Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a receiving unit for a first contact element of an electrical device, in particular a fuse insert of a fuse-switch disconnector.
[0002] A similar receiving unit, which is designed to receive a contact pin for a meter terminal block for connecting an electricity meter, is known from DE 10 2018 117 723 B4.
[0003] From DE 72 35 571 U, a contact base for NH fuse cartridges is known, comprising a receiving unit with a holding element to which two clamping jaws are attached, between which a contact element can be clamped. The device further comprises a helical compression spring arranged between two pressure arms.
[0004] DE 1 741 702 U discloses a device for receiving a contact element which can be contacted by two clamping jaws, each of which has an associated spring.
[0005] From DE 29 32 491 A1 a device is known which comprises a receiving unit with two retaining elements, wherein a helical compression spring is provided between two ends of these retaining elements.
[0006] DE 10 2008 016 902 B3 finally discloses a rail clamp for clamping and electrical contacting, comprising two contact pieces that are linearly displaceable relative to each other, wherein a spring element is arranged between these two contact pieces that generates a contact force.
[0007] DE 1 059 068 B describes a one- or multi-part lyre contact element, in particular for fuse parts, which has spoon-shaped contact jaws.
[0008] It is an object of the present invention to further improve such a receiving unit with regard to a secure fastening of the first or second contact element, particularly when used in a fuse-switch disconnector, as well as with regard to a reduction in manufacturing costs and a simplification of the assembly of the receiving unit.
[0009] This problem is solved by a receiving unit according to claim 1 and a fuse-switch disconnector according to claim 15. Claims 2 to 14 relate to particularly advantageous embodiments of the receiving unit according to claim 1.
[0010] According to the invention, a receiving unit for a first contact element of an electrical device, in particular a fuse link of a fuse-switch disconnector, comprises a holding element and one or more first clamping units. The one or more first clamping units can each receive a first contact element.
[0011] Each first clamping unit comprises two separate clamping jaws, between which the first contact element can be clamped, and a first spring element, which is formed in one piece, wherein the two clamping jaws are attached to the holding element by means of the first spring element. The first spring element is designed such that it at least partially engages the two clamping jaws and biases them towards each other, and the two clamping jaws are designed such that they define a receiving area for the first contact element.
[0012] Preferably, the receiving unit additionally comprises a second clamping unit. This second clamping unit comprises a clamping element and a second spring element, wherein the clamping element is movably arranged relative to the holding element. The holding element and the clamping element are configured to define a receiving area for the second contact element, and the second spring element is configured to bias the holding element and the clamping element towards each other to make contact with a second contact element inserted into the receiving area.
[0013] It should be noted that such a receiving unit for a fuse-switch disconnector can be provided multiple times within a single fuse-switch disconnector. For example, in a three-phase system, a fuse-switch disconnector can comprise a total of six such receiving units.
[0014] A receiving unit according to the invention has the particular advantage that individual functional elements of the receiving unit, which are not manufactured in one piece, can easily be made from different materials, so that the materials and also the geometry of the individual units can be better adapted to their desired, specific functions, so that, in contrast to receiving units made in one piece or receiving units with fewer units, better performance data can be achieved.
[0015] For example, the material for the clamping jaws and the holding element can be selected with regard to its main functions, namely conductivity and stability, while the required flexibility for a clamping effect to securely fasten the first contact element can be achieved by the first spring element, whereby no special conductivity requirements need to be placed on the first spring element.
[0016] Similarly, for example, the material for the holding element and the clamping element can be selected with regard to its main functions, namely conductivity and stability, while the required flexibility for a clamping effect to securely fasten the second contact element can be achieved by the second spring element, whereby no special conductivity requirements need to be placed on the second spring element.
[0017] In particular, the inventive design of the first clamping unit with two separate clamping jaws, especially in conjunction with the special fastening of the clamping jaws to the holding element by means of the first spring element, has the effect that the separate clamping jaws do not have to be bent over wide areas for inserting or removing a first contact element, as is the case with one-piece clamping units, but can move independently of each other to a certain degree during operation and, similar to a hinge, open or close relative to each other, for example by a slight, relative rotational movement relative to each other and / or can also move relative to other elements of the receiving unit, in particular relative to the holding element.
[0018] Likewise, the inventive design of the preferably additionally provided second clamping unit with the clamping element, the holding element and the second spring element has the advantage that the clamping element does not have to be bent over large areas, as is the case with one-piece clamping units, but the clamping effect is achieved by the relative movement of the clamping element relative to the holding element in conjunction with the spring action of the second spring element.
[0019] Separate clamping jaws within the meaning of this invention are understood to be, in particular, clamping jaws that are individual elements, i.e., not a one-piece clamping unit in which, for example, two opposing clamping jaws are formed by bending a single, one-piece element. The individual or separate clamping jaws are also not formed into a substantially one-piece element by soldering, welding, or any other material joining. In particular, the positioning of the separate clamping jaws is ensured solely by the shape of the separate clamping jaws themselves, the shape of other associated elements, and by spring elements.
