 21 of the spacer element 20.

[0044] For storage or transport, a plurality of concrete element ceiling parts 10 can be stacked on top of one another, wherein at least one device 1, preferably a plurality of devices in a grid, can be arranged on the lattice girder 14 or on the upper chord 15 to protect the visible side 13 of an adjacent concrete element ceiling part 10.

[0045] To connect the device 1 to the concrete precast slab component 10, the device is clipped onto the upper chord 15 in such a way that the upper chord 15 is arranged between the two holding arms 30 in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner. During clipping, the wedging effect of the upper chord 15 on the V-shaped taper 36 causes the second legs 32 to be elastically deflected in the direction of the first leg 31. The upper chord 15 is clamped between the two holding arms 30 and simultaneously pressed against the second side 22 of the spacer element 20, whereby the device 1 is securely arranged on the lattice girder 14.

[0046] To form a stack, the device 1 is arranged on the upper chord 15 - as shown in Figure 1 - in such a way that the second side 22 of the spacer element 20 is arranged on the side facing away from the reinforced concrete slab 17.

[0047] A further (not shown) concrete slab part 10' can be positioned on a concrete slab part 10 provided with the device 1. The further concrete slab part 10' is laid down with the visible side 13, wherein the device 1 for the spaced arrangement of the concrete slab parts 10 is clamped between the visible side 13 of the further concrete slab part 10' and the upper chord 15 and protectively cushions the visible side 13.

[0048] According to the Figure 5 In the further development of the invention shown, the respective device 1 is provided with a clamping attachment 40 to increase the distance between the upper chord 15 and the further concrete element ceiling part 10', wherein the clamping attachment 40 can be arranged on the second side 22 of the spacer element 20 by means of two clamping jaws 44 formed on diametrical sides. The clamping attachment 40 according to the Figures 5, 6a and 6bis preferably made of a plastic, in particular a plastic with a low creep tendency, even more preferably of a high-molecular thermoplastic, e.g. POM.

[0049] The clamping attachment 40 or its clamping jaws 44 are preferably configured to be able to set a desired distance between the upper chord 15 and the further concrete element ceiling part 10' in a modular manner by means of the multiple stacked arrangement. List of reference symbols
