Description

[0001] The invention relates to a moving device for moving a formwork, in particular a ceiling formwork element, comprising: a holding frame for the detachable arrangement of the formwork, a support frame for supporting the holding frame, a hanging and unhooking device for moving the holding frame relative to the support frame between a hanging position for hanging the formwork in at least one support head on at least one formwork support and a hanging position for unhooking the formwork from the at least one support head on the at least one formwork support.

[0002] Furthermore, the invention relates to a formwork device comprising: a placement device, a formwork, in particular a ceiling formwork element, which is detachably arranged on the holding frame of the placement device.

[0003] Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for connecting a formwork, in particular a ceiling formwork element, to a formwork support.

[0004] WO 2013 / 156405 A1 describes a lifting and pivoting device for erecting and striking slab formwork elements. This prior art provides a pivoting unit and a separate lifting unit, which can be operated from a common operating area. The pivoting unit has a holder for suspending the slab formwork element. A first cable winch can move a support of the lifting unit vertically. A second cable winch in the same operating area can operate the pivoting unit. To suspend the slab formwork element from four supports using the lifting and pivoting device, the movable support is moved vertically and brought into the area of two already standing supports. An area of the slab formwork element facing the supports is located slightly above the height of the docking area of the supports so that the slab formwork element can be suspended in this area.To do this, the movable support is moved back toward the base in its pre-positioned orientation until the section of the slab formwork element to be suspended comes into contact with the supports. The pivoting unit is then deflected so that it is in a substantially horizontal direction. In this position, the slab formwork element is also aligned horizontally. Are in the area of the

[0005] If supports are already pre-assembled on the slab formwork element, the slab formwork element can stand independently after the lifting and pivoting device has been moved away. Otherwise, it can be moved away after additional supports have been installed on the horizontally aligned slab formwork element.

[0006] This lifting and swiveling device can therefore support formwork erection and removal. However, the disadvantage is that the user must carefully coordinate several shifting, lifting, and swiveling movements to dock the slab formwork element to the supports.

[0007] US 3,305,219 shows a different type of lifting device for building panels and drywall.

[0008] US 4 117 939 A relates to a different type of lifting device for lifting a building panel to ceiling height.

[0009] CN 215254344 U also refers to a different type of lifting device for suspended ceilings.

[0010] DE 196 02 981 A1 shows a device for installing and removing ceiling formwork, whereby the formwork panels can simply be placed on a support that can be raised and lowered. DE 3135418 A1 discloses a transport and assembly trolley for panels and other objects, for installation on ceilings and slopes.

[0011] In contrast, the object of the present invention is to alleviate or eliminate at least some of the disadvantages of the prior art. The invention preferably aims to provide a positioning device, a formwork device, and a method for connecting a formwork to a formwork support, which facilitate the erection and removal of formwork and make it more error-tolerant.

[0012] This object is achieved with a transfer device according to claim 1, a formwork device according to claim 12 and a method according to claim 14. Preferred embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

[0013] According to the invention, the hanging and unhooking device has at least one slotted guide, preferably two slotted guides on opposite longitudinal sides of the support frame, with an upward section and a downward section and at least one guide element on the holding frame, wherein the guide element is guided in the slotted guide.