[0020] This has the advantage that the force required to push the two clamping jaws apart for inserting or removing a first contact element is low, so that no large forces need to be used when the first contact element is inserted between the two separate clamping jaws, while on the other hand ensuring a secure fastening of the contact element in the first clamping unit.
[0021] Likewise, the force required to insert the preferably provided second contact element between the holding element and the clamping element is less than with one-piece receiving units, while on the other hand, the second spring element ensures a secure fastening of the second contact element in the second clamping unit.
[0022] Another very significant advantage of the receiving unit according to the present invention is the cost-effective manufacturing made possible by its structure. All parts of the receiving unit can be manufactured individually and then assembled, eliminating the need to bend or adjust individual parts in an assembled state. In particular, the fact that the clamping jaws are designed as separate clamping jaws allows them to be manufactured easily, for example, by forming a strip and subsequently cutting it, resulting in substantial cost savings.
[0023] The receiving unit according to the invention therefore not only leads to a more reliable function and a longer service life, but also to simpler and safer operation, requiring less force, especially when the first or second contact element is used, and also leads to a significant reduction in manufacturing costs and thus in the costs of the elements, both of the receiving unit and of the entire fuse-switch disconnector, which, as mentioned above, comprises several receiving units.
[0024] Compared to the receiving unit for a contact pin described in DE 10 2018 117 723 B4, the present receiving unit, in particular the first clamping unit, has the advantage that only a single, one-piece spring element is required to attach the two clamping jaws to the holding element and simultaneously pre-tension them against each other. In contrast, DE 10 2018 117 723 B4 describes two spring elements, one of which serves to attach the clamping jaws to the holding element and the other of which serves to pre-tension the clamping jaws against each other. Because only a single spring element needs to be manufactured for the first clamping unit, which combines the functions of the two spring elements described in DE 10 2018 117 723 B4, the manufacturing costs for the receiving unit and the entire fuse-switch disconnector can be further reduced.Furthermore, fewer steps are required to assemble the receiving unit, as only a single first spring element needs to be properly attached to provide the first clamping unit; thus, the assembly of the receiving unit is also simplified.
[0025] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the two separate clamping jaws of the first clamping unit are designed to have an identical shape. This offers a further advantage in manufacturing, as only one type of clamping jaw needs to be produced, for example, by forming a strip that can subsequently be cut, as described above. Reducing the number of different parts automatically results in a significant reduction in overall costs and also allows for the replacement of individual parts with less effort.
[0026] In another particular embodiment, the two clamping jaws are arranged on the holding element in such a way that they are mirror images of each other. This is particularly advantageous when the two clamping jaws are identical, as described above. In particular, this further simplifies the assembly of the receiving unit, since the two clamping jaws can be mounted on the holding element in the same way, only in a mirrored arrangement.
[0027] In another preferred embodiment, the first spring element at least partially surrounds the retaining element. This facilitates handling and assembly because the two clamping jaws and the first spring element can simply be slid onto the retaining element. In particular, it is possible to first place the two clamping jaws onto the retaining element and then secure them to the retaining element using the first spring element; alternatively, the two clamping jaws can first be secured to each other using the first spring element, and then the resulting unit of the two clamping jaws and the first spring element can be placed together onto the retaining element.
[0028] The first spring element is particularly preferably designed as a plate, partially plate, or substantially plate, which has the advantage that the first spring element is particularly stable and can be manufactured cost-effectively. Plate-shaped here does not necessarily mean flat, however; rather, different sections of the spring element can have varying degrees of curvature. Preferably, however, the first spring element is curved in only one direction, so that the Gaussian curvature of the surface of the first spring element is zero.
[0029] In a further preferred embodiment, each of the two clamping jaws comprises a foot section which is designed and shaped such that, in the assembled state, it bears at least partially against the holding element, preferably over a large area. This ensures, in particular, reliable contact between the two clamping jaws and the holding element.
[0030] In another preferred embodiment, the retaining element has two lateral recesses into which the foot sections of the two clamping jaws are inserted. This allows the clamping jaws to be inserted and positioned easily and quickly during assembly.
[0031] Furthermore, it is also possible for the end user to replace individual elements, if necessary, without requiring exceptional expertise or special tools, thus enabling simple and cost-effective maintenance of the overall system, which also reduces operating costs over its entire lifespan.
[0032] In a further preferred embodiment, each of the two clamping jaws comprises a leg section that connects to the foot section of the respective clamping jaw, and the first spring element exerts a force on each of the two leg sections, so that the two clamping jaws are held on the holding element.
