Description

[0001] The invention relates to a casing pipe for passing one or more lines through a wall or floor section of a building, comprising a pipe body which is designed to be embedded in a hardenable casting compound of the wall section, and a connecting flange arranged at one end of the pipe body.

[0002] Such wall sleeves are known from the prior art and are used in particular when constructing a wall section of a building. After the completion of the building wall, they are used as a pipe penetration for at least one line to be routed through the wall section. Lines to be routed through a wall section of the building include, among others, data or power lines, as well as media lines such as water or gas pipes.

[0003] Casing pipes of the aforementioned type comprise a pipe body designed to be embedded in a hardenable casting compound of the wall section to be created, and a connecting flange arranged at one end of the pipe body, which is typically designed to be flush with the wall section. The connecting flange, which is particularly flush with the outside of the wall section to be created, is often used to connect a surface seal applied to the outside of the wall section.

[0004] Due to the varying wall thicknesses, the wall sleeves must be shortened to the desired length at the installation site using a cutting tool, which is often a complex process. To do this, the desired length must be marked on the outside of the pipe body, and the pipe is then usually shortened by hand. When shortening the pipe body, the cutting tool may sometimes become misaligned, resulting in the pipe body having an uneven length across its circumference. This can have a detrimental effect on the sealing of the formwork components that hold the wall sleeve between them and define the wall thickness of the wall section to be created.

[0005] US 10,344,472 B2 relates to a tubular passage for poured concrete slabs, comprising two pipe sections that are movable relative to one another and can be adjusted to different positions relative to one another via interlocking locking means. The free end of the first pipe section is screwed to a base having a flange via a thread. The base can be fastened to a support holding the passage from below via several holes formed in the flange. The pipe section adjacent to the flange has an internal thread into which an extension pipe projecting beyond the underside of the finished concrete slab can be screwed. The base or the end of the extension pipe is sealed with an adhesive cover to protect the passage.

[0006] The invention was therefore based on the object of providing a casing pipe by means of which a simplified production of a wall section to be provided with a pipe leadthrough is possible.

[0007] The invention solves the underlying problem with a casing pipe for passing one or more lines through a wall or floor section of the aforementioned type, with the features of claim 1. In particular, at least one length scale with length dimensions of the pipe body is arranged along the pipe body on its outer surface, starting from the connecting flange, wherein one, several or all length dimensions are each assigned a cutting guide for assisted shortening of the length of the pipe body, which is formed on the outer side of the pipe body as an elevation running in the circumferential direction and projecting in the radial direction. When using the casing pipe as a lead-through through a floor section or a floor slab, the casing pipe is preferably connected to a jacket pipe.On the connecting flange in the connection area to the pipe body, a circumferential recess is designed to accommodate a collar of a blind cover that can be inserted into the pipe body.

[0008] According to the invention, the provision of a length scale on the outer surface and the cutting guide extending in the circumferential direction of the pipe body aims to simplify the shortening of the casing pipe to the desired length, which preferably corresponds at least to the wall thickness to be produced. With the length scale, which preferably indicates length measurements along the pipe body starting from the connecting flange, which correspond at least to preferred wall thicknesses, a fitter can begin shortening the casing pipe without the laborious task of marking the desired length on the outer surface of the pipe body. The cutting guide supports the fitter in guiding the cutting tool perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pipe body along the circumferential surface and directly indicates whether the cutting tool may be running while shortening the pipe body.In addition, by designing the cutting guide as a raised portion on the outside of the pipe body, a greater material thickness is created in these areas of the pipe body, along which the sliding of the cutting tool is supported. The raised portion can be formed by a web protruding from the outer surface or by a groove flank, since the groove base also forms the outer surface.

