Description

[0001] The invention relates to a laundry holder, comprising a fixing element, at least one holding element and at least two connecting pieces, wherein at least one of the connecting pieces is designed to be moved along the fixing element and the at least one connecting piece can be selectively fixed to the fixing element so that the distance between the connecting pieces in the longitudinal direction of the fixing element can be selectively changed, wherein the holding element has first connecting elements which can be connected to second connecting elements of a connecting piece, wherein the holding element is designed to be elastic at least in one section.

[0002] Various options for drying laundry, particularly after a wash cycle, are known from the prior art. In addition to the conventional clothes horse, ironing with an iron and drying with an electric tumble dryer, these include laundry holders that can essentially only hold one item of clothing and that allow the laundry arranged on the laundry holder to be dried over as large an area as possible through contact with the ambient air by spacing the individual layers of the garment from one another. Furthermore, such laundry holders are intended to achieve drying that is as crease-free as possible in order to avoid subsequent ironing as far as possible. This is achieved by tensioning the clothing, which reduces or prevents the formation of wrinkles. In addition, the laundry arranged on the laundry holder can be dried, for example, using artificially generated steam or a provided air stream.

[0003] Such devices are known, for example, from documents GB 2187383 A, US 2195235 A, US 2998903 A, WO 2016071865 A1, and WO 2019040084 A2. Document US 3464604 A further discloses a laundry rack comprising several rigid holding elements connected to a central fixing element at two connection points. A spindle allows the distance between the connection points to be varied, thereby also changing the arrangement of the holding elements and allowing adaptation to different garments.

[0004] From GB 190302494 a collapsible garment carrier with a main crossbar is known, wherein the garment carrier has an arm arranged in the middle of the crossbar of the garment carrier and a connecting piece which is displaceable and adjustable relative to the arm.

[0005] The document US 1206470 A describes a collapsible coat hanger consisting of an upper sleeve and a lower sleeve connected to each other by a series of elastic strips.

[0006] EP 2022378 A1 discloses a clothes hanger consisting of a hanging rod and a connecting mechanism.

[0007] The disadvantage of all known laundry racks, however, is their complex structure and the large amount of space they require, even when not in use. Furthermore, setting them up and adjusting them to a specific garment is time-consuming and complicated, resulting in a significant loss of time during use.

[0008] It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a laundry holder of the type mentioned at the outset which has a simple construction and in particular can be adapted quickly and easily to a piece of clothing.

[0009] According to the invention, a laundry holder of the type mentioned at the outset is provided with at least three connecting pieces for connecting the at least one holding element to the fixing element. The at least partially elastic design of the at least one holding element makes it possible to change the distance between the connecting pieces (and thus the shape or position of the at least one holding element) in a simple manner, because the holding element can deform easily and without further action in the elastic region and can adapt to the new position changed by changing the distance between the connecting pieces. Complex structures with the aid of joints or the like are therefore not necessary in order to adapt the shape of a holding element to a specific item of clothing. An elastic holding element or an elastic section is understood to be a holding element or a section thatwhich can be deformed under the action of a force and, when the force is removed, can return to its original state essentially without deformation.

[0010] To connect the holding element to the fixing element, at least two connecting pieces are provided, wherein at least one of the connecting pieces can be moved along the fixing element and optionally fixed to the fixing element. This allows the distance between the connecting pieces in the longitudinal direction of the fixing element to be adjusted as needed. Preferably, both connecting pieces are movable along the fixing element and can be fixed to the fixing element to increase the flexibility of adjustment.

[0011] The connecting pieces have connection points at which the connecting pieces are or can be connected to the holding element.

[0012] Preferably, the retaining element is designed to be substantially completely elastic. In this case, all regions, except for any connecting elements provided, particularly in the end regions of the retaining element, are particularly preferably elastic and therefore deformable.

[0013] At least one of the holding elements is made of plastic, metal, fiberglass, or similar materials, or of a mixture of different materials. These materials are particularly robust and exhibit good elasticity. Furthermore, they are waterproof to prevent the laundry rack from being damaged by wet or damp laundry. The necessary elasticity is ensured by a suitable choice of material and structure.

[0014] The at least one retaining element is preferably completely connectable and detachable from the connecting piece(s). Alternatively, the retaining element is firmly connected to the connecting piece at least at one connection point.