[0033] This has the advantage that, although the clamping jaws rest against the holding element with their foot sections, the force of the first spring element does not act directly on the foot sections, but rather on the respective leg sections that connect to the foot sections. This reduces the spreading force of the clamping jaws in the area of the foot sections, and the clamping jaws can be more easily placed onto the holding element, especially when several clamping jaws need to be placed one after the other. This further simplifies the assembly of the holding unit. This is also a further advantage over the holding unit described in DE 10 2018 117 723 B, in which the two clamping jaws are attached to the corresponding holding element by a spring that acts directly on the foot sections.
[0034] Preferably, each of the two leg sections has a notch or recess, and the first spring element comprises two end sections, each of which engages in a corresponding notch or recess, such that a point of application of the force of the first spring element on the respective leg section lies within or at the edge of the notch or recess. Preferably, the notches or recesses can each have a concave surface and the end sections of the first spring element can each have a corresponding convex surface, so that the end sections bear against the respective notches over a flat surface.
[0035] This has the advantage of further simplifying the assembly of the mounting unit, as the notches in the two leg elements already indicate the positions into which the end sections of the first spring element should engage in the assembled state. Furthermore, the notches secure the position of the first spring element relative to the two clamping jaws in the assembled state, thus preventing, for example, the first spring element from slipping relative to the clamping jaws, especially when the first contact element is clamped between the two clamping jaws. This increases the stability of the mounting device and ensures secure fastening of the first contact element in the first clamping unit.
[0036] In a further preferred embodiment, each of the two clamping jaws comprises a contact section adjoining the leg section, wherein the contact sections of the two clamping jaws are in contact with each other when no contact element is clamped between the two clamping jaws. The two clamping jaws can, for example, be in contact with each other at a common contact point or via a common contact surface.
[0037] This has the advantage that the clamping jaws are held at the same electrical potential by mutual contact, and furthermore the contact section also serves as a counter-bearing for the force of the first spring element, thus stabilizing the attachment of the clamping jaws to the holding element.
[0038] In another preferred embodiment, each of the two clamping jaws has a receiving section adjoining the respective contact section. The two receiving sections are designed to define the receiving area for the first contact element. Therefore, when the contact element is clamped between the two clamping jaws, it is located between the two receiving sections. In other words, the first contact element can be clamped between the two receiving sections.
[0039] By dividing the clamping jaws into different sections, which serve on the one hand for attachment to the holding element (e.g., the foot sections, leg sections, and contact sections) and on the other hand for receiving the first contact element (e.g., the receiving sections), the various sections can each be shaped and dimensioned to optimally fulfill their respective functions. In particular, the receiving sections can be shaped and dimensioned so that the first contact element can be clamped particularly securely between them, without having to take special account of the clamping jaws' attachment mechanism to the holding element. This allows for a particularly secure attachment of the first contact element.
[0040] Preferably, each of the two receiving sections comprises an opening section, wherein the opening sections of the two clamping jaws extend in opposite directions relative to a central axis between the two clamping jaws, such that the two opening sections form an opening area for inserting the first contact element. In other words, each of the two receiving sections can comprise a connecting section adjoining the respective contact section and the opening section adjoining the connecting section. The two opening sections can be inclined in opposite directions with respect to the respective connecting sections, and within the receiving area for the first contact element, the distance between the two connection points between the respective connecting sections and opening sections of the two clamping jaws can be a minimum distance between the two clamping jaws.
[0041] The two opening sections facilitate the insertion of the first contact element between the two clamping jaws, thus preventing damage to the receiving unit when inserting the first contact element.
[0042] In a further particular embodiment, when no contact element is clamped between the clamping jaws, a first distance is defined as the distance between a first point and a second point, and a second distance is defined as the distance between the second point and a third point. The first point is defined as a point within the contact section, preferably the midpoint of the contact section, of one of the two clamping jaws. The second point is defined as the point of application of the force of the first spring element to the leg section of the respective clamping jaw, or a point within or at the edge of the notch of the respective leg section, particularly preferably the midpoint of the notch of the respective leg section. The third point is defined as a point of contact between the base section of the respective clamping jaw and the holding element.Preferably, the third point contacts a surface of the holding element that faces away from the receiving area for the first contact element, or the third point is maximally spaced from the second point at all contact points between the base section of the respective clamping jaw and the holding element. In this particular embodiment, the second distance is greater than the first distance, preferably at least twice or three times as large as the first distance. This feature of one of the two clamping jaws can also apply to both clamping jaws simultaneously, which is automatically the case if the two clamping jaws have an identical shape and are arranged as mirror images, as described above.
[0043] The advantage of this embodiment is that, if no contact element is clamped between the clamping jaws and the first spring element exerts a force on the second point of each of the two clamping jaws, the first and third points each form a counter-bearing for the force of the first spring element. The first distance then corresponds to a first force lever, and the second distance to a second force lever. Because the second force lever is greater than the first, the spreading force of the clamping jaws at the third point is reduced. This makes it easier to place the clamping jaws with their foot sections onto the holding element, especially when several clamping jaws are placed one after the other. Thus, the assembly of the receiving unit is simplified.