[0014] This design of the suspension and unsuspension device advantageously enables forced guidance of the holding frame when moving from the unsuspended position to the suspended position. During use, the suspension of the formwork on the holding frame into the at least one formwork prop, preferably into two formwork props arranged at a distance from one another, is thus precisely coordinated. A slab formwork element is preferably used as the formwork, which can be part of a slab formwork comprising several slab formwork elements arranged next to one another. Advantageously, the user does not have to readjust the raising and lowering of the holding frame when suspending the formwork. The link guide guides the holding frame with high precision into the suspended position, in which the formwork can be connected to the prop head of the formwork prop. Two identical link guides are preferably provided on opposite long sides of the support frame.According to the invention, the link guide has the upward section, to which the downward section adjoins. The upward section extends upward; the downward section downward. For the purposes of this disclosure, all location and direction specifications refer to the intended use of the positioning device on a horizontal surface. Preferably, the upward section is such that the support frame, and thus also the formwork to be attached to it, tilts forward along the upward section during lifting, i.e., toward the support head. At the upper end of the upward section, there may be an upper apex, to which the downward section adjoins downwards. The downward section preferably extends further forward on the support frame, where "front" refers to the side facing the formwork support and "rear" refers to the side facing away from the formwork support. This means that the upper end of the holding frame, and thus also the formwork when in use, is moved forward without the need to move the moving device as a whole. In this design, the link guide effects a combined lifting and lowering movement, with the holding frame also being moved forward relative to the support frame. This complex movement makes it possible to arrange the formwork on the holding frame at the prop head in such a way that the formwork only needs to be brought into the preferably essentially horizontal formwork position. This can be done manually, for example, using a tool or a lifting device that is attached to the end of the formwork facing away from the formwork prop in order to pivot the formwork up into the formwork position. At least one guide element, in particular a guide pin, is provided on the holding frame and is guided in the link guide, preferably with essentially no lateral play. This predetermines the movement of the holding frame into the suspended position. Readjustment by the user is eliminated. Removing the formwork from the at least one formwork prop is therefore only carried out in the reverse direction. Starting from the suspended position, the holding frame, in use together with the formwork, is moved along the guide rail into the unhooked position to remove the formwork from the at least one formwork prop.

[0015] Preferably, the upward section of the link guide is inclined forward relative to the linear guide, toward the formwork support. The upward section can end at an upper vertex of the link guide. The downward section, which extends downward toward the ground, adjoins the upper vertex. Preferably, the downward section has an upper subsection and a lower subsection, which is inclined obliquely backward relative to the upper subsection.

[0016] In order to move the holding frame from a lowered position for arranging the formwork on the support frame into a raised position in preparation for hanging the formwork in the support head of the formwork prop, the hanging and unhooking device preferably has at least one linear guide, preferably two linear guides on opposite long sides of the support frame, for lifting the holding frame, wherein the linear guide merges into the slotted guide at the upper end. The linear guide enables the holding frame to be lifted relative to the support frame along a substantially rectilinear path, to which the slotted guide adjoins on the upper side. Thus, the holding frame can be moved from the lowered position to the raised position with the aid of the linear guide and from the raised position to the hanging position for connection to the support head with the aid of the slotted guide. The linear guide and the link guide therefore form a continuous, continuous guideway for the support frame, which can therefore be used in a simple and reliable way to connect the formwork to the column head.

[0017] The linear guide preferably has a length of 20 to 400 cm, in particular 50 to 270 cm. Furthermore, it is preferred if the linear guide, and thus also the formwork in use, runs at an inclination angle of 0 to 75, in particular 5 to 55, to the vertical.

[0018] In order to create a quickly established and detachable connection between the support frame and the formwork, it is advantageous if the support frame, particularly at the upper end, has a holding element for detachably arranging the formwork, particularly an upper end region of the formwork. The holding element is preferably designed for a tool-free, detachable connection to the formwork. The holding element is preferably designed to hold the formwork in the lowered position at an inclination angle of 0° to 75°, particularly 5° to 55°, to the vertical.

[0019] Preferably, the holding element has an upper support jaw for the formwork.

[0020] Furthermore, it is advantageous if the holding element has at least one holding bolt, preferably two holding bolts, which, in the connected state, engages in a corresponding holding opening of the formwork.