[0015] Preferably, two holding elements are provided, each of which preferably has a substantially elongated shape and furthermore can preferably be fastened to two substantially opposite sides of the fixing element at a respective connection point. Preferably, the two holding elements can be connected to the same connecting piece on opposite sides. The connecting piece has connecting elements for connection to two holding elements. In the fastened state, the holding elements are preferably each arranged in a C-shape, wherein the ends of the C-shape are each connected to the fixing element. Preferably, the holding elements are designed and arranged substantially symmetrically to one another with respect to the fixing element.

[0016] Alternatively, only one retaining element is provided, which is preferably O-shaped, for example, circular or oval, and can be connected to the fixing element at at least two points via connecting pieces. Preferably, one retaining element has a symmetrical shape relative to the fixing element. The section of the retaining element arranged on one side of the fixing element is thus essentially symmetrical to the section of the retaining element arranged on the other side of the fixing element.

[0017] The fixing element preferably has an elongated shape, with the length being significantly greater than the width and depth. Particularly preferred is that the fixing element is rigid and preferably a rod. Alternatively, the fixing element can be a rod with an adjustable length, for example to change the distance between the connecting pieces. Furthermore, the fixing element can also be flexible and can be, for example, a rope or a strap, which can further reduce costs, effort, and the required storage space when the laundry rack is not in use. A strap is particularly advantageous here because it can generally only be bent in two directions and is therefore more stable than a rope.

[0018] The fixing element can be made of metal or plastic or mixtures of these materials.

[0019] In order to enable the laundry holder to be stored as space-savingly as possible when not in use, the fixing element preferably has at least one hollow space or recess. The hollow space or recess preferably extends over substantially the entire length of the fixing element and is formed or delimited, for example, by an O-shape, U-shape, H-shape, square shape and / or T-shape when viewed from above. Particularly preferably, the fixing element has a U-shape and a T-shape in a plan view, with the U-shape being connected to the T-shape, with the opening of the U-shape preferably being arranged on one side and the crossbar of the T-shape on the opposite side. The holding element(s) and other parts, for example collar tensioning elements and sleeve tensioning elements, can be arranged in this hollow space or recess.

[0020] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the elastic holding element has a cross-section that is essentially constant over the length of the holding element. This easily achieves essentially the same elasticity over the length of the holding element. The cross-section of the holding element is preferably essentially round. Alternatively, the cross-section is preferably rounded on at least one side, with particularly preferably at least 50% of the cross-sectional circumference being rounded. The rounded side is arranged on the side facing the laundry, whereby no or only slight marks are created on the garment.

[0021] In order to achieve simple and good tensionability of the holding element, it is particularly preferably provided that the holding element has at least one section that is convex in cross-section. It is particularly preferably provided that the holding element is essentially circular segment-shaped, in particular semicircular, in cross-section, at least in sections. The holding element preferably has a rectangle in cross-section and two convex, for example circular segment-shaped arcs adjoining opposite sides of the rectangle. The arcs are preferably essentially the same size and are further preferably arranged on the short sides of the rectangle. The holding element is preferably symmetrical in cross-section to at least one first axis. The holding element is particularly preferably further symmetrical in cross-section to a second axis, which is arranged substantially perpendicular to the first axis. This makes it possible to bend the holding element during use, if necessary.to counteract long-term deformation, which is unavoidable with most flexible / elastic materials. In use, the essentially parallel edges of the rectangle, preferably the long sides, lie on the side facing the fixing element as well as on the side facing away from the fixing element, thereby improving the stability of the laundry item on the laundry rack. This design of the holding element is particularly advantageous when using webs, provided the webs are also designed accordingly. This improves the adhesion between the holding element and the web, and they do not easily slip apart under pressure.

[0022] The first and second connecting elements can, for example, be designed to be positively and / or non-positively connected and / or can comprise magnets. The first connecting elements can, for example, be an end region of the holding element. In this case, the holding element preferably has substantially the same cross-section over its entire length. Furthermore, the second connecting elements can preferably be movable, preferably pivotable, between at least a first and a second position in order to enable adjustment of the second connecting element to the arrangement of the holding element. Furthermore, a plurality of second connecting elements is preferably provided, which are arranged such that the first connecting elements can be selectively connected to the most suitable second connecting element in each case. For example, the second connecting elements each have a different distance from the fixing element.