[0044] Particularly preferred is a third distance defined as a distance between a fourth point and the second point. The fourth point is defined as a contact point between a clamping jaw and the first contact element when the first contact element is clamped between the two clamping jaws, or as a connection point between the connecting section and the opening section of the clamping jaw, or as a point within the receiving section of the clamping jaw where the distance between the two clamping jaws within the receiving area for the first contact element is minimal. In this preferred embodiment, the third distance is greater than the second distance. This feature of one clamping jaw can also apply to both clamping jaws, which is automatically the case if the two clamping jaws have an identical shape and are arranged as mirror images of each other, as described above.
[0045] This preferred embodiment has the advantage that when a first contact element is clamped between the clamping jaws and the first spring element exerts a force on the second point of each of the two clamping jaws, the fourth and third points each form a counter-bearing for the force of the first spring element. The third distance then corresponds to a third force lever, and the second distance to a second force lever. Since the third lever is greater than the second lever, the spreading force at the third point is increased in this case. That is, the base sections of the clamping jaws are pressed more firmly against the holding element, and this increases the stability of the connection between the clamping jaws and the holding element.
[0046] In a further preferred embodiment, the two clamping jaws and the retaining element are made of a first electrically conductive material, while the first spring element is made of a second material, preferably spring steel, wherein the second material differs from the first. Preferably, the two clamping jaws and the retaining element are made of solid electrolytic copper with high electrical conductivity (e.g., 50 to 60 Siemens, in particular, e.g., 58 Siemens). Particularly preferably, the clamping jaws and the retaining element are electroplated with silver to ensure good contact and low power losses.
[0047] This has the advantage that the materials for the different components of the receiving unit can be selected according to their main functions, i.e., conductivity and stability in the case of the clamping jaws and the holding element, and flexibility to achieve the clamping effect in the case of the first spring element. This allows the first contact element to be securely fixed in the receiving unit and simultaneously ensures the most loss-free current transmission through the receiving unit.
[0048] In another preferred embodiment, the retaining element and the two clamping jaws are connected to each other and held in their positions relative to each other solely by their geometric shape and the first spring element. This offers particular advantages in manufacturing, as no joining of individual elements, for example by welding or soldering, is required.
[0049] Preferably, the receiving unit is designed such that the clamping jaws can be repeatedly removed from and reattached to the holding element of the receiving unit. This is also made possible by the structure of the receiving unit described in claim 1, whereby no welding or soldering between these elements is required.
[0050] Particularly preferably, the two clamping jaws can be pulled off the holding element of the receiving unit after or by loosening and removing the first spring element, especially in a linear direction. It is also possible that the two clamping jaws can be pulled off together with the first spring element before it is loosened and removed. This results in simple assembly or disassembly, should the latter be necessary.
[0051] In a further preferred embodiment, the retaining element comprises a first retaining section, a connecting retaining section adjoining the first retaining section, and a second retaining section adjoining the connecting retaining section. The first retaining section and the second retaining section are plate-shaped or disc-shaped, and preferably the first retaining section and the second retaining section are arranged parallel to each other.
[0052] This has the advantage that, for example, the two clamping jaws of the first clamping unit can be attached to the first holding section, while the clamping element of the second clamping unit can be attached to the second holding section. This allows the relative arrangement of the first and second clamping units to be optimally adapted to the specific application, such as the arrangement of a first and second contact element of a fuse-switch disconnector system, which are connected by the mounting unit. The plate-shaped or disc-shaped design of the two holding sections also enables stable attachment of the two clamping units to their respective holding sections, as well as cost-effective manufacturing of the holding element. For example, the entire retaining element can first be manufactured in a plate-like or disc-like shape, and then the first and second retaining sections can be formed by bending the two end sections of the retaining element relative to the connecting retaining section.
[0053] In a further preferred embodiment, the clamping element comprises a first clamping section, a connecting clamping section adjoining the first clamping section, and a second clamping section adjoining the connecting clamping section. The first clamping section and the second clamping section are plate-shaped or disc-shaped, and preferably the first clamping section and the second clamping section are arranged parallel to each other.
[0054] This has the advantage that, for example, the first clamping section can be used to attach the clamping element to the holding element, while the second clamping section can be used to attach the second contact element, so that each section can be optimally adapted to its function. The plate-shaped or disc-shaped design of the two clamping sections also allows for a particularly stable connection of the various parts to one another, as well as cost-effective manufacturing of the clamping element. For example, the entire clamping element can first be manufactured in a plate-shaped or disc-shaped form, and then the first and second clamping sections can be formed by bending the two end sections of the clamping element relative to the connecting clamping section.
[0055] Particularly preferred are the second holding section of the holding element and the first clamping section of the clamping element arranged parallel to each other. This allows the second holding section and the first clamping section to form a receiving area for the second contact element, which is bounded by two parallel surfaces and is therefore optimized for receiving a second contact element with two parallel side surfaces, such as a cuboid or substantially cuboid busbar.