[0021] In a preferred embodiment, the upper support jaw has an angle part with a first contact surface for contacting a first inner surface of the formwork and with a second contact surface, preferably at a right angle thereto, for contacting a second inner surface of the formwork. In use, the formwork frame can be placed on the angle part in such a way that the first contact surface is in contact with the first inner surface of the formwork and the second contact surface of the angle part is in contact with the second inner surface of the formwork. In this position, the formwork can be carried independently by the holding element, i.e. without the assistance of a user or another support device. Preferably, the holding frame, and thus also the formwork held thereon, is arranged inclined forwards with respect to a vertical plane in the lowered position. When arranged on the angle part, the formwork is supported via the first and second inner surfaces on the first and secondsecond contact surface of the angle part. In a preferred embodiment, the first contact surface extends substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the linear guide, so that a first inner surface extending substantially perpendicular to a formwork facing of the formwork can be supported on the first contact surface. Preferably, the second contact surface extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the linear guide, so that a second inner surface extending substantially parallel to the formwork facing of the formwork can be supported on the second contact surface.

[0022] When the formwork is suspended from the support head, the formwork is preferably tilted forwards. In contrast, when it is removed from the support head, the formwork can be tilted backwards. To facilitate the suspension and removal processes, it is advantageous to provide a device for changing the tilting moment of the holding frame as it is guided along the link guide. Preferably, this device can be used to switch the holding frame between a first tilting moment, which promotes tilting forwards in the direction of the suspension position, i.e., towards the support head, and a second tilting moment, which promotes tilting backwards in the direction of the removal position, i.e., away from the support head.

[0023] In a preferred embodiment, the device for changing the tipping moment of the holding frame comprises a support element for the formwork, which is preferably adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the holding frame. The support element can thus be moved between a first position and a second position. The formwork can be arranged on the holding frame in such a way that the first position of the support element causes the first tipping moment to promote the tipping of the holding frame with the formwork forwards when the formwork is hooked into the support head, and the second position causes the second tipping moment to promote the tipping of the holding frame with the formwork backwards when the formwork is removed from the support head. The center of gravity of the formwork is preferably located above the support element in the first position and below the support element in the second position.Depending on the position of the support element, either a positive or a negative tipping moment relative to the center of gravity is achieved. It is particularly preferred if the holding element is designed as an upper support jaw and the support element as a lower support jaw. The lower support jaw can have a support surface running parallel to the formwork skin.

[0024] To improve the guidance of the support frame in any position of the support element, it is advantageous if the support element is connected to a lower guide element, in particular to a lower guide pin, which can be guided along the linear guide of the suspension and unsuspension device. By moving the lower support jaw upwards from the first position to the second position, the center of gravity of the formwork in the second position is preferably arranged below the lower guide pin of the support frame, thus promoting the tendency to tip backward, i.e., away from the column head.

[0025] Preferably, the guide element of the hanging and unhooking device described above is designed as an upper guide element, in particular as an upper guide pin, on the holding frame, which can be guided along the slotted guide, in particular also along the linear guide, on the support frame.

[0026] Since the movement of the formwork is precisely guided by the link guide, the positioning device must be precisely aligned with the formwork prop before the suspension process begins. This can be done manually and by eye, but requires some experience from the operating personnel. To ensure reliable and safe suspension, a preferred embodiment provides an alignment unit for aligning the positioning device with the formwork prop, in particular with the prop head of the formwork prop. The alignment unit is designed to detect the position of the formwork prop in order to be able to move the holding frame into the suspension position. The alignment unit is preferably designed to indicate both horizontal and vertical deviations of the link guide from an aligned position. Thus, the positioning device can be aligned laterally and vertically with the help of the alignment unit so that transferring the support frame into the suspension position ensures the formwork is securely suspended in the column head. Depending on the design, the alignment unit can include a sensor module, for example, with a distance sensor. In a preferred embodiment, the alignment unit includes an alignment mechanism.

[0027] If the alignment unit is located near the link guide, the alignment at the support head can be carried out particularly precisely and reliably.

[0028] In a structurally simple design, the alignment unit preferably has at least one insertion bevel for the formwork prop and a stop adjacent to the insertion bevel. As the positioning device approaches the formwork prop, the formwork prop, in particular the prop head, for example a cylindrical section of the prop head, slides along the insertion bevel of the positioning device until the formwork prop reaches the stop, which achieves the desired alignment of the positioning device.