[0023] It is provided that at least one of the connecting pieces is designed to be moved, in particular shifted, along the fixing element, preferably continuously. By means of this movement, the distance between the connecting points can be adjusted or changed. Particularly preferably, all connecting pieces are designed to be adjustable relative to the fixing element. Alternatively, at least one of the connecting pieces, in particular the lowest one, can be firmly connected to the fixing element. In this case, it is particularly preferably provided that the connecting piece can be selectively fixed to the fixing element. This makes it possible to move the connecting piece relative to the fixing element and to fix it in the desired position. For fixing, the connecting piece can comprise a locking mechanism which, for example, has an opening with a screw arranged therein. To secure the connector in a desired location, the screw is turned toward the fixing element. To release the connector, the screw is loosened again. Alternatively, spring elements, for example, can be used to secure the connector to the fixing element.

[0024] To enable simple arrangement of a connecting piece on the fixing element, it is preferably provided that the connecting piece or several connecting pieces are U-shaped or in the shape of a hollow square in plan view. It is particularly preferably provided that the cavity formed by the connecting piece essentially corresponds to the outer shape of the fixing element, so that only a small amount of play, necessary for relative movement, exists between the connecting piece and the fixing element.

[0025] Furthermore, the fixing element can have a plurality of fastening elements, for example grooves or slots, to which the holding element can be selectively fastened either directly or via a connecting piece connected to the holding element. The distance between two connecting pieces is adjusted or changed by the arrangement of the holding element or a corresponding connecting piece on a fastening element. Particularly preferably, the fastening elements are arranged at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fixing element.

[0026] In a preferred embodiment, the ends of the holding element are connectable to the fixing element. The ends of the holding element particularly preferably have first connecting elements, for example, a cross-sectional thickening, which are designed to be connected to second connecting elements of the fixing element.

[0027] In order to improve the stability and variability of the holding element, the invention provides for at least three connecting pieces to be provided for connecting the at least one holding element to the fixing element. This makes it possible to vary not only the distance between two connecting pieces, but also between three or more connecting pieces, whereby the holding element can be arranged in a greater number of ways and thus better adapted to a specific item of clothing. In this case, the holding element preferably has, in addition to an elongated main body, at least one web extending from the main body. In particular, one, two, three or more webs can be provided, which are connected to the main body at the same point or at different points. The webs are also preferably elongated and particularly preferably consist of the same material as the main body.Furthermore, the webs preferably have substantially the same cross-section as the base body. Particularly preferably, the base body and the webs are formed as a single piece.

[0028] Furthermore, the holding element can comprise one or more shape holders that have a substantially closed and preferably adjustable shape. These shape holders can be used, for example, to stretch trouser legs. In this case, it can preferably be further provided that, in the use state, the holding element is connected to a second connecting element of a connecting piece, and a web is connected to another second connecting element of the same connecting piece.

[0029] In order to ensure that the item of clothing is properly tensioned by the at least one holding element, it is preferably provided that the at least one holding element is designed to exert a spring force on the fixing element when connected to the fixing element. If connecting pieces are provided to connect the at least one holding element to the fixing element, the spring force is exerted on the fixing element via the connecting piece(s). It is preferably provided that the spring force acts in opposite directions at a first connection point and at a second connection point. If the fixing element is designed to be flexible, e.g. as a rope, this arrangement stabilizes the fixing element and thus the entire laundry holder.

[0030] It is further preferably provided that the fixing element has a base. Such a base is arranged at the lower end of the fixing element and enables the laundry holder to be placed anywhere in a room without requiring a clothes rail or the like to hold the laundry holder, whereby the laundry holder can be used flexibly. The base particularly preferably has a translationally displaceable central element which is operatively connected to a plurality of legs, in particular three or four, e.g. via struts. The legs or the central element are arranged such that a movement of the central element causes a rotational movement of the legs, whereby the legs are moved from a rest position into an operational position. In the rest position, the legs are preferably arranged substantially parallel to one another and particularly preferably parallel to the central element. In the use position, the legs are preferably folded out to enclose a larger standing area. Particularly preferably, a movement of the central element towards the fixing element causes the legs to move towards the use position, and a movement of the central element away from the fixing element causes the legs to move towards the rest position. This allows the central element to be moved towards the fixing element when the laundry rack is placed on the floor, thus pivoting the legs into the use position. As soon as the laundry rack is lifted again, the central element is moved away from the fixing element again due to gravity, and the legs are folded back into the rest position. The base does not have to be touched during this process, ensuring that it is as easy to use as possible.

[0031] Alternatively, it is preferably provided that the fixing element has at least one standing element, which consists of at least one elastic central region and adjoining legs. The standing element(s) form the base. The central region acts as a spring element and can be inserted into the cavity of the fixing element by being compressed and is held there by the spring force, wherein the central region is preferably U-shaped. The legs protrude from the cavity and serve to support the standing element or the fixing element. In order to remove the standing element, the central region is compressed against the spring force and can then be removed from the cavity. Preferably, two standing elements are provided, which are preferably of essentially identical design. The standing elements are preferably made of a thin, elongated material, e.g.a wire, which is bent in the middle section to form a U-shape and thus a spring. Particularly preferably, the upright elements extend essentially in one plane. This allows the base consisting of the upright elements to be stored and transported in a space-saving manner.

[0032] To enable the laundry rack to be arranged on a rod, the fixing element preferably has at least one hook in the upper region. Particularly preferably, the fixing element has a hook at the upper end of the fixing element and at least one further hook, preferably two, three, or four further hooks, in the upper region on the sides of the fixing element. These further hooks are used in particular for hanging items of clothing or collar or sleeve tightening elements when the laundry rack is not in use. The laundry rack can also be used effectively when its actual main function, namely drying laundry, is not required.

[0033] Furthermore, the fixing element preferably has an opening in the upper area for a clothes hanger hook, so that a clothes hanger can be hung on the fixing element using the opening. This makes it possible to simply pick up the clothes hanger after drying on the clothes hanger and thereby remove the garment from the clothes hanger. The garment can then be hung up directly using the clothes hanger, for example, in a closet. Repositioning the garment is not necessary in this case. Particularly preferably, the opening is arranged in a connecting piece, preferably one that can be optionally connected to the fixing element.

[0034] In a preferred embodiment, the at least one holding element is arranged such that it can be selectively moved between a first position and a second position, wherein the at least one holding element is at least partially spaced from the fixing element in a first position and substantially abuts the fixing element in a second position. In the first position, the holding element is in a use position in which a piece of clothing can be hung on the laundry rack, while in the second position the holding element is in a storage position in which the laundry rack is not in use. In the storage position, the at least one holding element abuts the fixing element to enable the most space-saving storage of the laundry rack. In the storage position, the at least one holding element is either connected to the fixing element or separated from it.

[0035] Furthermore, a clothing tensioning element is preferably provided, which is designed to be attached to the fixing element, for example, similar to a connecting piece, and has a connecting part, which is designed to connect a piece of clothing to the fixing element, and a spring element, which is designed to exert a tensile stress on the piece of clothing, wherein the spring element is connected to the connecting part. The spring element is preferably designed as at least one elastic cord or elastic band. The connecting part is preferably a clamp element, which is designed to exert pressure on both sides of the piece of clothing and thereby hold it in place. This device allows a shirt or other garment to be connected to the fixing element using the connecting part. The spring element exerts tension on the garment, thus tightening it and achieving a better ironing effect during drying. This application is particularly advantageous for button rows on a shirt or other garment. The holding elements pull the button row apart, folding or crumpling the garment in that area. By applying additional tension using a garment tightening element, these unwanted creases can be reduced or eliminated.

[0036] The invention further relates to a set comprising at least one laundry holder according to the invention and at least one sleeve tensioning element, which is designed to be inserted into a garment arranged on the laundry holder and to exert pressure on the sleeve of the garment, and preferably a collar tensioning element, which is designed to be inserted into a garment arranged on the laundry holder and to exert pressure on the collar of the garment. Particularly preferably, two sleeve tensioning elements are provided.

[0037] A sleeve tensioning element and a collar tensioning element are elements that are fundamentally independent of the laundry holder and are designed to be inserted into a piece of clothing arranged on the laundry holder and to exert pressure on the item of clothing, in particular the collar and the sleeves. As a result, for example, a sleeve of a piece of clothing, e.g. a shirt, is pressed apart and the fabric layers of the sleeve are thus kept apart in order to enable better drying and a better ironing effect in this area of the garment. In order to achieve this effect, it is preferably provided that the sleeve tensioning element and / or the collar tensioning element are made of an elastic material. Furthermore, it is preferably provided that a sleeve tensioning element and / or a collar tensioning element has a tensioning device that enables adjustment of the size of the sleeve tensioning element or the collar tensioning element. For example, a sleeve tensioning element orA collar tensioning element essentially consists of elongated elements that can be connected using a tensioning device to create a closed shape. The size of the shape can be changed using the tensioning device and adapted to the respective garment. The tensioning device can, for example, comprise a cord or a chain.