[0056] In a preferred embodiment, the clamping element is arranged to be movable relative to the holding element and is preferably arranged to be linearly movable along a clamping direction, wherein the clamping direction is particularly preferably perpendicular to the second holding section and / or the first clamping section.
[0057] To enable the clamping element to move relative to the holding element, the connecting holding section can, in particular, have a first opening, and the first clamping section can have a first projection that engages in the first opening and is movably arranged within the first opening along the clamping direction, so that the clamping element is movably arranged relative to the holding element along the clamping direction. Alternatively or additionally, the connecting clamping section can have a second opening, and the second holding section can have a second projection that engages in the second opening and is movably arranged within the second opening along the clamping direction, so that the clamping element is movably arranged relative to the holding element along the clamping direction.
[0058] Alternatively, the receiving unit can include a hinge element that connects the clamping element and the holding element, such that the clamping element is rotatably arranged relative to the holding element about an axis of rotation, preferably the axis of rotation being parallel to the second holding section and / or the first clamping section. In particular, the hinge element can connect the connecting holding section and the first clamping section, or connect the second holding section and the connecting clamping section.
[0059] This mobility of the clamping element relative to the holding element has the advantage that the receiving area formed by the holding element and the clamping element is variable in terms of its size and / or shape, particularly with regard to the distance between the second holding section and the first clamping section. Thus, different second contact elements, especially busbars of varying heights, can be securely fastened in the receiving unit. Furthermore, the mobility of the clamping element relative to the holding element, especially in conjunction with the spring action of the second spring element, also allows the second contact element to be inserted into and clamped in the receiving area between the holding element and the clamping element, and subsequently removed.
[0060] Preferably, the second spring element is arranged between the second holding section and the first clamping section. This allows the second spring element to pre-tension the second holding section and the second clamping section towards each other by pre-tensioning them away from each other. This has the advantage that a second contact element can be easily inserted into the receiving area between the second holding section and the second clamping section, while the spring action between the first clamping section and the second holding section ensures the clamping action and thus the secure fastening of the second contact element. Furthermore, the arrangement of the second spring element between the second holding section and the first clamping section enables a particularly compact and space-saving design of the second clamping unit and thus of the entire receiving unit.
[0061] In a further preferred embodiment, the retaining element and the clamping element are made of a first electrically conductive material, while the second spring element is made of a second material, preferably spring steel, which differs from the first. This allows the materials for the different components of the receiving unit to be selected according to their main functions, i.e., conductivity and stability in the case of the clamping element and the retaining element, and flexibility to achieve the clamping effect in the case of the second spring element. This ensures that the second contact element can be securely fixed in the receiving unit and, at the same time, that current transmission through the receiving unit is as lossless as possible.
[0062] In another preferred embodiment, the retaining element and the clamping element are connected to each other and held in their positions relative to each other solely by their geometric shape and the second spring element. This offers particular advantages in manufacturing, as no joining of individual elements, for example by welding or soldering, is required.
[0063] In a further preferred embodiment, the receiving unit comprises two or three first clamping units, each clamping unit serving to receive a respective first contact element. This has the advantage that several first contact elements can be secured or electrically connected by a single receiving unit, thereby saving costs compared to an arrangement with multiple receiving units.
[0064] According to the invention, a fuse switch disconnector designed for one or more, preferably three, fuse links comprises: for each fuse link, one, preferably two receiving units as described above for clamping one contact element, preferably one contact blade, of the respective fuse link.
[0065] Due to the advantages of each mounting unit described above, such a fuse-switch disconnector enables stable and secure fastening of the contact blades of the fuse links in the respective mounting units, as well as cost-effective manufacturing and assembly of the entire fuse-switch disconnector.
[0066] According to the invention, a further fuse-switch disconnector for an N-pole busbar system with N busbars comprises: at least N receiving units as described above for contacting each of the N busbars.
[0067] Due to the advantages of each mounting unit described above, such a fuse-switch disconnector enables stable and secure fastening of the N busbars in the respective mounting units, as well as cost-effective manufacturing and assembly of the entire fuse-switch disconnector.
[0068] These and other features and advantages of the invention will become clear with reference to the accompanying drawings, which show a particularly advantageous embodiment. They show: Fig. 1 a perspective view of a fuse-switch disconnector according to the invention, comprising six receiving units according to the invention, each for clamping a contact blade of a fuse link of the fuse-switch disconnector and / or a busbar; Fig. 2 A a perspective view of a receiving unit according to the invention with a first clamping unit and a second clamping unit; Fig. 2 A further perspective view of the receiving unit; Fig. 3 A a side view of the receiving unit; Fig. 3 A front view of the receiving unit; Fig. 4 A front view of the receiving unit with a first contact element clamped between the two clamping jaws of the first clamping unit; Fig. 5 An enlarged view of section X from Fig. 3A , which represents the second clamping unit of the receiving unit in which a second contact element is clamped; and Fig. 6 a perspective view of a receiving unit according to the invention with three first clamping units and a second clamping unit.
[0069] Fig. 1 Figure 1 shows an embodiment of a fuse switch disconnector 1 according to the invention, wherein this fuse switch disconnector 1 is a 3-pole NH fuse switch disconnector 1 designed for a total of three fuse links. The fuse switch disconnector 1 comprises a base element 10 and a cover element 20 into which the three fuse links can be inserted. Furthermore, the fuse switch disconnector 1 comprises two receiving units 6 according to the invention for each of the three fuse links for clamping and contacting a contact blade 90 of the respective fuse link, i.e., a total of six receiving units 6 according to the invention. The fuse switch disconnector 1 is further designed such that it can be attached to a busbar system, which in the 3-pole version comprises a total of three busbars 80, with each busbar 80 being clamped into and contacting one of the receiving units 6.Thus, each of the six receiving units 6 has an identical first clamping unit, wherein each of the six first clamping units can accommodate a contact blade 90 of one of the three fuse links. Furthermore, three of the six receiving units have a second clamping unit for contacting one of the three busbars, while the remaining three receiving units 6 are connected to the input and output terminals of the fuse-switch disconnector 1, respectively. In other words, three of the six receiving units 6 are identical, each with a first and a second clamping unit, and each connects a contact blade 90 of a fuse link to a corresponding busbar 80.
[0070] The Figuren 2A bis 3B Figures 6 and 6 show, from different perspectives, an embodiment of a receiving unit 6 according to the invention, which comprises a holding element 60, a first clamping unit, and a second clamping unit. The first clamping unit includes two separate clamping jaws 610 and a first spring element 620 and serves to receive a first contact element 90, preferably a contact blade 90 of a fuse link of the fuse-switch disconnector 1. The second clamping unit includes a clamping element 630 and a second spring element 640 and serves to receive a second contact element 80, preferably a busbar 80. The first and the second clamping units are each attached to the holding element 60. Figuren 2A bis 3B Each figure shows a state of the receiving unit in which neither a first contact element 90 nor a second contact element 80 is clamped. The retaining element 60 and then the first clamping unit will be described in more detail below. The second clamping unit will be discussed later in connection with Fig. 5 described in more detail.
[0071] The retaining element 60 comprises a first retaining section 61, a connecting retaining section 62 adjoining the first retaining section 61, and a second retaining section 63 adjoining the connecting retaining section 62. The first retaining section 61, the connecting retaining section 62, and the second retaining section 63 are each plate-shaped. Both the first retaining section 61 and the second retaining section 62 extend perpendicular to the connecting retaining section 62, so that, in particular, the first retaining section 61 and the second retaining section 63 run parallel to each other. In this embodiment, the first holding section 61 and the second holding section 63 extend from the connecting holding section 62 in the same direction. However, the first holding section 61 and the second holding section 63 can also extend in opposite directions, depending on the positions of the first and second contact elements relative to each other. The two clamping jaws 610 of the first clamping unit are attached to the first holding section 61, while the clamping element 630 of the second clamping unit is attached to the second holding section 63. The holding element is made of an electrically conductive material, for example, solid electrolytic copper with high electrical conductivity (e.g., Siemens 50 or 60, in particular Siemens 58). Preferably, the holding element is also electroplated with silver to ensure good contact performance and low power losses.
[0072] The two clamping jaws 610 of the first clamping unit are each inserted with a foot section 613 into a lateral recess 611 or 612 of the first holding section 61. The clamping jaws 610 also have an identical shape, which will be described later in connection with Fig. 3B The clamping jaws 610 are described in more detail below and are attached to the first holding section 61 in such a way that they are arranged as mirror images of each other. A receiving area for the first contact element 90 is thus formed between the two clamping jaws 610. The two clamping jaws 610 can also be made of the same material as the holding element 60.
[0073] The first spring element 620 is a single piece, plate-shaped, and curved in only one direction, such that the Gaussian curvature is zero across the entire curved surface of the second spring element. The first spring element 620 engages the first retaining section 61 of the retaining element 60 and the two clamping jaws 610, pre-tensioning the two clamping jaws 610 towards each other. The first spring element 620 exerts a force on each of the two clamping jaws 610, holding them against the retaining element 60. The two end sections 621 and 622 of the first spring element 620 each engage in a notch 617 of the two clamping jaws 610, such that the point of application of the force of the first spring element 620 to each of the two clamping jaws 620 lies within or at the edge of the notch 617.The material of the first spring element 620 can differ from the material of the retaining element 60 and the two clamping jaws 610 and can, for example, be spring steel.
[0074] In Fig. 3B The various sections of the clamping jaws 610 are shown. Each of the two clamping jaws comprises a foot section 613, a leg section 614, a contact section 615 and a receiving section 616, these sections being connected to one another in the order mentioned.
[0075] The foot section 613 of each clamping jaw 610 is designed such that it engages the first retaining section 61 of the retaining element 60 and bears at least partially against the first retaining section 61, thus establishing contact between the respective clamping jaw 610 and the retaining element 60. Each of the two foot sections 613 is inserted into one of two opposing lateral recesses 611 or 612 of the first retaining section 61. Furthermore, the foot section 613 of each clamping jaw 610 contacts the first retaining section 61 along a first edge, which in the front view of Fig. 3B corresponding to the point of contact P3. The first edge defines a first surface of the first holding section 61, which faces away from the receiving area for the first contact element 90. As in Fig. 3B As can be seen, each foot section 613 also touches the first holding section 61 along a second edge, which defines a second surface of the first holding section 61, the second surface facing the receiving area for the first contact element 90. In other words, the first and second surfaces are opposite surfaces of the plate-shaped first holding section 61. Note, however, that the foot sections 613 of the two clamping jaws 610 do not necessarily have to touch the first holding section 61 only along one or more edges, but can also lie flat against the first holding section.
[0076] The leg sections 614 of the two clamping jaws 610 are connected to their respective foot sections 613. In this embodiment, the leg sections 614 of the two clamping jaws 610 run parallel or substantially parallel to each other at a predetermined distance. Each leg section 614 has a concave indentation into which an end section 621 or 622 of the first spring element 620 engages. The end section 621 or 622 of the first spring element 620 contacts the respective indentation 617 at two edges, one of which corresponds to the front view shown in the figure. Fig. 3B The depicted point P2 corresponds to this point, which is thus a point of application of the force of the first spring element 620 on the leg section 614 of the respective clamping jaw 610. Note, however, that the end sections 621 and 622 of the first spring element can also make full contact with the respective notches 617.
[0077] The contact sections 615 adjoin the leg sections 614 of the two clamping jaws 610. The contact sections 615 of the two clamping jaws 610 touch each other and, in this embodiment, are in contact via a common contact surface, unless a first contact element 90 is clamped between the two clamping jaws 610. A center point of the two contact sections 615 is located in Fig. 3B each labelled P1.
[0078] If no first contact element 90 is clamped between the two clamping jaws 610, the first spring element 620 exerts a force with its end sections 621 and 622, respectively, on the leg sections 614 of the two clamping jaws 610, in particular on the respective points of application P2. The contact sections 615 of the two clamping jaws 610, in particular the center point P1, as well as the contact points P3 of the clamping jaws 610 with the first holding section 61, each form abutments for the force of the first spring element 620. In this embodiment, the distance L1 between points P1 and P2 is smaller than the distance L2 between points P2 and P3. The distances L1 and L2 each correspond to a lever arm of the force exerted by the first spring element 620 on the two clamping jaws 610. Because the force lever L2 is greater than the force lever L1, the spreading force of the clamping jaws 610 at point P3, i.e.,The force exerted by the foot sections 613 on the first retaining element 60 at point P3 is reduced. This allows the clamping jaws 610 to be easily attached to the retaining element 60, especially when several clamping jaws 610 need to be attached one after the other, as will be discussed later in connection with... Fig. 5 is described.
[0079] The receiving sections 616 adjoin the contact sections 615 of each of the two clamping jaws 610. The receiving sections 616 are shaped and dimensioned such that a suitable receiving area for the first contact element 90 is formed between them. Each of the two receiving sections 616 can be further divided into a connecting section, which adjoins the respective contact section 615, and an opening section 618, which adjoins the respective connecting section. The two opening sections 618 thus form the end sections of the two clamping jaws 610. The two opening sections 618 are each oriented outwards with respect to the connecting sections, i.e.,in a direction away from the connecting sections and from the holding element 60, spread out or bent, so that a distance between the two clamping jaws 610 within the receiving area for the first contact element 90 between the two connection points P4 of the respective connecting sections and opening sections 618 is minimal.
[0080] Fig. 4 Figure 1 shows a front view of the receiving unit in a state where a first contact element 90 is clamped in the first clamping unit, i.e., between the two clamping jaws 610. Clamping the first contact element 90 moves the two clamping jaws 610 away from each other, so that, in particular, the contact sections 615 of the two clamping jaws 610 no longer touch. In this embodiment, the contact element 90 touches the two clamping jaws 610 at the connection points P4 between the connecting sections and opening sections 618 of the two receiving sections 616. Thus, an electrical contact is established between the first contact element 90 and the two clamping jaws 610.