[0029] In a preferred embodiment, the alignment unit comprises at least one fork with at least one insertion bevel, preferably with two insertion bevels diverging toward the front. This design is particularly suitable for compensating for lateral deviations from the aligned position of the displacement device.

[0030] Furthermore, it is advantageous if the alignment unit has a height stop for adjusting the height of the link guide on the support frame relative to the formwork prop. The height stop is preferably attached to a retaining plate of the formwork head when the positioning device is in the aligned position.

[0031] The previously described embodiments of the alignment unit can also be used with a positioning device without a link guide. Accordingly, this disclosure also relates to a positioning device for positioning a formwork, in particular a slab formwork element, comprising: a holding frame for the detachable arrangement of the formwork, a support frame for supporting the holding frame, a hanging and unhooking device for moving the holding frame relative to the support frame between a hanging position for hanging the formwork in at least one support head on at least one formwork support and a hanging position for unhooking the formwork from the at least one support head on the at least one formwork support, an alignment unit for aligning the displacement device on the formwork support, in particular on the support head of the formwork support.

[0032] The alignment unit can be designed as described above.

[0033] In a further preferred embodiment, the hanging and unhooking device has a drive, for example a cable pull and / or an electric motor, to assist in lifting the holding frame.

[0034] In order to bring the formwork closer to the formwork support before it is suspended in the support head, the support frame is arranged on a base frame, in particular with wheels, in a preferred embodiment.

[0035] In a preferred embodiment, an adjusting device is provided for adjusting an angular position of the support frame relative to the base frame.

[0036] Furthermore, it is advantageous to provide a device for adjusting the height of the support frame and the guide rail to different ceiling heights. In a preferred application, a formwork device is provided, comprising: a transfer device in one of the above-described embodiments, a formwork, in particular a ceiling formwork element, which is detachably arranged on the holding frame of the transfer device.

[0037] The formwork can have a preferably flat formwork skin, which forms the side of the formwork facing the concrete. Furthermore, the formwork can have a formwork frame on the side facing away from the concrete. The formwork frame can be reversibly detachable, i.e., repeatedly connected to the placement device and essentially without damage, in particular without the use of tools. Preferably, the formwork can be placed on and removed from the support frame, in particular without screw connections.

[0038] To prepare for formwork placement, at least one formwork prop with a formwork head is provided. Preferably, two formwork props are provided, which can be connected to the formwork using the placement device.

[0039] In preparation for formwork installation, it is advantageous if the alignment unit of the transfer device is aligned with the formwork support, especially with the formwork head of the formwork support.

[0040] The method for connecting a formwork, in particular a slab formwork element, to a formwork support comprises at least the following steps: Providing a moving device in one of the above-described design variants, arranging the formwork on the holding frame of the moving device, hanging the formwork in a support head on the formwork support by guiding the holding frame with the formwork along the guide rail of the moving device.

[0041] When stripping the formwork, the holding frame can be guided in the opposite direction along the guide rail.

[0042] In order to create a secure connection between the formwork and the formwork support, when hanging the formwork into the support head of the support formwork, a retaining edge of the formwork is first lifted along the upward section of the link guide over an engagement projection on the support head and then lowered along the downward section under the engagement projection on the support head.

[0043] To complete the formwork erection, the following step is preferably performed: Swiveling the formwork from the position suspended in the prop head into a substantially horizontal formwork position, whereby the retaining edge of the formwork engages with the engagement projection on the prop head. In the formwork position, the retaining edge of the formwork prevents the formwork from being lifted vertically upward from the prop head at the upper end of the formwork prop.

[0044] The invention is further explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a diagrammatic view of a formwork device with a displacement device according to the invention for displacing or handling a slab formwork element, wherein the displacement device is aligned with the support heads of two formwork supports. Fig. 11 shows a longitudinal section of the formwork device according to the invention in a second position of the device for changing the tipping moment of the holding frame with the formwork.

[0045] Fig. 1 shows a moving device 1 with which a formwork 2, in this case a slab formwork element, can be moved or handled. The moving device 1 has a holding frame 3 for the repeatedly detachable arrangement of the formwork 2 and a support frame 4 for supporting the holding frame 3 with the formwork 2. In addition, the moving device 1 has a hanging and unhooking device 5 which is designed to move the holding frame 3 relative to the support frame 4 such that the formwork 2 on the holding frame 3 can be hooked into a support head 6 at the upper end of a formwork prop 7 or can be unhooked from the support head 6. In the embodiment shown, one end region of the formwork 2 is hooked into the support heads 6 at the upper end of two vertical formwork props 7 which are arranged at a lateral distance from one another on a horizontal surface.

[0046] The hanging and unhooking device 5 has at least one slotted guide 8 on the support frame 4, with which the holding frame 3 is positively guided when the formwork 2 is hooked into the support heads 6 and vice versa when the formwork 2 is unhooked from the support heads 6. In the embodiment shown, two slotted guides 8 are provided on opposite long sides of the support frame 4. The slotted guide 8 has an upward section 9 and a downward section 10, in which an upper guide element 11 on the holding frame 3 is arranged laterally with a substantially precise fit. In addition, the hanging and unhooking device 5 has a linear guide 12, with which the holding frame 3 together with the formwork 2 can be transferred from a lowered position to a raised position. In the embodiment shown, two corresponding linear guides 12 are provided on opposite long sides of the support frame 4.At the upper end, the linear guide 12 merges continuously into the slotted guide 8. The linear guide 12 has a straight line, so that the holding frame 3 is arranged at the same angle of inclination to the vertical from the lowered to the raised position. The upward section 9 extends upwards, i.e. away from the ground. Preferably, the upward section 9 of the slotted guide 8 is inclined forwards relative to the linear guide 12, towards the formwork support 7. The upward section 9 ends at an upper apex 13 of the slotted guide 8. Adjoining the upper apex 13 is the downward section 10, which extends downwards towards the ground. In the embodiment shown, the downward section 10 has an upper section 10A, which preferably extends essentially vertically downwards, and a lower section 10B, which extends diagonally downwards and backwards.

[0047] Depending on the design, the suspension and detachment device may have a drive, for example a cable pull and / or an electric motor, to assist in lifting the support frame 3. When activated, the drive lifts the support frame 3 from the lowered position through the raised position into the suspended position.

[0048] In the embodiment shown, the holding frame 3 has a holding element 14 at its upper end with an upper support jaw 15, to which the formwork 2 is detachably attached. In the embodiment shown, the upper support jaw 15 has an angled part 16 with a first contact surface 16A for contacting a first inner surface 17A of the formwork 2 and with a second contact surface 16B at a right angle thereto for contacting a second inner surface 17B of the formwork 2.

[0049] In addition, the holding element 14 in the embodiment shown has two holding bolts 14A (cf. Fig. 1 ), into which the formwork is suspended via corresponding holding openings.

[0050] As from Fig. 1 bis 3 As can be seen, the support frame 4 is arranged on a base frame 18, which, in the embodiment shown, has two chassis parts 19 on which wheels 20 are arranged, here two wheels 20 per chassis part 19. Depending on the design, at least one of the wheels 20 can be driven.

[0051] Furthermore, an adjustment device 21 is provided for adjusting the angular position of the support frame 4 relative to the base frame 18. In the embodiment shown, lower ends of frame parts 22 of the support frame 4 can be fixed in different longitudinal positions on the chassis parts 19. The adjustment device 21 also has length-adjustable adjustment spindles 23. One end of the adjustment spindles 23 can be fixed in different longitudinal positions on the chassis parts 19. The other ends of the adjustment spindles 23 are attached to the frame parts 22.