[0009] The length dimensions are preferably arranged at defined intervals, preferably every 10 mm, starting from a predetermined minimum length of the pipe body. Alternatively or additionally, specific wall thicknesses or brick sizes are indicated on the outer surface of the pipe body. Preferably, common wall thicknesses and / or brick formats are provided there. The length scale arranged on the outer surface of the pipe body has a correspondingly fine scaling due to the length dimensions being arranged in particular at intervals of 10 mm, so that the pipe body of the casing pipe can be shortened to almost any conceivable length. The pipe body, which in particular has a basic length of 500 mm, can be shortened from a length of 160 mm, for example, preferably at intervals of 10 mm. In addition, the length scale has a length dimension of 365 mm, which corresponded to a common brick or wall thickness shape on the building wall to be produced at the time of the invention.

[0010] The cutting guide preferably defines a cutting edge for guiding a cutting tool along, wherein the tubular body has an indicator element, in particular for one, several or each of the length dimensions, by means of which indicator element the cutting guide associated with the length dimension is assigned. With the aid of such a cutting edge, which is preferably assigned to each of the length dimensions arranged on the tubular body, the shortening of the tubular body to the desired length dimension is further simplified. The cutting guide, with its elevation projecting radially on the tubular body, forms a greater material thickness, which acts on one side on the cutting tool to be guided along it and supports the precise guidance of the cutting tool, such as a hand-held saw. In particular, such an elevation acting as a cutting edge can counteract any possible wandering of the cutting tool.

[0011] In a preferred embodiment, an indicator element is provided on the pipe body for each of the length measurements arranged thereon, by means of which indicator element the cutting guide associated with the length measurement is assigned. With the help of the indicator element, it is easily recognizable on which side of the elevation the cutting tool must be applied in order to shorten the pipe body and thus the casing to the desired length. One embodiment of the invention provides that each indicator element is an indicator arrow directed in the longitudinal direction of the pipe body, the tip of which points to the cutting guide associated with the respective length measurement. Other indicator elements such as a triangle, index finger or others are also possible, although this list is not intended to be exhaustive.

[0012] According to one embodiment of the casing, the pipe body has a number of first cutting-to-length guides along a first pipe body section and a number of second cutting-to-length guides along a second pipe body section, wherein the two sections are preferably arranged adjacent to one another, and wherein more preferably the first cutting-to-length guides have a first height, and the second cutting-to-length guides have a second height that is different from the first height. The second height is preferably less than the first height. The greater height of the first cutting-to-length guides preferably extends over the entire circumference of the pipe body and, more preferably, is arranged along the pipe body, starting from the connecting flange projecting outwardly on the pipe body, over a minimum length of the casing. The height refers to the radius to the outer edge of the pipe body or of the casing in relation to the core axis.

[0013] Preferably, the first cutting guides form a web seal on the outside of the pipe body, which is assigned to the first end of the pipe body having the connecting flange. With the help of the web seal, the passage of moisture along the outside of the casing pipe, starting from the outside of the wall section towards the inside of the wall section, should preferably be at least impeded, preferably prevented. Preferably, each of the cutting guides projecting radially outwardly around the first pipe body section forms a sealing web of the web seal, which comes into contact with the casting compound used to produce the wall section, in particular the in-situ concrete used at the installation site.

[0014] According to one embodiment of the casing pipe, the first pipe body section with its web seal has an axial length of at least 160 mm, and the axial distance between the adjacent sealing webs is preferably 20 mm. The axial length of the first pipe body section with its web seal is dimensioned such that, when a wall section is manufactured using precast concrete components, the first pipe body section protrudes on the inside beyond the precast concrete section forming the building's exterior side of the wall section. This ensures that the first pipe body section, with its cutting guides designed as sealing webs, is surrounded, at least along a section, by the grout (in-situ concrete) to be filled between the precast concrete sections.

[0015] Preferably, the distance between the individual cutting guides, designed as sealing ridges, is selected such that the casting compound can penetrate between the sealing ridges and flow to the outer surface of the pipe body. The axial distance between the first cutting guides is at least 20 mm.

[0016] A preferred embodiment of the casing pipe provides that the pipe body has at least one sealing seat on its outer surface for a sealing element that can be brought into sealing contact therewith, preferably between two cutting guides, thereby further impeding the passage of moisture from the outside of the building towards the inside of the building. The sealing seat is preferably designed for sealing contact with an elastomer sealing ring to seal against the passage of gas and water, in particular to impede the passage of radon. Along at least one or more sections of the pipe body, the latter has a surface, particularly between two cutting guides, which is free of any elevations or projections over the entire circumference of the pipe body. This allows a separate sealing element, such as an elastomer seal, to be brought into contact with the outer surface of the pipe body and form a seal against the completely smooth outer surface of the casing. Alternatively or additionally, one or more thermoplastic sealing elements are molded onto the outer surface of the casing, for example, from multi-component materials, for example by injection molding, such as during the casing's production process.

[0017] According to a further development of the casing, in addition to the cutting guides on its outer surface, the pipe body has axially extending elevations serving as reinforcing struts or ribbing. The preferably multiple elevations, distributed over the circumference of the pipe body and extending in the axial direction, improve the rigidity and strength of the casing. In particular, in the case of a longitudinally acting peak compressive load or an impact or shock load caused by the casting compound coming into contact with the casing during the production of the wall section, deformation of the pipe body transverse to its extension is counteracted. The axially extending elevations or ribs are preferably lower in height than the circumferentially extending elevations on the outside of the pipe body used to form the second cutting guides, so that the circumferentially extending cutting guides ensure good sawing guidance. The reduced height also minimizes the risk of moisture spreading along the axially extending elevations.

[0018] Preferably, the connecting flange has a connecting surface starting from the pipe body with a width in the radial direction of at least 30 mm, preferably at least 50 mm.

[0019] With a minimum width of 30 mm or more, preferably 50 mm or more, a sufficiently large connection area is formed for a surface seal applied to the wall section with the connection surface of the connecting flange of the casing pipe. Preferably, the connecting flange of the pipe body is assigned to the wall side of the wall section to be created, which defines the building's exterior.

[0020] The connecting flange is preferably designed as an adhesive flange or a filler flange. A filler flange is a flange with a connecting surface with one or more filler-compatible surface areas. The adhesive or filler flange is preferably designed to be coated with one of the following materials: plastic-modified bitumen thick coating (PMBC / KMB), cold-applied self-adhesive bitumen membrane, flexible mineral sealing slurry (MDS), or liquid plastic (epoxy resin coatings) (FLK).

[0021] According to a preferred development, the connecting flange has a regularly or irregularly structured surface for a material connection with a surface seal that can be coupled thereto. The structured surface improves the material connection between the connecting flange and the surface seal that can be connected to it and achieves a permanently sealing connection between the casing pipe and a surface seal applied in particular to the outside of the wall section. This improves sealing in the area of a line routed through the wall section. A regularly structured surface can, for example, be a dimpled or ribbed surface on the connecting flange. An irregularly structured surface is understood to mean, for example, a grained surface on the connecting flange. For example, a sheet material according to DIN 18533-2:2017-07 or a liquid sealant according to DIN 18533-3:2017-07 can be used as a surface sealant.

[0022] A further development of the wall sleeve provides that the connecting flange has one or more fastening tabs, wherein the fastening tabs preferably protrude radially outwards on the connecting flange. With the help of the fastening tabs on the connecting flange, which can have openings for receiving fastening elements, such as screws or nails or steel pins, the wall sleeve is particularly fastened to a formwork part to be used for the production of the wall section, such as a wall formwork. During the production of the wall section, the connecting flange of the wall sleeve lies flush with the formwork part delimiting the wall section, so that after the wall section has been created, the connecting flange with its connecting surface runs flush with the wall surface of the wall section assigned to it.In a preferred embodiment, in order to ensure the desired minimum width of 50 mm for the connection surface, the fastening tabs extend radially outward from the connection flange. Preferably, more than two, three, and especially four fastening tabs are arranged on the connection flange, which are preferably evenly distributed over the circumference of the connection flange.

[0023] According to a preferred embodiment of the casing pipe, the fastening tabs are arranged on the connecting flange by means of a predetermined breaking point, in particular a predetermined breaking socket. This ensures that after the wall section has been constructed and the subsequent stripping process, during which the formwork part is separated from the constructed wall section, the fastening tabs are separated from the connecting flange in a controlled manner via the predetermined breaking point, thus preventing damage to the connecting flange and its connecting surface.

[0024] Preferably, the mounting flange is provided with several predetermined breaking points connecting the mounting flange to the connecting flange of the casing. The structural connection between the mounting flange and the connecting flange is created by two or more thin material webs, which are sufficient to absorb the forces normally acting on the mounting lugs during use of the casing. Preferably, the mounting flange is separated from adjacent areas of the connecting flange by material openings surrounding the mounting flange. The material openings and connecting webs form a type of predetermined breaking socket for each of the mounting lugs on the connecting flange.

[0025] According to a preferred embodiment of the casing pipe, one or more additional fastening tabs are arranged along the pipe body. The fastening tabs formed on the pipe body enable a firm connection to reinforcement running within the wall section to be created. The fastening tabs on the pipe body are designed as material webs running approximately perpendicular to the cutting guides. The fastening tabs on the pipe body can preferably be designed as eyelets or, in one possible embodiment, as blind tabs that can be provided with openings if necessary. Preferably, two fastening tabs are provided at each of three positions along the pipe body, which are arranged on opposite circumferential regions of the pipe body.

[0026] According to the invention, a circumferential recess is formed on the connecting flange in the connection area to the pipe body as a receptacle for a collar of a blind cover that can be inserted into the pipe body. A blind cover, which can be inserted into the pipe body, in particular on the inside, allows for temporary closure of the casing. The recess on the connecting flange is dimensioned such that the blind cover corresponding to the casing, when inserted into the pipe body, is at least flush with the connecting surface of the connecting flange. This ensures that the connecting flange sits flush with the formwork component to be connected to it, even when a cover is used on the casing to close the penetration.

[0027] In a further preferred embodiment, the casing pipe has an end closure, wherein the closure is preferably designed as a blind cover connected to the pipe by means of a predetermined separation point. This ensures that the casing pipe is sealed dust- and fluid-tight at the factory, and at the same time, the blind cover can be easily knocked out or cut out when a sealing insert or the like is to be installed on site.

[0028] A further development of the casing pipe provides that the pipe body has a cross-section that preferably decreases conically, at least on the inside, from its first end having the connecting flange towards the opposite second end. The conical design of the inner surface of the pipe body, which in particular has a smooth surface, particularly improves the reception of sealing inserts to be inserted into the inner diameter of the pipe body. Especially when pressure is applied from the outside of the building to a sealing insert inserted into the passage of the pipe body, the sealing performance of the sealing insert is increased by the slightly decreasing inner diameter towards the second end of the pipe body. The inner surface of the pipe body preferably has a conicity with an angle in the range of preferably 0.1° to 0.5°.

[0029] According to a preferred embodiment of the casing, the second pipe body section has a socket at its free end, which is larger in cross-section than the first pipe body section, for receiving an extension pipe that can be inserted into the socket. The extension socket, which extends over a section of approximately 100 mm for a total casing length of 500 mm, enables a simple connection to a pipe that can be inserted into it. The inner diameter of the socket is dimensioned such that it sealingly corresponds to the outer diameter of an extension pipe that can be inserted into the socket.

[0030] The sleeve preferably has a free cross-section that decreases from the open end of the sleeve towards the first pipe body section, preferably tapering conically. On the one hand, the conically tapered free cross-section of the sleeve serves to compensate for tolerances and, when an extension pipe to be inserted into the sleeve is pushed in, causes the outer surface of the pipe to automatically clamp against the inner surface of the sleeve of the casing. The sleeve preferably has a conicity with an angle in the range of 0.3° to 2°. A preferred embodiment of the casing provides that the sleeve, which widens in cross-section, also comprises a length scale with length dimensions of the pipe body on its outer surface on the second pipe body section, wherein preferably all length dimensions are assigned a cutting guide to assist in shortening the length of the pipe body. The cutting guides on the outside of the sleeve are preferably also designed as elevations running in the circumferential direction and projecting in the radial direction.

[0031] According to a preferred embodiment, the connecting flange and / or the first cutting guides have at least one pair of diametrically opposed flattened portions. Such flattened portions formed on the connecting flange and / or on the first cutting guides create a partially flat support surface on the casing, which can prevent the casing from accidentally rolling away.

[0032] In addition, the flats on the first cutting guides, in particular, enable the casing to be clamped or, for example, a measuring device, such as a spirit level, to be positioned without tipping. Preferably, the flange and / or the first cutting guides have at least two pairs of such flats, which are offset at an angle of approximately 90° to one another on the connecting flange and / or cutting guides, which preferably have a circular outer circumferential surface.

[0033] A preferred embodiment of the casing pipe provides for it to be formed as a one-piece, injection-molded plastic part. The primarily one-piece design of the casing pipe made of plastic simplifies the manufacture of such a casing pipe designed according to the invention. Furthermore, by using a plastic, the components according to the invention, in particular those to be formed on the connecting flange and the pipe body, such as the fastening tabs connected to the flange via the predetermined breaking socket, as well as the cutting guides having different heights, can be easily formed on the casing pipe. Furthermore, a casing pipe made of a plastic material can be easily shortened to the desired length, which in particular corresponds to the wall thickness of the wall section to be produced.

[0034] In a further preferred embodiment, the casing pipe has a partially or completely circumferential stop in its interior for receiving and limiting the insertion of a sealing insert, wherein the stop is preferably positioned in a range of 100 mm or less, particularly preferably in a range of 50 mm to 100 mm, from one of the pipe ends.

[0035] In a second aspect, the invention relates to a casing assembly comprising two or more casings.

[0036] The invention achieves the object stated at the outset in such a casing arrangement in that one, several or all of the casings are designed according to one of the above-described preferred embodiments of the first aspect, wherein the casings are lined up adjacent to one another.

[0037] The second aspect utilizes the same advantages as the casing of the first aspect. Preferred embodiments of the first aspect are also preferred embodiments of the second aspect, and vice versa, which is why, to avoid repetition, reference is made to the above explanations in this regard.

[0038] In a preferred embodiment, the connecting flanges of the pipes are arranged abutting against each other with at least one adjacent connecting flange, wherein the connecting flanges are preferably connected by means of mutually corresponding fastening means, preferably by means of mutually corresponding locking elements.

[0039] The invention is described in more detail below using a preferred embodiment with reference to the accompanying figures. Fig. 1: a perspective view of an embodiment of a casing according to the invention; Fig. 2: a sectional view of the casing according to the invention according to Fig. 1 in the installed state; Fig. 3: a front view of the casing after Fig. 1 , which illustrates the design of the cutting guides and the length scale on the outer surface of the pipe body; Fig. 4: a view of detail IV from Fig. 3 ; Fig. 5: a view of detail V from Fig. 3 ; Fig. 6: a side view of the casing pipe showing the connecting flange arranged at the first end of the pipe body; Fig. 7: a view of detail VII from Fig. 6 ; Fig. 8: a perspective view of the casing from Fig. 1 with an extension tube connected to the pipe body; Fig. 9: a sectional view of a casing according to a second embodiment; Fig. 10: a side view of the casing according to Fig. 9 ; Fig. 11: a detailed sectional view of the casing according to Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 ; Fig. 12; another detailed sectional view of the casing according to Fig. 9 bis Fig. 11 ; and Fig. 13: a side view of a casing assembly.

[0040] Fig. 1 shows a casing pipe 1 for passing one or more lines (not shown in detail) through a wall section 2 ( Fig. 2 ). The casing pipe 1 comprises a pipe body 4 and a connecting flange 8 arranged at a first end 6 of the pipe body 4, which is designed to be flush with a wall surface 10 ( Fig. 2 ) of the wall section 2. In one possible embodiment of the casing pipe, the pipe body 4 comprises a sleeve 14 at its second end 12. The sleeve 14 has an enlarged cross-section compared to the pipe body section 16 extending between the connecting flange 8 and the sleeve 14.

[0041] The tubular body 4 has a first tubular body section 16 and a second tubular body section 16', wherein elevations 18, 18' are formed along the first and second tubular body sections, extending in the circumferential direction and projecting in the radial direction.

[0042] Fig. 2 shows the casing pipe 1 in the installed state in a wall section 2 preferably made entirely of a casting compound, such as in-situ concrete. The casing pipe 1 is installed with its uncut length in a wall section 2 having a wall thickness of approximately 500 mm.

[0043] As from Fig. 2 As can be seen, the hardening casting compound engages in particular between the elevations 18 on the first tubular body section 16. The elevations 18, which are in particular formed circumferentially, on the first tubular body section 16 form a web seal 20 with a plurality of sealing webs 20' arranged one behind the other in the axial direction, by means of which a sealing connection is created between the outside of the tubular body 4 and the wall section 2 surrounding the tubular body 4.

[0044] The Fig. 3 The view of the casing pipe 1 shown illustrates that along the pipe body 4 on its outer surface, starting from the connecting flange 8, at least one length scale 22 with a plurality of length measurements 24 arranged on the pipe body 4 is arranged or formed. One, several, or all length measurements are assigned a cutting guide 26, 26' for assisting in shortening the length of the pipe body 4. In the embodiment shown here, the cutting guides 26, 26' are formed by the elevations 18, 18' running in the circumferential direction and protruding in the radial direction on the pipe body 4.

[0045] The tubular body 4 has a number of first cutting guides 26 along the first tubular body section 16 and a number of second cutting guides 26' along the second tubular body section 16'. The first cutting guides 26 have a height which, in the presently shown embodiment, is greater than the height of the second cutting guides 26'. In the present case, the first cutting guides have a height of approximately 20 mm. The second cutting guides 26' are elevations 18' with a height in the radial direction on the second tubular body section 16', which have a circumferential height of approximately 2 mm on the outer surface of the tubular body 4.

[0046] The first tubular body section 16 with its web seal 20' formed thereon has an axial length of at least 160 mm. The distance between the cutting guides 26 on the first tubular body section 16 is 20 mm in the embodiment shown. The distance between the cutting guides 26' on the second tubular body section 16', whereby the sleeve 14 is also to be regarded as belonging to the second tubular body section 16', are arranged at a distance of 10 mm from one another on the outer surface of the tubular body 4. The sleeve 14 has a free cross-section that decreases, preferably tapers conically, from the open end of the sleeve 14 towards the first tubular body section 16.

[0047] As from Fig. 3 As can also be seen, a length of 365 mm is arranged on the outer surface of the pipe body 4, which corresponds to one of the common wall thicknesses for a wall section to be produced. With the help of the cutting guides 26, 26', when the casing 1 needs to be shortened to a desired length, cutting edges are defined for guiding a cutting tool along the pipe body 4.

[0048] As can be seen from the Fig. 4 As can be seen from the detail IV shown, in a preferred embodiment the tubular body 4 has for at least one, several or each of the length dimensions an indicator element 28 in the form of an indicator arrow, which assigns the cutting guide associated with the length dimension.

[0049] In an embodiment shown here, the tubular body 4, as Fig. 3 Furthermore, on its outer surface, it features at least one sealing seat 30 for a sealing element (not shown in detail), such as an elastomer seal. The sealing seat 30 is formed, in particular, between two cutting guides 26', wherein the outer surface in the region of the sealing seat is completely free of any elevations or projections protruding from the outside of the tubular body 4. The sealing seat 30 is preferably a smooth annular section on the outer surface of the tubular body 4.

[0050] In one embodiment of the Fig.3 In the invention shown, the tubular body 4 has, in addition to the cutting guides 26, 26', elevations 32 extending in the axial direction on its outer surface as reinforcing struts or stiffening ribs for the tubular body 4. Along the tubular body 4, as shown in detail in Fig. 5 As shown, one or more fastening tabs 34 may also be arranged, by means of which the tubular body 4 can be fastened to a reinforcement (not shown in detail) used to produce the wall section 2. The fastening tabs 34 have openings 36 through which, for example, a fastening wire can be passed.

[0051] The Fig. 6 The connecting flange 8 of the casing pipe 1 shown, which is a one-piece, injection-molded plastic part, is preferably designed as an adhesive flange or a filler flange. The connecting flange 8 has, in particular, starting from the pipe body, a connecting surface 37 with a width in the radial direction R of at least 50 mm, which enables the connection of a surface seal to the connecting flange 8.

[0052] In order to effect the connection of the surface seal via preferably a material connection, the connecting flange 8 has a regularly or irregularly structured surface of its connecting surface 37.

[0053] In a possible, in Fig. 6 In the embodiment shown, the connecting flange 8 has at least one, in this case four, fastening tabs 34' with openings 36', which are designed to correspond with fastening means, such as screws or nails or steel pins, in order to be able to fasten the connecting flange 8 to a formwork part (not shown in detail) used to produce the wall section 2.

[0054] In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening tabs 34' preferably protrude radially outward on the connecting flange 8. Thus, the connecting flange 8 has a connection surface 37 that is unimpaired for the connection of a surface seal.

[0055] As from Fig. 7 As can be seen, the fastening tabs 34' with their openings 36' are connected to the adjacent areas of the connecting flange 8 via predetermined breaking points 38 in the form of narrow connecting webs 40. In addition, the fastening tabs 34' are delimited from the connecting flange 8 by material recesses 42. In order to prevent damage to the fastening tabs 34' protruding from the connecting flange 8, the connecting flange 8 has material surrounds 44 surrounding the fastening tabs 34'.

[0056] By means of at least the predetermined breaking points 38 designed as connecting webs 40 and the material recesses 42, a predetermined breaking socket 46 for the fastening tabs 34' on the connecting flange 8 is formed.

[0057] In one embodiment, with reference to Fig. 2 In the connection area between the tubular body 4 and the connecting flange 8, a recess 48 is formed as a receptacle for a collar of a blind cover (not shown in detail) that can be inserted into the inside of the tubular body 4. The recess 48 is circumferential and dimensioned such that the corresponding blind cover, in its inserted position, is flush or slightly recessed with the connecting flange 8.

[0058] In one possible embodiment, the tubular body 4 has a cross-section on the inside that decreases from the first end 6 toward the second end 12. Preferably, the free cross-section tapers conically.

[0059] As from Fig. 8 As can be seen, the sleeve 14 arranged at the second end 12 is designed to receive an extension tube 50. The inner diameter of the tube body 4 adjacent to the sleeve 14 is matched to the extension tube 50 designed as a standard component in such a way that a step-free transition is formed between the inner diameter of the extension tube 50 and the inner diameter of the tube body 4.

[0060] As from Fig. 3 and Fig. 6 As can be seen, the connecting flange 8 and the elevations 18 designed as sealing webs 20' or cutting guides 26 have at least one pair of diametrically opposed flattened portions 52 on their outer circumferential surfaces. Preferably, two pairs of such flattened portions 52 are formed on the connecting flange 8 and the elevations 18. In the example shown, the flattened portions 52 have an angular offset of approximately 90° to one another and an angular offset of approximately 45° to the fastening tabs 34' projecting from the connecting flange. Alternatively, flattened portions can also be provided that have no angular offset.

[0061] Fig. 9 shows a casing 1' according to a second embodiment of the invention. The casing 1' has the same basic structural features as the casing 1 of Fig. 1 bis 8 With regard to structurally and / or functionally identical features, the same reference symbols are assigned and, to avoid repetition, reference is made to the above explanations, which also apply to the Figuren 9 bis 13 The special features of the second embodiment are explained below.

[0062] The casing pipe 1' has a stop 54 in its interior, which is arranged at a distance A in the range of 50 mm to 100 mm from the first pipe end 6 and serves as an insertion limit for correspondingly dimensioned sealing inserts.

[0063] The casing pipe 1' further comprises a closure 58 as a blind cover, which is connected to the pipe body 4 by means of a (first) predetermined separation point 56. The predetermined separation point 56 is Fig. 12 shown in more detail.

[0064] Radially outside the brine separation point 56, the flange 8 of the casing is formed. In contrast to the Figuren 1 bis 8 the flange 8 has a plurality of first locking elements 60, preferably on each side surface, and a plurality of second locking elements 62a, 62b corresponding to the first locking elements 60, which are jointly positioned such that a plurality of flanges 8, ie a plurality of casing pipes 1', can be fastened to one another in one row or in multiple rows, for example as in Fig. 13 indicated.

[0065] The locking elements 62a are configured to engage the first locking elements 60 from a first side, while the second locking elements 62b are configured to engage the first locking elements 60 from an opposite second side, so that the first locking elements 60 are clamped between the second locking elements 62a, 62b. In the present case, the second locking elements 62a, 62b are arranged offset from one another. In alternative embodiments, however, the second locking elements 62a, 62b can also be arranged directly aligned with one another.

[0066] For the mechanical stabilization of the casing pipe 1, the flange 8 of the casing pipe 1' has an anchor element 64 on the sides which also have the locking elements 60, 62, preferably on at least one of the second locking elements 62b, which improves the mechanical connection to the wall or floor section when the connecting flange is cast in concrete.

[0067] As from Fig. 10 As can be seen, the closure 58 further comprises a plurality of second predetermined separation points 66, each extending radially from the center of the closure 58. The predetermined separation points 66 can be formed as material weakenings introduced into the closure 58 on one or both sides, or as slots.

[0068] As can be seen from Fig. 11 As will be explained in more detail, the tubular body 4 has a first diameter D 1 at the end up to a first flank 59a, and from a second flank 59b onwards a third diameter D 3 , which can be the same as the first diameter D 1 or can also deviate from the first diameter D 1. The stop 54 is limited in the axial direction by the two flanks 59a, 59b and has a second diameter D 2 which is smaller than the first diameter D 1 and smaller than the third diameter D 3. The flanks 59a, 59b preferably extend radially inwards and are preferably provided with transition radii on the inside and / or outside.

[0069] As can be seen from Fig. 12 As will be seen in more detail, the closure 58 has a first material thickness M 1 in the axial direction. Here, the predetermined separation point 56 is designed as a two-sided material weakening and, as such, has an outer first notch root 57a and an inner second notch root 57b, which preferably lie on the same pitch circle diameter. The predetermined separation point 56 has a material thickness M 2 between the notch roots 57a, 57b in the axial direction, which is less than the first material thickness M 1.

[0070] In embodiments not shown but equally preferred, the (first) predetermined separation point 56 can be designed as a one-sided material weakening, or as a partially interrupted circumferential slot.

[0071] As can be seen for the lining ear arrangement according to Fig. 13As a result, any desired complex structure of adjacent casing pipes 1' can be created by means of the corresponding locking elements 60, 62 provided on the flange 8 according to the invention. A casing pipe arrangement 100 with two rows and two columns is shown purely as an example, but various combinations can be formed because a first locking element 60 and one or more corresponding second locking elements 62a, 62b are always opposite one another and can be reversibly and releasably engaged with one another.