[0081] In this embodiment, the distance L3 between points P4 and P1 is also greater than the distance L2 between points P2 and P3. When the first contact element 90 is clamped between the clamping jaws 610, as shown in Fig. 3B As shown, the first spring element 620 exerts a force on point P2 of the two clamping jaws. In this case, however, points P4 and P3 each act as abutments for the force, and the distances L3 and L2 each correspond to a lever arm. Because the lever arm L3 is larger than the lever arm L2, the spreading force at point P3, i.e., the force exerted by the foot section 613 on the first retaining element 60, is increased at point P3. That is, the foot sections 613 of the clamping jaws 610 are pressed more firmly against the retaining element 60 in this case, and this increases the stability of the connection between the clamping jaws 610 and the retaining element 60.
[0082] Fig. 5 shows an enlarged view of section X from Fig. 3A The second clamping unit of the receiving unit 6 is shown, in which a second contact element 80, preferably a busbar 80, is clamped. The second clamping unit comprises a clamping element 630 and a second spring element 640, as also shown in the Figuren 2A bis 3B can be seen.
[0083] The clamping element 630 comprises a first clamping section 631, a connecting clamping section 632 adjoining the first clamping section 631, and a second clamping section 633 adjoining the connecting clamping section 632. The first clamping section 631, the connecting clamping section 632, and the second clamping section 633 are each plate-shaped. Both the first clamping section 631 and the second clamping section 632 extend perpendicular to the connecting clamping section 632, so that, in particular, the first clamping section 631 and the second clamping section 633 run parallel to each other. In this embodiment, the first clamping section 631 and the second clamping section 633 extend from the connecting clamping section 632 in the same direction, which, however, is opposite to the direction of extension of the first retaining section 61 and the second retaining section 63 from the connecting retaining section 62, so that the retaining element 60 and the clamping element 630 interlock. Thus, the second retaining section 63, the connecting clamping section 632, and the second clamping section 633 form a receiving area into which a second contact element 80 can be received, as shown in [reference]. Fig. 5 The clamping element 630 can be made of the same material as the holding element 60.
[0084] The clamping element 630 is attached to the retaining element 60, but is linearly movable relative to the retaining element 60 along a clamping direction, the clamping direction being perpendicular to the second retaining section 63 and the first clamping section 631. This is made possible by the connecting retaining section 62 having a first opening 64 and the first clamping section 631 having a first projection 65 that engages in the first opening 64 and is movably arranged within the first opening 64 along the clamping direction, and by the connecting clamping section 632 having a second opening 66 and the second retaining section 63 having a second projection 67 that engages in the second opening 66 and is movably arranged within the second opening 66 along the clamping direction. This allows the distance between the second holding section 63 and the second clamping section 633, and thus the size of the receiving area for the second contact element 80, to be changed.
[0085] A second spring element 640 is arranged between the second retaining section 63 and the first clamping section 631. This spring element pre-tensions the retaining element 60 and the clamping element 630 towards each other, enabling them to contact a second contact element 80 inserted into the receiving area. More precisely, the second spring element 640 pre-tensions the second retaining section 63 and the second clamping section 631 towards each other by pre-tensioning the first clamping section 631 and the second retaining section 631 away from each other. The material of the second spring element 640 can differ from that of the retaining element 60 and the clamping element 631 and can, for example, be spring steel.
[0086] To clamp a second contact element 90 in the receiving area between the second holding section 63 and the second clamping section 633, an external force can, for example, be applied to the clamping element 630, causing the second clamping section 633 to move away from the second holding section 63. In doing so, the first clamping section 631 moves against the spring force of the second spring element 640 towards the second holding section 61, compressing the second spring element 640. This provides a counterforce that acts on the first clamping section 631. The second contact element 80 is then inserted into the space between the second holding section 63 and the second clamping section 633.When no external force acts on the clamping element 630, the counterforce of the second spring element 640 causes the first clamping section 631 to move away from the second holding section 63 and the second clamping section 633 to move towards the second holding section 63 until the second clamping section 633 and the second holding section 63 are in contact with opposite side surfaces of the second contact element 80, as shown in . Fig. 5 As shown. In this state, the counterforce of the second spring element 640 exerts a clamping force on the opposite side surfaces of the second contact element 80 from the second holding section 63 and the second clamping section 633, which causes the second contact element to be held between the second holding section 63 and the second clamping section 633. In this way, the second contact element 80 is fastened and secured in the second clamping unit.
[0087] Fig. 6Figure 1 shows a further embodiment of the receiving unit 6 according to the invention, which comprises three first clamping units. Each of the three first clamping units is identical to the first clamping unit described above, and the second clamping unit is identical to the second clamping unit described above, so reference is made to the above descriptions to avoid repetition. The retaining element 60 is similar to the retaining element 60 described above, but the first retaining section 61 is longer than in the embodiment described above and comprises three recesses on each side, so that the two clamping jaws 610 of each of the three first clamping units can each be inserted into a pair of opposing recesses. A first contact element 90 can be inserted into each of the three first clamping units as described above. Thus, with this embodiment of the receiving unit 6 according to the invention, three first contact elements 90 and a second contact element 80 can be contacted simultaneously.