[0052] As from Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 As can be seen, two or more, in particular four, formworks 2 can be suspended or docked on each formwork support 7. For this purpose, the formwork supports 7 in the embodiment shown have two or more, in particular four, engagement elements 24 with a corresponding number of engagement projections 25, each of which can be gripped under by a retaining edge 26 on the rear side of the formwork 2.

[0053] From the Fig. 5 bis 9 The process of hanging the formwork 2 into the support head 6 on the formwork support 7 is shown. The removal of the formwork 2 takes place in the reverse direction.

[0054] In the position according to Fig. 5 The upper guide element 11 on the support frame 3 was moved beyond the linear guide 12 into the upward section 9 of the link guide 8 using the suspension and detachment device 5. The upper end of the formwork 2 is located near the column head 6, but separate from it.

[0055] In the position according to Fig. 6 the upper guide element 11 slides further upwards along the upward section 9 of the link guide 8. The upper end of the formwork 2 is brought closer to the support head 6.

[0056] In the position according to Fig. 7 the upper guide element 11 on the holding frame 3 approaches the upper apex 13 of the link guide 8 along the upward section 9. The holding edge 26 on the rear side of the formwork 2 is arranged above the engagement projection 25 on the support head 6.

[0057] In the position according to Fig. 8 The upper guide element 11 on the support frame 3 has exceeded the upper apex 13 of the guide rail and slides downward along the downward section 10. The retaining edge 26 on the rear side of the formwork 2 is only just above the engagement projection 25 on the support head 6.

[0058] In the position according to Fig. 9A The upper guide element 11 slides further downward along the downward section 10 of the guide rail 8. The retaining edge 26 is arranged below the engagement projection 25 on the support head 6, so that the suspension position of the support frame 3 is reached.

[0059] In the position according to Fig. 9B Formwork 2 was installed starting from the suspension position according to Fig. 9A by the support frame 3 into a substantially horizontal formwork position. For this purpose, for example, a lifting tool can be attached to the other (lower) end of the formwork 2 and this end of the formwork 2 can be raised to the height of one (upper) end of the formwork 2, in each case relative to the position according to Fig. 9A When the formwork 2 is pivoted upwards, the retaining edge 26 of the formwork slides under the engagement projection 25 on the support head 6, so that the formwork 2 is secured in the formwork position against being lifted off the support head 6 in the vertical direction. In the pivoted upwards state according to Fig. 9B the lower end of the formwork 2 can be supported by at least one further formwork support 7, in particular by two further formwork supports 7. The upper guide element 11 is in the position according to Fig. 9B arranged at the lower end of the downward section 10 of the guide rail 8.

[0060] As can be seen from the Fig. 10 and 11As can be seen, a device 27 is provided for changing a tilting moment of the holding frame 3 during guidance along the link guide 8. In the embodiment shown, this device 27 has a support element 28 in the form of a lower support jaw 29 with a support surface 30 for the inside of a formwork skin 31 of the formwork 2. The lower support jaw 29 is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the support frame 4. For this purpose, the lower support jaw 29 is connected to a lower guide element, in particular to a lower guide pin, which is guided along the linear guide 12 of the suspension and removal device 5.

[0061] As can be seen from the drawing, especially Fig. 1, as can also be seen, the positioning device 1 can have an alignment unit 32 for aligning the positioning device 1 on the formwork support 7. The alignment unit 32 is arranged at the upper end of the support frame 4. In the embodiment shown, the alignment unit 32 has two forks 33, each with two insertion bevels 34 diverging towards the front. The insertion bevels 34 converge towards the rear in a stop 35, to which a cylindrical piece 36 of the support head 6 is attached when the positioning device 1 is in the laterally aligned position with respect to the formwork supports 7. In addition, the alignment unit 32 has two height stops 37, which are formed by the undersides of the forks 33. When the further stops 37 on the holding plates 38 of the support heads 6 are attached, the positioning device 1 is also vertically aligned with the formwork supports 7. List of reference numbers:
