[0083] Further details and advantages of preferred embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and the drawings. These show: Fig. 1: a perspective view of a conveyor system with six roller assemblies according to the invention; Fig. 2: a perspective exploded view of an embodiment of a roller assembly according to the invention; Figs. 3 to 7: various views and representations of the roller assembly made of Fig. 2 Figures 8 to 14: different views of the roller of the roller assembly Fig. 2with or without damping element; Figs. 15 to 20: each an uncut side view and a cut view of three embodiments for the connection of a roller assembly to a fitting.

[0084] Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a conveyor system 22 in the form of a carriage with six roller arrangements according to the invention 1.

[0085] A conveyor system 22 can, as shown here by way of example, have three container areas, each of which can be provided with a roller arrangement 1 on both sides.

[0086] The roller arrangements 1 allow the conveyor system 22 to be moved, preferably rolled, in at least one direction on the track 23.

[0087] Fig. 2 Figure 1 shows a perspective exploded view of an embodiment of a roller assembly according to the invention.

[0088] As in Fig. 2As shown, the roller assembly (1) comprises a roller (2) and a roller suspension (3), wherein the roller (2) has a roller axle body (4) and a roller body (5) with a roller axle receiving opening (6), and the roller body (5) is rotatably mounted on the roller axle body (4) passing through the roller axle receiving opening (6), wherein the roller axle body (4) is mounted in insertion channels (9, 10) of the roller suspension (3) with at least two elastic damping elements (7, 8) interposed, and wherein the roller axle body (4) is clamped in a fixing position in the insertion channels (9, 10) of the roller suspension (3) by means of the damping elements (7, 8).

[0089] The roller suspension 3 is in Fig. 2In this embodiment, the fork is constructed in one piece and accordingly has a first fork arm 19, a second fork arm 20 and a fork ship 25 connecting the fork arms 19, 20.

[0090] On the inside of the first fork arm 19 and the second fork arm 20 are the first insertion channel 9 and the second insertion channel 10, wherein in Fig. 2 Only the first insertion channel 9 is visible.

[0091] As in Fig. 2 As shown, the insertion channels 9, 10 can have an insertion opening 15 arranged at the lower edge of the respective fork arm 19, 20, through which the roller 2 can be inserted by means of the damping elements 7, 8, preferably from bottom to top, parallel to the pivot axis 21.

[0092] As in Fig. 2As shown, the fork carriage 25 can have a pivot axis 21, preferably extending orthogonally to the roller axle body 4, about which the roller suspension 3 can be pivotally mounted or is mounted. The fork carriage 25 thus has a pivot bearing for this pivot axis 21, wherein, as in the exemplary embodiment in Fig. 2 As shown, the pivot bearing is an integral part of the roller suspension 3.

[0093] The roller 2 can, as in Fig. 2 shown, comprising a roller body 5, a roller axle body 4, a cover 26 for each of the two end faces of the roller body 5 and a first damping body 7 and a second damping body 8 for each end face of the roller axle body 4.

[0094] The roller body 5 has the roller axle receiving opening 6, which forms a through hole in the center of the roller body 5, through which the roller axle body 4 can be passed.

[0095] The roller axle body 4 can be a cylindrical component which has a first end 11 and a second end 12, wherein preferably one of the damping bodies 7, 8 is arranged at each of the ends 11, 12.

[0096] Figs. 3 to 7 show different views and representations of the roller assembly 1 from Fig. 2 .

[0097] Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the roller assembly 1 in the mounting position.

[0098] Fig. 4 shows a sectional view of the roller assembly 1 in the mounting position from Fig. 3 , wherein the cutting plane runs parallel to the pivot axis 21 and parallel to the roller rotation axis 24 through the center of the running roller 2.

[0099] Fig. 5 shows a sectional view of the roller assembly 1 in the mounting position from Fig. 3 , wherein the cutting plane is orthogonal to the pivot axis 21 and parallel to the roller rotation axis 24 through the center of the running roller 2.

[0100] In the Figs. 3 to 5 It is clearly visible that the roller 2 is connected to the roller suspension 3 via the interposition of the first damping element 7 and the second damping element 8. In the position shown, the roller 2 is located between the fork arms 19 and 20 of the roller suspension 3, with the damping elements 7 and 8 being inserted along the insertion channels 9 and 10, starting at the insertion openings 15 of the first insertion channel 9 and the second insertion channel 10, up to the stop 16, preferably to the stops 16, of the insertion channels 9 and 10. The position shown corresponds to the mounting position of the roller assembly 1.

[0101] In this illustrated embodiment, if, in addition to the mounting position, the insertion channels 9, 10 point downwards, for example, if the roller assembly 1 is arranged at the bottom of a conveyor system 22, the roller assembly 1 is also in the operating position in this embodiment. The operating position can also be in Fig. 1 be recognized.

[0102] The stops 16 of the insertion channels 9, 10 can be designed in the form of a semicircular end of the insertion channels 9, 10.

[0103] As in Figs. 6 and 7 As can be seen particularly well, the first insertion channel 9 and the second insertion channel 10 each have an insertion opening 15.

[0104] The first insertion channel 9 and / or the second insertion channel 10 can be provided with at least one collar receiving channel 18, preferably combined, in order to guide the at least one collar 17 of the first damping body 7 and / or the second damping body 8 along the first insertion channel 9 and / or the second insertion channel 10 into the fastening position and to hold it there by means of a positive locking mechanism.

[0105] As in the Figs. 3 to 7 As can be seen, it may be provided that the collar receiving channel 18 of one of the two insertion channels 9, 10 forms a stop 16 at the end of the respective insertion channel 9, 10 by means of a semicircular course.

[0106] The roller axle body 4, and thus the roller 2, are clamped to the roller suspension 3 in the mounting position, preferably exclusively, by means of the damping elements 7 and 8. For this purpose, the damping elements 7 and 8 are advantageously elastically deformed when inserted into the respective insertion channels 9 and 10. In a simple embodiment, this type of clamping fastening can even be based purely on friction.

[0107] In the embodiment shown here, in addition to the frictional connection, at least one locking projection 13 of the first damping element 7 and / or the second damping element 8 is engaged in at least one locking receptacle 14 of the first fork arm 19 and / or the second fork arm 20 when the roller assembly 1 is in its mounted position. This ensures that the roller assembly 1 remains in the mounted position, preferably in addition to the clamping connection, by positive locking and / or prevents the damping elements from slipping. Furthermore, the engagement of the damping elements 7 and 8 in their respective insertion channels 9 and 10, as well as the stops 16, provide an additional positive locking connection of the roller axle body 4, and thus of the roller 2, to the roller suspension 3 in the mounted position.

[0108] Fig. 6shows a perspective view of the roller arrangement 1, where the roller 2 is not in the mounting position.

[0109] Fig. 7 Figure 1 shows a sectional view of the roller assembly 1, where roller 2 is also not in its mounted position. The section plane runs orthogonally to the pivot axis 21 and parallel to the roller rotation axis 24 through the roller rotation axis 24 of the roller axle body 4 of roller 2.

[0110] Figs. 8 to 14 show different views of roller 2 of roller assembly 1. Fig. 2 with or without damping elements 7, 8.

[0111] Fig. 8 shows a perspective view of the roller 2 including roller body 5 and roller axle body 4 without the damping bodies 7 and 8.

[0112] Fig. 9 shows a top view of roller 2 from Fig. 8 .

[0113] Fig. 10shows a front view of roller 2 from Fig. 8 .

[0114] Fig. 11 shows a perspective view of the roller 2 together with the roller body 5, the roller axle body 4 and the two damping bodies 7, 8, whereby only the first damping body 8 is visible.

[0115] Fig. 12 shows a sectional view of roller 2 from Fig. 11 , wherein the cutting plane passes through the roller rotation axis 24.

[0116] Fig. 13 shows a perspective view of the roller 2 together with the roller body 5 and the roller axle body 4, in comparison to the Fig. 11 Neither of the two damping elements 7, 8 is shown.

[0117] Fig. 14 shows a sectional view of roller 2 from Fig. 13 , wherein the cutting plane passes through the roller rotation axis 24.

[0118] In Figs. 13 and 14It is evident that the roller axle body 4 can be a hollow cylindrical component with one closed end and one open end, wherein in Fig. 13 The open end is evident.

[0119] In the Figs. 4, 5, 7 , 12 and 14 The bearing of the roller 2 can be particularly well identified. The bearing can be a plain bearing designed as a separate component or as an integrated part of the roller 2, or, as shown in this embodiment, a rolling bearing 27, specifically a ball bearing.

[0120] The illustrated rolling bearing 27, as part of the roller 2, connects the roller body 5 with the roller axle body 4 and transmits forces, preferably compressive forces, between these two components, while simultaneously reducing the rolling friction during the rotation of the roller body 5 about the roller axis of rotation 24.

[0121] To protect the rolling bearing 27 from external influences such as contamination or mechanical impacts, covers 26 are provided on both end faces of the roller 2, so that the rolling bearing 27 is shielded to the outside, preferably completely.

[0122] Figs. 15 to 20 Figure 1 shows an uncut side view and a cut side view of three embodiments for connecting a roller assembly 1 to a fitting 28 of a conveyor system 22.

[0123] Figs. 15 and 16 Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of a connection of a roller assembly 1 to a fitting 28 by means of a pin 29. A washer 30 is arranged between the fork carriage 25 of the roller assembly 1 and the fitting 28, both on the upper and lower sides of the roller suspension 3.

[0124] The pin 29 and the washers 30 allow forces to be transmitted between the fitting 28 and the pivot bearing of the roller assembly 1. This provides a pivotable mounting for the roller assembly 1.

[0125] Thus, in this first embodiment, sliding occurs between the washers 30, the pin 29, and the roller suspension 3.

[0126] Figs. 17 and 18 In contrast to the first embodiment, they show Figs. 15 and 16 a connection of the roller assembly 1 to the fitting 28 without intermediate washers 30. Instead of the washers 30 made from the Figs. 15 and 16 In this second embodiment, the fork-shaped carriage 25 of the roller suspension 3 has a low projection on both the top and bottom of the roller suspension 3.

[0127] Thus, in this second embodiment, there is a sliding motion between the fitting 28 and the pin 29 and the projections of the roller suspension 3.

[0128] Figs. 19 and 20 show, in contrast to the first and second embodiments from Figs. 15 to 18 a connection of the roller assembly 1 to the fitting 28 with a washer 30 arranged on the underside of the roller suspension 3. The washer arranged on the top side of the roller suspension 3 made of Figs. 15 and 16 and the projection arranged on the upper side of the roller suspension 3 made of Figs. 17 and 18 was replaced by a correspondingly designed pin head of the pin 29. The pin head of the pin 29 and the fitting 28 are designed such that the pin 29 enables both the connection of the roller assembly 1 to the fitting and provides a bearing surface for the upper side of the roller suspension 3.

[0130] The illustrated embodiments are not to be understood as limiting, but can be combined with one another depending on the requirements. For example, it is conceivable that in one embodiment, washers 30 are combined with projections of the roller suspension 3, or in other words, washers 30 rest on projections of the roller suspension 3. It can also be provided that the pin 29 is secured by means of a wide pin head, as in Fig. 20 shown, or a collar spaced apart from the pin head rests on a washer 30 or directly on the roller suspension 3.

[0131] As already explained, in the illustrated embodiments it can be provided that one of the sliding surfaces, preferably of the pin 29 and / or the fitting 38, has metal, preferably steel or aluminium, or is made of metal, preferably steel, and the other of the sliding surfaces, preferably of the roller suspension 3, has plastic or is made of plastic.

[0132] In a preferred embodiment, at least one of the sliding surfaces can be part of a fitting 28 of a conveyor system 22 and / or part of a pin 29, and another sliding surface can be part of the roller arrangement 1, preferably the roller suspension 3.

[0133] As already explained, in the illustrated embodiments it can be provided that the sliding surfaces and / or the pivot bearing, preferably the pivot sliding bearing, of the roller suspension 3 and / or a part of the roller assembly, preferably the roller suspension 3, and / or the entire roller assembly 1 has an incorporated lubrication.

[0134] To achieve a particularly favorable coefficient of friction, it can be provided that the sliding during the pivoting of the roller assembly 1 is carried out by means of the pivoting sliding bearing between at least one sliding surface made of metal and at least one sliding surface made of plastic, preferably made of plastic with incorporated lubricants.

[0135] The pivot bearing, preferably the pivot slide bearing, of the roller assembly 1 and / or the roller assembly 1 as a whole can have a load-bearing capacity of 1,000 N, preferably 4,000 N. Preferably, as also provided in the examples here, part of the pivot slide bearing is formed directly in the roller suspension 3. Legend for the reference numbers:
