Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a backpack device comprising a carrying strap unit and a battery pack receptacle for accommodating a battery pack intended to power a handheld internal vibrator. The internal vibrator preferably has an elastically deformable protective tube.
[0002] EP 3 462 518 A2 discloses a backpack carrying device.
[0003] EP 3 605 784 A1 discloses a support device comprising a support frame and an energy storage device carried by the support frame.
[0004] DE 10 2004 001 550 A1 discloses an electric hand-held power tool with at least one battery-powered electric motor which can be placed on the back of a user by means of a carrying unit and by means of which an output tool can be driven via a flexible shaft, wherein the carrying unit has guide means which engage the flexible shaft in such a way that the flexible shaft is fixed in a slip-proof manner in the shoulder area starting from the back area of the user.
[0005] It is an object of the present invention to provide a backpack carrying device which promotes increased user safety and increased user comfort.
[0006] The object is achieved with a backpack device according to claim 1.
[0007] The invention incorporates the recognition that a handheld internal vibrator is typically quite heavy and therefore difficult to use. This can lead to long-term health impairments for the user. Furthermore, it was recognized that the surface of already compacted concrete can be damaged by contact with the protective hose, necessitating rework.
[0008] The fact that the protective hose can be guided over the shoulder of a backpack user to transfer the load helps avoid these disadvantages. Part of the vertical load of the internal vibrator can be transferred into the backpack via the protective hose, which is now guided in the hose guide. This is gentle on the user's back. Furthermore, the hose guide can facilitate the ideal vertical insertion of a vibrator cylinder of the internal vibrator into the concrete to be compacted.
[0009] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the hose guide is designed to allow the protective hose to move along its longitudinal direction. It has proven advantageous if the hose guide is designed to allow the protective hose to move horizontally, particularly at a contact point or contact zone between the protective hose and the hose guide.
[0010] According to the invention, the backpack device has a housing that is different from the carrying strap unit and / or arranged on the carrying strap unit. The hose guide is on the
[0011] The housing can be hood-shaped. It has proven advantageous if the housing is aligned with the battery pack receptacle.
[0012] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the carrying strap unit has two shoulder straps and / or a base plate. In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the base plate is fastened to the carrying strap unit, in particular fastened detachably. It has proven advantageous if the base plate is arranged centrally on the carrying strap unit with respect to a horizontal direction during intended use of the carrying strap unit. It has also proven advantageous if the hose guide is spaced from the shoulder straps, in particular in the vertical direction. In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the load of the protective hose and / or the hose guide is transferred to a user via the base plate.
[0013] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the hose guide is integrated into the housing. It has proven advantageous if the hose guide is formed integrally with the housing. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the housing and / or the hose guide consists of plastic or comprises plastic. It has proven advantageous if the plastic is a thermoplastic, which has preferably been processed into the housing and / or the hose guide by means of an injection molding process.
[0014] In another particularly preferred embodiment, the hose guide has at least one sliding surface. It has proven advantageous if the sliding surface has a coefficient of sliding friction between rubber (protective hose) and plastic (hose guide) in the dry state of between 0.2 and 0.4 according to DIN EN ISO 8295. The hose guide can be equipped with a sliding surface comprising a plastic from the group: polyamide, polyacetal copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate, and polytetrafluoroethylene.
[0015] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the hose guide has a convex surface. The hose guide can have a surface that is curved at least in sections. It has proven advantageous if the surface extends across a predominant width of the housing. The surface can be bounded horizontally on both sides by a stand-up collar. This prevents the protective hose from slipping sideways off the hose guide.
[0016] According to the invention, the hose guide has a boom rail for receiving the protective hose in sections. The load of the protective hose is preferably transferred via this boom rail. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the boom rail has a U-shaped profile. It has proven advantageous if the boom rail is arranged on the housing so that it can be pivoted and / or displaced with respect to the housing. The boom rail can be pivoted in one or more degrees of freedom with respect to the housing. It has proven advantageous if the boom rail is designed to be lockable. In particular, it can be provided that one or more degrees of freedom of the boom rail can be blocked by a user if necessary. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the housing has a plurality of defined receiving zones for the boom rail.It has proven advantageous if the receiving zone has a recess into which the corresponding pin of the cantilever rail can engage. Preferably, engagement occurs without any noticeable play or with barely noticeable play. The recess can have an orientation groove formed on the recess, which preferably means a non-rotationally symmetrical design of the recess. In this way, a specific pivot angle position for the cantilever rail can be determined. Different recesses can have orientation grooves with different angles.
[0017] In another particularly preferred embodiment, the boom rail has at least one transport roller. It has proven advantageous if the transport roller is arranged within a volume spanned by the boom rail. The boom rail can have a length of at least 30 cm.
[0018] In another particularly preferred embodiment, the battery pack receptacle is arranged below the hose guide. It has proven advantageous if the hose guide extends vertically above the highest point of the carrying strap unit, at least in sections.
[0019] The problem is also solved by an internal vibrating system with a backpack device as described above and with a hand-held internal vibrator that is connected or is to be connected to the backpack device via an elastically deformable protective hose, with an electric motor associated with the internal vibrator. The internal vibrating system can be further developed by features described with reference to the backpack device.
[0020] In a particularly preferred embodiment, the electric motor is arranged in the backpack device. In another particularly preferred embodiment, the protective hose has a mechanical drive shaft driven by the electric motor. As an alternative to arranging the electric motor in the backpack device, the electric motor can be arranged in a vibrator cylinder of the internal vibrator. It has proven advantageous if the protective hose comprises or is an electrical cable. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the electric motor is connected to the battery pack via the electrical cable.
[0021] In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the internal vibrating system has a battery pack which is accommodated or to be accommodated in the battery pack receptacle, by means of which the electric motor of the internal vibrator can be supplied with electricity.
[0022] Further advantages will become apparent from the following description of the figures. Particularly preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated in the figures. The figures, the description, and the claims contain numerous features in combination. Those skilled in the art will expediently consider the features individually and combine them into useful further combinations, in accordance with the claims.
[0023] In the figures, identical and similar components are numbered with the same reference numerals. They show: Figure 1 shows a first preferred embodiment of a backpack device, Figure 2 shows the embodiment of the Figure 1 from a different angle, Figure 3 shows a second preferred embodiment of a back carrying device; and Figure 4 shows the embodiment of the Figure 3 from a different perspective. Example:
[0024] A first preferred embodiment of a backpack device 100 according to the invention is shown in Figure 1 shown.
[0025] The backpack device 100 is equipped with a carrying strap unit 10 and a battery pack holder 20 for receiving a battery pack 80 (shown in dashed lines because it is arranged within the battery pack holder 20). The battery pack 80, which is received in the battery pack holder 20, serves to supply energy to a hand-held internal vibrator 200, wherein the internal vibrator 200 has an elastically deformable protective hose 210.
[0026] The carrying strap unit 10, in turn, has two shoulder straps 11 and a base plate 15 connected to the shoulder straps. The battery pack receptacle 20 is connected to the base plate 15 so that the load of the battery pack 80, mediated by the base plate 15 and the two shoulder straps 11, can be evenly distributed to a user HK of the backpack device 100. The carrying strap unit 10 is equipped, for example, with a hip belt 13 to further improve load distribution.
[0027] The backpack device 100, the hand-held internal vibrator 200, and the battery pack 80 are part of an internal vibrator system 500. In the presently illustrated embodiment, the internal vibrator 200 is assigned an electric motor 230, which is arranged in the backpack device 100 (here, for example, below the battery pack receptacle 20). The electric motor 230 is electrically supplied by the battery pack 80. The elastically deformable protective hose 210 contains a flexible mechanical drive shaft 215, via which a rotary movement of the electric motor 230 is transmitted to an unbalanced mass (not shown here) of a vibrator cylinder 220 of the internal vibrator 200.
[0028] In an alternative embodiment, not shown here, the electric motor can be located in the vibrator head of the internal vibrator. In this case, the protective hose encloses an electrical cable connecting the electric motor to the battery pack.
[0029] Again Figure 1 can be removed, the backpack device 100 has a hose guide 30, by means of which the protective hose 210 is guided in a load-bearing manner over a shoulder of the user HK of the backpack device 100. The hose guide 30 is designed to allow the protective hose 210 to be movable along its longitudinal direction L.
