Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a backpack for transporting light and heavy objects.

[0002] A typical weekly grocery shop often requires a variety of items that differ in weight and fragility. To prevent fragile items like salads, berries, or potato chips from being crushed by heavier items such as melons or milk bottles placed on top, it's necessary to transport these delicate items in a shopping bag or backpack, positioned above the heavier objects.

[0003] The use of handheld scanners by shoppers allows them to place items directly into their shopping bags or backpacks while shopping, thus saving significant time. Since heavy and fragile items alternate in the store, it is necessary to constantly reorganize the items in the shopping bags.

[0004] Various shopping bags and backpacks are known from the prior art. For example, German patent DE12014000157 discloses a carrier bag or backpack that includes a rigid storage container to protect fragile items. This bag has the disadvantage of a complex design, as an additional container is required. Furthermore, the bag has an additional opening for accessing the container. This makes it difficult to sort the goods. In addition, the bag is more difficult to store because it cannot be folded or rolled up, as the container is rigid and therefore always requires considerable space.

[0005] Documents US 2020 / 077772 A1, FR 2 902 983 A1, BR MU8 701 915 U2 and CN 207 202 439 U already show bags or backpacks with compartments.

[0006] The purpose of the invention is therefore to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a backpack that allows for easy and safe loading with goods of varying fragility and weight, and is easy to stow.

[0007] The problem is solved by a backpack for transporting light and heavy goods according to independent claim 1. The backpack according to the invention comprises a body for holding objects and at least one carrying strap for carrying the backpack on the shoulders. The body comprises a top side which is positioned at the top in a carrying position, a bottom side opposite the top side, two side sides which connect the top and bottom sides of the body and are positioned opposite each other, a back side which connects the side sides, the top and the bottom side and is positioned on the back of a wearer in the carrying position, and an outside side opposite the back side which is designed in particular as a lid which closes the loading opening for loading the backpack.

[0008] The carrying strap is connected to the body at at least two points, allowing the back panel of the carrier to rest against the wearer's back or side in a carrying position. The carrier comprises at least two dividers that partition the interior into different receiving areas, so that these areas are essentially stacked on top of each other in the carrying position. The carrier and the dividers are made of flexible, non-self-supporting material such as fabric, tarpaulin, plastic, foam, or similar. To improve carrying comfort, the back panel may be partially or fully stiffened and equipped with ergonomic elements such as mesh or padding.

[0009] Flexible here means that the material can be rolled or folded. The material can be water-repellent, so that spilled milk or yogurt can be easily wiped away.

[0010] Such a backpack allows for the optimal storage of heavy and fragile goods, while also making the backpack itself easy to transport and store, for example, by rolling or folding it up. The backpack may include a storage bag into which it can be folded or rolled. It may also include hooks or eyelets for attaching keys, umbrellas, or other items. The backpack may have straps for stabilization. These straps can be arranged to run horizontally and / or vertically around the circumference of the backpack when worn. They may include buckles, click fasteners, or other connecting elements that allow the straps to be tightened, thus increasing the backpack's stability. The shoulder straps may be adjustable.Handles can be positioned on different sides to facilitate lifting, rotating, or standing uprighting the backpack. The shoulder straps can preferably be located on the back panel at the top and on the back panel at the bottom.

[0011] An opening device, preferably a zipper extending over all three sides, can be provided on the flanks and / or the top.

[0012] The zipper can be positioned closer to the back panel than to the outside. This allows the back panel to be opened as an access point, making it easier to load the backpack when the outside is at the bottom.

[0013] The backpack can be designed so that all compartments are accessible through the loading opening. This allows for easy, simultaneous loading of heavy and fragile goods.

[0014] The backpack can include fastening elements for securing it in the loading position. Preferably, the backpack includes hooks, which are arranged particularly on the sides. This allows the backpack to be secured to the shopping cart, keeping the loading opening open. This makes loading easier.

[0015] The backpack can include at least one side pocket on one side, which is preferably arranged along the entire length of the side.

[0016] This makes it easy to pack longer items such as baguettes, leeks, or feather dusters.

[0017] The backpack may include an insulated compartment for transporting temperature-sensitive food, the insulated compartment preferably being located in the side pocket and / or in the receiving areas.

[0018] The insulation area can also include separating elements to divide the insulation area into separation areas, so that the separation areas are arranged one above the other in a carrying position.

[0019] This allows chilled and frozen goods to be sorted according to weight. The partitions within the insulated compartment are also preferably accessible through the loading opening.

[0020] The backpack can have a height between 400mm and 750mm and a width between 300-550mm, especially with a depth between 150-300mm.

[0021] The height of the backpack is understood here as the distance between the top and the bottom, the width as the distance between the side panels, and the depth as the distance between the back panel and the outside.

[0022] Larger backpacks can hold the weekly shopping for an average family. Smaller sizes are sufficient for shopping for one person.

[0023] The recording areas can have a height between 100mm and 300mm.

[0024] This size allows you to store common groceries such as bread, milk or pasta without crushing them.

[0025] The backpack may have padding on the back to protect the back from hard edges.

[0026] The backpack can be made of materials such as leather, fabric, plastic, or combinations of these materials.

[0027] The backpack may include stabilizing elements, such as those positioned between the back panel and the loading side. These elements allow the backpack to stand upright in a shopping cart without needing hooks. The stabilizing elements can be rods or hinge-like components that provide stability to the backpack. They can be made of plastic or metal.

[0028] The invention is explained using the following figures as examples. It shows Figure 1 : Top view of a backpack in a possible loading position, Figure 2 Side view of the backpack in the carrying position.

[0029] Figure 1 The figure shows a top view of a backpack 9 in the loaded position. The backpack 9 contains a body 10.

[0030] The body 9 comprises a top surface 11, which is positioned at the top in the carrying position (cf. Figure 2), a bottom surface 12 which is arranged opposite the top surface 11 and two flank sides 13 and 14 which connect the top surface 11 and the bottom surface 12.

[0031] The body 10 of the backpack 9 is in the Figure 1 The container is shown suspended in a shopping cart 1 by means of four hooks 2. The loading opening 17 is visible, through which the buyer gains access to the interior of the container 10. The interior of the container 10 is divided into three receiving areas 5a-5c by means of two separating elements 18. All receiving areas 5a-5c can be accessed through the loading opening 17.

[0032] Loading areas 5a-5c are arranged side by side in the loading position. The first loading area 5a is located on the top 11. Light and fragile goods 4a, such as bags of chips, berries, or salads, are loaded here. Next to it is the second loading area 5b, in which less fragile and medium-weight goods 4b, such as yogurt or pasta, are loaded. Next to the second loading area 5b is the third loading area 5c, in which the heaviest and least fragile goods 4c, such as watermelons or milk bottles, are loaded.

[0033] The backpack 9 has a height distance between the top 11 and the bottom 12 of 650mm and a width distance between the side sides 13 and 14 of 450mm.

[0034] Figure 2 shows a side view of a backpack 9 with the side panel 13 hidden (cf. Figure 1The backpack 9 is shown here in a carrying position, in which it is carried by a wearer 20. In this position, one back panel 15 rests against the wearer's back, and the carrying straps 19 are looped over the wearer's shoulders (only one carrying strap 19 is shown here). The back panel 15 connects the side panels 13 and 14 to the top 11 and the bottom 12 (see also Figure 1). Opposite the back panel 15 is the outer panel 16. The outer panel 16 is designed as a lid that covers the loading opening 17 (see also Figure 1). Figure 1 ) covered. The lid can be closed using a zipper or Velcro fastener.

[0035] The backpack 9 has a depth distance of 250mm between the back side 15 and the loading side 16.

[0036] The receiving area 5c with the heavy goods 4c is located at the bottom.

[0037] The backpack 9 is placed in a shopping cart for loading or opened using the hooks 2, the back panel 15 is opened so that the recording areas 5a-5c can be accessed (see Figure 1 The buyer loads the backpack 9 through the loading opening 17 by placing heavy items in the compartment 5c, which is positioned at the bottom in the carrying position, and fragile items in the upper compartment 5a. The back panel 15 is then closed and the carrying straps 18 are looped over the wearer's shoulders, so that the back panel 15 is against the wearer's back and the top panel 11 is on top. The backpack 9 is thus in the carrying position (see figure). Figure 2 ).