[0038] The collar tensioning element or the sleeve tensioning elements are preferably attached or attachable to the fixing element. The size of the tensioning elements can be adjusted by a particularly preferred tensioning device. It is further preferred that the collar or sleeve tensioning elements are attached or attachable to the fixing element or connecting piece only when not in use, in order to save space. During use, however, the collar tensioning element or the sleeve tensioning elements are not connected to the fixing element.

[0039] The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown schematically in the drawing. Fig. 1 a schematic representation of an embodiment of a set according to the invention in a first state, Fig. 2 a schematic representation of the set according to Fig. 1 in a second state, Fig. 3 a first connecting piece, Fig. 4 a second connecting piece, Fig. 5 a second embodiment of a laundry holder according to the invention, Fig. 6 a first embodiment of a fixing element, Fig. 7 a second embodiment of a fixing element, Fig. 8 a cross-section through a holding element, Fig. 9 a standing element and Fig. 10 a clothing tensioning element.

[0040] In Fig. 1 a laundry holder is shown, comprising a fixing element 1 and two holding elements 2. The fixing element 1 has an elongated shape. The holding elements 2 each have an outer, C-shaped base body and two inner webs 3, wherein the holding elements 2 are each connected to the fixing element 1 at four connection points 4. The holding elements 2 are further arranged essentially symmetrically with respect to the fixing element 1. The connection points 4 are each formed on a connecting piece 5, which receives the ends of the holding elements 2. The connecting pieces 5 are preferably each continuously displaceable relative to the fixing element 1 in the longitudinal direction 6 of the fixing element 1 in order to vary the distance between the connection points 4 and thus to change the shape and position of the holding elements 2. Alternatively, one or more of the connecting pieces 5 can also be firmly connected to the fixing element 1.

[0041] At the lower end of the fixing element 1, a base 7 is arranged, which has a plurality of legs 8 and a central element 9 which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction 6 of the fixing element 1. The central element 9 and the legs 8 are arranged in such a way that a displacement of the central element 9 causes a rotation of the legs 8, so that they can be moved between an operating position ( Fig. 1 ) and a resting position ( Fig. 2 ) can be rotated or pivoted. For this purpose, the legs 8 are connected, for example, to the central element 9 via struts 10. The fixing element 1 also has a hook 11 so that the laundry holder can be hung up, for example on a clothes rail. Furthermore, a collar tensioning element 12 and two sleeve tensioning elements 13 are shown. The collar tensioning element 12 and the sleeve tensioning elements 13 are each elastic. The sleeve tensioning elements 13 each have a U-shaped section 14 and a connecting section 15. The connecting section 15 is firmly connected to the U-shaped section 14 at one end and detachably connected to the U-shaped section 14 at one end by a connecting device 16 arranged on the U-shaped section. The connecting section 15 and the connecting device 16 form a tensioning device.By loosening the connecting device 16, the U-shaped section 14 can be enlarged or reduced to change the size and shape of the sleeve tensioning elements 13 and thus adapt them to a sleeve or garment. Once the correct size has been set, the connecting device 16 can be closed again.

[0042] In an alternative embodiment, only one holding element 2 is provided, which is closed and therefore has the same shape as the two in Fig. 1 shown holding elements 2 together.

[0043] In Fig. 2 The laundry holder, the collar tensioning element 12 and the sleeve tensioning elements 13 are Fig. 1 shown in an exploded view. The holding elements 2 are relaxed and have a substantially elongated, straight shape. At the ends of the holding elements 2, first connecting elements 17 are shown, which are designed, for example, as end regions or as cross-sectional thickenings and serve for the preferably detachable connection to the fixing element 1 or the connecting pieces 5. Furthermore, the connecting pieces 5 each have second connecting elements 18, which are designed to interact with the first connecting elements 17. The second connecting elements 18 can, as schematically shown by means of the arrows 19, be moved, in particular rotated, in order to be able to adapt to the corresponding position of the holding elements 2 relative to the fixing element 1.

[0044] The base 7 is shown in a resting position, with the central element 9 displaced away from the fixation element 1 and the legs 8 folded toward each other and running essentially parallel to each other. The collar tensioning element 12 and the sleeve tensioning elements 13 are also shown in the relaxed state.

[0045] In Fig. 3 1 shows a perspective view of a first connecting piece 5, which is preferably provided as the uppermost connecting piece. The connecting piece 5 is essentially U-shaped in plan view, with the fixing element 1 being arranged in the hollow space between the legs of the U-shape in the operating state. The second connecting elements 18 are shown in a first position, with the dashed lines each indicating a second or third position of a connecting element 18. To enable adjustment between the first, second, and third positions, the connecting elements 18 in this embodiment are connected to the main part of the connecting piece 5 by means of a joint 20.The second connecting elements 18 each have different lengths, and a first connecting element 17 can be selectively connected to one of the second connecting elements 18 to enable optimal adjustment and positioning of the holding element 2 depending on the garment. The connecting piece 5 further comprises a locking mechanism 21 to allow continuous adjustment of the connecting piece 5 relative to the fixing element 1. An opening 22 is also provided to attach a clothes hanger to the connecting piece 5. This allows a clothes hanger to be arranged on the clothes rack, so that after drying, only the clothes hanger needs to be removed to remove the garment from the clothes rack.

[0046] In Fig. 4 A second connecting piece 5 is shown, which is preferably provided as one of the lower connecting pieces. The second connecting piece differs from the one shown in Fig. 3 illustrated first connecting piece by the absence of an opening 22 and the second connecting elements 18 arranged in the other direction.

[0047] In Fig. 5 A second embodiment of a laundry holder according to the invention is shown. This embodiment is particularly suitable for trousers. A fixing element 1, connecting pieces 5, which connect holding elements 2 to the fixing element 1 at two connection points 4 each, and a hook 11 are provided. The connecting pieces 5 can be moved along the longitudinal direction 6 of the fixing element 1. The holding elements 2 each have an adjustable shape holder 23, which is each firmly connected to the holding element 2 on one side and can be adjusted relative to the holding element 2 along the arrows 25 with the aid of a tensioning device 24 in order to adapt the shape of the holding element 2 to a corresponding item of clothing, in particular trousers.

[0048] In Fig. 6 a first embodiment of a fixation element 1 is shown. In this embodiment, the fixation element 1 has a top view of a U-shape 26 that is connected to a T-shape 27, with the opening of the U-shape 26 being arranged on one side and the crossbar of the T-shape 27 being arranged on the opposite side. The retaining elements 2, collar tensioning elements 12, and / or sleeve tensioning elements 13, for example, can be arranged in the recesses or cavities formed thereby, and can thus be stored together with the fixation element 1 without requiring additional space. Furthermore, a connecting piece 5 is shown, which is connected to the T-shape 27 of the fixation element 1.

[0049] In Fig. 7 A second embodiment of a fixing element 1 is shown. In this embodiment, a U-shape, similar to that in Fig. 6 , is provided. In contrast to the embodiment according to Fig. 6 No adjustable connecting piece 5 is provided, but rather connecting openings 28 are provided at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fixing element 1, which are designed to receive and fix one or two holding elements 2. In this embodiment, the distance between two connection points 4 of the holding elements 2 to the fixing element 1 is not adjusted or changed by moving a connecting piece 5, but by arranging a holding element 2 or a connecting piece 5 in another connecting opening 28. In this embodiment, the connecting openings 28 are shown as grooves or flutes.

[0050] In Fig. 8 1 shows a cross-section through a holding element 2 according to the invention. The cross-section has two convex, substantially equal-sized circular segment-shaped sections 29 and a rectangle 30, wherein the sections 29 are arranged on the short, opposite sides of the rectangle 30. In the used state, the long sides of the rectangle 30 face the laundry or the fixing element 1. The holding element 2 is symmetrical in cross-section to at least a first axis 31 and to a second axis 32, which is arranged substantially perpendicular to the first axis 31.

[0051] In Fig. 9 A standing element is shown, which consists of an elastic, U-shaped central region 33 and adjoining legs 34. The central region 33 can be inserted into a cavity of the fixing element 1 and acts as a spring element against the inside of the fixing element 1, so that the standing element is held in the cavity of the fixing element 1.

[0052] In Fig. 10 A clothing tightening element 35 is shown, which comprises a spring element 36 formed by two elastic bands and a connecting part 37 designed as a clamping element. The connecting part can be connected to a garment, and a tensile stress can be exerted on the garment by the spring element 36. The clothing tightening element 35 further has a locking mechanism 21 for adjusting and fixing the clothing tightening element 35 relative to the fixing element 1.