[0030] The backpack device 100 has a housing 40 that is different from the carrying strap unit 10 and arranged on the carrying strap unit 10, wherein the hose guide 30 is arranged on the housing 40. In the first preferred embodiment shown here, the hose guide 30 is formed integrally with the housing 40. For example, the housing 40 consists of an ABS plastic that was formed into the housing 40 by injection molding. The housing 40 is hood-shaped, wherein the hose guide 30, formed integrally with the housing 40, has a convex surface OF. The convex surface OF follows a curvature of the shoulder straps 11, which nestle against the shoulders of the user HK during intended use of the backpack device 100.In other words, it may be advantageous if the convex surface OF, with regard to the position and / or extent of its curvature, is modeled on the shoulders and / or back of the user HK.
[0031] Again Figure 2can be removed, the convex surface OF extends over a predominant part of the width B of the housing 40. The convex surface OF is delimited on both sides in the horizontal direction HR by a standing collar 39. This prevents the protective hose 210 from slipping sideways off the hose guide 30. The surface OF designed in this way enables the protective hose 210 to remain movable along its longitudinal direction L; in other words, the protective hose 210 rests on the surface OF of the hose guide 30 due to gravity and can slide along it. In particular, the protective hose 210 is not fixed to the hose guide 30 in a contact zone between the protective hose 210 and the hose guide 30. This prevents vibrations from the protective hose 210 from being transmitted into the backpack device 100, at least to a certain extent.
[0032] Because the convex surface OF extends over a predominant portion of the width B of the housing 40, the protective tube 210 also has a degree of freedom in the horizontal direction HR. The user can thus easily move the protective tube 210, for example, by placing the protective tube 210 over the left shoulder.
[0033] The backpack carrying device 100 has a handle 17 attached to the base plate 15 by means of which the backpack carrying device 100 can be comfortably lifted, for example onto the loading area of a vehicle.
[0034] A second preferred embodiment of a backpack device 100 according to the invention is shown in Figure 3The backpack device 100 has a housing 40 that is different from the carrying strap unit 10 and is attached to the base plate 15 of the carrying strap unit 10. The hose guide 30 is arranged on the housing 40. The hose guide 30 has a boom rail 31 for the purpose of load-bearing guidance of the protective hose 210.
[0035] The cantilever rail 31 is detachably attached to the housing 40. To prevent the protective hose 210 from slipping sideways (in the horizontal direction HR) from the housing 40, the housing 40 has two limiting nozzles 41. Lateral slipping (in the horizontal direction HR) of the protective hose 210 from the cantilever rail 31 is prevented by the fact that the cantilever rail 31 has a U-shaped profile in which the protective hose 210 is accommodated at least in sections.
[0036] Preferably, the cantilever rail 31 is arranged on the housing 40 so as to be displaceable relative to the housing 40. This should be explained with reference to Figure 4will be explained in more detail. The housing 40 has a plurality of defined receiving zones 33 for the cantilever rail 31. Each of the receiving zones 33 in turn has a recess 34 into which a corresponding pin (not shown here) of the cantilever rail 31 can engage with no noticeable play or with barely noticeable play. By means of a retaining pin (not shown here) on the underside of the cantilever rail 31, the cantilever rail 31 can be secured against slipping out, for example by snapping the retaining pin (not shown here) into a centrally arranged pin receptacle 35 of the receiving zone 33. Each of the receiving zones 33 defines an anchoring position of the cantilever rail 31 along a width B of the housing 40. The cantilever rail 31 is thus arranged on the housing 40 so as to be displaceable with respect to the housing 40.
[0037] Moving the boom rail 31 into a defined pivot position (relative to a pivot axis SA running coaxially with the pin receptacle) can be achieved, for example, by a circular recess 34 in the receiving zone 33. In this case, the boom rail 31 remains in one and the same recess 34 and can be variably pivoted about the pivot axis SA of the occupied recess 34, like a slewing crane. On the other hand, a specific pivot angle position for the boom rail 31 can be defined by an orientation groove 36 formed on the recess 34, which means a non-rotationally symmetrical design of the recess 34. The recesses 34 can have orientation grooves with different angles.
[0038] Again Figure 4 can also be removed, the boom rail 31 has a U-shaped profile in which the protective hose 210 (cf. Figure 3) is accommodated at least in sections. The boom rail 31 has at least two transport rollers 37, which facilitate the guidance of the protective hose 210 in the longitudinal direction L. List of reference symbols
