A method of using a strip and loop of any one of claims 3 to 7, comprising: The free end of the strip is passed over a post, hook, or other fixed surface, and before or after this, one or both ends of the strip are secured to a button on the ring, such that both ends of the strip are secured to the button, thereby allowing the strip and ring to suspend from the fixed surface.

12. The method of claim 11, wherein the strip is fixed to the bottle in an inverted position with its bottle opening pointing downwards.

13. A method of using a strip and a loop according to any one of claims 3 to 7, comprising: The central section is opened through a rod or hook, and before or after this, any unsecured free end of the strip is secured to the button on the ring, thereby suspending the strip and the ring.

A combined strip and ring, wherein the strip (10) comprises two integral free side sections (14, 16) and an integral central section (12), the strip having an opening in each of the side sections, the opening being defined by an opening sidewall (19) completely surrounded by the opening sidewall on all its sides, wherein each of the openings on the sides comprises an optional proximal portion (14b, 16b) and a distal portion (14a, 16a), wherein the optional proximal portion is optionally larger than the distal portion. The ring (30) is an annular cylinder (32) made of flexible material with first and second buttons (34, 36), each button having a button head (35, 38), and each button head being attached to the ring by a rod (40, 41). The side section openings are adapted to receive the buttons and rods of the ring, whereby the button heads and rods can pass through openings on each side of the strip, and when the bottle is suspended, the distal portions (14a, 16a) can receive the rods and the buttons hold the strip on the ring, wherein... The central section (12) includes an opening (18) completely surrounded by the strip, the maximum width of the opening in at least the distal section is less than the maximum diameter of the head of the button, the maximum diameter of the lever is less than the maximum diameter of the head of the button, wherein the central section (12) has a maximum width greater than the maximum width of either of the two side sections, and wherein the opening in the central section has a length greater than the opening in either of the two side sections.

15. The combined strip and ring of claim 14, wherein the strip is made of a flexible material.
